"Arrays of Mechs with High tech scanners? I'm sorry lord Otto but isn't that a little to obvious? That Jackal will notice and will try and stop us again." Bianca said with concern in her tone.
"You're exactly right. But our enemy is in the shadows. And we can defend the most likely positions. I'll let you choose your favorite place." Otto told them
"All units are in place." Bianca, who standing on top of a bridge, told Otto over at the radio.
"My Battle has begun. Time to find the Holy grail of our quest and to see where the 2nd Key is truly located." Otto said as he activated the Mechs EM scanners.
"EM Receiver has picked up a spatial distortion. Space time pocket detected." Said Bianca when she looked at a cube with surprise in her face.
"Lord Overseer, I have visuals of a distortion geometry hovering 50 meters above the River Thames, and none of our mech seem to be able to breach it or detect the contents." Bianca informed Otto.
"I knew it wouldn't be easy in any way, but I have a solution to that. Charge and fire the Honkai Beam emitters at that geometry" Otto said as several Turrets brought aimed their Honkai Beam emitters and fired at the Cube.
"Concentrate all beams at a single point. We'll Breach the barrier." Otto said as the beams hit the Cube it shattered revealing the 2nd Divine key.
"Whoa the 2nd divine key actually looks... awesome." Bianca as she looked at the target of their mission.
"Hidden in plain sight but revealed by my ingenuity. Time to bag this and go home." Otto said as several mechs
Timeskip
In a Schicksal facility
A few weeks after the events in England Beverly, Bianca, and Rita were currently standing in front of the 2nd Divine Key.
Everyone was in their equipment and Bianca was in her Bright knight excelsis, which consisted of a silver armor with streaks of dark blue, a dark blue skirt, black knee high socks, silver boots, and a silver crown like accessory.
And Beverly in her Battlesuit, same went for Rita, and both with weapons in hand, as they didn't know what would come from the other side of the Portal that would be opened.
"Energy level is now 80%... 85%." Came an announcement around the facility.
"So that is the 2nd Divine Key?" Beverly asked as she looked over the 2nd divine key that hung in the center of the facility.
"Indeed, it sure looks like something." Bianca agreed.
"Durandal what's the status on the immortal blades?" Otto asked Bianca.
"Everyone's in position, overseer." Bianca replied.
"That's good, everyone stand at the ready, we have no Idea what will come out of the portal once it is opened." Otto said.
"Roger that, boss." Beverly responded same as the other Valkyries in the vicinity.
"Alright everyone, time for a test rune, activate the 2nd Divine key." Otto said and the control did as Otto ordered and activated the Divine Key and it launched a purple beam into the air which then opened a portal and a single star showed in the portal.
"Is that... the sky of another world?" Rita asked.
"If that's the case it sure ain't a big one." Beverly commented and she suddenly began to have a bad feeling about whole this.
"The records say that they 2nd Divine Key allows it's user to observe and analyze multiple bubble realities in the Imaginary tree. I believe that this is one of them, though I wonder why it does have a single star." Otto said.
"So it's basically the Yggdrasil, and the 2nd Divine Key is the Bifröst?" Beverly said as she saw to many parallels with Norse mythology.
"That seems to be the case." Otto said in agreement.
"Alert! Lord Otto the 2nd Divine Key is syphoning Power from the reactor, energy is now at 150%!" One of the Operators yelled making Otto worried and the beam created by the 2nd Divine Key increased in size.
"Everyone get out of here immediately! And don't think of looking at that thing!" Bianca ordered. but suddenly she felt as if she heard a voice and soon disappeared.
"Where did Durandal Go?!" Rita asked not seeing Bianca anywhere only the Black Orchid on the ground.
"I'll follow her, and see if I can bring her back!" Beverly said as she ran at the beam and she disappeared.
"Beverly, don't be stupid!" Rita yelled as she ran after her, but the beam dissipated.
"Get that thing back online, we lost two high value Valkyries and get them out of there immediately!" Otto ordered, the tower crew.
"Understood sir!" Everyone on the tower said as they began to turn the 2nd Divine Key back online.
In the Sea of Quanta.
From a Portal Beverly appeared in a platform inside the sea of Quanta, a space of infinite possibilities and where countless realities interconnected with each other, and it was also home to the Honkai Beasts spawned and put these realities to the torch.
"God Damn it!" Beverly cursed as she rolled like a ragdoll onto one of the platforms and her sword slipped from her hands.
"I hate portals." Beverly said as she stopped rolling and got back to her feet and went to take her sword back in her hands.
"Bianca!" Beverly exclaimed, and only echoes were heard.
"Bianca!" Beverly again exclaimed and once again only echoes reached her ears.
"Where in god's name am I?" Beverly asked as she looked around, and all she saw were platforms some as large as a small island, some with the size of continents, and she saw blue and purple and trees, it was like looking into an whole ecosystem.
"Shit." Beverly cursed as she looked around. and jumped to the nearest "Island", which conveniently were stacked up like stairs on top of each other.
"Talk about convenient." Beverly said as she holstered her sword onto her back and jumped from platform to platform down to the Island.
"Man this place is larger than what seemed from earlier." Beverly said as she jumped onto the "island", and walked west of the "island".
Few minutes later
A few minutes of walk Beverly her way to a River.
"Is someone playing jokes one?" Beverly thought to herself wondering if this was a joke.
"Who am I even asking in a place in between dimensions that has trees." Beverly said to herself when she suddenly heard a growl causing the Valkyrie to turn around and saw a pair of Honkai beasts that had the appearances of wolves .
"My luck's really hit rock bottom hasn't it?" Asked Beverly as the Wolves charged at her with the intent to kill her and make her their next meal, but Beverly wasn't defenseless and so she pulled out her Greatsword and charged at the Honkai Wolves.
The wolves leaped with their maws open but Beverly slid under them, then swiftly got on her feet and Jumped at the wolves with her sword and managed to slash at on of them with enough force to cut it in half, though she did dodge an attack by the 2nd wolf to the right.
"Come on is that all you can do?" Asked Beverly, with a cocky smirk on her face, until suddenly the wolf began to exhume a cold aura and it suddenly began to snow and the snow soon enough became a blizzard.
"Shit I have to kill it now." Beverly thought to herself as she moved in to kill the wolf before it froze her to death, but the wolf wasn't going to let itself getting beaten by its soon to be dinner and so it charged at Beverly.
But the Valkyrie jumped into the air and slammed the tip of the sword the ground and pikes impaled onto the wolf and all of a sudden the pikes began to... "Consume" the Honkai Beast with what looked like red... Nanobots, and then there was nothing remaining of the wolf.
"Consume... Enhance... Replicate..."Cam an eerie voice causing Beverly to look around herself, in a slight panic.
"What the hell was that?" Beverly asked then she turned her attention to her greatsword.
"Just what in god's name are you." Beverly asked as she looked at the sword, but she got no answer.
Timeskip
In Schicksal HQ
"What do you mean she's lost?!" Bianca asked Rita, demanding an answer.
Right now Bianca wearing golden armor that surrounds a dark blue top and a short dark blue mullet skirt, one last gift that Su had given her before their departure from
"We don't know Master Durandal, we are only aware that she followed after you, but it'd appear that you were separated, once she entered the portal." Rita said causing Bianca to freeze for a moment.
"Oh no." Bianca said in a low tone, dreading to know what Friend is enduring there with all the Honkai Beasts roaming the realm.
"We can only prey that she'll be alright." Rita said trying to comfort Bianca.
Later
Otto's Study
In his study, Otto looked at the report that had been sent to him after the trial with the 2nd Divine Key, and from the report Bianca had been dragged into a bubble realm inside the confines of the Sea of Quanta and Beverly seems to be stuck in the Sea of Quanta, for how long he has no idea, perhaps she has already entered an alternate reality.
"Hmmm... What a pitty, all that potential, lost." Otto said as he put the report on his desk.
She had been wondering the Sea of Quanta for what? a week, a months, some years, Beverly had stopped counting as she was currently walking to a campfire she had made for herself in this labyrinthine realm with the meal she had caught for herself and extra wood, though signs of Honkai Corruption were visible on her neck and probably her entire body by now was infected, though with the the lack of any sort of provisions she had no other choice but to feed off of the Honkai Beasts that roamed the Sea of Quanta.
And her eyes had dark circled and sleepless and her Irises were glassy and tired, her Battlesuit looked worse for ware with missing pieces and her Gauntles were broken from the overstressing. And as she approached the camp all of a sudden she she went on her knees and let out a vomit, which was caused by the meal she had eaten lately, and the Honkai poisoning, which had overwhelmed her Stigmata to become nothing but a useless Tattoo on her shoulder.
"I hate this fucking place." Beverly said with heavy breathing as she whipped her mouth from the remains of the vomit.
"I hope Bianca's fearing better than I am." Beverly said to no one but the air and she fell to the ground asleep, tired and sword in hand ready to defend herself if any Honkai Beast attacks her.
Until she was suddenly she heard a growling noise causing her to get up and look at an Honkai Dragon.
"You are a big one, that's for sure." Beverly said through a coughing fit, when suddenly the Dragon hit her with it's tail launch her to a cliff.
"I really am out of luck." Beverly said weakly as she tried to get u[ but fell to her knees tired.
And as for the dragon it flew towards her and landed in front of her.
"Come on, what are you waiting for." Beverly told the Dragon in a tired tone.
But as it stood there Beverly looked at her Greatsword and took a deep breath and let out a Sigh, from what little reports she had read Blood Dance was a blade made out of Solium and it contains the core of an unknown Herrscher.
"Damn... Damn it all to hell." Beverly thought to herself as she stabbed herself with the great sword and it began to dissolve in a blood like matter and it entered into he body, causing Beverly gasp in pain.
And with that being it's signal the Dragon attacked Beverly and sent both of the hurling into the endless abyss of the Sea Quanta.
Elsewhere
DNAlien base
As a DNAlien Patrol group was passing by their patrol route the saw a portal opening and saw a female woman dressed in an odd red and black armor, and beside her was what seemed to be a dragon with red wings black body and red carapace, fell through.
The walked over to check on the woman, and when they approached they felt like something had stabbed them, and aw a crimson red lace sprouting from the ground, and the woman got up on her feet and began to walk towards them.
"Thanks you for the information little pawn, I will go and take out the trash." The woman said as she turned around to face the Dragon.
"Come along, Perseval. We have trash to take out." The woman said with a smirk plastering her face, and the Dragon got up and slightly shrunk, and followed it's master into the building.
