Just something that occurred to me and I wonder what shenanigans would Spike, Faith and Connor be up to. Don't get me started on Cordelia/Connor, stupid Whedon, seriously, when you change someone's diapers, then screw them, there's only one thing to say. Ew.
Disclaimer: I do not own Buffyverse.
Angel and Cordelia were watching TV in their house, when they suddenly heard shouting, when Connor burst in before he turned his head. "Get in, hurry!"
Angel and Cordelia widened their eyes, wondering why would Connor invite in a vampire, when it turned out to be…
"Spike?!" Cordelia and Angel exclaimed, Cordelia in surprise, Angel in anger.
"Close the door!" Spike said, holding in his hand a bag, while Connor shut the door and they heard banging.
"You can't hide forever, you two!" An angry male voice shouted from the outside and judging from the fact that they were not attempting to get in, it was obvious that they were vampires who were not invited as Connor peeked through the blinds and sighed in relief as he and Spike high-fived.
"What did you two do?" Angel demanded as he got up, while Connor and Spike were laughing hysterically.
"Ah, they just got bitter that I beat them in…"
"…cat poker?" Cordelia demanded as she turned to Connor. "Connor, if there are kittens in there—"
"Actually…" Connor opened the bag to reveal a large amount of cash.
"Doesn't matter, no poker scams." Angel said harshly before turning to Spike. "And you, really, you may have a soul, but I guess Spike is still Spike."
"Still better than being a broody stalking lovesick puppy." Spike countered as Angel seethed before Cordelia held him.
"It's not worth it, Angel." Cordelia said before turning to Connor. "You, you're grounded."
Connor opened his mouth, about to protest but the glares Angel and Cordelia were giving him made it clear it wasn't an argument he was going to win with them before he went up, stomping angrily.
"And you, get out." Angel said.
"It's almost sunrise!" Spike protested.
"Good." Angel said, grabbing Spike by his jacket and throwing him out of the window before shutting it as Cordelia grabbed a cross and holy water, about to revoke Spike's invitation.
Few hours later, Connor was upstairs in his bedroom, sleeping, or at least it appeared that way, when someone knocked on the window. Connor got up and planted a mannequin in the bed to fool Angel and Cordelia before he approached the window as he smiled at the smirking brunette in a leather jacket.
"So Angel and Cor grounded you?" Faith asked as Connor chuckled.
"As if this was gonna stop me, I had to put on an act, though they uninvited Spike out of this house." Connor said.
"Well, they don't know I was in on the game too. How about we hit a club, we still got an hour or two." Faith said as Connor smirked before he jumped out of the window with Faith.
"He's just growing up so fast…" Angel muttered, while Cordelia was snuggling towards him beneath the covers of the bed, wearing a nightie lying on Angel's bare chest, while he stroked her hair.
"Well, teenagers." Cordelia pointed out. "Maybe we can have some family fun together with Tara, Willow and Dawn.
"That's a good idea, Cordy, maybe it'll help put Connor on the right track." Angel said.
"Unless Dawn's gonna be up to some shenanigans too, I know I was in her age." Cordelia said as Angel chuckled.
"Well, if Buffy or the girls caught her, don't wanna be her." Angel said before he smelled something… familiar. It couldn't be… Nah. He shook his head in denial.
"What is it?" Cordelia asked.
"Well…" Angel considered. "Can you imagine Connor and Faith and—"
"Oh, hell, no, if she gets him in trouble, I'm gonna kill her in ways even Buffy wouldn't think about it." Cordelia said as Angel shot her a look. "Well, not literally but you know what I mean."
Angel chuckled, while Cordelia looked amused as they kissed.
Well, if Spike and Faith really were 'the bad influence' on Connor, I'm sure Angel and Cordelia would kill them both, *chuckles*
