As the Arrow connected to one of the commander the force of it was so great that it over-penetrated, and passed through one of the commander's chest.
"You deal with Tennyson and his group, I'll deal with the girl." Ordered the remaining officer as he charged at Beverly, and the DNAliens charged at Ben, Gwen and Kevin.
Beverly's bow transformed back into it's greatsword form and went into a stance.
"On Guard." Beverly said as a smirk flashed on her face, as she charged at the Highbreed commander.
As Ben, Gwen and Kevin saw Beverly charging at the commander head on.
"Well, we can't let her have all the fun, now can we?" Kevin asked as he was about to absorb the stone of the ground but felt as if he touched something, he looked down and saw a red metallic shard that seemed smooth and oddly enough liquid'y.
"What could this be?" Kevin thought to himself as he absorbed the material, and as the armored shell encompassed his body, Kevin gasped for a moment and clutched his head as he felt as if he was trying to process a large amount of Information.
He saw large creatures that were bigger than the Highbreeds, or To'kustar that Ben transforms when things become troublesome, he felt as if he saw a space where island-like structures could be seen, then he saw... Beverly, who looked like a female version of Ben from hair color and to the eyes.
"Is this all you've got!" Shouted Beverly at the strange... aliens? As she charged at them with her greatsword.
"Kevin, snap out of it!" Came Gwen's as she shook Kevin off of his stupor.
"Right." Kevin said as he got up from his stupor and charged at the DNAliens that were charging towards him
He jumped into the air and as he did a roll he grabbed one by the shoulders and threw them away, and then created a staff which he used it to whack three more DNAliens.
Soon Kevin stopped fighting after seeing his handy work, and as he turned around he saw the surprised face of Gwen and Ben.
"What?" Kevin asked.
And as she saw Kevin charge at 5 approaching DNAliens Gwen used her powers to blast 5 of the DNAliens that were approaching her, and then created a barrier which she used to protect herself from 3 DNAliens that were shooting at her.
"Ben!" Gwen called out, causing Ben to look behind and se that Gwen was pinned down.
"Coming!" Ben, who was transformed into four arms and was fighting several of the DNAliens, said as he ran towards his cousin after he knocked out five of them while using another as a baseball bat.
As soon as he arrived he charged through them, causing several of the DNAliens to jump away, and Ben managed to catch one of them and then performed a german suplex.
Before he could get up two DNAliens saw this chance and grabbed their weapons and aimed them at Ben, but were knocked unconscious as Gwen fired some Mana bolts at them.
"Uh, Thanks." Ben said as he transformed back into his human form.
"No problem." Gwen said as she gave Ben her hand.
"Now let's go and help, Kevin... Whoa." Ben said as he saw what Kevin was doing and was somewhat surprised at the way he fought the DNAliens, which was akin to a martial arts master.
"Where did he learn those moves?" Asked Ben as he and Gwen walked towards Kevin.
"I've got no idea, it was if I was on autopilot." Kevin said as he released the metal casing.
"You think that metal you absorbed earlier had to do something with it?" Ben asked.
"Maybe, though we'll have to ask your sister." Said Kevin as he turned his attention at Beverly who fighting the Highbreed commander, Suddenly he felt a bit queasy as he felt a headache in his head.
"Kevin!" Gwen said as she ran up to Kevin but failed to notice some odd glowing black colored grid patterns appearing on his face, and out of nowhere he attack Gwen and Ben.
With Beverly.
"Stay put, you blasted Insect!" Yelled the Commander as He punched the ground where Beverly was standing but the Herrscher had managed to dodge in time, and quickly retaliated by making a wide slash slashing away his arm.
"Gha." The Highbreed gasped in pain.
"Good Bye, little plant." Said Beverly as she jumped and hacked her sword through the Highbreed, cutting him in half and killing him.
"Well that was easy." Beverly said as she turned around to face Ben and his team but, she saw Kevin in a soulium casing and was attacking Gwen and Ben.
"That idiot." Beverly thought to herself as she ran up to the team in order to stop a berserk Kevin.
Elsewhere
Sea of Quanta
"This is some really shitty situation we've found ourselves in, maid." Said Sigrid as she looked at the hole filled corpse of the Dragon from earlier.
"A rather apt description if I'd agree with you, Madam." Rita said as she looked at Sigrid.
"You ain't gonna attack me?" Sigrid said as she prepared for combat.
"While I'd certainly would like to finish our battle, I think cooperating with one-another is a far better option if we are to survive this traitorous place." Said Rita as she waved her hand.
"Alright." Said Sigrid as she holstered the rifle on her back.
"Do you know how we can get back to our world?" Rita asked Sigrid, who simply shrugged her shoulders.
"As far as I know the only way for us to return to our world would be through the 2nd Divine key, but since that Honkai beast knocked us out of it, we are virtually stuck here." Sigrid said with honesty in her voice.
"So there is a possibility for us to escape?" Rita asked Sigrid.
"Indeed, but in my humble opinion it isn't worth the risk." Sigrid said making Rita raise a questioning eyebrow.
"And why is that?" Rita asked Sigrid, who turned and looked at her with a humorous look.
"Tell me Madam Rosswisse, do you like skydiving?" Sigrid asked Rita with a sarcastic tone.
"Not really a sport I truly fancy, to be fair. Though I am curious as to where you are going with this?" Rita said as she looked at Sigrid with a questioning look
"We will have to jump into the sea of quanta and hope that it sends us home." Sigrid responded.
"Please, tell me you aren't saying such rubbish just to scare me, Madam." Rita said as she looked at Sigrid, but the woman had a dead serious face on her.
"I rarely joke, Rita. And besides all you need is a leap of faith." Said Sigrid as she and Rita looked behind at the sound of roaring.
"Sigrid." Sigrid told Rita her name.
"Pardon?" Rita asked Sigrid as she looked at the World Serpent regent.
"Name's Sigrid." Sigrid told Rita.
"Well then... Madam Sigrid it's been a pleasure of being your opponent, however momentarily." Said Rita as she offered her hand.
"The pleasure was mine." Sigrid said as she shook Rita's hand.
"Oi, the hell 'r you, idiot?!" Came angry voice.
"I know, you hate this as much as I do, but we don't have much of a choice, is either this or just starve to death." Sigrid told the Herrscher inside the 3rd Key.
"If anything happens to us, I hope you burn in hell Sigrid." The Herrscher said.
"I know, and I don't care." Sigrid said as she turned and looked at Rita.
"Ready?" Sigrid asked Rita.
"It's not as if I have much of a choice on the matter, but... yes, I am." Rita responded as she and Sigrid jumped off of the Island and to wherever the sea of quanta sent them.
