The girls quieted, but no one answered his question. Finally a small girl he recognized as Yui Anohara stepped up.

"Minamino-san, is it true that you are dating Kagome Higurashi?"

Kurama blinked once. Then he blinked twice. "Dating Kagome," he repeated.

"Yes!" Another girl pushed forward with tears in her eyes. "She said that you two are close and that you practically could be dating at this point but neither of you has made it official."

"Please tell me it isn't true, Minamino-senpai," a different voice pleaded.

Soon more and more of the people surrounding him became louder.
