Chapter 3
This is the Deadly Orientation Battle of two 'Guardians' of Beacon Academy: The Demon King and The Oni Queen. Team: Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long. And Team: Jaune Arc, Pyrrha Nikos, Nora Valkyrie, and Lie Ren.
The two teams will have to pull together and prove they deserve to be at Beacon Academy, though fair warning this will have some character bashing and taking out one of the members of a team.
Now let's begin!
Beacon Cliffside
Ruby was shocked to see that Issei and this Faunus Maid were their final opponents and that the orientations were different from how their father and uncle explained it to them. As she saw Issei rush to her, she was surprised to see Issei go by her and charge to Jaune and his group while the maid threw one of maces at her before Yang pushed her out of the way and tried to pull the girl towards her but she didn't budge and inch before the maid smirked at her before Weiss and Blake tried to attack her with Dust and bullets but it was in vain as the maid closed her eyes and breathed deeply before they widened as the Dust and bullets were blown away by a small tornado surrounding her body as the attacks were repelled before the maid dispelled it as she looked at Weiss before pulling her flail with all her might as she began to spin Yang.
"Ring around the rosy. A pocket full of posies." The maid sang as her eyes shined in the light before Weiss was slammed by Yang, which made the brawler let go of the mace, before they both flew into the pillars.
The maid brought her flail back to her as she put the handles of her two morning stars together before the chains retreated into the staff as it extended before it looked like a double sided mace.
She did a few moves that reminded Ruby of her swinging her scythe before the maid slammed one of the maces into the ground as she looked at Ruby in the eyes with a serious glare that made Ruby fear the Oni at that moment.
"This is the final test of your orientation. Do not think my master and I are simple first years like you and your friends. We do not hesitate in fighting to the death. If your not prepared to kill another living person then you are not ready to play with the big dogs. My master knows who you are Ruby Rose, daughter of Summer Rose. One of the former graduates of Beacon Academy who was killed in battle. How ironic that the daughter of the great Silver Eyed Warrior Summer Rose, is walking down the same path that her mother walked down on. How adorable. Thinking you can become a Hero of Justice." Raem said to Ruby as Issei was clashing with Jaune, he looked back at the maid with a light glare. "Raem! We are not here to talk, we are here to test their metal! Do not hold back and show them how how strong they truly are!"
Raem sighed as she clashed with Ruby's scythe before she understood what he meant by his words. "I understand Master however if they are going to be the next generation of Protectors of Remnant then they must know of the world they are about to enter. You and I both know that the world isn't kind and fair. We've both seen both the darkness and light side of the life of a Hunter/Huntress. Most of them only care about money, fame, and power while others care about their personal agendas, then there are those who are only in it due to their love of childish dreams and fairy tales." Raem said as she shoved Ruby away before sending a blast of wind at Ruby which made her lose her balance before she fell on her ass. Raem then shook her head at the girl before using her ice powers to send multiple icicle spears at the girl which made Ruby use her semblance to dodge them without realizing what Raem was doing to Ruby.
Raem got closer to the scythe and froze it on the ground before continuing her assault on the Red Riding Hood as she looked at her master using his Unseen Hands on the four members of the other group but could tell that the ninja and the blond knight were crushed easily while the orangette and the red haired Amazon were still fighting with all they had. 'You saw it master. This girl is walking the same path as her mother did and we both saw the results when we both saw the results from Professor Goodwitch. A woman who was a mother to a little girl who was only 2 or 3 years old and didn't leave her anything but a curse of the dream she wanted to achieve. The dream of a world where people smile and can live without shedding tears. A world like that where Faunus and Humans can coexist. It's a fantasy world that you knew wasn't easy to achieve and even after your training and seeing the destruction that was caused by humans, Faunus, and Grimm themselves. The day you saved me and became a monster on your assignment was the same day your hope for a bright future betrayed you.' Raem said to herself as she clashed with Blake and Weiss before she snapped her fingers as water droplets formed around her body as she spoke to them.
"Water Pressure."
SNAP!
The droplets sped so fast to Weiss and Blake felt like bullets instead of water hitting them.
"Ow! What's in that water?" Weiss asked as she used her Semblance to protect her body from the 'bullets' before aiming her rapier with ice glyphs at her before she saw Raem aiming a mace at her but before the maid fired it the mace's head turned into a claw as it shot out and grabbed Weiss's being before Raem pulled the heiress towards the maid before Weiss was slammed into Blake, who was trying to attack the maid from behind.
Raem scoffed at the black haired huntress as the claw retracted to the staff. "Hmph, you think I wouldn't sense you behind me? You should've known I would have noticed you, considering what you truly are." Blake's eyes widened at this, did she know her secret?
Raem just looked at Blake in the eyes before looking at the two as Yang and Ruby picked themselves back up as Ruby smiled at her free scythe while Yang was cracking her knuckles and shrugged it off as if it wasn't a big deal as the golden haired brawler looked at the maid while smiling as if she enjoyed the fight. "So got a name before I kick your ass?"
Raem scoffed at the notion of her being defeated by this group before she nodded to indulge them. "My name is Raem. I am the Oni Queen and personal maid to my only master, Issei Hyoudou. It's hilarious to think you can defeat me since I've seen your type and sadly I am not impressed. The other group is lacking due to that pathetic excuse for a Knight facing off against my master." Raem said as she pointed to the other side of the arena as Issei was smiling as he punched Nora back with a black aura infused punch while Pyrrha and Ren were being corner by an invisible attack while Jaune yelled as he charged at them before Issei just did a sideline punch without looking at Jaune. "Huh? Didn't know you were here. Hey Jaune right? Are you really a student from a Hunter Academy? I'm asking because you stink at fighting and that's coming from your performance so far." He said as he gestured to Jaune's teammates.
Jaune began to grow nervous, making Issei sigh at how the blonde knight just proved the brunettes statement. "So I'm right, you've had no prior experience... then could those transcripts of yours be... fake?"
Jaune was even more nervous as Issei sighed at him. "Well that explains some things. Unfortunately for you that means you'll have to be either expelled and sent to prison for breaking the law or…..I could kill you. Tell me do you have any family that are aware of your choices or did you come alone?"
Jaune backed away lightly as he tried to crawl away before Issei nodded as his bangs shadowed his eyes. "So they don't know... how irresponsible of you. And how melancholic for them.
Issei then picked up Jaune by his shirt before dragging him to the edge as he looked at Jaune with a look of sadness in his eyes. "That's selfish and slothful of you Jaune Arc. Abandoning your family without saying much of a word, breaking the law which equals a few years in prison, and thinking you could even get away with this. What were you thinking?" Issei asked as he held Jaune over the edge.
"You have until the count of five. One….Two….Three..." Issei said as he began to let go of Jaune's shirt.
Ruby saw this with shock in her eyes, she didn't think Issei would actually drop Jaune. 'I-Issei wouldn't do that! He's a kind person, he would let Jaune fall to his death... right?' Ruby watched on with baited breath, afraid of what Issei was going to do next, but also hoping he'd do the right thing. Issei could tell Jaune wouldn't speak up for himself, the brunette sighed heavily. "...Whelp, I guess that makes you a dead fool... Five."
Issei then dropped Jaune as he yelled which made Ruby's eyes widen in shock as she used her semblance and sped to Jaune before grabbing him and heading back up to the arena before wheezing in exhaustion for pushing herself too far before Raem and Issei looked at her in surprise before Ruby slowly got up and panted as she looked at Issei and asked
"Why?"
Issei sighed at this and pulled out a paper with her signature.
"You are aware that you all signed on your application that if you died during orientation that the school will not be held accounted for your deaths, correct?"
Everyone gained chills at the reminder since they knew what they were signing up for as they wanted to become future Hunters and Huntresses to protect Remnant, however before Issei was about to continue he suddenly froze at an ominous aura erupting from someone. 'W-What the hell? Where's this dark aura coming from?' Issei looked around, until his eyes landed on the last person he'd expect dark aura to be coming from. "Ruby, are you alright?" Raem could see Issei's concern, she too felt the dark aura. But Raem was secretly scared, due to how raw this aura was. "Master Issei... be ready for anything."
Issei nodded as Ruby's silver eyes glowed brightly before plain swords began to appear above her as her scythe's blade began to glow bright as well.
"You…..YOU MONSTER!!" Ruby yelled before charging at Issei with reckless abandon as she charged towards Issei until her scythe was held in the air by an invisible force and the swords were knocked aside. Ruby snarled like a beast as Raem picked up one of the swords and was in awe at it. "A Devil sword with Holy attributes. Master! It's true. Magic and Sacred Gears. They are in this world."
Issei's eyes widened, until he heard one of his Witches speak. {The sword Raem is holding is Sword of Betrayer, don't let that sword touch you under any circumstances Issei.} Issei nodded at this information as Ruby was still snarling at him before Ruby yelled as she broke free from the iron like grip before throwing herself to Issei before she landed on his chest and glared into his eyes until she began to choke him.
"I'LL KILL YOU! I'LL KILL YOU! WHY? YOUR A GOOD PERSON SO WHY? WHY DID YOU DROP HIM!" Ruby yelled/asked as she looked into his eyes.
Issei hissed as Ruby was choking him, Raem was about to intervene until the brunette held up a hand to stop her. "D-Don't... Ruby isn't herself right now..."
Issei looked at her eyes and said to Ruby. "If you want to kill me then do it. Kill me and see what'll happen as the result. I'll give you a hint. You'll destroy yourself."
Ruby looked at Issei for a moment, before she released Issei. Issei sighed heavily as he then punched Ruby's face that sent her flying to the pillars and landing in it before Issei's eyes glowed purple as his wounds began to heal with purple light. "Blessing of Envy. Everlasting Love." Issei sighed in relief at the healing effect, until he felt immense pain through his chest. Issei slowly looked down to see a familiar red sword that the Witches recognized stabbed right through his chest. {Demonic Emperor Gram.}
Issei then looked up at Ruby as she glared at him with her angry silver eyes as she panted heavily as she pulled herself out of the rubble before Ruby's eyes returned to normal as she looked at the blood on her hands and the sword through Issei's chest as he slumped in death which made her look at her hands in shock before she crawled back.
"N-No. I-I-I didn't mean t-to-" Ruby said as she looked at her hands and whimpered as she bumped into Raem's legs. "But you did." Raem said as she looked at her Masters body and walked over to him and pulled the sword out as she laid him on his back.
"Master. Please wake up. Your frightening the children"
[Do calm down Raem. It's not easy to repair a body as you might think.] A Melodic voice said as Issei's eyes were purple as a snake tattoo appeared on 'his' forehead as 'he' sat up. [I still can't believe that sword is still around Gram: the Sword of that Dragon Slayer Siegfried. What a ridiculous weapon that was forged by those Heroes.] 'Issei' said as he stood up and groaned a bit as 'his' wounds began to close up. The students were shocked as the wound closed up as the man walked to Ruby and got to her level before slapping her cheeks on both sides.
"Ow!" Ruby yelled as she rubbed her sore cheeks as 'Issei' patted her head. [Issei isn't dead by the way, this is a part of his Sacred Gear. What healed Issei's wounds was Everlasting Love and what resurrected him was Return By Death, which can only be used three times a month. And with that, Ruby Rose. You have passed the orientation.]
"E-Eh?" Ruby and the others were shocked as Issei helped her up as he explained his reasons. [Issei wanted you to kill him, to see if you really had the guts to kill a living person.] 'Issei' then pouted as he continued his explanation. [But don't do it again, I hate those that hurt my beloved with malice.]
Ruby just nodded as the swords she summoned vanished as she was pulled towards Raem before looking at them all. "You see the difference between you and the other teams is that the eight before you and Jaune's group were ready to put their lives on the line and kill us so they can complete their objective. When your on a mission the enemy won't be kind or sincere to you. This isn't a fairy tale where you sing a song or give a speech then it all become a happy ever after. My master and I have had to kill and slaughter our foes. In fact when Master Issei saved me from the intruders who attacked my clan, he had to kill those who tried to harm me and even on his entrance exam he had to take his first life during that exam. Now you eight may go and claim your pieces. Choose wisely for they decide what team you are on."
'Issei' then fell to the floor unconscious as the purple snake disappeared from 'his' forehead, making Yang and surprisingly Blake and Weiss ran over to his body. Ruby wasn't too sure what to do, until Raem patted her shoulder with a smile. "Go to him, he isn't mad at you. Remember, he wanted you to do what you did."
Ruby nervously nodded as Issei sat up and grabbed his head. "Shit it's been awhile. Damn my head." Issei said as he shook off the head before he looked at Ruby before patting her head. "Calm down Ruby. I wanted you to do that. Now go get your pieces and take our warning seriously. There's into four Knights left." He said as he pointed to see Jaune and his group grabbing the Bishop's piece before heading towards the cliff.
Issei was then tackle hugged by Yang, making him let out a yelp as Blake and Weiss went with Ruby to grab the remaining pieces.
Yang smiled as she hugged him before she let go of him. "You were targeting Ruby since day one when she got here. Why? Why make her kill you and go that far? Why make her stain her hands in blood?"
Issei sighed as he looked at the girls sister in all but blood. "Yang you should know as well as I do that this world isn't kind to everyone. There are many Hunters and Huntresses who say they want to save the world and be a Hero but that is such a selfish and ridiculous dream. A dream that was Ruby's inheritance after her mother passed away and because of the stories she heard about her and the things she's heard about the life of a Huntress from the stories it only makes sense that Ruby woudl try to pursue the same path that Summer Rose lived which inevitably led to her death and abandoning her own flesh and blood. Seems ironic no? The descendant of Summer Rose walking down the path of a Hero which only ends up with a life filled with regrets and bloodshed. After all even Justice can be very cruel."
Yang nodded in understanding. "Alright... but scare my sister like that again, and I'll cave your skull in." Issei nodded with a light chuckle. "Consider it a promise then." Yang smiled in thanks before she ran off to join the others as she grabbed the Bishop Piece from Ruby as Raem tapped a few keys on her scroll. "And with that the Orientation is complete. Four teams have been filled in. The other sixteen are either dead or gave up. Ozpin is arranging for the ones who gave up to leave. Sadly only four gave up while the other twelve died due to Grimm. Such a shame. So many people come to become a Protector and tragically died on the first day."
Issei sighed as he looked at her with a stoic face. "Please don't ever say that in a casual sense again, that was just plain creepy." Raem nodded before smiling in joy as Issei patted her head which made Raem lean into him as she sighed happily. "I'm glad we aren't going to receive any more people. We work together just fine Master Issei. If we were to include anymore annoyances then they'll be lazy like that blond Bimbo. She seemed to only swing her fists, party with no respect for herself, and seems to act like a slut. She reeks of so much sex it's disgusting." Raem said as she spoke in her casual tone but Issei could tell that she's rude to those she doesn't likes and is kind to others who she respects and the list of people she receipts is very, very, very short.
Issei chuckled nervously as a bead of sweat rolled down his forehead. "N-Now now Raem, Yang doesn't smell like that at all, she actually smells like Sunflowers."
"Hoh? So you smelt her as she hugged you?" A dark aura surrounded Raem. "But I smell better right? You love my scent of blueberries and strawberries, right?"
Issei nodded as he sniffed her hair which made her aura recede before he felt a small but strong punch on his stomach. Issei groaned as Raem pouted as she set his head on her lap. "Honestly why are you such a troublesome master? You already have me and love my body as well as my affections yet you still wish to continue that dream of yours?"
Issei nodded as Raem sighed at her masters strange dream. "Fine. But only I will pick and see if their good for you. Now be quiet and enjoy my lap pillow as your punishment Master Issei." She said before brushing her hand through his hair.
Issei sighed as he was used to her tsundere personality before mumbling to himself. "This is more of a reward than a punishment." Raem's aura flared as she grabbed his left cheek and asked darkly. "Did you say something Master Issei?""Oh look, a bird in the sky."
"Smart choice." Raem said as Issei stared into the sky as he felt relaxed before a Bullhead was coming into view.
"Well I suppose it's time for us to leave Master. We need to go to the team processing. I believe that Team RWBY will be an interesting group as well as the team before them."
Issei nodded at this, until he sensed another aura on the Bullhead, which made him sigh. "What is it Master Issei?" "Raem, you may not like this, but I can sense his aura on the Bullhead." Raem groaned at that as she didn't want to deal with the annoying Hunter. "Not the drunkard."
The two saw the Bullhead come down to reveal the pilot at the front and a drunken old crow who smelled like a tavern which made Raem take out a handkerchief as she covered her nose.
"The drunken loyal crow returns to its master. What happened on your mission? Kicked out of another tavern and needed to stock up on your liquor supply?"
Qrow smirked at the maids mouth before replying. "Wouldn't you like to know, Angel Face." Raem's eye twitched as she hated the nickname the crow gave to her. "I don't know whether to take that dumb nickname of yours as a compliment, or an insult." Issei sighed once more, before his face turned stern. "Why're you picking us up, Ozpin only sends you if he needs to see me immediately." 'And it better not be about Ironbitch.'
Qrow sighed as he drank from his flask. "Here's the thing. He wants you at the orientations conclusion when the new teams are announced. Have to admit you two surprised me with how you and Angel Face crushed Winchester's kid and his group." Qrow said as he let Issei and Raem climb into the cockpit before the Bullhead took off.
Qrow pulled out two files and handed them to the duo. "These are two of the students you should keep an eye on. Tohka Itsuka and Fee. The first is a girl who claims to be an Angel Princess from the church. Which complicates things since the only church in Remnant is run down ever since that Cult, the Grimm Faction, tore it down and continue to be such a pain."
Issei nodded at this. "They most likely moved up to Mistral's Church, and then they sent Tohka-San here for some reason. Not to gather intel mind you, but perhaps so she could get stronger? Or to become the Churches first ever Huntswoman?" Qrow shrugged. "Hard to say really. Now then, about your final teammate, Fee. She's an heiress to the Neko Clan. A Faunus group that specializes with advanced healing. She's the last one and is looking for the man responsible for her clan and parents death. Roman Torchwick but he's been missing for months now. She came to Ozpin in hopes of finding him here in Vale so it's best you keep an eye on her."
Issei rose a brow at this as he asked Qrow. "That's strange, because Ozpin told me that Ruby had a run in with Roman Torchwick, so I wouldn't say he's missing."
Qrow shrugged his shoulders as he explained the thief's disappearance. "I heard what happened but the thing is after the robbery, Roman's been missing. No one has seen him since that night and he hasn't been at his old hideouts. Not even at Juniors Bar and Junior knows what's happening in Vale. Most of the time. But still keep an eye on Fee. She wants his head and won't stop until she get what she wants. I've seen that look in her eyes."
Qrow pointed at Issei. "You've had those eyes once, remember when I told you about the Branwen Tribe Massacre? And that my sister had gone missing?"
Issei nodded as he recalled how Raven Branwen, Qrows sister was missing after the Branwen Tribe was massacred and the only lone survivor was Vernal, who died shortly from her injuries after she tells Qrow what happened to them all. All that was left was Ravens broken sword and mask before a large bloodbath consisting of Grimm and bandits were laid out on the campground.
"When you found out about that, who was the one who just about went on a killing spree to find out who caused the massacre?" Qrow asked Issei with a raised brow, the brunette cringed before he sighed. "Any sign of her yet, or is she still out there somewhere?"
Qrow nodded as he tried to use all of the sources and locate his sister but to no avail. "Sadly no. She's MIA and soon to be labeled KIA. My sister is smart so she's probably hiding and healing from what harmed her and the clan."
Issei nodded. "Yeah, but I can't help but worry for her. Raven was the one that sort of truly opened my eyes, about not trusting Ozpin. ...She even told me about *her, something that Ozpin refused to tell me."
Qrow nodded as he knew that Raven and Issei had a small heart to heart when Qrow took Issei on a training trip to help with his powers which led to Raven meeting them before she told Issei about their past with Ozpin and why he shouldn't trust him, what happened to Team STRQ, and her relationship with Qrow, Tai, and Summer.
Issei clenched his fist. "It's because of Ozpin that Summer is dead. It's because of Ozpin that Raven ran away after Summer's death. It's because of Ozpin that this war between Human and Grimm even started. Ozpin just had to try and steal away his kids from *her, their mother, cause that was such a good idea." "Hey, easy kiddo."
Qrow said as he saw Issei go into his monologue mode before Raem looked Issei and smacked his face. "Stop moping Master Issei. You should be smiling. If you keep moping I'll continue to punish you." Raem said as Issei nodded as he rubbed his cheek. "Thanks Raem. I appreciate your loving side and your cold but kind side." Issei said to Raem as she smiled a bit as she placed her head on his shoulder. "Thank you Master Issei and if you go into depression again. I'll smack you again and help you. That is my duty as your partner, maid, and future wife."
Qrow chuckled at that. "She's still on about being your wife, eh?" Issei blushed lightly. "Quiet you." Qrow snickered at that, before he turned around and smirked. "Whelp, get your game faces on kids, cause we're here."
The two looked at the school as the Bullhead landed before they saw the two girls to keep an eye on. The first one was a girl with very long, dark-purple night-colored hair tied back into a ponytail with a ribbon while still letting much of her hair fall freely, and matching dark purple eyes with a golden crystalline tint. Her combat uniform looked more like a dress with a black, cream, and pink color scheme and a set of purple-and-cream plated armor which adorned her shoulders and waist. The Dress was open at the back and made up into a black corset (which exposed a part of her cleavage) and a two-layered, knee-length skirt which has a pink-to-white gradient. Her hair was tied back using a butterfly-shaped hair accessory. She also wore a pair of gauntlets which have petal-like cuffs, both sharing the same color scheme as her attire, as well as a pair of armored boots. The other girl had dark pink hair, cat ears, and light purple eyes. Her attire looked similar to a Japanese kimono but it was dark purple and gold to show her royalty title as an heiress.
Qrow got out of the Bullhead as he introduced the two girls. "These two are the new members who need to be watched. The first one is Tohka Yatogami and the Faunus is Fee."
Issei and Raem looked over the two girls with a nod, until suddenly the purple haired girl was directly in front of the brunette. Issei jumped back lightly, while Raem's eyes widened. 'She's so fast.'
The girl looked at him in the eyes and asked. "You are Issei Hyoudou, correct? My name is Tohka Yatogami. I am an Angel from the church of Mistral and I'm pleased to be working with you."
Issei calmed himself, and bowed lightly with a blush. "I-It's nice to meet you as well, Tohka-San." Tohka seemed surprised by the suffix. "Are you by chance from Mistral?" Issei seemed a surprised by this, he turned to Raem who mouthed 'roll with it'. Issei then turned back to Tohka, and gave her a nod. "I am, though I was a little kid back when I still lived there. I actually moved to Vale a couple of years ago."
Tohka nodded as she stabbed her sword into the ground. "Then it's a pleasure to be working with you. I hope the two of us can get along and establish a good relationship for the future of the church."
Issei nodded with a smile, until he moved his head down slowly with widened eyes. Issei's face turned red upon seeing the boob window Tohka's armor had, until Raem lifted his head up, and turned it so he was facing Fee.
Fee was looking at Issei as she waved to him. "Hello there. Fee. Know that I don't mind working with other but I do enjoy my privacy so when I want to be alone it's not just because of female problems. Okay Issei if your still listening or just looking at my bust."
Issei blushed lightly, before he coughed into his fist. "I-I was listening, and I understand. But just know, if you need anything, my door is always open." Fee nodded with a light smile, before her face became neutral again. "And just know, I don't mind you staring at my chest, just don't push your boundaries."
Issei nodded in reply as Fee looked at Raem before her face looked shocked at the Oni. "I'm surprised to see an Oni here. I heard what happened to your clan. You have my condolences over your family's death."
Raem bowed lightly as she replied. "Thank you very much Fee-San. You have my condolences for your family as well, these Faunus murders are truly getting out of hand." Fee nodded as she agreed with Raem. "Thank you for your kindness Raem-San, and I agree, these murders must stop before it gets any worse." Issei smiled a sad smile discreetly as he heard the two of them chat about their pasts but was happy that Raem had someone to talk to about her past. 'Well at least Raem has someone new to talk to.'
Qrow looked at the four of them before Tohka picked up Issei and slung him over her left shoulder. "Let's go. Ozpin will be expecting us at the auditorium." She said as she carried him away to the auditorium before Raem and Fee followed them.
"W-Whoa! Tohka-San! I can walk you know!" "We have no time for that."
"Okay, but do you have to put your hand on my ass?"
"It's to ensure you don't fall to the ground. And your rear is very bubbly. You must have inherited it from your mother."
Issei's face turned crimson, while Raem burst out laughing. "Aww, she likes you Issei." "Oh put a sock in it!" Raem continued laughing as they headed to see Ozpin. "WOULD YOU STOP GROPING ME TOHKA-SAN!!"
Tohka couldn't stop feeling Issei's rear as she replied. "Apologies but your rear that of a man's but it's bubbly like a woman's. Oh! We're arriving to the auditorium right now." She said as she neared the door before placing him on the floor and dusted his shoulders.
Issei glared at her lightly, before he sighed and groped Tohka's butt. "There, now we're even."
Tohka nodded with a calm face as she asked him. "How did it feel? Did it satisfy your beastly fetish for women's rears or bust?" Tohka asked as if she wasn't ashamed that she was groped by Issei with no blush on her face.
Issei became quite flushed at the woman's question before he saw a red haired woman back in his world. 'She's like that popular red haired chick back home, she has no shame.'
"Uh….your not offended by me groping you?" Issei asked as Tohka shook her head. "No. I was told by the sisters of the church that men and women have very odd and interesting fetishes. I know this one woman who has a strange fetish for whips and handcuffs."
Raem seemed interested in that. "Could I maybe meet this person?" Issei seemed very surprised by this, he heard one of his Witches laugh. {Hahahahaha! I didn't think getting hurt would bring some pleasure to people! At least it doesn't bring them pain!} Issei deadpanned. 'Of course you'd be fine with something like that Minerva.'
Issei then looked at Fee patting his back before leading him into the auditorium before the others followed him to the stage to see that Ruby was with Weiss, Blake and Yang while Pyrrha, Ren, and Nora were with Jaune.
Ruby, Yang, Blake and Weiss noticed the two new girls with Issei and Raem. For some reason, Yang felt something bothersome swell up in her chest, almost as if she was jealous of the two women with Issei. Ruby titled her head in confusion as she looked at the two new girls with Issei before they stood next to them as Ozpin came out to the podium.
"Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long. You four shall be known as Team RWBY and your team leader shall be……Ruby Rose."
Issei's eyes widened, while Ruby looked at him with stars in her eyes. Raem gave off a dark aura again, until Issei ruffled her hair, making her sigh in contempt. {Well aren't you lucky Issei, you get to teach a female leader of an all girls team. Need some advice to add to your Harem?} 'Don't tease me Echidna.'
Ozpin nodded as he continued. "Pyrrha Nikos, Lie Ren, Nora Valkyrie, and Jaune Arc. You four shall be known as Team Provincial and your leader shall be……Pyrrha Nikos"
Issei was surprised by this before Ozpin looked at him as he made Issei the leader of his own small team that included just him and Raem before Tohka and Fee left Issei to join their team which consisted of a white haired girl who had a stoic look on her face and a small red haired child who was sucking on a lollipop.
"Tohka Yatogami, Origami Tobiichi, Kotori Itsuka, and Fee Neko. You four will be known as Team KNOT. Team Knot. Your leader will be Origami Tobbichi." Ozpin said as the white haired girl nodded as she looked at her teammates who nodded in acceptance to the decision. After the announcements was over Ozpin led the three teams and the duo to another classroom where Ozpin stood at the front of the podium. "Now I brought you all here to explain that this will be a special classroom. Now we have reports of magic and unique weapons appearing around Remnant that are dangerous if left unattended to."
Issei nodded as he took over the little speech. "I saw this with Ruby already, if I had to guess, she probably has both Sword Birth and Blade Blacksmith."
Ozpin looked at Issei and asked. "Did the Witches tell you this?"
Issei nodded as he thought about them. 'He only knows about the Witches because I had no choice but to tell him. But he doesn't know of their abilities, and I plan to keep that secret to the grave. He will not touch what is mine.' Issei heard a light moan, he knew it was Echidna from the seductive sound of it. {Goodness Issei, so possessive~.} 'Knock it off woman.'
Issei looked at the group as he went to the podium and explained the unique weapons Ozpin was talking about. "Sacred Gears are weapons with incredible powers and abilities that can truly help their users become powerful fighters. Trust me you don't want to underestimate them but a fair warning, Sacred Gears are not toys. Their weapons with powers to destroy and harm others if not controlled properly. There are also some Sacred Gears that are known as 'God Killing Weapons'. That's the main reason why Sacred Gears are not to be underestimated or used as toys. Those that do so, will have their Sacred Gear removed. Count yourself lucky that the removal of Sacred Gears do not cause instant death anymore."
The groups were shocked at this revelation as Raem came forward to her master. "Some of us don't have Sacred Gears however we have magic to aid us. My clan is well known as magic users and I can use both wind and water magic as well as having my clans physical strength and durability. I also have the ability of Clairvoyance which allows me to see what animals in the area see. Fee was apart of the Neko clan who specialize with enhanced healings and aura restoration. They are incredibly powerful fighters and can use it in combat. The technique is known as Senjutsu."
Fee nodded as she looked at the others who seemed interested in the technique before she replied to the interest in the eyes of those who were greedy. "However, do not expect us to teach you magic, since most of you don't have any magic reserves."
Issei cut in as he took over. "Fee is right, and do not expect to be treated specially if you do have Magic Reserves or a Sacred Gear, that will just prove to Ozpin that not all of you are deserving of being in this school. We are here to help you all see if you have either a Sacred Gear or a special Magic but if you do not then we'll still train you to become stronger but…." Issei said as he looked at Jaune. "Unfortunately we have to deal with….a certain Knight and determine what we'll do to him. Personally, I don't think he belongs here. To forget false transcripts to become a Hunter for fame, and without notifying his parents? That alone would mean expulsion. However, kicking his sorry ass out isn't my choice."
The others looked at Jaune, who was being surrounded by his teammates, before Issei sighed at this sight. 'Even after learning of his deceit they still stand by him. Hmm...Perhaps a trial is in order.' Issei said internally as he looked at Ozpin who nodded in agreement with the plan.
Issei then got up from the podium as he looked at Pyrrha's team. "Very well. We will give Jaune Arc a chance to prove himself. If he wishes to remain a student at Beacon Academy then he must have passing grades before the first semester is over, excellent attendance, and show improvements in his fighting style. The decision will be made by the staff after the semester. Is that clear Jaune Arc?" Issei asked the blond knight as he nodded before Issei smirked.
"Well then get ready. This'll be an interesting year."

That's all for this chapter and as for the Date A Live characters Origami is a soldier from Atlas while Kotori is another student like Tohka from the Mistral Church, which will be explained later on in the story, and Fee. The Neko Princess and Roman Torchwick's past will be shown later on but as for the others and their magic/Sacred Gears, they are listed below. As for the next chapter, Issei and Raem will be helping the teams learn to summon and control their Sacred Gears before each members are given special assignments to help them learn to control their powers.
