Well after looking at the results the winner is that Issei is a Solo Hunter but will be working with the teams. There was a suggestion of Issei being Jaunes sibling or being reincarnated as him but to be honest the guy already gets a lot of credit for a side character who's been turned into a protagonist instead of well...RWBY! I blame the writers for not actually trying to make the story better. It all fell apart after season 3 when things were finally getting good but frustratingly the plot line and most of the characters have changed from their original personalities and became...boring and annoying.

When I first got into RWBY, I honestly fell in love with it because it was such an amazing show. I loved the world that had been created by the writers and I especially loved the characters, who were just a ton of fun to follow. Knowing that this was a passionate project created by a few individuals made it feel even better, as it felt like something truly special. I was a big fan of it just the characters but also some of the early development of the Team RWBY. Weiss working with her team, Blake confessing her past, the Vytal Festival, Ruby understanding sorrow and fear from the loss of Pyrrha and Penny.

Unfortunately, that is no longer the case, as the RWBY I once loved is now dead and gone, destroyed by the current scumbags that call themselves writers.

However, one could still separate the art from the artist, which is something a lot of people do but for me, that didn't help me at all. The people currently behind RWBY have destroyed the series with their disgusting writing. I tried my best to focus on the good and ignore the bad, but it was to no avail. It was clear to me the show was no longer what it was.

The worst for me was how the characters I used to love were all ruined. Ruby was supposed to be the protagonist of the series, but a lot of times felt like a mascot that said cliché anime lines about friendship. Adam was reduced from an imposing figure who was a deadly warrior from Blake's past into a whiny yandere ex-boyfriend. The most heartbreaking for me was how my favorite character, Yang, was reduced from the fun big sister of the group into the girlfriend (in the most forced and terribly-written romance) of what became the absolute worst character of the series, Blake. Blake herself used to be one of my favorite characters, until she became a whiny, angsty, runaway teenage princess, who was gifted with a harem for no reason. And before anyone says anything, I am very aware of the type of pairings that have been written in others stories, but I would NEVER force them to become canon, even if I was given the chance to do so.

Weiss is the only one I've seen who has actually improved due to their writing. She's the only person who's even developed as a character when she proved herself and arrested her father for his crimes and actions in season 8. That's just how I see it so I'll try to make sure they are the same characters at the start but don't force themselves to become something their not.

Also in my opinion, Jaune shouldn't have been accepted to Beacon in the first place due to his forged transcripts, lack of combat training, absolutely no Aura or Semblance! How did they expect him to even survive against a Beowulf huh? His dead girlfriend protecting him like he's some damsel in distress? No. If Jaune wanted to become stronger then he needs to put in the work to become stronger and that he needs to develop a desire to fight and kill but he doesn't have that. He's too naive thinking he doesn't need to kill. I see Jaune as Ichigo but weaker and naive about how the world works so I don't hate the guy but his character development was pathetic. He only became stronger after his 'girlfriend' dies? What a pathetic joke.

Anyway, on with the show.

Chapter 2

Beacon Academy.

3 Months Later.

Issei was in the training arena sparring with one of the teachers who was helping him master and train his body to become stronger. Ever since he came into the Forever Forest, he learned that Grimm are weak but not to be underestimated since they are a major threat to the people who live in villages. He still felt the claw on his chest as he fought a pack of Beowulf's who were attracted to his scent for some reason.

Luckily, he was able to kill a couple of them before he was unconscious by the Beowulf who left him that scar. Unfortunately, he passed out from the claw strike before Issei woke up in a hospital bed to see an old man who had a cane and mug with him while a blond haired and green eyed witch were making sure he was still alive and well. Issei learned about Ozpin and Glynda Goodwitch who are the Headmaster and a teacher of the Academy.

Glynda Goodwitch was responsible for the Combat Classes while Ozpin is in charge of the entire school as the headmaster. Issei was explained that he would have to train harder and earn his spot in the next group that will be the new first years. Over the years, Issei had to learn how to properly control his power and abilities of the witches within him. He managed to make contact with the first three that he had a connection to.

The first was Sloth and well granted she wasn't the most active person but she was certainly powerful when she showed him how to use the Unseen Hand. It was the Authority that he has received from Sekhmet but at first he could only use a certain number of hands before he tried to pass his limit. His own Unseen Hands came out of his back and the number of hands he had were 6 hands. They were strong enough to stop a Goliath in its tracks but Issei learned he could make them stronger with his Aura. The Witch of Sloth sighed a lot and it led to Issei making sure that the lazy witch didn't kill her self so he needed to bathe her with his Unseen Hands that were very helpful and learn more about this power.

The second one was the Witch of Wrath, Minerva. The woman was similar to that of a big sister who was also a Tsundere but completely useless in a fight since her power basically allowed him to heal should he punch someone in their body. However, when he thought of hurting someone with Wrath his fists became black which led to a new power he dubbed Draining Wrath.

With Draining Wrath, he was able to drain the life force of another and use it to either strengthen his or others bodies, heal himself or others, and he can also use the added power to enhance ones Semblance but it's similar to an adrenaline rush so it's only a temporary boost of power. Minerva had been helping Issei learn how to appreciate himself and how he shouldn't be so down all the time and understand the fact that he couldn't change the past.

Issei understood what the woman was saying to him and was thankful for her teachings. Which led his journey to meet the Witch of Lust who was a very shy girl and not whom he expected. Carmilla was the one who spoke to Issei about understanding love and why it's so important for him to forgive and love himself because if he continued to act like he was hiding something people wouldn't trust him and it'll hurt her hosts heart more and more.

The Authority he received was named Mimic Lust since Issei could transform himself into people, objects, or even animals. Carmilla showed him he could use it on others as well but how to properly use that power so he doesn't accidentally turn someone into a snack. Another interesting thing Issei picked up with Mimic Lust is that when he takes on the form of a person he can use their abilities but not his own authorities until he turns back into himself. Professor Goodwitch was a big help in the training portion but she was a subject as well when she volunteered herself since she was curious about the power of Lust.

Nowadays, she keeps her experiences to herself.

As for Pride, Envy, Gluttony, and Greed those witches haven't really spoken to Issei but they do observe him and try to give him advice, confidence, or berate him when he needs it. Envy and Pride help Issei with his training by helping him with Magic and physical training since Issei wasn't the strongest or smartest person in his class but he's definitely got spirit and guts to stand sand fight.

Pride was able to help Issei be wary of her power since Issei accidentally used it on Ozpin and was wary of Prides power ever since but thanks to Envy she helped Issei learn how to be wary of the activation of the Pride power. As for Envy, his authorities from her were odd since his powers from them were Return By Death, Everlasting Love, and Jealous Possession.

Return By Death is a power that allows the user to bring by back the dead or bring him back alive three times a month. It's a scary power but Satella told Issei not to misuse this power as if it's a cheap way to cheat death. As for Jealous Possession, it allows Issei to send his spirit into another ones body for a temporary time but it takes a lot of mental strength to do so. That's why Issei practiced, with permission from Ozpin and the teachers, on the staff and a few students who were unaware of all of his abilities. As for Everlasting Love, it uses Issei's magic gate to heal his wounds and severed limbs. He could use his aura to heal himself as well but his magic and aura are limited so he needed to be careful when fighting.

Echidna, the Witch of Greed, and Daphne, the Witch of Gluttony, were the only ones who remained passive since they helped Issei when it came to Grimm and Magic but they didn't allow him to have access to their authorities since they wanted to see what he would do with the powers he had right now. During his training with the authorities, Issei needed to learn how to fight and form strategy when in battle against both Grimm and other Hunters and Huntresses.

The downside to his authorities is that he can only use one sin at a time. He needs to say the name of the Sin and call upon its power. It wasn't easy for him but he knew he had to make it work so he asked the teachers such as Professor Goodwitch, Port, and Ooboleck how to use his abilities in a battle.

When he was training in his authorities, the Witch Echidna showed Issei that he was compatible with Fire, Wind, Water and Shadow magic which allowed him to use the idea of being a Mage type fighter but as for his weapon, he decided to use a pair of gauntlets that would allow him to channel his magic into his gauntlets and deal powerful blasts of magic at his foes.

After passing his entrance exam, Issei was on par with a Third Year Student at Beacon and granted his strength was immense, his social skills still needed some work since he wasn't as nervous as he was around women his age but he had trouble going on dates or connecting with them. Glynda was worried about this but Ozpin said it was necessary for Issei to bond with others his age and become a leader of his own team.

Glynda became an adoptive mother of sorts, granted she was his teacher most of the time but she couldn't help but try to be his mother that he no longer had. Issei felt grateful for Glynda's kindness and caring side when it was just the two of them but he knew that he wouldn't be able to feel this warmth for a while.

Issei woke up in the dorm he enjoyed living in, on his own, since he got to this new world and yawned before he got up and looked at his calendar which marked the first day of the new students coming to Beacon Academy. He smiled toothily as he put on his Hunter outfit that he made based on one of his favorite villains back in his world, Akaza: the Demon who slew Rengoku, his favorite Demon Slayer the Flame Hashirama. Issei was that good with swordsmanship so he took it upon himself to train in hand to hand since it best suited his fighting style with his authorities.

Issei enjoyed the fight between the two and decided that he would dedicate his form to the two of them so he fashioned his Hunter outfit as a combination of their attire. He actually didn't know but when he used his magic combined with his hand to hand combat form he was able to gain tribal tattoos that made him look awesome and badass. Issei grew a lot during his time here and gained confidence in Battle but when it came to women he had trouble with them besides the witches and his adoptive mother figure. He had a combat face which he wore only when he's about to fight but outside of the battle he's his old self but with a better control on his lust. Even a flip of a skirt was enough to calm his inner beast.

Issei ate his breakfast at a very fast pace before he did his dishes and put them away after he dried them off and put on the final piece of his Hunter outfit before he left the dorm and headed to the entrance to greet the new students.

BBBBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM!!!!

Issei turned to his right and looked to see a pillar of smoke from the courtyard before rushing over there.

When Issei got the crater of the explosion he was introduced to two girls in the middle of an argument. Well, more of a berating of one to the other.

The first had her head down and looked extremely apologetic, poking her fingers together in what could be assumed was embarrassment. She looked a bit younger than anyone else around. She had black hair with red tips and silver eyes. She wore a black gothic Lolita dress with a red hooded cape over it, black stockings, and black boots with red lining.

The other girl was covered in soot and was practically screaming at the first. She seemed like the snooty royalty type if her use of big words and stance was anything to go by. She had snow white hair with blue eyes as cold as ice, not like his mothers however, and a slight scar over the left. She wore an expensive looking white dress with red inner linings, a necklace around her neck, and white high-heeled boots. Issei had to wonder how she would fight in those.

'Those high heels are fashionable but they wouldn't be able to provide any aid in battle.' He said to himself as he headed to the White Rose duo.

"Unbelievable! This is exactly the thing I was talking about You shouldn't play around dust!"

"I'm really sorry..." The first girl tried to apologize. The second had no reaction to it, continuing her tirade.

"You dolt! Aren't you a bit too young to be here anyways? This is a prestigious academy for the best of the best! Not some child's playground!"

Issei had enough, he hated to see someone bullied. Especially after she apologized. He quickened his pace over to the girls, neither noticing him until he was a few feet away.

"Hey! She said she was sorry." He shouted which made the girls turn to him and shocked at the person before them.

Ruby looked relieved from the support of her mysterious savior but Weiss was unimpressed. She even went so far as to size him up with a sharp look. The heiress looked at his attire and tattoos pondered if he was from a tribe or cult of sorts. His attire screamed that he was a warrior that was not to be underestimated.

She saw the person in front of her was a muscular young man with lightly tanned skin, decorated by a pattern of thick blue lines, which resembled criminal tattoos. The lines on his face curved through each of his eyes from below his ears to over his temples, another purple line running from the center of his hairline to the bridge of his nose, with two more lines running around his neck, three others branching off the lower one to his torso.

The center line ran directly down his chest to halfway down his stomach, and the other two branched off to the sides over each side of his chest to join the two other lines, this same three-line pattern there also repeating around his waist.

On his arms there were lines running down the front of his shoulders that ran into to two more, which went around his biceps, before continuing to run down to his wrists, below which it could be seen that each of his fingers is also dark purple with a blood red fingernail.

The man before her had mid long, dark brown hair that was in a ponytail like a samurai, and inward-tilting brown green eyes with dark brown eyelashes and purple sclera.

He wore little, only sporting a short, sleeveless dark purple-pink haori that was cut off at his waist, left open to expose his chest, that was decorated by a square pattern on his back. Below this, he sported a pair of baggy white pants that he rolled to just below the knee with a blue rope belt to secure them at his waist. Weiss could see that the man preferred to go barefoot, but wore a chain of large round pearls around each of his ankles.

When she looked into his eyes, she could see many emotions in them. Anger, Relief, Joy, Sorrow, Fear, and so much darkness she thought she would get lost in them. Ruby was amazed by the person before her until the man crossed his arms and looked at Weiss.

"And just who are you two? Are you new students here?"

Weiss scoffed at the...interesting warrior before her until she pushed her hair in a noble manner that was used for mocking people as she said to him. "Like I have the time to remember a nobody. Do you even know who you're talking to?"

"No, not really..." Issei replied immediately because he doesn't really care about remembering any fancy title since it didn't matter at the schools here in his world.

Ruby put a hand over her mouth to try and stifle her laugh as Issei looked back at her, confused. At least until he looked to see the other girl's expression. 'Heh. Snow White is not pleased. Not like I really care.'

The look on her face seemed to be the most offended face anyone could ever make. It almost looked as if she was genuinely surprised by his obliviousness. But he was being honest, he hadn't a clue who this stuck up chick was.

"Weiss Schnee, heiress to the SDC. One of the largest companies producing elemental enhancements in Remnant."

The trio turned to see another girl making her way forward, a vial filled with red dust in her hand.

Issei could tell, this girl seemed like the intellectual quiet type. 'Probably because of the book in her hand. I can see her as a girlfriend for Motohama since she seems like a closet pervert but intellectual.'

She had long black hair, golden eyes that seemed almost feline. Her attire consisted of a black buttoned vest with coattails and a single silver button on the front. Underneath was a white, sleeveless, high necked, crop undershirt. She also wore white shorts, black and purple stockings, and black low-heeled boots. To top it all off, she also wore a black bow in her hair that oddly stood straight despite the inconsistent breeze that was all over the place.

"Finally, some recognition." Weiss spoke in a smug tone. Happy someone in the school finally recognized her.

"The same company with controversial labor forces and shady business partners."

There was a moment before the heiress registered what she said. Gratitude turned to annoyance, her limit finally reached. She quickly gathered her spilled suitcases before turning and stomping away. Issei could call that a win. He didn't do much but it seemed to have warded off the threat for now. Hopefully he wouldn't have to deal with her again. She was pretty but a little too high and mighty.

He then felt a tug on his haori and he turned to see Ruby giving him a thankful smile. "Ah...thanks for helping me. I'm not sure what I would've done if she continued to attack me." Ruby said shyly.

Issei's eyes widened a bit as he saw a certain fallen that traumatized him and was the very reason his world was gone before he clenched his left fist tightly and breathed deeply to steady his heart.

'Calm down. Breathe. This is a new world. Yuuma isn't there. She won't control my mind. She isn't here.' The Archbishop put on his best smile and even rubbed the top of her head. He didn't know why, his hand just moved on its own.

"Don't worry about it. It was fun taking her down a peg or two."

"Hehe, yeah, that was pretty awesome." Ruby replied as she enjoyed the head rub from Issei and thought she saw a kind spirit like her but different in some way. Before Ruby remembered the other person who helped them. "Oh, thanks as well-"

She turned to thank her other savior but stopped when she noticed the black haired girl walking away. Issei turned and noticed it too but wasn't as bothered as Ruby. He had a lot of schoolmates like that back in his world. He just patted Ruby's head and smiled at her before assuring her

"Don't worry, I'm sure she knows you appreciated what she did. It's not everyday you get to kick a person off of their high horse. Personally, I would've just punched her if she was any madder than she was when I got here."

"Think so?"

"I know so. Names Issei, by the way, if you didn't catch it the first time." Issei said as he introduced himself to Ruby who smiled back at him and replied.

"Ruby Rose."

It was so innocent and beautiful it almost made Issei cry. Yuuma could recreate. such a smile, but something about this girl gave off pure innocence. Looking at it, he could now see how fake his ex's was. The comparison wasn't even close.

"Well then, it's nice to meet you, Ruby."

"Likewise."

A short period of silence reigned between the two. Neither had the best social life so small talk wasn't really either's speciality. In fact, one could say they were both awkward and nerdy individuals. Issei was always a pervert and could never really talk to anyone outside of his two equally perverted best friends. Well if you included the teachers and the witches in his necklace that was connected to his soul.

'What can I even talk about with a girl? Comics? Television? Are they even have the same type of stuff? Probably not...'

[Ahem. Perhaps a tour of the school before orientation? You did want to give a tour to some of the students who are new here so why not her? Plus this is an opportunity to expand your friends since you desperately need friends. You can't just talk to the other witches and I for the rest of your life. You want to be a Harem King don't you? Then make the first move.] Echidna said as she gave Issei her two cents that made him internally sigh in relief.

"Would you like a tour of the school before orientation starts? It's hard to find your way around at first. Trust me on that." He offered with a nervous smile, hoping this would work. Ruby seemed equally as nervous and awkward. A note that helped Issei relax just a bit. "Sure. Mind if we talk about weapons?"

"Of course. It sounds like fun."

A Few Hours Later.

"So, your scythe is also a high caliber sniper?"

"Yup! Built her myself."

"That's so cool! You must really like weapons if you built something as amazing as that."

"Finally, some true recognition!"

"How could I not be in awe? Talent like that is rare nowadays. Most people just go with basic weapons but those who truly do enjoy weapons and building them from scratch is the mark of true talent. My gauntlets are a special custom made since they cover only my arms and legs. I'm more of a hand to hand combat fighter but I'm also well versed in dust so I thought 'Why not combine them both?' So I did."

"That's so cool! Can I see them now?"

Issei paused mid-step as his eyes closed before he sighed and nodded. "Okay but promise me you won't tell them how I activate it." Ruby nodded happily as Issei kept his eyes closed and breathed deeply before he punched his fists together as a pair of gauntlets appeared on his arms. His feet dug into the ground as leg armor appeared on both of them. His armor on his arms and legs were silver but had a tint of orange on them like they were still warm from the heat that made them.

The armor extended to his feet and hands as a rainbow like jewel appeared on the top of his hands while his feet were cool but kept at moderate temperature.

Ruby stared at them in awe as Issei explained. "These are my weapons. These rainbow crystals in my gauntlets have dust in them so I can channel them into my fists and feet so I can do cool tricks and fight with dust. Like I said, I'm good when it comes to hand to hand combat so I'm not that big of a weapon user like you. However, it's important you learn how to defend yourself if you do lose your weapon. I've seen many hunters and huntresses die because they couldn't defend themselves without their weapon."

Ruby was understanding his meaning of his weapons choice and it seems like he has seen combat before, even though he was a student like them. She could see his eyes were hardened as if he was back in the battlefield. When she looked at those eyes, they looked like someone who suffered greatly and trained hard to become where he was today.

"Oh hey, people!" Issei said the moment a crowd of voices reached his ears. Thanks to their luck, the duo had arrived at the hall for orientation.

"Whoa." Ruby exclaimed in awe as she stepped deeper inside before Issei patted her back gently before waving to her.

"I gotta go find a spot. See you around, Ruby!" The Archbishop said out before disappearing into the crowd.

"Oh, um...okay..." Ruby replied, although she knew he couldn't hear her. She watched him vanish behind a group, his mop of brown hair disappearing among her fellow students.

"Hey sis! I saved you a spot!" A blonde, buxom girl exclaimed. Ruby kept her eyes on the spot Issei had disappeared to, unaware of her sister's call. She was so distracted that she didn't react until the older sister came over and wrapped the short redhead underneath one of her arms.

"You're staring really hard, sis. Gonna tell me who that was?" The blonde started to tease. She poked at her little sister's cheek, a grin threatening to split her face. "Was that your little friend, hmm~?"

"Stop it, Yang! I'm still mad at you!"

"What? I'm just teasing little sis," Yang replied, raising her hands in mock surrender. "Nothing wrong with finding your first crush. You are a growing girl after all."

Ruby blushed with embarrassment. "It's not like that! He's a friend..."

"Oh? And just who is this "friend"? You seemed awfully cheery and open with him for having just met."

"His name is Issei. And he saved me when I exploded! Thanks to you ditching me!"

"Ouch. Meltdown on the first day?" Yang asked playfully. She rested her arms behind her head and leaned her weight to one leg.

"No, I literally exploded a hole in front of the school! And I think there was some fire...and maybe some ice..." Ruby placed a finger to her chin, trying to remember exactly what she blew up with.

"Are you being sarcastic?" Yang asked, raising a brow.

"Hah! I wish." The younger sibling sighed. "I knocked over some prissy girls luggage, then she yelled at me, then I sneezed and everything exploded, then she yelled some more, and I felt really, really bad, and I just wanted her to stop, and then Issei came in-"

"You!" A voice shouted from behind her. Ruby knew instantly but the shock made her jump and grab onto the first thing she could. Luckily, Yang was quick with her reflexes and caught the girl. Although she, too, looked just as surprised by the interruption.

"Oh gods, it's happening again!" The reaper girl cried.

"You're lucky we weren't blown off the side of the cliff!" Weiss berated, stomping her foot for dramatic effect.

"Oh my god, you really exploded..."

After Ozpin had finished giving his speech, if one could even call it that, Prof. Goodwitch had followed up with what was to be expected for the remainder of the day. Talks of sleeping arrangements, the cafeteria and dinner time, and a brief review of preparations for initiation tomorrow morning. She then quickly ended the orientation, leaving everyone to their own devices.

Issei couldn't blame them for trying to keep things brief, since he knew that teenagers had the worst attention span, but, at the same time, they could have done it with a little more flair and style. He knew well enough that they had it in them. The personal tutoring he had from his adoptive mother allowed him to see things most students didn't.

After dinner it was obvious that a large slumber party was the plan for the night before initiation, which would begin tomorrow. It was safe to say that the decision was made to wait for teams to be formed before assigning dorm rooms.

The brunette opted to try and meditate so he could control his breathing and control his powers that were in him. He was aware of the gossiping of a few girls and roughhousing of a few guys told him many things. The main reason was that not a lot of people seemed worried about initiation tomorrow. That either meant they were confident or arrogant. But, either way, he couldn't let that distract him from his own goals.

And he personally liked to meditate since it allowed him to relax and steady himself emotionally because his teachers had told him to never lose his cool since there are things he couldn't expect from the orientation tomorrow. Issei could also heighten his senses as he concentrated on the aura's of the other people around him. As he looked at them all, he could see that each of them were unique and special in their own way.

Issei rubbed the top of his head, remembering the endless whacks from the headmaster's cane whenever his focus slipped or he became unaware to that which surrounded him. Always to be lectured that achieving the perfect balance would allow him to unlock the full potential of the authorities. Physical strength could get him far but mental strength would make him unstoppable. Meditation was to heighten awareness and attention, not allow it to slip. His training during those past three months made him the person he was today. Also that one mission he was assigned when he was given his test before the written part of the entrance exam. The day he became more of a demon than a human when he faced a Grimm unlike any Grimm he fought in the forest.

The boy released a heavy sigh. He began to question himself if he really could save all of these people. The fate of the world rested on his shoulders and such weight was starting to pull him down now as he felt doubt in himself.

'Am I really supposed to be a hero? Was I the one who was supposed to save this world? I couldn't even save my world so how can I even save this one?' He then thought back on God as he spoke to him before they were separated.

"I know you are, my son. Safe travels and...good luck."

'God seemed to believe in me so maybe I can save them all.' The brunette wondered if he could believe in himself too.

Looking past the pillar he was at, Issei noticed it was the bow-wearing girl from earlier in the day. She had helped him take Weiss down a few pegs. She looked to be reading the same book that she had in her hand earlier and didn't seem to have noticed him yet.

But that was natural, at first when he was back home and here for the first month, he was an average kind of guy who could blend into the background when he wasn't doing outlandish things. When he wasn't perving, talking about Oppai, or openly discussing porn, the brunette found that he was essentially invisible to the students body back at Kuoh Academy.

At least, out of all people in the room, it was her near him. She didn't look like she would bother him as long as he didn't bother her. It seemed all she wanted to do was read in peace. It was why he chose to sleep there, keeping to himself. It kept him from the guys wrestling and also didn't allow him to see most of the girls, as well.

Though, he had to admit, looking at the golden eyed girl, her nightgown was pretty eye catching. It complimented her silky hair and allowed her eyes to pop. It gave her a sort of elegance and mysterious air about her. And when matched with the candlelight it complemented her mysterious beauty.

"Issei, I had a great time today."

The sunset. The fountain. That smile. The lies. The spear. And all of that blood... His blood...

"It was so much fun."

Issei turned away from the woman as he pulled his knees to his chest and wrapped his arms around them tight.

'No. Not again. It was that kind of leering and perving that had gotten me killed in the first place.' His thoughts delved to sexual thoughts and even more perverse moments to follow and it all it did lead him to his death. There were so many signs that warned him that something was right. But he ignored it all in favor of finally losing his virginity and feeling love from the opposite sex. And all it got him was a painful death where HE was the one penetrated in his heart. He could still feel the phantom pain of his heart being stabbed by that spear of light until a familiar feeling of shadow hands comforted and cradled his heart as a figure appeared as a mist behind him.

The purple lips whispered into his ear and spoke soft but kind words to him as she hugged him close to her body. Issei breathed easier as he mentally thanked Satella for comforting him before the feeling went away.

"Hellooooo~."

Issei's attention was brought back to the opposite side of the pillar. He spared a glance over his shoulder and was surprised at the two new arrivals. The first he noticed was Ruby making strange noises. She was dressed in a black tank top with an adorable heart creature on front and simple white pajama bottoms with hearts.

'She looks cute.' Which made a certain small witch in him pout as she turned away from Issei and mumbling that she was cuter than her. Issei ignored Typhon as he observed the two girls.

From the looks of it, Ruby was currently being dragged. The other girl had long blonde hair, that shined like the sun, and lilac eyes that carried a playful yet confident look. She looked to be the definition of a social butterfly. The way she walked, the look on her face, and with no lack of conviction. Issei could easily say she was popular.

The teen boy couldn't help but notice her choice in sleepwear too. The blonde girl wore an orange tank top and black shorts that hugged her hips and thighs a little too well. And her boobs, they were...they were perfect! They were not like one of his old seniors but...the shape, the bounce, and there was no bra!

Chomp!

"Ouch. Damn it!" Issei winced as he rose his hand to his mouth. When he pulled it back, it was stained with a few drops of red. He wiped the back of his hand over his lips but it didn't stop the thin line of red at the corner of his lips. He had bit his tongue a bit too hard. He turned away, pressing his back to the pillar, trying to clean the drying blood. All the while, his thoughts were running wild.

'No, no, no! I'm done perving. It will only get me killed again. I can't... Not again...' He shook his head vigorously. He couldn't rid himself of Yuuma's face. That confident, dark grin she had before leaving him to die. He was a joke, nothing more to girls. A pervert and someone to toy with.

"Would you die for me?"

"I'll say it again. Would you die for me?"

"Die for me!"

"No!"

"Issei?" Issei jumped in place. He wasn't expecting such a soft and caring voice. He slowly turned around to see that was Ruby looking down at him, worried as her silver eyes carried a look of concern in them.

"Oh...H-Hi Ruby." He replied nervously as he hoped she hadn't heard him but she must have heard him yell since the look on her face gave it away.

Looking back at the others, the dark haired girl looked surprised to see him. His outburst must have scared them seeing as he was only now being discovered.

"Umm, sorry, I-I didn't mean to interrupt your conversation." He apologized, a small drip of sweat forming on his brow. The Archbishop really didn't want to be involved. Not in his state of mind right now. He needed Satella's comfort.

"It's no big deal." Ruby replied with a soft smile. A smile so sweet it made Issei want to melt on the spot. He would fight a thousand Grimm to protect such a smile. Then fight a thousand more. "Your lips? Are you bleeding?"

The redhead took a step towards him. Oh, how that sweet kindness was only bringing more attention towards him.

"It's fine, Ruby! I'm fine." The Archbishop answered immediately as he held his hands outwards in a panicked motion, the younger teen stopping immediately.

"A-Are you sure? Aren't you hurt?"

'Why!? Why does she have to be so kind!?'

[Because you were there for her so she wants to be there for you. I see it in her eyes Issei. I see the concern and kindness in them. She's not Raynare Issei. Please calm down.] The voice said to him as he steadied his breathing before he replied with a confident smile.

"Don't worry about me. I wouldn't be a man if I couldn't handle this much pain. It would disappoint the teachers who have trained me." He replied, following with an calm laugh but it did little to convince any of the three.

"Well...alright." Ruby looked unconvinced but pushed it aside, not wanting to upset Issei more. "Anyways, I used to love stories like that! Yang would read them to me all the time when we were kids."

"Are you hoping for a happy ending?" Blake asked, following the shift in conversation.

"I'm hoping we can all have one. After all, we all have to help each other, right?" Ruby asked with a kindred smile. Blake couldn't help the smile tugging at her lips.

"That's pretty ambitious, for a child... Unfortunately, the world isn't so kind." Blake's smile then flipped into a frown. Her eyes fell and a knowing look crossed her features.

"That's why we're here aren't we?" Ruby asked unwavered. "To make it better."

Blake turned back to Ruby for a moment, the four still with silence hanging over them. Yang was about to encourage her sister's ideal, and break the silence, however someone was just a bit quicker than her.

"I wouldn't say either of you are wrong..."

"What do you mean?" Ruby asked as both Blake and Yang turned to him as well, equally curious of what he was saying to the young huntress.

"The world is a cruel place, Ruby. Life isn't some fairy tale that you read in stories and end in a happily ever after. Heroes in the stories don't truly show the struggle and the pain they had to endure to reach where they were. There are bad people outside of Beacon and even worse things that aim to hurt and kill, no matter if they are enemies or innocent people." Issei reminisced about his world as he remembered all that he had lost before coming here.

His friends, his family, all those who had done no wrong. Then he thought of all the bad people who just wanted to destroy his world. Raynare was one of those people and he couldn't help the heavy, pained sigh that escaped his lips as he continued his little speech. "But one of the great things about people who inhabit this or any other world is that they can change. It what makes us humans and Faunus so special. Good or bad. A person can always change for better. It just takes time and effort to change. Time and effort to make a change before the worst can come and take everything away. But even if there are bad times and when it looks like darkness will win, Hope can't still be ignited by just a small spark to create the flames of Hope and Justice. We have to fight, we have to make a difference for all of those who are counting on us. Even if it means we must lay down our lives for the cause. People wish to be a Hero just for Fame or Glory but all I desire is to bring peace and help this world see a brighter future for the next generation to come and take our place as the defenders of our home." He monologues before he ended his speech and looked at the trio who were in amazement from the words he spoke to them.

The trio's responses were different and it surprised Issei since he didn't expect himself to say that whole speech. He didn't know what came over him. The words just flowed into his mind as he spoke them without much thought.

Ruby was beaming at him as she wore a smile so big it threatened to split her face. She also seemed excited by his speech if her giddy body language she gave off didn't speak for herself. The blonde girl folded her arms and rose a brow, a small smirk playing at her lips. She seemed impressed and thankful in a way that made him wonder what her and Ruby's relationship was. They did seem close like they were sisters.

And the last girl held a neutral look as she was in thought. It was almost reminiscent. There was also the small tugging at her lips. Was she upset by what he said? It didn't seem directed at him though.

"Seems you're a natural motivational speaker." Issei turned to the blonde girl, a playful smirk clear on her face as she complimented him. "Much better than Ozpin during that speech."

[Agreed.] Said the Witches who were impressed with their hosts speech and how it sounded more poetic and wonderful than Ozpin's speech. Issei's speech somehow had a fire that was making them impressed and others who heard the speech more confident in themselves.

Issei bowed to the trio as he smiled calmly at them. "Thank you for the compliment. Mrs?..."

"Yang. Yang Xiao Long."

"Issei Hyoudou."

"Blake Belladonna."

"Ruby Rose."

"What is with all this noise!? Can't you see that some of us are trying to sleep!"

The group turned to see Weiss walking over. More like stomping over to them as Issei noticed that she was dressed in a light blue nightgown and had her hair down which surpassingly made her seem beautiful in the lighting. Issei still didn't know if it was natural or not since he did know of two other white haired girls.

[Hey! We'll have you know that our hair is natural. This is not a dye of sorts. We are not like those punks in your world who think dying hair is cool.] This made Issei chuckle at the two pouting witches in his mind before he saw that Weiss made it to her location.

Her eyes met Ruby's first and they pointed at each other. ""Oh no, not you again!""

"Of all people, it just had to be you." The heiress groaned, pinching the bridge of her nose.

"I said I was sorry! What more do you want!?" Ruby apologized, distressed.

"Oi, what's your deal with my sister?" Yang asked, standing protectively by the smaller huntress to beas Issei looked at both Yang and Ruby. 'So their sisters. Huh. They don't look anything alike. Maybe fraternal sisters?'

"She's a hazard to my health!" Weiss snapped back, stomping her foot childishly.

As they continued to argue, Issei and Blake sighed simultaneously. The former just wanted to be done with everything that happened today since he was stressed out about his assignment he had to do tomorrow and exhausted from the drama today. Also the likelihood of finishing his meditation was thrown out the window with the three girls constant bickering.

"Haah. No point in staying up." Issei muttered.

"Agreed." Blake replied as she closed her book with an annoyed expression. "Guess it's an early lights out then."

"It would seem so. Care to do the honors?"

Blake nodded as she leaned over and, with one gentle breath, the flame was extinguished. The room was engulfed in darkness, promptly stopping the trio amidst their shouting match.

"Hey, who turned out the lights!?"

Issei groaned as he went to the balcony and took out his scroll before he looked at a contact he was well familiar with since that girl basically devoted herself to him ever since he went on that one mission which was supposed to be a test before it turned into a real mission where he had to save that girl who was so grateful she devoted all of herself to him. It amazed him by how the girl bowed to him but he didn't want to be seen as a slave owner or anything like that so he told her he wasn't looking for a slave but a partner.

Which was the start of a bond between the master and servant.

He tapped the contact and looked at the shattered moon before he looked at top of the building before he used some of his wind magic to fly to the top of the school as he sat on the roof and smile at the scene before him. Issei has his own little spot where he goes to relax and enjoy the scenery as he clears his mind when he begins to feel down or worried.

The scroll signaled that the person he called had picked up and responded.

{Hello? Master Hyoudou, are you okay?} Issei smiled at the voice before he nodded. "Yes, I am fine. We have our assignment from Ozpin tomorrow. Are you ready to test them?"

The woman on the other side nodded as she stood at the entrance of where she and her master were assigned by the old man before she explained. "Yes. All of the Pieces are in place. Four Pawns. Four Rooks. Four Knights. Four Bishops. Four Teams. Which means sixteen people are the only ones out of the 32 people will pass tomorrow's initiation. The others will either die by the Grimm or fail should they be unable to pass us." She nodded as she heard her masters orders and smiled at the kind words he spoke to her before she said her farewells.

"Goodnight master and get some rest. We'll be busy tomorrow." She ended the call as she looked past the Forest before her right eye glowed red as she looked from another's point of view to see her master heading to bed at his dorm which made the girl smile in comfort as she was happy her master was able to get some sleep since she could feel what her master was feeling due to the contract they had between them. She may just be his partner and maid but she was devoted solely to him alone.

Issei Hyoudou. The man who saved her and gave her life purpose after she lost everything. She would give all that she had to Issei. Her heart. Her love. Her soul. Her body. Everything. She would follow him to the ends of Remnant. She would even kill in order to protect his master both physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Her short hair blew in the breeze as she looked down at her hand and kissed the ring she had been given to by her master. "Master Hyoudou. I will stand at your side and follow you. No matter what. Ever since you save me, you gave me purpose and taught me so much in just a month. Because of you I can live to see tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. I can laugh and cry. I can smile because of the words you said to me that day. When I wanted to hear them the most. You really are demonically inspired Issei-kun."

She said as she cried tears of joy before her eyes became stern as she prepared for tomorrow.

The Next Day. Morning.

"Wonder what those two are so worked up about..." Ruby spoke out loud. She watched as a ginger hair girl and boy with a magenta streak walked by, the former talking about a plethora of things and the latter merely listening and nodding.

"Oh, who knows," Yang replied with a shrug. She threw a few test punches before she adjusted her gauntlets once more. "Anywho, what's got you so chipper today?"

"Oh, you know. The awkward talking phase is officially over. Now I can let my sweetheart do the talking for me." Ruby giggled as she held Crescent Rose in her arms like it was an actual baby. Yang watched her little sister giggle manically, caressing and kissing the side of its dormant form which creeped her out a bit.

"Well Ruby, you gotta remember, you're not the only one going through initiation. If you want to grow up, you have to meet new people and learn to work together."

"Ughhh, you sound like dad." Ruby groaned out. "And I don't need to meet people to grow up. I drink milk."

"Uh-huh, so, what do you plan on doing about teams, sis?" The buxom blonde asked, trying not to sound suspicious at all as the red and black gothic Lolita girl looked back at her sibling with an arched brow.

"What do you mean? I'll just be on your team. Right sis?" Ruby stated as if it was the most obvious thing which made Yang rub her left arm nervously as she looked a bit uncomfortable as she also shuffled her feet as well. This made Ruby knit her brows as Yang tried to explain what she wanted to tell Ruby.

"Mmm... Well, maybe, just maybe, I was thinking maybe, we could be on different teams." She avoided all forms of eye contact with her younger sister. She wouldn't dare look at those eyes that made her submit to her sister's whims.

However, it made the gasp from said sister all the more painful to hear.

"Yang Xiao Long! My dearest sister! My rock! Are you actually implying that you don't want to team up with me!?" The older sister made the mistake of turning back. The hurt and betrayal she saw almost made her want to say that it was a joke. She almost apologized and told her that they would definitely team up. Key word, almost. This was something she needed to do. For her sister's sake and for her sake too.

Yang averted her eyes once more. She rubbed her arm and shifted her weight from one leg to the other.

"It's not you Rubes, it's just...well. I think being on another team with other people will help you socialize a little better and, maybe you'll finally be able to break out of your shell."

Ruby pouted as she could see the betrayal in her sisters eyes. She could see her sister's point but that didn't help. She didn't want to socialize with new people. That was her problem! Yesterday should have been proof of that! The only other person who she had been able to talk to was Issei. Blake seemed like she just wanted to be left alone. And Weiss... well Ruby felt that she should try to stay clear of that girl.

"Yang, I don't need to be on another team! And I don't need to break out of my shell!"

"What about Issei, he seems like a good friend. I'm sure he'd be a good teammate."

"Well...yeah, but still..."

"Seems everyone is uppity this morning," a new voice joined in.

"Sup, Life Coach," Yang greeted, relieved for the man of the hour's timely arrival.

"Life Coach? I'm far from it, I guess..."

Ruby turned to see Issei behind her. His eyes were to the floor and he was rubbing the back of his neck. It was similar to last night where he didn't make any real eye contact with her. She wondered if something was wrong.

"Hey Issei!" Ruby chirped with a big smile. The brunette turned to her and offered a light smile in return. He had no problem looking at her.

"Morning Ruby. Ready for the day?" He asked, no awkwardness or nervousness in his tone. 'It's strange. He seems fine talking to me but when he speak with Yang he does a 180. It's odd since I saw that confident look when he stopped Weiss yesterday. His nervous but calm and happy look as he spoke to me, but for Yang he's different. It really is strange.'

"You bet! But Yang said she doesn't want to be on my team! Can you believe it!? She's so mean!" Issei chuckled unevenly in response before he placed a hand on top of the short girl's head. She squeaked at the comforting touch as Issei replied to her. "Haha! Then shame on her, I guess. Tell you what, how about I join instead?"

Ruby's eyes twinkled like stars. She nodded her head immediately, ecstatic at the thought of having her first friend on her team. "That would be awesome! Heck yeah you can!"

"Great. Sounds like a plan then." He then casted a gaze to his side. Yang, once more, was smiling at him. He quickly shot away, feeling his cheeks light up. "Well, I'll catch you guys later!"

And, just like that, he was on his way again. He didn't even dare spare a glance back, still feeling the blonde girl's gaze on his back. Those eyes of playful confidence.

Issei continued, passing other students, paying them no mind as he headed to the location for his Initiation.

He was happy seeing the exit but a certain someone who he didn't have the greatest first impression of. A certain heiress who was a bit too stuck up and prideful. A certain heiress he had tempered with yesterday.

The boy released an annoyed sigh. He had his outfit but wanted to get at his spot before he was late and berated by Glynda again.

"Ahem."

Weiss jumped a bit in surprise, having been torn from her conversation with the girl next to her. She turned and looked up at the Archbishop, blinking twice to recover from her initial shock. Then, a small scowl marred her face with narrowed eyes that displayed a displeasure at the sight of him.

"Oh, it's you again." She said distastefully. "What do you want?"

"Look, it seems we got off on the wrong foot yesterday. I just want to get to the spot we were assigned yesterday." He answered, scratching the back of his head. He was trying to be nice since there was no reason to make enemies at the start of the school year. God knows he made too many back at Kuoh with his uncontrolled perversion.

Weiss blinked twice, turning to the exit before looking back at him. She then stepped to the side.

"Ah, I see..." She muttered, a tiny hint of embarrassment coloring her cheeks. "I shall apologize then.

Issei's eyes widened slightly as he replied. "Yeah it's no problem at all."

Moving past her, he was adjusting his haori and ankle bracelets before he felt two eyes on his back. He turned around and saw the ice queen and mystery girl staring at him.

Once his gaze landed on Weiss, she turned away and coughed into her closed fist. "Ahem... Anyways, Issei, was it?" Weiss began, garnering his attention. "Have you met Pyrrha Nikos?" She then gestured to the red haired girl beside her. Said girl waved back gently, a kindred smile on her face.

"Hello!" She greeted happily. It seemed like a practiced gesture. Too formal with no real emotion about it. Issei felt wary of it. If there was one thing he didn't like, it was people acting as something they aren't. People should just be themselves. Like Minerva and Typhon. They were always themselves. Echidna had trouble with expressing herself since the only emotions she showed was interest and annoyance.

She took his period of silence as him mulling over the name and the look on his face as confusion as she tried to jog his memory.

"You've heard of Pyrrha Nikos, haven't you?" Weiss asked.

"I'm sorry but I actually haven't heard of that name before." He shrugged his shoulders since he wasn't about to lie and make himself look stupid. There's no point in saying you know someone if you know nothing about them.

"What!? She's the four time regional Champion of Mistral! She graduated at the top of her class at Sanctum Academy!"

"Huh, four time champion? That's pretty cool. Not bad." Issei replied, not sounding as impressed as Weiss thought he should. Her jaw dropped further.

"She's the mascot for Pumpkin Pete's cereal brand?" Weiss further tried to convince. It had no effect as Issei merely shook his head which made the heiress look at him as if he was an unknown life form.

"How?" Weiss muttered. "How do you not know who the Pyrrha Nikos is?"

"I never really cared for that kind of stuff. I see and judge people for who they are as a person. Not for their achievements. People can put on a nice act and act as if they are goody two shoes to hide that deep down they are a monster. I've seen it before and paid the price for it. Trust me." Issei wasn't lying, but it was more of an answer to deflect rather than voice his ignorance.

Both Weiss and Pyrrha blinked. The latter, however, was radiating, nearly blinding the boy with her toothy smile. It looked truly genuine this time , despite the fact she had such a glass smile mere moments ago. She was an odd one, then again everyone Issei met in this world was an odd one.

"I see." Weiss muttered. "You have definitely proven that to be the truth. I can say that your lack of care for popularity is...admirable."

"Uh..thank you?..."

An awkward air fell between the trio. Issei glanced to Weiss who was trying her hardest not to look like she was staring. Then he turned to Pyrrha who was still smiling, albeit not as bright as before. He didn't know how to really feel about them. They were potential teammates but both were really weird, and this was coming from him. The silence wasn't helping either. So, Issei decided now was his time to take his leave.

"Well, I'm gonna go ahead and head for initiation, see you guys out there," he said, jabbing a thumb over his shoulder. The brunette was about to head towards the exit before he hit a pillar behind him, receiving a giggle from Pyrrha and a groan from Weiss. He shook off his embarrassment and headed to initiation. "Guess I'll see you out there. Later Pyrrha and Ice Sneeze." He smirked to himself before running and hearing the heiress yell to him.

"Its Weiss Schnee!"

Initiation

"So, before we begin, are there any questions?" The headmaster asked his students.

"Yeah, I have a-" The blond knight began to say, raising a finger. He looked over the cliff seeing how far down it was into the forest. Issei enjoyed coming to the forest since it was great for combat and investigating Grimm. "-several questions, actually."

"Good! We'll begin immediately then. Everyone, take your positions and good luck to you all." Ozpin finished, bringing the cup of coffee to his lips.

As soon as he said this, students began launching into the sky. One by one, Jaune could hear the shouts of possible comrades being sent flying to what he thought was their doom. Some out of excitement, others nervousness, and some with fear. He was pretty sure he was of the latter.

"Ozpin, what is a landing strategy?" Jaune asked, another student's shout ringing in his ear.

"Just as it sounds. You are being launched into the Emerald Forest. From there, you'll be strategizing your landing."

"Uh-huh..." Jaune spared another glance, seeing the vast amount of trees and ground. Land where and land how? "So uh, do we get parachutes or something?"

"Mmm-no. You will be falling. It's up to you on how you decide to land, Mr. Arc."

"Wait, I wasn't told about this part!"

"Oh? Must have slipped my mind."

Jaune went pale as Issei shook his head and was about to comment Ozpin's amusement in seeing others in pain. "You son of a-."

"Mr. Hyoudou." Glynda spoke with a dangerous glint in her eye. It promptly stopped the boy in his tracks.

Issei looked back to the older male, where he swore he saw the smallest of smirks grace the headmaster's face. "Good luck, Mr. Hyoudou. Mr Arc."

"Bastard..."

"Mr. Hyoudou!"

"Fuck You Old Man!"

And then, he was gone with a smirk on his face. As Issei flew in the air he could see that the blond man he saw launch before him was pierced by a spear at a tree before he could see everyone on the ground. Issei nodded as he knew of his assignment he was given alongside his partner.

"Okay Raem. Let's get this party started." Issei said as he used his wind magic to fly towards the location, unaware of a red reaper who was watching him as he flew by towards the cliffs. The reaper didn't know why he was heading to the cliffs instead of the relics where they were supposed to be at.

Time Skip. Teams JNPR and RWBY face the Deathstalker and the Nevermore but at the original location of the relics before Ruby and Jaune received a notification from Ozpin, saying that the only way for them to pass is to obtain the relics from the Oni Queen and Demon King who guard the relics.

Ruby and Jaune were withtheir teams as they headed to the cliffs to see a large coliseum next to it and there were eight relics remaining out of the sixteen pillars. Ruby looked at her team before looking back at Jaune and nodding at them all before they left their hiding spot and headed to the relics.

Jaune was nervous about this since he couldn't tell but there wasn't anything right about the area. "Professor Ozpin said an Oni Queen and Demon King guards the relics. If that's the case then where are they?" He looked to see Nora and Ruby were the fastest ones as they were about to grab the first Knight and Rook piece before the wind began to pick up and blow the two away as Ren and Blake heard the sounds of chains rattling in the area.

Blake and Ren's eyes widened before they yelled to them both. "Get out of there! It's a trap!" Nora and Ruby looked at them both before a pair of morning stars shot out of the cliffs coliseum exit before they made an impact on both Ruby and Nora by sending the two back to their respective teams.

Yang caught Ruby while Pyrrha caught Nora before they looked to see the attacker as the sound of chains became louder until a set of footsteps were heard from the exit as they got closer and closer to the center of the coliseum. The wind stopped blowing as the figure came out of the shadows and into the light for all to see.

The person was they were facing was a fair lady with a maid outfit who had an impressive bust on par with Pyrrha, blue and pink hair along with a red eye on the right of her face and a blue eye on the left side of her face. A pair of morning stars were in both of her hands as she smiled challengingly at the two teams before a pair of horns emerged from her forehead. She looked at them all and scoffed at them.

"So these are the last two teams that are formed. Out of the 32 people who came here only two teams passed the exam while the others failed. And now it comes down to the last two teams to see if they are really worthy of becoming students of Beacon. My King and I were assigned to test your skills as a team. Grimm is one thing but challenging people are different since we are unpredictable. Don't you agree my Lord?"

A few steps were heard as they turned around to face the Demon King but a few eyes from Team RWBY widened as the person came into the light and appeared to be the very same person who inspired them yesterday before they all went to bed.

The same person who said that we had to fight with the sound of a war drum.

The same speed who stood before them as their opponent.

Issei Hyoudou. The Demon King as he smirked at the eight of them as his tattoos began to glow purple as Blake heard him whisper something to himself.

'Sloth? What does that mean?'

Issei slammed his feet into the ground as the leg armor and arm armor appeared on his body as he smirked at them all.

"This is when the real challenge begins."

He pointed to himself as he yelled.

"My name is Issei Hyoudou. The Archbishop whom you'll be facing!"

The Oni glared at the teams as the wind picked up around her. "My name is Raem. The Oni Queen whom you are facing as well."

They nodded to each other as they charged to the teams their challenging before saying to them.

"Let the final test begin!"

End

Issei and Raem, the fusion of Ram and Rem, will be facing off against Teams RWBY and JNPR but they aren't partners. The two of them are Master and Servant.

Hers a bit of a Bio if this'll help explain Raem.

Name: Raem.

Race: Faunus: Oni.

Birthplace: Shion located in Mistral.

Family: Parents: Deceased.

Powers: Wind and Water Manipulation. Enhanced Speed, Strength, Durability, Speed, and Heightened Senses.

Semblance: Berserker. It allows the user to go into a blind rampage that increases all to their powers and magic but the downside is that it's only a temporary boost since they drain their stamina, aura, and mana dry before they collapse from exhaustion. Which is why Issei put a seal on the Semblance with Raem's permission.

History:

Raem was in a burning house as she looked to see her father and mother fighting against the bandits who invaded their home. The black haired one with a Grimm Mask killed the Elder Oni before the battle commenced with the Bandits killing their people faster than they could kill the bandits. Raem stayed hidden behind a closet that kept her hidden and safe. An hour later, the fighting had escalated to a bloodbath as the last of the Oni's were surrounded by the bandits before the leader killed her mother and father which made her cry tears of sadness before her rage at the leader took over the activated her semblance.

She blasted out of the house with her morning stars and killed many of the bandits with both her morning stars and magic before she glared at the leader who killed her parents and began to clash with her but no matter how much power she used or what attack she used, the leader of the bandits reflected it or dodged the attacks with ease. Raem was about to fight with the last of her strength before she collapsed from exhaustion due to the backlash of her semblance.

The Bandit Leader walked to Raem and was about to kill her until a punch from her savior appeared and sent her flying away from the Oni as the savior looked at her and nodded. "You fought well. Let me take it from here." Raem nodded as her savior looked at the leader and charged at her before the leader was struck with multiple punches and kicks before an unknown force punched her and broke both of her legs. Raem was in awe at the calm but serious look on her saviors face before he glared at her some more until the leader used her sword to open a portal and ordered the remainder of her team to leave as they already completed their objective but Raem didn't care as her family's honor had been avenged by damaging the leaders Pride.

The savior made sure no one else was around before he looked at Raem and walked towards her. Raem looked at his eyes as he scooped her up in his arms before a Bullhead came to their location. Raem felt tired from her battle as she fell asleep safe in her saviors arms.

Time Skip.

As she woke up in a bed, she wore her maid outfit and bowed to her savior who had given her everything she asked for so in return she repaid his kindness with all that she had.

"Master Issei Hyoudou. On this day, I, Raem, the last of my people, solemnly swear my absolute loyalty to you. I will follow where you go and I will go into the darkest parts of the world to stand at your side. You have given me so much and I have only taken advantage of your kindness so I wish to give you all I have. My heart. My soul. My power. My body. Everything I have is yours Master. Even if the whole world turns its back on you, I will always stand at your side. In your quest to become a hero you will have to overcome many hardships but you mustn't face them all alone. I will support you if you need a shoulder to lean on. I will be there to help lift your burdens and protect your heart. Please accept this vow of loyalty, my master."

She kept her head bowed to Issei as she was one knee before she felt a hand ruffle her head before Issei helped her stand up as he nodded at her declaration as he replied with conviction in his voice.

"I accept your vow of loyalty and in return I shall offer you my shoulder if you need to lean on me. I will be there to aid you as well and fight at your side and protect you. No matter what so don't worry Raem. I will always be there to fight with you and save you just as you saved me when I was depressed after I failed to save your people. You forgave me and said I had avenged your family so I'll protect your heart and soul just as you would do for me."

The two looked at each other before they shared a nervous kiss that warm to Issei and Raem. They felt their souls connect from the kiss as they departed and smiled at one another.

On this day, a master and servant declared their loyalty towards each other. The two lost souls who lost all they had, have found each other and saved each other from sadness and depression.

Hope that clarifies Raem and Issei's history and relationship before I end this chapter.

Next time: The Wrath of the Oni and Demon.

Issei's Harem so far: Raem.

Oh and I added Jaune since I decided to give 'him' a little something hilarious. This is what'll change the original Jaune's history and how 'he' came into Beacon Academy.

See you all next time. Bye!
