Sooo I have had the last three days off from school, along with work and have no homework to do when I have to go back so I have been doing this to bide my time until I have to face reality and go back to both.

NOW! I am still allowing PMing as long as it is RESPECTFUL! If you guys do anything like what those assholes did to me in the previous story, immediate block. No warning, nothing. Immediate block is what you get when you decide to be an asshole. Ahem, don't be afraid of lengthy comments, I tend to enjoy those the most and I do hope you all enjoy this story.

"I will make this short and simple, SYSTEM MNEMOSYNE is not something that should be manufactured outside of Chaldea. I nicely ask all of you to return any and all copies you have obtained to us at once," Ritsuka began the meeting, leaning back in his chair as the others sat behind him.

No, that was a lie. Three people sat with him.

Leonardo Da Vinci. Oberon. Goetia.

"I second him," Da Vinci leaned back. "That piece of technology that was untested and incomplete, is still incomplete," she explained. "It's unstable and dangerous to those who don't know the mechanics inside and out." She shook her head like a disappointed teacher who was scolding her students.

"Then teach us!" One yelled as he jumped up. "We can learn and utlize this equipment-"

"It's not that simple," Sherlock began, hands interlaced as he beheld them all. "Chaldean tech is made for a simple purpose and that purpose is known only to chaldea. We would like for it to remain like that."

"Then can we assume you are hostile," one man yelled.

"Oh you're no hero," Ritsuka rolled his eyes, toying with his cane as he crossed his legs. "So don't act all high and mighty," he growled. "Need I remind you all that Chaldea is leading every major humanitarian crisis in the world? You claim us hostile, all that money goes away and those people are left to suffer!"

"You care for the faceless masses more than your fellow heroes," one accused.

"Of course I do," Ritsuka didn't even bother to deny it. Oberon and Goetia both chuckled from their spot beside Rituka, the idea that he didn't care for them laughable. "But I will not be side tracked," he aimed his cane at the woman who spoke. "And I will not allow that tech that the previous directors worked so hard for to go to waste in all your hands!"

"How does a 26 year old become the director of a moral less and heartless agency like Chaldea, anyways," David couldn't resist asking despite Alexei's kick to his shin.

"Chaldean matters are for Chaldea only," was Ritsuka's reply. "We don't need other people interfering with us. What happens remains in the house."

"You know that will come back to bite you in the ass sooner or later," Ban leaned back with a shrug.

"Chaldea is...notorious for handling everything by itself," Goetia explained, being seated on the right side of Ritsuka, instead of slightly behind. "We have no need for outside help."

"I'm just saying," Ban raised his hands up in surrender.

"Nothing wrong with that...so long as you understand your place," Ritsuka glanced at the others who swallowed their retorts. "Now, on SYSTEM-"

"Why is all this tech so important," David demanded, leaning forward. "Why keep the organ regeneration and teleportation to yourselves! You have nothing to gain from keeping it-"

"We have no such tech" Kingu spat, glowering at David who jolted.

"Liars!"

"It's true," Ritsuka sniffed. "Chaldea employs...very special individuals. No such technology exists in Chaldea, the agency staff have no use of it and our heroes who patrol the street don't need it."

"He had a giant hole in his stomach not even four months ago," David pointed to Ashiya who hummed with a smile. "That should have taken his intestines and stomach! And here he is fine and unscathed."

"The answer has been right in front of your eyes the whole time," Ashiya began, his Shikigami floating around him while he stared at the scientist. "But people refuse to accept it."

"Accept what?"

"How sad," he cooed as Ritsuka took a deep breath. "And pitiful."

"Tch, idiots," Oberon sighed as he leaned back in his chair, petting Blanca mindlessly as he looked over the scientists.

"It is time for us to end this meeting," he began, getting up. "I grow tired of all your broken records."

'We just started, though,'' Ban cocked his head to the side as he looked Ritsuka up and down. "Besides...you do realize we've all been locked in, correct?"

``That's desperate for our technology that we do not have?"

"It could save so many."

"Your single minded determination is...admirable….to say the least," Ritsuka clucked his tongue as he slammed his cane into the ground. "It's annoying like a persistent bug," he sneered, he angrily moved to undo his tie as the other heroes jeered at the scientists.

"Your ignoring all the good you can do because of your dislike for other heroes-"

"Oh do shut it," Ritsuka sighed, hand on his hip as he pursed his lips. "Not even a day into this hellish month and already my nerves are being fried. What part of there is no tech you think we have, do you not understand!"

"Your lying-"

"We have nothing to lie about, believe it or not. I dislike lying and liars so I rarely ever lie," Ritsuka scoffed, tossing his cane into the air before glowering at David. "I get it, we're a threat-"

"A threat! Your acting more like children-"

Soon threats and obscenities were being thrown between the Chaldean and scientist, though who supported who was getting blurred as the yelling got louder. The Chaldeans merely sat back, unperturbed as they shot back equally barbed replies to the standing men before them.

It was going to be a long afternoon.

A FEW HOURS LATER

"I will kill that man, so help me god!"

"Ah, master is upset with David Shield?"

"What else is new?"

The servants watched as their master ranted and raved as he yelled obscenities at the man that was David Shield. The only one to not give up the blueprints of SYSTEM MNEMOSYNE during the first meeting….after the yelling match.

"Well," Moriarty began, leaning back with a sigh. "That man was almost….obscenely bull headed in his pursuit of technology that Chaldea does not even have." He gave a happy grin before grabbing the glass that was aimed for his head.

"I guess we should have been more careful in the end when I came to our….situations," Sherlock admitted. "Then again...we were far too comfortable in our own skins."

"Still though," BB pouted, cheek resting on her fist. "We gave them all the hints as to why we heal so fast...I mean…"

Ritsuka seemed to have heard her and his rant went to a new topic, away from Shield.

"GOD, THE FACT WE BASICALLY SPELLED IT ALL OUT FOR THEM AND THEY IGNORED IT," Ritsuka yelled, grabbing another glass and throwing it at the wall. "ARRGH! MAGIC! IT'S FUCKING MAGIC BUT NOOOOO, THAT DOESN'T EXSIST ANYMORE WITH QUIRKS! FUCK THAT!"

"That meeting was not a good one...at least Kingu, Oberon and Goetia held back and did not kill anyone," Da Vinci hummed as she looked over the various flash drives handed back to them. "I was sure at least one of you would kill someone. I had money on you Kingu," she flicked her eyes up to the son of Tiamat who rolled his eyes and he fiddled with his green hair.

"I was very close to killing that Shield man," Kingu admitted. "Very."

"Oh we're very well aware about that," Konyaskaya purred as her eyes turned to golden slits. "It's a pity that we had to act like we had no idea what was going on in that room."

"It's not like the hero restraints could have done anything to us after all. It was most likely for their peace of mind...how cute," BB cooed as she fiddled with the camera they found in their rooms.

"Ugh! A month in this hell because they CAN'T miss the sports festival and it's not RIGHT to have meetings during it," Ritsuka yelled, seemingly running out of steam before he yelped. "GODDAMNIT! CURSED ARM!"

"I see master is angry," he commented as he bowed before King Hassan who hummed.

``What does art bring?"

"We...have some interesting revelations from the archives of David Shield," he said. "It concerns All Might."

"Oh what a surprise," Oberon rolled his eyes, his dragonfly wings fluttering behind him as he stretched out on the plush floor. Allowing hs body to relax after he tried to attack another scientist earlier.

"What doesn't," Ritsuka snapped. "Is he trying to help the man grow his damn organs back! Cause he won't stop pestering us about that tech we supposedly have!"

"About that…"

"Speak."

"From what I could glean through his rather sporadic notes, David is under the impression that All Might has had his quirk since the day it appeared normally for people in this world and he was not formerly quirkless," he explained. "And that he has no knowledge of the truth of that quirk."

That shut Ritsuka up.

"Really," he asked, looking gleeful as he rushed to cursed arm. "All Might kept this secret even from him? Even now?"

"Yes...which is why David Shield is attempting to chase technology that does not exist."

"Well, well," Oberon grinned, shaking his head. "Damn...I'm guessing that All Might wants to keep an actual grown adult safe instead of a kid that just obtained power safe from the big bad that is All for One?"

"Yes."

"And I guess it didn't work?"

"Correct."

"And why is that?"

"David Shield created a certain device that can amplify a person's quirk to the point that it becomes something akin to godlike...it was taken away and the blueprints were destroyed. He is under the impression that it can help All Might with his...declining quirk usage."

"Of course he thinks so," Ritsuka scoffed. "And I assume that something is going to happen?"

"He's been in communications with someone connected with All for One, coming to try and take something from I-Island during the Expo under the presumptions of someone managing to infiltrate this place."

"Not too shabby of a plan. Especially with the position that Shield has here. Taking him to the place where they store the forbidden fruits would be a certainty," Ritsuka nodded. "He's competent. I'll give him that. Though I assume there is a but?"

"His assistant has shown...over enthusiastic response to this plan."

"I assume that he's the one who put the idea into Shield's head?"

"Most likely," Cursed arm nodded as Ashiya laughed.

'Ahahah! What shall we do master! Were technically supposed to stay here for the Expo after all," he cooed, eyes bright as Ritsuka grunted.

"I'm in no mood for those students to be able to play heroes, even though they wouldn't want to," he rolled his eyes. "Bring me Shield and I'll make a deal."

"Master, even helping All Might through Shield may have many ramifications through the rest of our time here-"

"All for One is looking to shake All Might and his training of Izuku by being a catalyst for Shield's divergence off of the path of light," Ritsuka turned serious as he explained what was going on. "We need that man, as much as we loathe it, to be of sound mind. So stopping this will make sure that the man is dedicated to training his protege properly...though from what I see it's not a good job."

"Indeed."

"David Shield is a good man, I will admit that,' Ritsuka began. "Blinded by love and devotion...he and I are not too dissimilar...if you look at it through such a light….but I am willing to do what needs to be done."

"Master," Moriarty smiled as Sherlock sighed.

"Bring Shield to me...and let me help this poor unfortunate soul," he smiled. "Allow me to help him as his wish is granted...of course with a contract and a...price."

"Indeed, a poor unfortunate soul," Voyager giggled, he did not like Shield after his daughter revealed that he was the main catalyst for the head of the Space Program stopping his fight for funding, effectively ending said program. "To make a contract with your master."

"I'll surely have got him when he hears my offer," Ritsuka shrugged.

"My," Mushashi smiled as she looked up from her sword cleaning. "The boss is on a roll!"

"Indeed!"

BACK AT UA

"What are you doing here," Vlad King demanded as he looked away from his students.

"Hey it's Chiron," Tetsu called out and they all rushed from their posts to be behind their teachers.

"Hello," the man smiled before he handed Kan a flyer. "We have paid for a booth during the sports festival to have a fundraiser and a prize draw for our help with the current crisis in Latin America after the earthquake that decimated a couple cities. We want some donations funds to give to the locals to pay for food, shelter and anything else they might need," he explained.

"Why are you here then?"

"We're looking for workers, since most Chaldean heroes will be taking to the streets due to the sports festival, that will have their names drawn in for free for the prizes and be paid ¥1,095 an hour (About $10 based on current currency exchange rates)."

"¥1,095 YEN AN HOUR," they all yelped.

"Yes," Chiron smiled. "The 5 main prizes from Chaldea are also very nice...we at least hope."

"What….what the," Kan swallowed as he looked at the prize list.

Prize List

5th place- Support Belt with Stun, Smoke and Freeze pellets.

4th place- Support Belt with Stun, Smoke, and Freeze pellets with reusable grappling hook and harness (retractable), 1 free repair allowed.

3rd place-Free Training session with Chiron

2nd place-Free tour of Chaldea and training in the gym.

1st place-A day of following Vice Directors life in Chaldea, with said man.

"NO WAY," the class yelled.

"Those are such cool prizes," Yui gasped, hands over her mouth.

"Yooo! A free tour of Chaldea and training with some of their heroes," Tetsu and Ren high fived as Momona began writing like crazy in his notebook.

"The draw is for both heroes and civilians, as well as hero students," Chiron smiled. "For civilians we have an updated list, but this is for the heroes," he explained. "Our volunteers will be chosen based on a few factors such as grades, attitudes and their current interest in Fujimaru's class."

"Then those older years aren't getting in," one smirked.

"Oh yes, this is only being offered to first years," Chiron added, smiling as they gasp happily, clapping with one another as they realized they had a good chance of getting in.

"Wh...why only first years?" Kan asked as he looked up at the man.

"Might as well start their community service early now?" Chiron shrugged. "Besides, the older years should have a part time job so they can pay for their own way into the raffle. First years are so swamped they don't have time for a job. So this is more of an equal opportunity."

"But isn't that unfair?"

"We don't seem to think so. Besides, it's a good way for exposure to other heroes aside from the ones that UA constantly has over," he smiled. "Well, we have some students who have no interest in the festival and are asking for special permission to be excluded."

"All students must attend the sports festival-"

"It's really sad you're forcing them to do this, you know," Chiron admitted with a disappointed sigh.

"What?"

"This is all about making the hero students look good," he shook his head. "And put those 'good enough' for the hero course in there when they've failed the first round."

"It's equal opportunity-"

"No, it's not. Is a competition, and it's the peacoking kind. It's pathetic. You should have an equal opportunity for all quirks and all specializations for rescue and support heroes...but you don't. You just throw out the flashy ones," he shrugged. "But I'm not a teacher here, so I can't do much. Have a good training day children," he smiled before leaving them stunned.

But...he wasn't wrong.

"Get back to training," Kan yelled to them. "I will be out for a moment to show this to the principal."

The students of Class B-1 could only smile as they thought of the prizes.

They were so signing up with Chiron later that day.

I-ISLAND

"What do you want...I told you i'm not giving up system-"

"I can help you with healing All Might," Ritsuka cut right to the case as he pulled his yukata closer. His hair was still wet from the shower he had taken as he waited for Kingu to bring him back to David. "Thought conditions apply."

"Wh...what," David stepped back into the wall of muscle that was Goetia and Ashiya. "What the hell are you going on about?"

"I know that you plan a coup to get that piece of technology that was taken by the board," Ritsuka began, moving to pour himself something to drink. "It won't end well."

"How dare you accuse me-"

"I believe you call it Golf-Echo-Tango Papa-Oscar-Whiskey-Echo-Romeo Bravo-Alpha-Charlie-Kilo or...as one could surely figure out," Ritsuka turned, sipping amber liquid from a glass. "Operation G-E-T P-O-W-E-R B-A-C-K?"

"H...How did you get into my personal computer! That thing is secured at all times-"

"You and your assistant, the stubby man that will surely betray you once push comes to shove," Ritsuka motioned about with his hand. "We're speaking of it. The name was so long and so...obvious that we could only laugh as we figured it out!"

"How do I know you're not going to turn me in and have me put away in jail," David spat as he was forced into a chair. "You're the type too after all."

"Oh," Pollux grinned as Castor huffed out a laugh. "We know we are. But we have...per say a special interest in the people you contacted."

"Why?"

"Because...the person that you contacted and hired to do the little invasion your planning is working for a man that nearly killed most of my staff a while back...and I want him gone," Ritsuka snarled through clenched teeth as the glass in his hand began to crack. "I want him gone as revenge for what he did to those people," he finished with his hand slamming the cup down.

Miraculously it didn't break.

"Someone managed to get the jump on you people," David was shocked and in a bit of awe.

"Good people were nearly killed, don't be so impressed," Ritsuka warned as he glowered down at the man. "So? Will you call off the arrangement and allow me to handle things with All Might?"

"I suppose this isn't going to involve you stealing the tech back?"

"No, going by blueprints you overlooked a vital part of it," Ritsuka explained. "Da Vinci?"

"While the tech itself is solid and tests have shown it to work splendidly, there are two main points that worry me," she explained, glasses one. "One is mental stability of the wearer, sure they could only use it for shirt bursts of the day during fights but sometimes heroes need to push harder than their limits and such a piece of technology could surely have an effect on their mental state if done one too many times."

"I...I see."

"Second is the prolonged usage and exposure time and its effects on the body as time goes on. I deduce that it could force the body to atrophy and weaken faster due to so much energy, ATP and other vital nutrients being burned so fast during those times it needed to be used," she finished off.

"I...I didn't think about that."

"Human bodies are made of matter and energy Mr. Shield and when the energy is fast enough to create heat...it burns from the inside. You may have had good intentions, but those men were right to lock it away. It could have inadvertently killed many young heroes in the beginning stages of their career or many older heroes still clinging onto hope to serve longer," she took off her glasses to stare at the man who looked like his whole world crumbled. "It's dangerous and unneeded."

"I….I see," he nodded, hands on his knees as he mulled over the information.

She was right.

He had forgotten to factor the fact that heroes would be burning through more energy and ATP for their bodies to keep up with such an enhanced quirk and younger bodies were less susceptible to the heat. But they had little control of their quirk or...were less precise than the older generation. But the older generation had less mass to help them regulate the heat in their bodies and they didn't create energy and ATP fast enough to compensate for the fast energy drain…

Mental effects too...so much energy being used and the sparks to the brain the regulate hormones and the output of quirk usage could have been damaged…

He was an idiot.

"No need to feel bad. Your desire to do good blinded you and perhaps it was fate stopping something catastrophic from happening," Ritsuka's voice was soft and David looked up to see him being bathed in moonlight. His eyes looked so sad as he pressed his hand harder on the glass.

"You mentioned conditions...I assume one of them is giving back the flash drive," he began.

"Yes...second is an understanding that this might not work," Ritsuka turned to him. "Not all technology and medical procedures are absolute...we have just gotten used to the thought of it being so."

"If Toshi dies-"

'`All I'm saying is that if the organs reject him, we take it trite back out and begin treating him," Ritsuka interrupted. "No death."

"You can't promise that," David whispered, his voice shook as the thought of Toshi dying...no. No thoughts on that.

"No I can't...which is why I am merely saying it instead of promising or stating it."

"You would be a good politician, you know?"

"I've had good teachers and I know the game," Ritsuka nodded. "I assume you have only finalized payment?"

"Yeah...no codes or anything...Sam...Samuel wouldn't betray me would he," David asked, looking up to the cold unfeeling eyes of a very...very powerful person.

"If you have to ask…"

"Right...I'll get his access revoked and block off all communication once I send the final message."He swallowed, looking away from those eyes that softened at his tone.

"I'll work in some special blocks to ensure that this all goes smoothly...thankfully I'm used to floating island masses that move," BB smiled as Ritsuka shot her a warning glare. "Forget that last part," she smiled, but it was...warning.

'Right," he coughed, looking up at Ritsuka who sighed. "I...um...thank you...for helping Toshi."

'Make no mistake, I am helping myself in the end,' Ritsuka admitted with a helpless shrug. "I am selfish like that."

"I guess...I mean using me as a wrap-around to get to the man who attacked you guys...but it's still for the betterment of the world...to get those people out," He smiled. "You really do love people."

"No...I love humanity….humans are disgusting...they make so many mistakes, they detrosy, they raze, they pillage…" Ritsuka scoffed as his servants shifted in place. They did not like how he sounded at that moment. "We have a penchant for war and destruction, we relish in it. This world...it's just pushing back that darkness until it explodes."

"That's one way to look at it, but I would like to refute that and say we're in an era of peace," David said, his voice full of hope and passion that made Ritsuka want to laugh.

"Humans may change. But you can't change our instincts David...and I fear you will have to see that soon enough," Ritsuka sighed, moving away from the window. "Ashiya and Sherlock will bring you to the next room where the contract is laid out. Made by our best...do well to uphold your end of the deal Shield,' Ritsuka warned.

"I understand."

"Good," Ritsuka nodded, moving to return to look outside of the window. "I will be heading to your lab during the rest of our stay here to speak to the men you've recruited. And we'll make our moves from there."

"Right...thank you once again."

"This doesn't make us friends, after the damned Expo I will go back to glady cursing this entire Islands existence on being a thorn in my side."

"We won't stop trying to get your tech. Know that much," David warned before being led out.

Ritsuka stayed silent as he left.

"Serenity...Hundred faces," he said just as he was sure they were far enough.

"Master."

"Those traps are no longer needed to create a diversity to take back the flash drives. Take them down," he ordered.

"Understood."

"How are things in Seraphix?"

"Longinus was able to get Archimedes out of his self imposed fortress and has been interrogating him for the last few hours," Hundred Faces began. "Though we seem to have a problem."

"Don't tell me..."

"Alter Ego of Astrology seems to have infected his mind and has been using him as a puppet. Archimedes' loyalties are not concrete...but he seems to be more afraid of you than he is of the other side."

"I wonder why," Ritsuka pondered as the others' sweat dropped.

'You threatened to either rip or shoot off his balls and let him die slowly from that if he did ever betray us,' was the general thought.

"He did say he did remember that he was looking up info about I-Island and that some of that was taken by Alter Ego."

"Great...so the invasion may still….no, it will happen during I-Expo...I know it," Ritsuka cursed as he slammed a fist into the table rattling its contents.

"We will need to prepare," Castor spoke up. "Set up traps and magic barriers!"

"But we can't be here! We have the papers to worry about," Musashi hissed. "Rumor has it that there are more than we though!"

"Archimedes also had information about that as well," Serenity piped up. "He thinks that the other side has been collecting up the papers to spread out all over the Expo, that they are exponentially more papers than we initially realized."

"Picked up before they got a trace of masters signature, to be spread out during the expo and latch itself onto unsuspecting people," Goetia realized. "Used to cause mass confusion, fear and pain and blame it on Chaldea."

"Tch, I could use my Noble Phantasm. Get rid of this entire Island...but then again you'd rather not have a whole country of people disappear right," Oberon smirked as his master huffed.

"Damn it...call all casters and have them on standby for the Expo in the coming weeks," Ritsuka barked.

"Understood," they bowed before leaving.

"They will need to be here along with Astrea to cast a barrier to protect the people from the worst of the effects," Edmond pressed.

"I know...but they only allowed you all! The entire cast of Casters," Ritsuka scoffed.

"We will need a formal company invitation to the Expo," Sherlock hummed. "And we have alienated ourselves so much that no one would even be willing to offer one unless under extreme...persuasion," he coughed

Just then Ritsuka snapped his fingers.

"Melissa Shield."

Maybe they would have a smooth operation….

Or not. It is Chaldea after all.

Things where only going to get worse, that much was for sure.

LOCATION UNKNOWN

"Come on Ruler! We need to get to Nabu Island," the red haired saber grinned.

"Why Nabu Island," he sighed, looking up from where he was patching up the small blue haired saber.

They had a nasty little run in with All For One's prized caster.

"Tch," the ruler grunt his teeth as he urged the other to rest some more. 'He has no idea who he decided to trust...I doubt he truly understands the scope of Servants…'

"Ah, you thinking of that old fart again," the grey haired saber hummed as he plopped down on a crate beside the two. "I will admit that he isn't doing a damn thing to stop his rabid dog…"

"If you where human would you be able to do anything," Ruler hissed, glowering at the sbaer who raised his hands in defense before sighing.

'Probably not. She's too much even for me," he admitted, running a hand through his messy hair as he thought a bit. "Even as a servant," he smirked before looking to the horizon. "You heard what going to happen to Chaldea right?"

"That they'll be shut down pending investigation," Ruler scoffed. "I hope they realize the mistake they will be making."

'It's not about the long term consequences or the immediate impact," he shrugged off as the small saber and red headed one moved began to converse. "It's all about public appearance and rating. Which is why the true scope of Chaldea's influence isn't really being seen at the moment."

"I feel as if this world doesn't see the bigger picture anymore..but then again humans can be notoriously closeminded and content in letting the more powerful decide what is right and what is wrong," he shrugged.

"Wodime and Galahad have been making rounds in all the Heroes Comissions under the cover of night. They hope that the information can be used as a bargaining chip to meet Ritsuka or get into Seraphix if Ritsuka decided that he doesn't want to see them," The small saber interrupted. "Fujimaru is smart and powerful, so he is no fool. He also doesn't tend to hold grudges, so I doubt he'd take out any ill will on Wodime...Galahad is a different story."

'I have heard of their troubled relationship. I didn't think that is was a something serious though," Ruler commented.

"Enough on that. Come to think of it...Isn't Archimedes kinda mysterious...too much so for Chaldea to be willing to corporate with," the red haired saber demanded as he got up. "As you said, Fujimaru isn't a fool, but why is he still communicating and working with him?"

'He's currently no doubt being tortured to near insnaity at the moment, if the rumors of him being captured are true," The grey haired saber deadpanned. "But I have a feeling, considering the history of Moon Cell in other time lines. That someone he knows is there and made a deal."

"This isn't good…"

They could't refute Ruler's statement.

"Oh..and how is our other member," the blue haired saber asked. "He said he was staying in Caster's home country to find something to take her down."

'You mean our fourth saber," Ruler rolled his eyes. Smiling as the smaller boyn smiled. "He contacted me recently and he also expressed heading to Nabu Island. He thinks that Grail Fragments are there,"

"Fragments," the red head murmured. "As in plural?"

"He suspects that someone has been gathering them up secretly outside of Chaldeas, All For Ones and anyone's eyes."

'Is there a mage in this world," the grey haired one demanded.

"That's a possibility...but another possibility is that it's a regular human who discovered them and...is hiding them from the world for their use."

"Or...it could something worse that that," the red head scoffed, smiling as Ruler turned to him.

"And what could be worse than that?"

"The Commission."

Silence reigned.

SECERT LOCATION, SERAPHIX

"Idiot," the man fixed his glasses as he overlooked the safe houses busted down doors. "Of course he'd forget to put in the proper protocol once I'd left...to think he'd be taken too.."

The man sighed, shucking off his jacket as he moved through the rubble of the safe house.

He couldn't feel any servant presence but he was sure that they where close. You don't become the highly respected director of Chaldea without being a worryingly amount of paranoid.

He moved to the computer where the answer of 'Fine' was still up.

They wouldn't hurt him, nor would they bring him in. Not until their master said anything.

"I know your there. Watching me," he called out, humming as he moved to grab a tea pot. "So how about we call have a nice cup of tea and talk about the old times huh?"

"I have nothing to day to you," Nero snarled as she came out of the shadows. "In fact I believe a sword to your face is needed."

"Now, now. I am a precious person to Fujimaru kun after all."

"Don't say his name," Nero warned, her sword alighting with flames as she glared into the mans bespectled eyes as he smiled.

'Why not. I raised him and accepted him for the year he was abandoned by his blood," he shrugged, smiling as a famailr pressure began to fill the air. "Miss Nursery Rhyme, wonderful to see you again. I presume you've alerted that lancer I am here."

"Cu isn't here," she hummed.

"No, no. Not him, the lancer that was a bersker in the Moon Cell," he grinned as they jolted, followed by equally vicious scowls.

"Damn you," Nero was on the verge of maiming him before Tamamoe stopped her.

"I can see why I dreamed of a person I have never met before," she commented. "I thought that me and master's minds where merging to a point. Until I realized that he had a connection with Moon Cell even before Chaldea. And that it's you."

"Thank you," he hummed.

"It's not a compliment...but I can see that you have no ill will...but then again...you have something over all of us," Li Shuwen growled as he entered the room, eyes narrowed as the man smiled.

'Ah! You mean that little thing I can do...destroying and erasing your spirit origins," he smirked as Nero and Tamamoe's faces turned to that of horror.

"Why you-!"

"Ah, ha," he warned, smiling as Tamaoe grabbed Nero by the collar, pulling her back as she stared at him with poure malice. "I have no intent on holding this over your heads...at the moment," he coughed, winking as Li began to growl like a dog. "But don't doubt me when I say I can and will do it if you decide to go against what I want you to do."

"How dare you order us around," Li barked out, his spear materializing before he froze as the man lifted his hand and pulled up a monitor.

"None of that please," he smiled, smirking internally as the red haired male struggled internally for a moment before lowering his weapon. "Good. Now I am not asking you to betray your master or anything. In fact this is meant to help him in the end."

"What...would you have us do," Nursery demanded, glowering at the man who merely smiled in response.

"It's simple...I need you to go and plant certain items in a few places," he explained, taking out small box shaped items.

"What places."

"UA, the International Commissions, Japan's Commission, A certain little bar a nuisance owns and a certain lab he owns as well. All Might's Agency, along with Sir Nighteye as well. They have proven to be nuisances for you all, right?" His smile showed that he already knew their answers.

"What are they to do?"

"What else? Spy on them."

"To what end," Li demanded as Nero backed down.

"Come now. I know that you all have been trying the good hero stick and it's not really working for you in the end. Your four are loyal, and you'll do your best to mitigate blame t5o you instead of Fujimaru," he smirked at their flinches. "Beside, you can always claim you where acting in self interest."

"Why help us? Even if you care for master...it makes no sense to go this far to help."

He was silent for a moment before sighing, his eyes went to his desk where a picture lay.

Or what they assumed.

Inside the frame was a simple note that he had always had on him, even in Moon Cell it was in his pocket.

Thank you, for being someone who cared in the beginning even if it never benefited you in the end. I will not longer bother you, so once more. Thank you.

No name, but he knew who made it.

"I have a debt to pay. And I'd rather not drag it on longer," he admitted. "Might as well pay it while you also have your fun no?"

They stayed silent at his explanation, the tension palpable in the air as they all contemplated the other side.
