"My my, you are cruel today, Kagome," Kurama said as he walked the young woman home from school that day.

"Remember, fox, this was your idea. Therefore, the fault goes to you."

"Do you know which part of me?"

Kagome stopped walking to turn and look at him. "Your demon spirit, though I am unconvinced if you say that the rest of you did not agree to this new development."

"Correct," he chuckled, "Do you know who that spirit is?"

"Of course."

"You do?" Kurama was shocked, to say the least.

"You house the infamous Yoko Kurama," she said with a smirk.
