4. The New Mission

A few weeks later after being taken in as Kakashi's apprentice, Naruto had learned so many different things from the man especially one of his favorites the summoning jutsu where Naruto can now summon ninja hounds any time he wants much to the Diclonius's joy.

They were now ending the day with their final mission as Kakashi's eye twitches a little bit as Naruto was carrying Tora in his arms without any scratches on him at all. Naruto smiles as he pets the cat in his arms as he loves animals so much.

They then reach the hokage's tower and see a man wearing a suit with green hair and glasses was talking to the Hokage as the daimyo's wife sees that her beloved cat had returned once more she takes her cat back and hugs it to death making the poor cat screech in pain making Naruto frown he hated seeing the poor animal in pain so he goes over to the woman and politely smiles at her. "Umm excuse me...I can help you with Tora I actually know why your cat keeps running away." Naruto tells her making her turn to him with wide eyes.

"Oh yes please tell me why." She begs him and Naruto begins to calmly explain to her why her cat keeps running away and shows her the right way to hold and pet her cat when he was done she holds her cat whom was now in a more comfortable position and was being petted by their owner making the daimyo's wife smile. "Thank you so much sweetie I appreciate it so much." She says to him and then she leaves as the old kage's jaw drops at that.

He couldn't believe that after so long the problem with Tora was solved in one day all thanks to Naruto.

Hiruzen then shakes his head and turns to Kakashi. "Kakashi do you think Naruto is ready for a high ranking mission?" He asked him as Naruto goes back to being emotionless and uncaring once more as the one eyed shinobi eyed smiles at him. "Yes I do believe he is ready." He tells him making Hiruzen nod his head and turn to Nighteye. "Nighteye I believe I found the shinobi that are perfect for this mission you requested." He tells him making the man turn to the pink haired Diclonius.

The hero noticed that Naruto seemed so broken and lost and had zero hope left inside him he also didn't seem like he didn't trust anyone but did seem like he knew how to be serious and would work well with others when he needed to do so it made him feel guilty for not being there for Kushina's child like he should of been in the first place.

Nighteye then turns back to Hiruzen. "Yes they will both do perfectly, meet me tomorrow at the ferry we will be heading towards Japan there we will have a meeting and I will explain all the details of the mission more there." He tells them making them both bow and leave to head back to their homes so they can get ready for the mission the next day with Naruto not knowing that this mission was going to change his life completely forever.
