"Great," she beamed, surprising Kurama as she slowly snaked her arm around his own, "I've already started."

Kurama chuckled, "Is that so? And what did you do, Kagome?" They began to walk away from the school.

She hummed while making a show of pretending to forget. "Hm, what did I do?" She bit her lip and tapped her chin with her finger as she furrowed in eyebrows in deep thought.

"Oh right," she exclaimed, "I remember now."

Kurama waited for her to continue, but her silent smile stayed on.

"Are you going to enlighten me, Kagome?"

She looked up at him and blinked innocently, "You'll find out tomorrow."
