Alex Mercer is dead. Killed by James Heller in the final battle for New York City. But instead of moving onto the afterlife, Alex is given a chance at redemption for all the death, pain and destruction he has cause. To gain his redemption, he must complete this mission: Protect Ruby Rose. Will Ruby help Mercer regain his humanity or will he remain a monster?

Hello my ever lovely peeps!

So yes, this is indeed being worked on, it's just a slow process. In the spirit of doing this right, as this can be a bit confusing for people who have never played Prototype and learned the ENTIRE story through the "Web Of Intrigue" and even then, it can be a bit confusing. I known it was for me, so i decide to go back and play through both Prototype games, one and two.

Plus i'm back to work, earning that green dough and even working on a building, which is coming along nicely, i've been busy and haven't had much time to look at this lately. Plus my uncle isn't doing so well, so another thing to worry about and hopefully, it'll be nothing more then pointless worrying.

Hopefully.

So anyway, i heard this song and while i was originally going to use "Lost Within" by Fivefold, this song was much better and more suited to this story. Also to "Spartan Ash" i have to say, ViralRose. That good sir, is an excellent pairing name, catchy too. I myself can't really think of anything and i'd figure this be a good pairing just, because why not?

Alex doesn't get enough love, their aren't many Prototype games and iv'e been thinking of doing another Prototype story. Only it's going to be my first "Self interest" type of story if i decide to do it. Maybe i will, maybe i won't.

I already have enough shit to do already and iv'e been trying to figure out some sort of game plan for my "Witch Doctor" idea. Been trying to figure out what to do with it but i haven't figure out anything. Yet anyway. But much like Youjo Senki, Prototype is a hidden jewel and doesn't get as much love as it should.

Both in Fanfiction and the game world itself, plus i have to be honest. I was kinda disappointed how they made Alex basically turn evil and really doesn't explain HOW and WHY he turned. All any of us can guess, is Greene had a final form of revenge by having Alex basically turn into her, even after he ate her.

Maybe, maybe not.

Maybe he was always crazy and just the first game, Greene and Randall were simply the bigger bad guys. So enough of that, as i own nothing at all.
