So! I'm back for now but my classes have spread out their mid exams along with extra mini tests so I will be kinda swamped with that and work but I will still be updating, just not as frequently as I thought. Real life is a Bi*ch huh?
NOW! I am still allowing PMing as long as it is RESPECTFUL! If you guys do anything like what those assholes did to me in the previous story, immediate block. No warning, nothing. Immediate block is what you get when you decide to be an asshole. Ahem, don't be afraid of lengthy comments, I tend to enjoy those the most and I do hope you all enjoy this story.
A FEW WEEKS PRIOR
"I can't help but feel as if you want to be the villain in this case," Sherlock hummed as he smoked his pipe thoughtfully. "It's not in your character." He commented as his eyes analyzed his master who looked dead on his feet.
"I know," Ritsuka admitted, hands clenching the curtain tighter as he looked down at the city below. "I know that it's twisted, immoral and….and wrong," he huffed, cheeks puffy from a recent meltdown. "But look at this world." He motioned to the bright city below that looked so similar to their own.
"I know master," Sherlock nodded, eyes opening to look into the city below. "It's very close to a Lostbelt in terms of peace and tranquility...no doubt due to those quirks. But at the same time it's not...a fascinating conundrum if I do say so myself."
"I can't help but see visions of the Lost Belts," he whimpered, eyes shut tight as the visions assaulted him. "I see Gerda! I see Patxi...I see the twins in their metropolis...bored with life and willing to betray the gods to see an end." He clenched the curtains tight, wanting to erase the memories and the pain. "The status quo has been thrown off...no thanks to that All Might as well. He's keeping things tipped in the favor of light, while the darkness is left to fester and boil until he's gone."
"Master…"
"I know that things would have tipped to the other end of the spectrum once he retired or died," Ritsuka sighed, arm moving to cover his eyes as he leaned against the wall. "But that would cause such pandemonium that it would nearly end society as they know it and make one rise up to be better than All Might. He's simply a means to a few decades of peace. I can't help but pity him and reality he will have to face once his reign ends."
"Thus the cycle begins again," Sherlock concluded with sharp eyes. "True we murder most villains, not unlike how we murdered those enemies in the singularities and lostbelts," he began, getting up as his master slumped further to the ground. "But it stands to show that we need to keep a good amount of them alive as well."
"I know...I have a plan for that," Ritsuka murmured, correcting himself to look up at the servant. "I have a plan that keeps them alive...in a sense."
"Hmmm?" Sherlock cocked his head to the side. "I am a genius, but even I don't know what you mean by that. Surely you don't want those we keep the alive in coma's?"
"Not...entirely," Ritsuka sniffed, mumbling low as he moved to his desk and pulled up a chart on his monitor. "Mana levels are low in this world due to a lack of mystery and curiosity that fuels the desire for humans to conquer the unknown. Currently these people are content to fawn over quirks and abandon the fairytales and myths."
"Moon Cell can only provide so much Mana without overheating or crashing into this plane of existence."
"Seraphix is in between both this world and the Moon Cell," Ritsuka explained. "Medea told me that there is a way to make...mana crystals...even in a world like this."
Sherlock opened his eyes, turning to his master in disbelief
"That's very magnus like," Sherlock commented. "I almost can't believe that you agreed to the procedure."
"You saw the state of the Ley Lines...their completely bone dry or about to be," Ritsuka began, waving his hand around as he tried to explain it. "This is a way to make sure that we have a constant supply of mana! There have been recent influxes that the HC has been worried about and the UN promised to deal with it...the UN fears us, so they won't interfere. We have diplomatic immunity in every other country either way."
"If they find out what we're doing we lose our main source of power," Sherlock advised. "We lose the main things keeping us afloat….we're done for."
"We don't even have enough mana to make homuculi to fuel us; hell we care barley even make prototype homunculi that last a day," Ritsuke breathed, looking one the verge of another breakdown as the problems of the world affecting chaldea crashed onto him again. 'We can only resort to doing things like a magus would."
"This world…" Sherlock breathed.
"Why are we even here in the first place," Ritsuka cried out, sobs wracking through his body once more. "I want to go home! I want to be in Antarctica where I know I am safe! I want to have one year! One fucking year of peace," he roared, hands slamming onto the keyboard as he tried to calm himself. His hands shook as his mind wne into overload with shame and fear.
"I know master." Sherlock made no move to comfort his master, it would be of no use; he was simply too far gone in the despair that had been forced upon him. "I know...and I can only wish that we end this swiftly so that you may have peace."
"I won't get it...I won't," he repeated to himself over and over as Edmond appeared, taking note of the situation before nodding to Sherlock and knocking their master out.
"You have to admit," Edmond grunted as he heaved their master into his arms. "The prospect isn't too shabby. Chaldea is known for it's less than...morally good deeds. Long before Master."
"It's still human experimentation and we could get in a serious amount of trouble...and the master isn't known for this...this isn't him," Sherlock admitted, relighting his pipe as Edmond shook his head. "And you know I'm right."
"He's worried. Mashu and the rest of the Techs are out of commission, were in a strange world with little to no mana and our Fame significantly lowered. Unable to fight at full capacity," Edmond began, moving his master to the couch. "Affecting how much power we have on the effect of our noble phantasms."
"Still," Sherlock began, looking uneasy for once.
"Still...it will require a lot of people since quirks have yielded little to no mana supply for us. So the master has tried to come up with other ways. As immoral as it is, you know this is one of the few ways that we can stay afloat and continue on with our duties."
"Master will think himself a monster," Sherlock murmured into his interlaced hands. "He already thinks so…"
"Sometimes you need to become a monster before you're a hero,' Edmond shrugged, looking down at his master. "And I think he's dedicated to that thought."
Ritsuka shook himself out of his thoughts as he heard a yowl through the air and smiled as he saw Edmond fighting Nomu with vigor.
"AAARGGGH," Edmond roared as he met the Nomu punch for punch.
"What monster do you have," Shigaraki murmured as he stepped out of the way of another arrow. "How is this possible," he demanded.
"Edmond? He's always like that...he's actually not using all his strength," Chiron smiled as he aimed another arrow at a mass of villains. "Consider yourself lucky he wishes it to be alive."
"This is the Anti-All Might! If this can't beat him then what the hell is he," Shigaraki demanded before howling in pain as a shot hit him in the shoulder. He was grabbed by his hair and thrown into the ground, a foot stomping on throat as he gazed up at the smug face of the Vice Director of Chaldea.
"You...you cheater," Shigaraki hissed before choking as pressure was added to his throat. He flailed about before grabbing the leg with both hands, smirking as all ten fingers connected before it fell.
Nothing was happening.
"Oh...yeah," Ritsuka smiled as he pushed down harder, not even flinching at the tightening grip on his leg. "Even though Mashu, your boss must remember the girl I considered my sister," he hissed, eyes burning with rage as he glowered down upon Shigaraki. "Even though Mashu is incapacated and lost most of her power, the power of protection still rings strong through her body...so it protects me from nasty quirks like yours," he grinned. "Nice little power ain't it?"
"Ritsuka I advise we finish this up quickly before All Might and the others arrive, I believe Ascelpius has managed to stave off the warp man long enough for one student to escape," Chiron explained, making his bow dematerialize as the villains where now unable to fight back.
"Good, good," he smiled, releasing his foot from Shigraki's grip and neck before yanking his hair and head up.
"AAARGH," the man cried out, hopelessly grabbing at the arm that was forcing him up in the air on unsteady legs. "Wh...what are you?"
"Me," Ritsuka asked, forcing them eye to eye. "I'm a human obviously," he smiled like what Shigaraki was asking was absurd. "What else would I be," he giggled as Shigaraki was forced into a headlock.
"Y...no way you're a human," he choked out, eyes widening as the man, Edmond, spouted black flames that stopped the nomu's regeneration.
"I seriously doubt this is how you expected today to go," Ritsuka smiled as he held the villain in a headlock, ready to snap his neck at any moment. "I mean...you and your boss seriously don't know a thing about Chaldea." He gave a malicious grin as he over looked the destruction around him, the feeling of overwhelming eveil energy making him feel alive.
The man could only snarl as he was forced to his knees, oxygen running low as the arm tightened around him.
"Now, how about we watch as your science experiment gets killed? Hmm?"
"Damn….you," he choked, eyes locked; one full of mirth and sadism, the other filled with hatred and the desire to kill.
"People like you never come up with anything original anymore," Ritsuka lamented before he released the man and jumped back. Capture tape circled around the area he once was and Ritsuka could only sneer when he looked at the man the thing came from. "Aizawa? Care to explain why you stopped me? IN a matter of hero work...I outrank you," he smiled as Shigraki laid on the ground, grasping his neck and gasping for air.
"I'm not going to let you sit by and murder him," Aizawa snapped, eyes glowing red as he glowered at the man.
"Oh come now! He's brought a literal army to the USJ to not only kill All Might but to kill as many students as possible," Ritsuka pouted as he kicked the man, the other wheezing at the impact. "Surely that's worth the death penalty."
"I'm seriously doubting you know anything about this world," Aizawa began. "The death penalty has been outlawed for over a hundred years."
Ritsuka was silent as he digested the information before he began to giggle, then chuckle, then laugh like a man crazed.
'Are you serious! All these people are wrong by society and the people, committing heinous crimes and their right to live! That means that crazed wannabe cannibal Moonfish is still alive and has his teeth," Ritsuka laughed. "Since you are all against inhuman punishments!"
"He's under heavy security and sedated up to his eyeballs most of the time," Aizawa defended, though he felt a bit of annoyance.
"Ah," Ritsuka hummed as he looked to Aizawa. "You're upset about that aren't you? You think he's a danger and that he should be...taken care of...so to speak," Ritsuka giggled. "Don't lie," he held up a hand. "I can sense it in you….your kinda like us," he smiled, truly smiled like what he said made him happy.
"I won't murder," Aizawa hissed. "And I'm nothing like you."
"You don't need to, not when you know that at times it's necessary," Ritsuka raised a brow. "You hate how every single horrid person gets to live while the victims only get the satisfaction of seeing them behind bars and not paying for their crimes," Ritsuka spread his arms wide. "You know it's wrong! You know those people deserve retribution and satisfaction-"
"I'm not having this conversation with you now or ever," Aizawa cut him odd as Ritsuka pouted. "As I said, I am nothing like you."
"You're no fun...but then again I have dealt with more bullheads than you...so it's only a matter of time," he shrugged before sighing as the sound of a door breaking. "A little late All Might?"
"Leave everything to me-"
"My people have it covered," Ritsuka waved off as he turned to the downed villain. "That beast isn't going to live past today," he commented, stalking up to Shigaraki who struggled to crawl away. "But you consider yourself lucky...because you'll live another day."
"Huh," he coughed, that last part was only loud enough for the two of them to hear.
"As much as it pains me...I'm not ready to deal with the repercussions of killing you yet," Ritsuka shook his head, smirking as Ascelipus released the Warp man from Figi's grip. "I do have self restraint after all and this story is unfolding as we speak. Making premature moves has come back to bite us more often than not...so I'll be kind and allow you not only to live but escape."
"That's the worst arrogance I've heard," the man spat as the warp appeared.
"Your leader and I know this game," Ritsuka shrugged. "And I need those rouge servants out in the open...he's keeping a few of them close to his chest isn't he," he glowered as the warp man flinched. Bingo. "If I am to make any progress I need to out those servants so run along for now...your not worth it anyways."
'Damn you," Shigaraki snarled as he was soon enveloped in warp and then vanished completely.
"Why'd you let him escape," All Might demanded as he landed down beside Ritsuka. "He is the mastermind-"
"He's a child who's dressed in his fathers clothes," Ritsuka brushed off. "We wouldn't have gotten anything from him," he admitted. "Those types are led to believe that they are the leaders and that they came up with everything when they didn't. I merely shook his confidence and he's more likely to act out now and lead us to the person who's pulling the strings."
"As much as I hate saying this...I agree," Aizawa sighed, his quirk receding as he stopped it. "He just sat back and screeched about Count being too strong an opponent for the...Nomu," he hesitated at the name. "He's the figurehead, he was too immature to be the leader behind the grand scheme of things. But he was given too much power for what seems like his first attack."
"He was overconfident and arrogant. He's going to make a major slip up...and he may be working with the people who attacked and incapaciated some of my staff a few months ago. I need to smoke them out," Ritsuka admitted as the two jolted.
"They actually managed to hurt some of your people," All Might was incredulous as he stared down at the lithe man.
"Believe it or not, we're not all combat ready," Ritsuka shook his head. "We have techs and staff that are regular people."
"I'm surprised you didn't mortally wound him," Aizawa commented, though there was no heat behind it simply fact. "Your penchant for returning the favor is usually pretty strong."
"Believe it or not, I do know how to exercise restraint," he giggled, smiling brightly as the two stared blankly at him. "Things have just been rough," he shrugged. "Especially since someone made PR very difficult for my Agency," he opened his eyes to bore into Aizawa's who straightened.
"I have no idea what your referring to. Privacy is respected in UA, we don't do things underhand...though I have heard rumors," he spat back. "That what you do to your people who show you loyalty is inhuman."
"Hmm." Ritsuka smirked at the convincing lie Aizawa managed to spew. "Indeed...mayhaps."
"Master," a voice called as the three turned to see Tokoyami and Koda with a giant of a man who smiled...vilely at them. "I see you are unharmed and allowed the figurehead to leave," he cocked his head to the side as Izuku and Tsuyu left the bushes.
"You know as well as I do sometimes it's best to let them leave and fight another day," Ritsuka shook his head. "And you used an obscenely large amount of Shikigami again didn't you!"
"But I had too," he giggled, blushing like a schoolgirl as the Vice Director fumed.
"You know you're on probation for using Shikigami to set a pro hero's hair on fire for insulting you," Chiron reminded as he stepped beside his master. "Then again..you are you."
"I ought to chop off your damn hands for using them to inflict an excess amount of mental anguish," Ritsuka felt his eye twitch as Ashiya pouted.
'Not happening! What is wrong with you people-" Aizawa began to protest before Ashiya whined.
"But master….." he began, pouting as his lips quivered. One might see that as a sign of fear...but no on this man. He seemed to be enjoying himself and theater he was putting on. "There were so many of them and the rain was coming down so hard that I needed to use them!"
'I don't give a damn! You could have used one to make yourselves vanish into the background but noo," he flailed his hands about as Count dragged the nomu over, missing all it's limbs and teeth.
"He broke probation...again," Count asked as he materialized a cigar. "Why am I not surprised."
"Yes," Nightingale nodded as she finished applying first aid to the students. "He is most likely going to have his hands broken and bound."
"I will call the HC," Aizawa warned just as Ashiya began sniffling.
"But master! Why! I've been doing so well, why not just make me put my hands in a numbing solution for a day! Why do they have to be broken," he whined as Aizawa jolted at his suggestion.
"I told you you're being punished for setting that damned hero's hair on fire," Ritsuka ground out. "You just had to antagonize him and I had to deal with his bitching and whining for three whole days while negotiating a punishment for you that wouldn't have him shitting his pants at hearing it!"
"It's not my fault they are weak willed," Ashiya shrugged, looking completely unbothered by the horrified stares before him.
"That's besides the point," Ritsuka looked ready to die. "Broken hands, you'll heal within the day anyways!"
"But then how will I go out on my patrols," he pouted, pointing at himself with a cock of his head.
"Your not! You're going to be under Jack and Nursery's care for the day. Entertain them to the best of your abilities alright," he smiled as the other frowned.
"Must I?"
"Yes."
"Tch," he seemed more upset about being under the care of two people than having his hands broken…
"Director," Edmond interrupted as Ashiya lamented his life. "I have the beast and the corpses of the villains and survivors are going to be sent to Seraphix," he began as Ritsuka turned to him. "The Hassan-i-Sabbah wished for me to inform you that they are setting up transportations with the Rider Class for proper accommodations."
"Good. I need them at Seraphix and interrogated as soon as possible. I also need you to speak to Kama and Kiara regarding our reserves," Ritsuka began to speak with Edmond on Seraphix as All Might looked between the two of them lost.
"Umm…"
"We can assume that many of the villains were going to be sent to Chaldea's Japan agency," Chiron began. "So, because we are an independent agency we can take them all under suspicion of attempting to raid Chaldea."
"Only if an HC interrogator is allowed to go," Aizawa interrupted. "They attacked UA students of UA. We also need our own investigation."
"Of course," Chiron nodded. "We will provide you with some captives to interrogate, but most of them will go to Seraphix."
"About that, it's rumored that no one leaves," Aizawa began as Chiron sighed. "Is it true?"
"It's also a prison...similar to tartarus," he shrugged. "We can't allow them to leave-"
"Then why won't you allow I-Island to investigate it or the Heroes Commission?"
"Because it is under UN protection and separate from the Heroes Commission," he shot back with a smile. "Unless you can get Japan to appeal to the UN to allow you in, you're not getting in."
"If your torturing those people-"
"Assuming things are not going to work in your favor," A southern drawl began as boots clacked on the ground. "Seraphix is legal and all that other jargon," Billy waved his hand as Kirishima and Bakugou followed behind him. "Besides, we allow heroes in...sometimes."
"Under non-disclosure," Aizawa raised a brow.
"So," he shrugged. "It's legal, that's all that matters."
"By all accounts I should have you arrested and brought to the HC, you and Fujimaru," Aizawa grunted, crossing his arms.
'What for! I ain't done nothing." Billy protested, face turning into a scowl as Robin Hood came beside him. "I even helped today! What am I going to be arrested for!" The green clad archer grabbed the gunslinger hands as it went to point at Aizawa….gun still in his hand.
"Endangerment of civilians."
'That was a month ago! And I didn't hit no one! Ya hear me," Billy pressed. "No. One. And the hell Director got to come as well!"
"He authorized the shooting! He is an accomplice."
"I have complete and utter faith in Billy's shot," Ritsuka spoke, eyes unblinking as they bore into Aizawa's. "I had no fear for the civilians because I know Billy and I know how good he is. There was nothing to worry about," he waved off. "Your being overly...cautious."
"That's just arrogance."
"Chaldea is more than people who like to kill and hurt," Ritsuka breathed. "We have integrity and we have morals, it just so happens that we believe that not everyone deserves a second chance, not when they have already proven to be too far gone."
The servants shared a glance with one another, it was not entirely true. Ritsauka was a bleeding heart, he gave everyone he could a second chance but in this world where the threat of lost belts is imminent in som regards? There can be no heart or softness in a place that is potentially doomed, he's been hurt enough times by lostbelts.
"Director," Robin called as Geronimo appeared as well.
"Are we still missing people," he hummed looking around before shaking his head. "I think we're all here."
"Director...we have a problem," Edmond spoke up as he dragged the man away.
"Oh...and Izuku," Ritsuka turned to the boy who stopped on his way back to All Might. "Detention...with me when classes resume for you. We have much to speak of, and I am not allowing you out of it."
The two walked away as Aizawa began to speak his protest, deaf to his words as they left to be in private.
CHALDEA HEADQUARTERS
"Are all the rats in Seraphix," Himiko asked as the casters finished fixing up the agency. "No one is left inside right?"
"Yes, all that's left are those in the USJ and the monster that Chiron reported," Ushiwakamaru nodded. 'So were all good"!
"OI, oi," Tomoe called from the balcony on the second floor. "We got vultures and the false clairvoyant incoming."
"Shit," Kintoki grunted as he heaved himself up. "I better scram. Cause he came after me when I came across him after the All Might debacle."
"Oh, no, no, no," Shuten purred, pulling the man down who grunted. "You are staying right here and I am going to enjoy the show," she giggled as Kintoki groaned in despair.
"Shuten-"
"No son of mine will hide," Raikou spoke up, glaring at Shuten, but it had less heat than usual. "You are stronger than anyone here in this world. I will not tolerate them being stronger than you."
"Right," he coughed as the man entered.
"Sir Nighteye," Muramasa spoke, coming down the stairs as he fixed his Haori. "While we do value your presence and your thoughts, you have come at a very inconvenient time. We have just been attacked and our Vice Director has been caught up in an incident at the USJ," he smiled, hand on his sword.
Anyone worth his salt would have left when a warrior had his hand on his blade, but alas such thought no longer mean anything in this era.
"I know," he huffed, pushing his glasses up. "I am here because this was the agreed upon date that you would take me to Seraphix."
"We'll have to postpone. You see...after what happened we need to make sure that our Prison is protected as well so it will be another week or so before we can reschedule," he smiled. "I do hope you understand."
"I'm sorry, but this makes it the best opportunity to see Seraphix. I must insist on going," he pressed, eyes narrowing as he stared into Muramasa's.
"I insist that you reschedule," he ground out with a strained smile. "Like I said, we need to go over security at Seraphix and our agency. It's a whole agency wide thing you know?"
"I understand that, but be that as it may. I must insist on seeing how you process your prisoners," he insisted as he stepped forward. "Now shall we-"
"You have guts to order around Chaldea," a woman began standing up with a huff as her armor creaked...was that blood on it? "I should take your damned head as compensation." Her unnaturally glowing eyes positively beamed at the thought.
"Kagekiyo," Muramasa warned as the woman grabbed her sword. "No." He grabbed her hand to reinforce the thought.
"I have every right to-"
"You're not making things better for us," he snapped, his glare forcing back to where she was sitting, huffing as he stepped back to look at Nighteye who seemed undisturbed. But the mere threat of someone like Kagekiyo gutting him had the man on edge. She wasn't the most forgiving of the Avengers. Given the fact that her spirit was in Ushiwakamaru's body just made it worse in a sense.
"Leave. You're not going to be told again," Watanabe spoke up from where he and Ibaraki sat. "it's best not to go against us."
"This is why your reputation is in ruins you know?"
"Not as much as it was with those bastards at the Association," Kotaro huffed as Danzo smacked him on the head. "Mother-"
"Shush," she warned as Nighteye stared at them.
"I see that you're not going to accept your kindness willingly...Crane. Himiko?"
"Understood," the woman smiled as she slammed her cane into the ground...was that a circle of light. "Tamamo-san? Some help if you would please?"
"Of course," the woman smiled as she seemingly floated down. "Now...how about some memory replacement?"
"What," Nighteye stepped back only to have something block his path.
"Not happening."
"Kiichi-San! Nice," Ushiwaka smiled as she beheld her mentor.
"Now," Crane slammed her staff into the ground again. "Let's begin."
UA
"Master," Edmond handed him a phone with a message blaring.
"I see...well no other way around it. If he was his follower...then it makes sense," Ritsuka grunted as he thumbed through the message. "Tch…I despise him."
"We know," Chiron sighed from where he was servicing his bow. "It's not like we enjoy him either. We are simply glad that it has its limitations."
"It still doesn't change the fact that I despise him….and so do Merlin and Gilgamesh."
"It's understandable, after all this is as close to magic as possible...but they don't seem to understand that," Edmond shrugged as Robin scoffed, leaning on his chair.
"Of course not! They don't want to acknowledge magic and mystery anymore and by god those people in I-Island-"
"Speaking of I-Island...they are demanding a meeting. The UN agreed to it after prompting from multiple European Hero Commissions. Seems their offering to help us with security," Ritsuka groaned. "Great."
"Can't this wait till after the Sports Festival when we can hide behind those brats," Billy asked as he twirled his gun around his finger. 'I'd makw the whole meeting more tolerable."
"That seems to be the point of the summons now. So we have no true reason not to agree to their tours and meetings," Ritsuka sighed. "Getting smarter, I will give them that."
"So we have to go?"
"Yes," Ritsuka bemoaned. "If those vultures try and attempt to get access to our tech-"
"MASTER! MASTER! WE HAVE A PROBLEM," Angra yelled as appeared with a pant, hands on his knees as he shook.
"Angra, what on earth is-"
"Autonomous Observation-Type Proof-of-Existence SYSTEM-MNEMOSYNE has been leaked! I-Island is attempting to decipher what it is!"
A chill went through Ritsuka before burning anger appeared.
"Archimedes," he ground out, shaking as he stood up. "That rat faced…."
"Unfortunately it seems like Mnemosyne papers have appeared as well," he swallowed, shaking at the anger his master was showing. "Only one, we have been working to contain them at the moment. The rest of Chaldean Tech has been under lock and key under Kama and Kiara's watch."
"We had no need for Mnemosyne in this world...I didn't think the papers would be able to come out either. We got sloppy," Ritsuka looked ready to murder. 'Of course, nothing would be going smoothly at all."
"I will go apprehend Archimedes,' Edmond snarled. "I will be taking my avenger brethren with me and the goddess of justice."
"Good," Ritsuka shook. "Get me the Hassan. We are destroying there damned research," he murmured, low and cold.
"Understood," Billy and Robin stood up.
"The curse of Chaldea prevails," Geronimo sighed, getting up with a huff. "Master I will arrange to have all mana redirected to Hassan for the time you are in I-Island. Should the 3rd day work?"
"Yes...and Edmond," the Avenger stopped, half in the shadow as he prepared to capture Archimedes.
"Master?"
"Bring that bastard to me alive."
"Understood."
"Also...Make it hurt.
"Right."
The rest soon left to begin their duties, leaving the Master of Chaldea fuming at Archimedes' decision to betray them before he laughed.
Of course that man would, but the question was what was in it for him?
"Damn that mathmaticain," he cursed, slamming his fist on the counter. "I'll get him back for this...Damn it!"
