Issac waited, he waited. For his mother to return. He waited for hours, days. But his mother never returned after comforting him. A few days later, his mother was pronounced missing. Most of the students in school weren't all that concerned, after all, the principal's disappearance has nothing to do with them personally. As for Issac, he lost his only close family, her mother, gone, without a trace.

He wanted answers, answers to questions that seemed impossible to answer back then. There were no clues, no rough idea where on earth her mother could have disappeared to. He wanted to know. After all the sleepless nights, thinking, going through her mother's stuff that she left behind, he found nothing that could lead to her.

The only thing he got out of all of this, was more bullying from the other students of the school. With his mother missing, he lost some protection from the bullies, and the cruel world wasn't all that kind to the boy as the bullies kept gaving him a rough time, and somehow managed to get away with it.

That night, Issac was on the verge of exploding with anger, a group of bullies surrounded him and did him in, beating him for whatever reasons they have. Issac tried to fight back, and failed miserably. The boy was sitting on the dining table, anger rising as he thought about everything that happened in the past few days, wondering how could he continue on? In anger, he threw the pen in his hand across the room. Giving in to anger, he stood up and grabbed the chair he was sitting on, throwing it on the ground, lashing out. He didn't notice the figure standing behind him.

"Issac Bowin," the feminine voice said, attracting the boy's attention.

Issac didn't turn around, breathing heavily. "What do you want?" asked the teen.

"I want to help you."

"Yeah right, unless you can tell me where my mother is you can fuck o- You!" Issac realized as he turned around, looking at the girl, none other than the former queen bee of the school, Cindy Burman."What? You are here to mock me? Like you did back then?" Issac scoffed as his eyes moved down to the thing Cindy was holding, a violin case, one that is very familiar to Issac. "How… Is that?"

"Your mother's violin?" asked Cindy. "Yes… Yes it is."

"Why do you have it?" asked Issac darkly. "Where is she?"

"Dead, murdered," Cindy said gravely.

Issac looked at Cindy in disbelief. "No, no, no, no, no way, there is no way, she couldn't have, she couldn't. You are lying to me," Issac shook his head.

"I am not-"

"How would you know! You obviously stole that violin from her! Give it!" Issac yelled at Cindy angrily.

Cindy stood there as calm as ever. She wasn't scared of this defenseless, weak and pathetic boy. She has powers. He would have no chance against her. "That is why I am here," Cindy said calmly. "Just listen to me, I know what happened to your mother."

"Why should I trust you?" asked Issac, balling his fists.

"Because, I want to help you, to get your revenge," Cindy said.

"W- What do you mean?' Issac frowned, not understanding.

"Take a seat, this is going to take a while."

It was school recess. Artemis and Cameron were sitting together, after all birds of the same feather flock together. Artemis has decided to not sit with her usual gang of team players to accompany Cameron, on Cindy's orders of course, to keep him in check, just in case Courtney and her company decide to find a way to turn him.

"Have you ever talked to him?" asked Artemis gesturing towards Issac, who was sitting alone, eating quickly at the table quite far from them.

"No, why? You two should be more familiar, right? I mean like, you two are on the team longer than I am," Cameron pointed out.

"It has just been a few weeks," Artemis shrugged. "Not like he and I have anything in common."

"Well, you and I have nothing in common either, and you are still talking to me," Cameron said.

"I talk to whoever I like, Mahkent," Artemis scowled.

"Hey calm down. I am just making a joke," the boy said. "But seriously, why did you ask?"

"Oh no reason. Just thought that perhaps you two losers would have at least talked before," Artemis chuckled.

"Oh wow, I hurt Artermis," Cameron groaned.

"You can't deny that you weren't, artist," the brunette shrugged.

"Whatever," Cameron rolled his eyes before seeing a group of familiar people. "Oh crap."

"What is... Oh," Artemis too realized it as she saw it too.

Courtney, Yolanda, Rick and Beth walked into the cafeteria, walking out of the queue with trays of food in their hands, walking towards them before they stood there, noticing that their usual table had been occupied.

Yolanda was the first one to speak, having a certain dislike for Artemis already, but knowing that she is the daughter of Sportsmaster and Tigress, it increased her dislike towards her even more. "Well, well, look at who is at the loser table. Artemis Crack," Yolanda scoffed as she sat down along with Rick as Courtney and Beth looked at each other unsurely.

"Slut," Artemis spat as she remembered seeing Yolanda's nudes on her phone. "Can't get your urges satisfied hmm?"

"Don't make us angry," Rick stepped in.

"Stay out of the way Tyler," Cameron piped in, having a certain hate for the four of them now.

"I am sorry, was I talking to you?" asked Rick.

The tension was real at the table. Beth then interrupted. "Uhmm… lets just eat, no need to get into a fight," Beth voiced out sheepishly.

The four teens eyed each other, glaring before resuming to eat. With Beth seated next to Yolanda and Courtney ended up next to Cameron. Even though Beth attempted to sooth things out, the tension was obviously still there. Courtney, who was still feeling guilty for making that mistake of not telling Cameron sooner. She wanted to pull Cameron aside and just tell him how sorry she was,but she knew that things aren't that simple now.

"C- Cam," Courtney said, unsure how to start.

"Don't act like it never happened," Cameron snapped grudgingly.

"Just hear me out… I know, you are mad at me,just don't ever join the ISA," Courtney tried to get through to Cameron.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Cameron asked. Of course, he knew what Courtney was talking about, but he wasn't going to let them in on what they have been doing.

"You know what I am talking about," Courtney continued, she has a chance to get through to him, she wasn't going to let it go.

"Just cut it, ok? We are done," Cameron snapped.

"Cameron, this is not a question of whether we are done or not, I am telling you that the ISA are evil," Courtney urged.

"What ISA mumbo jumbo are you talking about?" asked Artemis. She knew she was a suspect, what other time to throw suspicion off her.

"I wonder," Cameron added, looking at Courtney.

"Don't pretend Crock, we know," Yolanda said, joining in the fray.

"What the hell are you all talking about? I have no idea," Artemis pretended to look perplexed.

"It doesn't matter if you don't admit it, we will defeat you and you happy little gang Crock," Rick said as Beth looked at him surprised.

"Happy little gang? What is going on now?" asked Artemis "What, have you all gone cuckoo?"

Yolanda and Rick wanted nothing else at the moment and just wanted to land their fist in the athlete's face. Courtney however was even more depserate to bring Cameron back from the dark.

"Cameron, whatever lies Artemis has been feeding you, don't believe her, please… I care about you, I… lo-"

"Oh my god, can't you see that you are making Cameron uncomfortable? Just get out of our hair," Artemis scoffed. "Come on babe, let's find another table," Artemis said.

The five teenagers were shocked when they heard what Artemis said. Courtney couldn't believe it, Cameron was together with Artemis? She froze from the shock.

"C- Cameron, y- you are…" Courtney's voice was soft, fragile, about to break.

Cameron was too confused. He wasn't understanding where Artemis was going with this. He just looked at Artemis frowning.

"You still don't get it don't you? He is over you, bitch," Artemis chuckled. For some reason, she felt a certain sense of satisfaction saying that to the blonde. "Still not getting the memo?" Artemis asked, smirking at the perplexed blonde. "Seems like she didn't get it. Cam, let's show her." With a swift movement forward, Artemis kissed Cameron on the lips, it as a brief one, but it was a big enough proof to convince Courtney that the lie was real. "Come on babe, let's go."

Cameron looked at Courtney conflicted, one more time before standing up, walking away, following Artemis. Looking away as Courtney felt crushed, the blonde was once more broken.
