As they were making their way through the rooftops the R.I operatives heard a voice shouting.

"Over here!" Said a Reunion solider as he spotted them.

"Damn it, the found us." Cursed Liskarm as she aimed he pistol at the soldier the bulled hitting square in the head.

"We will have to move faster." Harrison said as he ran to the building across with Misha at his back, this attempt would have been seen as suicidal, but thankfully the buildings in the slums were close enough to to each other that a person could make a simple jump across.

"Are they also infected?" Misha asked Harrison as she shot a glance at the Reunion.

"Yes." Harrison gave the girl his answer.

"Then why? Why are you fighting against each other?" Misha asked wondering why they would fight for no reason other than being associated with different organizations.

"I don't have much right to talk about such matter as I am not an infected, but... I do know what's like to fight for something, and Reunion are people filled with nothing but anger and revenge, and that blast furnace will continue to rage on until all is set ablaze even innocents that had nothing to do with their misery. After all Humans are Irrational creatures, that more often than not think on short-terms things such as revenge." Harrison told Misha who started to think about the answer Harrison gave her.

But all of sudden Harrison stopped as several Reunion soldiers stood in front of him.

"What... Oh Crap." Franka cursed as she stared at the Reunion soldiers blocking their path to the rendezvous point.

"Indeed." Exusiai said as she looked behind as they were routed.

"Just hand over the girl and we might let you pass." Said the Reunion soldier as he aimed his Grosse Messer at them.

"So... this is where we make our stand?" Asked Texas as she pulled out her swords.

"Misha you know what do. Amiya protect Misha as best you can." Harrison said as he pulled out his sabre.

"Alright." Amiya said as she grabbed Misha's shoulder and ran for cover.

"Well... if that's how you want to do it, why not oblige." Said the man as he charge at the trio along with his squad mates.

"Why not." Harrison replied as he to charged at the man with lightning surging across his blade as Liskarm started shooting at the Soldiers across, which in turn the Reunion soldiers charged at them.

"Cover me." Said Franka earning a nod from Liskarm as she raised her shield and along with the Vulpo operative they charged.

Liskarm charged at an air vent and used as a launch pad to get overhead of the Reunion soldiers shooting them in the head, while Franka stabbed her sword at one of them, and as she saw another charging Reunion soldier she quickly succeeded with another thrust, whilst the Reunion soldier tried to use a shield to protect himself from the blade it managed to penetrate the shield.

"W-What." Said the man in surprise as he saw the blade sticking out where his heart should be.

"This is a thermite blade, it did get it's job done to penetrate your shield." Franka told the man.

"Damn you Rhodes Island." The Man cursed.

"I know..." Franka simply said.

Another Reunion Soldier charged at Liskarm who used he Electricity arts to charge up her shield and bashed it at the attacker's face.

As for Harrison he was struggling a bit with the Reunion solider that was in front of him.

"Not bad." Harrison complemented.

"Right back at you Baron." The man returned the gesture.

"I am curious though, where did you hear that nickname." Harrison asked the man, as he recalled that only W called him Baron.

"Well... some Sarkaz chick with red streaks." Replied the man as he pushed hard and charged again at Harrison who regained his bearings and channeled his lightning art and channeled it through his blade making a bolt of lightning which hit the charging Reunion Soldier square in the chest sending him flying across the roof.

As this was going on Texas stabbed a Reunion soldier, whilst dodging an attacking Reunion member and used her second sword to slash his leg.

While Exusiai was behind cover as Reunion marksmen were shooting at her.

"Need some help over here!" Exusiai called out.

"Right." Texas said in her typical calm demeanor. As she picked a blade of the fallen reunion Soldier and charged at the marksmen across the building and breaking their focus on Exusiai.

"Thanks!" Exusiai said as she took aim at the Reunion Marksmen pulled the trigger and the bullet connected with the Target thankfully none of the bullets connected with Texas, who gave the Sankta a glare.

"Sorry." Exusiai said sheepishly as she scratched her head.

"Is the area Clear?" Amiya asked as she poked out of cover followed by Misha.

"Well obviously." Harrison bantered as he opened his arms at the dead bodies of the Reunion soldiers.

This however made Misha look at the scene with a slight rising angst.

"Kid, you there?" Asked Harrison as she snapped his fingers trying to grab Misha's attention, causing the Ursus girl to get startled a bit.

"Come on there's a few meters left from the rendezvous point, and I don't like getting bogged down by Reunion soldiers." Said Harrison as he moved opened his hand for the girl to grab onto it.

With L.G.D

"This is taking way longer than anticipated." Said Ch'en tapping the her floor with impatience.

"Patience really isn't your strong suit isn't it, Madam Ch'en?" Asked the Doctor as he looked up from the screen as he saw the fight between Reunion soldiers and the extraction team.

"We are in a timetable Doctor, and I don't like wasted time." Ch'en replied.

"Well, they are finished with the Reunion Soldiers that had them surrounded." Said Doctor.

"Hello." Came Harrison's voice from above.

"About time." Ch'en said as she looked at the R.I operators along with Penguin Logistics operatives.

"Sorry if it took us so long to get here we had some trouble getting here, with what Reunion chasing after us." Harrison replied.

"Do you have the Girl?" Asked Ch'en as Misha popped her head from Harrison's shoulders.

"Hi." Misha simply said, as Harrison went on his knees and the Ursus girl walked up to the L.G.D..

"Ch'en before you leave I need to ask you a favor." Harrison said catching Ch'en's attention.

"What is it?" Asked Ch'en wondering what the Draco wanted.

"There kids in the slums, and I want you to help them." Amiya said in Harrison's stead, making Ch'en look at her.

As for Misha looked at her with a grateful gaze.

"I'll look into it after we are finished." Ch'en said with a nod.

"Thank you." Amiya said with grateful nod.

While Misha simply sported a small smile of appreciation of Amiya's request .

"Alright, let's move out!" Ch'en ordered as she turned to face the L.G.D Personnel.

"Ma'am." Was the general response of the units as they followed after Ch'en and Misha.

As this going on W was looking from the top of the buildings with a devious smirk on her face.

"Well, this is really getting more and more interesting, and I really I get to see more of you "Baron", I really do miss that electric touch of yours." W thought to herself as she looked at them, then turned her attention at the L.G.D who were hopping at their vehicles.

"Oh, maybe we meet next time o' baron, for now I have another task that need's my attention." W said as she started following the L.G.D Convoy.
