Hey guys,

I've been on here for a while, but I never had any description in my profile. Part of that was because I started writing on here as a minor and I was trying to be as careful as possible with my personal information. Another reason was I just felt I didn't have anything of importance to really say about myself.

Seeing as I am now 21 years of age and I've been here almost five years, I thought it was finally time I pull together some sort of profile. So here goes:

I'm a college student and I spend a lot of my time writing and reading fanfiction if you couldn't guess. I write elsewhere too under different names for different fandoms. In this profile though, I've decided to solely focus on Ninja Turtle fanfictions. I'm a big fan of the 2003 series. I have watched a little of the other ones but 2003 takes the cake for me. Anything I write will be from that series.

My favorite character from TMNT 2003 is hands down Michelangelo. I'm a fan of hurt/comfort for his character. He's such a happy character, it's interesting when he's put in angsty situations or trials. In recent years, Leo has also grown on me. I believe of all the turtles, I'm most like Leonardo. I see a lot of my own faults in him and I sympathize with how he relates to his family and the world. I like Raph and Don as well, but for some reason, I don't feel as attached to them as Mikey and Leo.

I've only recently gotten back into writing again after a period of dryness. After looking over my old works, I realized how much of a better writer I've become now. Most of my old works, if they aren't finished, will probably never be finished just because I don't believe I am on the same level of writing anymore. Therefore, I'm kind of trying to separate my works into two eras. I don't want to remove my works because I know some people like them still, but please don't expect any more updates on them.

Old Era Works:

It's Much More Complicated: This works was my first and was a sickfic. It was Mikey-centric as most of my works are.

Differents Not Wrong: This was an attempt to address a headcanon of mine that Mikey has ADHD and learning impairments. I didn't really know how to finish it and it was meant to only be an exploration that was drawn out.

Just a Little Longer: This was an attempt to write each of the brothers in the first person, focusing on how Mikey deals with sadness. I only got through three of the brothers. I've thought about finishing it, but if I do that, I'm probably just going to rewrite it.

Breathe: This was a slight au in which Mikey deals with being diagnosed with asthma. It was a kind of reflection on my own asthmatic struggles. Of all my old fics I think I want to rewrite this one.

Current Works:

ABC: This is a compilation of one-shots based on the alphabet. I intend to finish this even though I started it a long time ago. It's interesting because in this piece I can clearly see the improvement in my writing.

Ebony Woods: My current masterpiece. I had this in planning for years. I wrote the first two chapters and really poured my heart and soul into them then lost my motivation. The ideas still stuck though and I've started writing this story again. I edited some of the past chapters but there haven't been any extreme changes to the story.

Future Works: (Many of these have no title yet and the titles are up for change)

Untitled 1: A fic focusing on Mikey growing up. He wishes to become a writer but receives backlash from his family, Leo especially.

Untitled 2: This is a 2007 movie fanfic. I usually don't stray from 2003 but I had an idea that wouldn't go away. Basically, this focuses on Raph's avoidance of his family while Leo's away and how it affects his family when they need him.

Untitled 3: This will be a two-shot. One will focus on the turtles when they were younger and Mikey's fear of the dark. The other will be when they are teens and will focus on Leo relapsing with his fear of heights.

Little Pink Socks: A fic focusing on April and her difficulties with starting a family. Includes themes of miscarriage and child abandonment/neglect.
