So I've recently gotten into the Fate series. I've been quasi-interested for a while now but have recently started to get into the series as a whole. As such I have a lot to catch up on. Despite this, after reading some stories on the site, I've already got a lot of ideas for stories featuring MHA Characters being turned into Servants and other fate characters. Hence the point of this story being an anthology rather than one long continuous story. If you have ideas on who should turn into what feel free to let me know.

Here are the ideas I have so far:

Shoto to Anastasia
Izuku to Arthur Pendragon
Izuku to Anastasia
Momo to Da Vinci
Izuku to Shiro
Katsuki to Rin(Note: I might pair this with the Izuku to Shiro story.)
? and ? to Solomon and Queen of Sheba(Any ideas on who I should have change into them, please let me know.)

Just to let you all know Izuku into Artoria is off limits since I have a longer more thought out story in the works for that. Now then, let's get on with the misadventures.

That Time I got Reincarnated as a Samurai: I

He struggled as the slimy sludge of the villain enveloped him. Izuku Midoriya, a boy no older than 14 with messy green hair was fighting for his life as a villain was forcing his way down his throat to take control of his body. He struggled with all his might no matter how fruitless it was. Soon darkness began to overtake him. He grew weak, his struggling began to cease as darkness overtook him.

The tall blond mass of muscle that was the number one hero All Might looked down with sorrow at the lifeless boy before him. He had arrived in time to blow the sludge villain off the boy's body, however…

"Apologies young man, I was too late to save you." All Might expressed.

With nothing more he could say, he went about calling the villain in and explaining what happened to the police. He then went and gathered up the splattered remains of the, somehow, still alive villain, making sure they were secured within two bottles. As he finished this he noticed a burnt notebook with the words 'Hero Analysis for the Future #13'. Another hopeful hero who's life was lost far too soon. As a small gesture to the boy he failed to save, he signed his name within it.

"Again, I am sorry young man. I'm sure you'd be ecstatic if you found out I had signed your notebook if you were still with us." All Might noted as he placed the notebook next to Izuku's body. "I know it's not much but I hope you appreciate the gesture. May you rest in peace young man."

The next day…

Katsuki Bakugo, a young 14 year old boy, could only stare blankly ahead of him. The news of Izuku's death had just reached him and his classmates. Whatever was being said was ignored by him as he was lost in his own world. The words he last said to him replayed over and over in his head. Why were those my last words? Dammit why did I say that? I know it wouldn't change anything, but why did I say it, pride, ego? We were once friends dammit. Why, why, did I say that? His fist tightened in anger. Some hero I am, telling a guy to kill himself just because he pissed me off. Is that how I should have been? Flaunting my strength like everyone was beneath me? He looked down, forcing himself not to cry. I can't apologize now, so I'll just be the best damn hero. For the both of us, Deku.

Elsewhere…

"Time to wake uuUUUUuuuuup… I-zu-ku." A female voice playfully called.

Izuku's eyes snapped open, but he was met with nothing but the dark void. He looked around to try and see if he could see anything. However there was only the darkness of the void.

"W-w-w-w-where am I?" He questioned fearfully.

"You're in limbo, you could say." The voice from earlier spoke. "A place between life and death."

Izuku spun around and was face to face with a beautiful woman with long, wild, ankle length white hair. She wore an orange tank top and red shorts. She had an amused smile on her face.

"W-w-w-w-w-w-w-w-what d-d-do you m-m-m-m-m-m-mean in limbo I-I-I-I-I'm n-not…" Izuku began.

Then he remembered what had happened.

"Fu fu fu… it would appear you finally remembered Little Green." The woman noted in amusement.

"I-I-I'm really… I mean… I… I actually…" Izuku muttered in horror.

He wanted to deny it, convince himself it was a dream. However deep down he instinctively knew that he had truly died.

"Yes, yes you died, it happens to most everyone, get over it." The woman waved off dismissively. "Listen…"

"GET OVER IT! I'M DEAD! HOW CAN I GET OVER IT?!" Izuku shouted. "Who are you anyways?!"

"Well I'm glad you asked!" She declared boisterously.

A boundless power began to radiate out from the woman. A power Izuku feared. It was otherworldly, something beyond him. A power that somehow represented the known unknown and the unknown unknown. It's aura could not be put into human terms. Its might can not be described by the words of man. It's depth is beyond the understanding of mere mortals

"I am the aspect of chaos herself. The being who presides over the unknown and unformed. The place from which all springs up and all returns to. But you may call me Tiamat and I have a proposition for you." She proudly declared as her power died down.

"A-a-a-a proposition?" Izuku questioned.

"Yes, I am more than capable of bringing you back to life." She began.

"I'll take it!" Izuku immediately answered.

"LET ME FINISH DAMMIT!" She shouted, causing Izuku to flinch. "While it'd be fun just sending you back the way I was planning whether you liked it or not, I don't do that anymore… … … Well… not as much as I used to."

"Okay… … … w-what do you mean by, 'the way you were planning'?" Izuku asked.

"Fu fu fu… good of you to pay attention. While I could easily send you back as you are, even right at the point of your death so that it was like you never died, but that'd be boring so I have something else in mind." She stated.

"What?!" Izuku shrieked. "That's it? That's your only reason?"

"Kid, I'm chaos embodied. It's practically in my job description to throw a wrench into things." Tiamat replied. "Now back to my propostial. If you choose to accept, I'll reincarnate you into a new body. You'll get all the info on what the body gives you when you're back in the land of the living.

"However this isn't just any old body. It's a full copy of a variation of a figure from legend. By choosing to accept my proposal you'll get this body with all it's memories, experiences, and even the original's personality flooding into you. Well… my closest approximation to this person's personality, I'm not always the best at getting it accurate. I am chaos, not order after all… Anyways getting off topic. You'll technically still be you, but you'll be changed completely. Knowing all of this, will you still accept my proposal? You can live again as someone else, or move on to the afterlife; The choice is yours."

Izuku didn't say anything, too lost in thought to reply. He thought of the pros and cons. Of what it would mean to be subsumed by the flood of memories and experiences, even if he was still him. But then he thought of his mother who had to be devastated by his death. He thought of his dream to be a hero like All Might, a dream that even after his death still burned brightly.

"W-would I be able to become a hero if I accept your offer?" Izuku asked somewhat nervously.

"That parts up to you. How you live your life if you choose to be sent back would entirely be up to you. But I'll say you'd have a good moveset for hero work." Tiamat answered.

"Then I'll take it. I…" Izuku began.

"WONDERFULLY! Ohhhh, other versions of you are so fun to watch, I hope you'll be as well." Tiamat gushed.

"Wait… other versions of me?" Izuku questioned.

"Oh don't worry about that. Trust me, working your head though the idea of the multiverse will give you one heck of a headache, especially when combined with parallel universes." Tiamat waved off.

"Aren't they the same thing?" Izuku questioned.

"Not even close, a parallel universe implies some similarities between the universes; the multiverse can include wildly different universes and macrocosms." Tiamat explained. "Anyways, enough chat, enjoy your new life. Oh, and just so you know your time here and the amount of time that's passed in the land of the living will be very different, just a heads up. Good luck!"

She snapped her fingers, and then Izuku was awake in an alleyway. He hopped up onto his feet and looked down to see he was in fact now a young girl. His, now her, hair was now smooth and black. It was tied into a side bun which went down into a long side ponytail. She was dressed in a very revealing samurai outfit that didn't really bother her. At her side was a katana sheathed in a bushy sheath.

She took time to inspect her new body. She pinched her cheek to make sure it was real, earning a slight wince as she did.

"I know Tiamat, and god knows that name now has negative connotations to it, gave me a warning but nothing could have prepared me for this. I have all the abilities I'd have as a Ushiwakamaru the Servant even though my body is flesh and blood now. Also Ushiwakamaru was a woman in another universe apparently. Not to mention I have not only memories of her previous life but her time with Chaldea and the Babylonia Singularity." She muttered before sighing. "I should be more freaked out about this but it looks like Ushiwakamaru is already having a big effect on me. I even see that as my current name more so than Izuku."

She shook her head.

"At least she gave me the date todaaaaaay… Which just adds another annoyance as not only did I miss the Entrance Exam but school has started already. That throws a wrench into my plan to become a hero. Though given who Tiamat is, I probably should have expected that." she noted.

She sighed again.

"For now I'll make my way home. It's been a while and hopefully I'm able to convince mom I'm her late son reincarnated. That should alleviate the sorrow she has to still be feeling." She stated.

A smile found its way onto her face.

"Yes, I shall do just that. Now I best be off." She declared.

She was about to leap up on a building, until she noticed how high it was. Screw that I can go on the ground! She mentally shouted. She quickly began to make her way through the alleyway. As she did however she noticed a large congregation of people. Curious as to why they were there, she stopped to observe them.

"This is the spot, right?" One asked.

"Yeah, the portal to UA should open up here." Another noted.

This caught Ushiwakamaru's attention.

"Can't wait to show those UA brats their place. Who knows, maybe some of the girls will be cute." A third spoke.

"Uhg… seriously dude, I know we're villains but have some standards." A fourth person replied.

This caused Ushiwakamaru's eyes to narrow as she mentaly went right to combat mode. Suddenly a portal opened up and the villains all walked into it. As the last one entered, she quickly rushed in after them as the portal was closing. She emerged in a rocky area devoid of plant life, unknown to the villains. She looked up and saw she was in some kind of dome building.

"Now all we have to do is wait for some of those brats to be sent here." A villain noted.

"I'm afraid that will not be the case." Ushiwakamaru spoke up, drawing their attention.

She drew her blade as her cold gaze fell upon them before turning bloodthirsty.

"Prepare yourself, for you face Ushiwakamaru in battle." She declared before disappearing in a blur of motion.

A little later…

Shoto Todoroki, a young man with half white half red hair, emerged from the black portal the villain had used to separate him from his classmates. After landing he quickly prepared himself for battle, only to be met with a field of corpses. His eyes went wide as he paled slightly from the remains of the massacre before him.

"W-W-W-W-WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE!" A female voice shrieked.

Shoto turned to see a set of floating gloves and shoes behind him. This was Toru Hagakure, a girl with a permanently active invisibility quirk.

"I-I'm not sure. One of the villains turning on their own maybe." Shoto spoke, the shock of the situation evident in his voice.

As they surveyed the field before them, they struggled to hold back the bile that threatened to rise up.

"Ah… there are those hero students." The voice of a young woman spoke up.

They turned to see Ushiwakamaru walking towards them. Both her and her blade were stained with blood of her victims. Her cold glare shifted into a manic grin as a wave of bloodlust radiated off of her.

"Today you face a true warrior." She declared.

Shoto and Toru were frozen with fear, their blood running cold. Then it all stopped.

"Pfff… pffhahhahahaha… the look on your faces. Hahahahaha… god… god… you two look like you're about to shit yourself. AHHAHAHAHAHAHA…" She expressed with uproarious laughter, holding her stomach as she did.

The fear that the duo felt was now replaced with confusion as they observed the laughing girl. Eventually she began to finally calm down.

"Ahh… sorry about scaring you two. I thought it'd be funny and I just couldn't help myself." She explained as she swiped the blood off her blade before sheathing it. "Though you are probably wondering about who I am and why I'm not attacking you?"

"Aahhh…" Toru began.

"Yeah." Shoto finished.

"Well I am Ushiwakamaru. Yes yes I know it's the same name as the figure of legend. Don't worry about it too much." She explained. "As for why I didn't attack you, well, I'm not a villain. Given my unlicensed action I am a vigilante though I like to think of myself as a hero hopeful."

"Hero hopeful?" Toru questioned.

"Yes, you see I was actually planning on applying to UA, however due to… extenuating circumstances I was unable to do so, thus I am in my current situation here." Ushiwakamaru explained.

"Wait, then why did you kill these guys if you want to be a hero?!" Toru explained.

Ushiwakamaru looked at her confused.

"What do you mean, the were villains looking to kill and rape you why wouldn't I kill them?" She questioned, then the realization dawned on her. "Right, heroes aren't supposed to go right to lethal force, I'll have to remember that for the future. Hopefully that won't hinder my plans."

"Plans?" Shoto inquired.

Ushiwakamaru merely smirked at him.

"Fu fu fu… That right there, is, a, se-cret, hehehe…" She replied cheekily before vanishing in a blur of motion.

Shoto and Toru were both left stunned by the speed Ushiwakamaru displayed.

Meanwhile…

Tsuyu Asui looked on in fear as the boat she had been standing on was split in two, even if it didn't really show on her face. She was a young woman with frog-like features and long black hair. She had been transported to the flood zone along with another student named Minoru Mineta, a short boy with grape-like purple hair. Said boy was also panicking, screaming, and throwing the balls that made up his hair, which were sticky to all but him and could pop off before growing back, into the water. Where they did nothing but make the villains cautious since they didn't know what the balls did. As Minoru wailed at his fate, Tsuyu's mind worked desperately to try and figure a way out of their situation.

"Need a hand you two?" A young woman spoke behind them.

Both of them screamed and hugged each other. Minoru, who was known for his perversion, was too scared to even try and grope Tsuyu. They turned to see Ushiwakamaru smiling cheekily.

"Fu fu fu… no need to be scared young heroes for I, the great vigilante Ushiwakamaru, am here to assist you." She proclaimed proudly and with great exaggeration.

Tsuyu and Minoru could stare at her dumbfoundedly.

"Vigilante?" Tsuyu questioned.

"Ushiwakamaru?" Minoru question.

"Yes, yes, I know it might sound weird but trust me there is a reason for all of this." Ushiwakamaru replied with a nod.

Her face then shifted from playful to serious.

"Now then, let's get you two out of here." She stated.

She immediately began assessing the situation. She especially took note of all the villains in the water and the sinking state of the ship. She also assessed the two before finally coming to a decision.

"Alright, I'll have to jump to the shore carrying you two." She stated.

"WHAT?!" They exclaimed.

"Brace yourselves." She stated.

She didn't give them time to respond before she quickly picked them up. With a running start, she leapt off the boat with a mighty leap. She sailed through the air, holding both of Tsuyu's and Minoru's mouths to muffle their screams. The villains in the water could only watch with slacked jaws as she practically flew through the air. After a few seconds, Ushiwakamaru landed safely upon the shore of the lake that made up the flood zone. She gently placed her two passengers down, who were both still slightly shocked from the sudden jump.

"There we are. Sorry if that spooked you a bit. I wanted to get off of the boat before it sank." She explained.

"That's fine. Ribbit." Tsuyu replied.

"Yeah." Minoru replied.

Suddenly a sickening crunch rang in all of their ears. They turned to look, only for Minoru and Tsuyu to pale and go wide eyed as Ushiwakamaru's eyes narrowed at the scene before them. Shota Aizawa, their teacher also known as the pro hero Eraserhead, was being crushed into the ground. His arm was broken and crushed. Doing this to him was a black beast of raw muscle. It's beak mouth was lined with jagged sharp teeth and it's brain was exposed. Scars covered its body. Ushiwakamaru took note of this, the villain with pale blue hair and hands attached to his body, and the aquatic villains swimming after them. She smirked and took up a readied stance.

"The Wandering Tales of Shana-oh, Act One…" She proclaimed, drawing everyone's attention. "Eye of Shiva - Detecting the Six Secret Teachings!"

Suddenly everyone was shifted around the plaza area. Ushiwakamaru, Tsuyu, Minoru, and Aizawa were now right at the base of the steps of the plaza with Ushiwakamaru in the front of them. The villains were all gathered in front of them near the fountain with the black beast now far away from everyone. Everyone from the hero students and their teacher to the villains were left dumbfounded by this.

"Take your teacher away from here, I'll handle these villains." Ushiwakamaru directed before walking forward, hand on her blade.

"W-wait… w-w-who…" Aizawa croaked out.

"I'll explain more later. I have every intention of staying here and allowing myself to be taken in by the heroes." She replied. "Now, leave this to me."

Tsuyu and Minoru only nodded as they helped Aizawa up the stairs. In that time a black mist villain appeared near the hand villain. They appeared to be discussing something. While Ushiwakamaru couldn't hear what was being said, she could tell that he was getting irritated and annoyed.

"Brace yourself villains!" She declared as she readied for battle. "Today you face the reborn Ushiwakamaru!"

In a blur of movement, She rushed forwards. The villains had no time to react before they were knocked out cold. Right before she could reach the hand and mist villain, the black beast managed to intercept her. It moved at an incredible speed for its size. However…

"SLOW!" Ushiwakamaru taunted as she danced around it.

She went to knock it out, only for her strike to do nothing. While shocked by this, she was still easily able to avoid its counter attack.

"Ha ha… I don't know who the hell you think you are but even if you may be faster than Nomu, your strength doesn't match up. Nomu here was designed specifically to counter All Might." The hand villain taunted.

"So it is a beast then." Ushiwakamaru noted.

She drew her blade.

"That means I'm sure I can kill it without the heroes making too much of a fuss." She declared.

It went to attack with a punch. Her sword became a blur as it decapitated the Nomu before splitting it in half. It fell to the ground as its body grew limp and also fell to the ground dead. Ushiwakamaru swiped her blade to clear off the blood before sheathing it.

"H-h-h-how?" The hand villain questioned in shock. "Nomu's supposed to have hyper-regeneration. How'd it die?"

"I've heard of very few forms of regeneration that can survive decapitation and even fewer that can survive the head's destruction." She answered. "Now…"

Before they could move to escape both the mist and hand villains were knocked unconscious. The students who saw this were left stunned by the display of speed, skill, and power. Many were also appalled at her apparent callousness in taking a life.

"Now then…" Ushiwakamaru began.

She placed her sword down and kneeled in a proper way. She let her hands rest on her lap.

"Time to wait for the heroes." She finished.

The doors of the USJ were suddenly blown down.

"Hm… speak of the devil." She noted with a smile.

"FEAR NOT!" All Might shouted. "I… AM HERE!"

An expression of rage, not his trademark smile adorned his face. The mere thought of his students going through this made his blood boil.

"OH WOW! LORD ALL MIGHT'S HERE!" Ushiwakamaru exclaimed with cheer and admiration.

Hearing the unfamiliar voice, All Might looked to see a blood covered Ushiwakamaru kneeling surrounded by unconscious villains with her sword placed at her side away from her waving at him with a happy smile. His rage turned to confusion, he looked to the students for an explanation. Their only responses were shrugs signalling they didn't know.

"She kind of just showed up." Tsuyu explained. "She did save us though. So even if she's a vigilante, she can't be all bad. Ribbit."

"I see… I'll go and talk to her then." All Might replied. "Will you all be alright here looking after the teachers?"

They nodded.

"Good." He replied.

He quickly went down to where Ushiwakamaru was currently kneeling. Said girl made no movements. She merely looked up at him with a kind smile of admiration.

"It's good to finally meet you Lord All Might though I wish it were under better circumstances." Ushiwakamaru expressed with a polite and respectful bow. "I am Ushiwakamaru."

"Ushiwakamaru? As in the famed Samurai?" All Might questioned.

"Fu fu fu… Indeed, the very same. I'll leave it to you to figure out why." Ushiwakamaru replied cheekily. "Though you should probably go and find the rest of your students. They are all throughout the place. I will remain here to be taken in."

"Hmmm… you wish to be taken in? And why is that? Moreover, why should I trust you to keep your word?" All Might questioned.

"To answer the question of why I want to be taken in, it's simple. I still want to be a proper pro hero, despite circumstances leading me down the path of vigilantism. Since I was acting to protect your students and am willing to turn myself in for my illegal action. I am hoping such acts will lead to me being given a path to pursue heroism." She explained. "If I were to run away, that'd be counter-intuitive to my goal. As for your final question, well… I could have ran away or attacked your students before you showed up and I didn't."

"Hmm…" All Might hummed as he mulled over whether to trust her or not.

After several seconds he reached a decision.

"I will trust you for now. After all, I do need to rescue my students. But break your word and leave here, or harm any of my students; and I shall show no mercy when I find you." All Might declared, his presence adding power to his voice.

"I understand. You have my word." She replied.

"Good." He returned before he left in a burst of speed to find the other students.

Ushiwakamaru remained kneeling where she was as she promised. A small smile found its way onto her face.

"I get the feeling this will all work out." She noted.

A few days later…

After a short reprieve from school due to the attack, the students were once again back in the classroom. While many were talking about their own harrowing experiences from the attack, the subject of the mysterious Ushiwakamaru dominated many of the students' conversations.

"Wait! She had killed all the villains before you and Todoroki showed up in your zone?" Ochako Uraraka, a girl with shoulder length hair in a bob-cut, questioned with a great deal of surprise.

"Yeah, it freaked me and Todoroki out." Toru replied with a shiver. "The worst part was how it didn't even affect her. Like killing them was nothing. Sure they wanted to kill us but to kill them so callously was just… unnerving."

"That's kind of weird because when she was dealing with the villains at the plaza the only one she killed was the big muscular villain. The rest she just knocked out." Mina Ashido, a girl with pink skin, noted.

"Well, she did say she'd have to be careful not to go right for the kill before she left. Something about a plan of hers and being a hero." Toru added.

"I wonder what kind of plan involves getting captured by the heroes?" Tsuyu inquired.

"Everyone, to your seats! Class is about to begin!" Tenya Iida, a tall young man with short blue hair and glasses, directed.

The girls along with many in the class rolled their eyes and the attics of their class president, but did as they were told.

"I wonder though. Who's gonna be teaching us given Mr. Aizawa's condition?" Momo questioned.

As if on cue, a bandaged, almost mummy looking Aizawa walked into the room.

"Morning…" He muttered tiredly.

"YOU'RE BACK ALREADY!" The class exclaimed.

"Glad to see you doing well Sir." Tenya exclaimed.

"By what metric is he doing well?" Ochako retorted.

"My welfare is unimportant. What is important is a new student. One you're all familiar with. Even if I'm against her being here." Aizawa noted.

"Wait…" Minoru began.

"Does he mean…" Toru continued.

Suddenly the door to the classroom opened.

"Indeed he does." A familiar voice declared.

Leaping into the room with grandiose grace, was Ushiwakamaru, now dressed in a UA school uniform.

"Once a vigilante, now given a chance to pursue her dreams. It is I, Ushiwakamaru." She declared with a smile.

The class was stunned into silence by the nature of her introduction.

"WHAT THE HELL KIND OF AN INTRODUCTION WAS THAT!" Katsuki exclaimed.

"Oh, Kacchan. It's good to see my initial death hasn't affected you too much." She replied.

"What are you… wait… Kacchan… initial death." He muttered before his eyes widened in realization. "It can't be… DEKU!"

"Ha ha… it is indeed I. Once a boy known as Izuku Midoriya. I am reborn as Ushiwakamaru Midoriya." She declared. "I look forward to our journey together."
