I don't own neither Diablo nor Fate stay night.
In a town in the western continent a boy no older than than 14 years old was working on the forge.
The boy had blond hair, slightly tanned skin due to working prolonged hours in the forge's heat, and eyes as green as emeralds.
Currently the boy was working a simple farming tool since he had enough upper body strength to start working on the forge and make tools or if need be weapons, but the latter would have to wait.
"Why don't you go and take a brake Arthur? You look like you need it." Came the voice of a grown man.
As such Arthur turned to face his teacher, the man seemed to be in his late 30s he, with short black hair, and the beginnings of a beard, he wears an off-white undershirt with medium-length sleeves beneath a beige overalls-like forger apron with a brown pouch-like bag on the waistline hung only by the left shoulder, black gloves, dark brown pants, and brown-beige upturned boots.
"As you say sir, before I leave is there something that you'd want to fetch for you?" Asked Arthur, and the man merely shook his head.
"There's no need, I've got to finish some orders I've been given. And before you leave, here something for your lunch." The Blacksmith told Arthur as he threw a pouch of coins enough to purchase his lunch and something to drink.
"Thank you sir." Said Arthur as he walked up and left and the Blacksmith looked at the boy as he left.
"What a good kid." Said the Man with a small smile.
"How've you been doing lately Leah?" Arthur asked the adopted niece of Deckard Cain.
The girl looked about the same age as him, with neck length hazel hair and eyes and some bangs covering her right eye, she wore a simple reddish orange sweater, a pair of trousers and boots.
"Nothing much honestly Arthur helping my uncle with his notes, and hearing many of his stories." Leah said with a small smile.
"Can't see that being old." Arthur said as he took a bit off of his meal.
"Yeah, although we are going to move out soon enough." Leah told Arthur stopped for a moment and looked at her and spoke.
"I've been wanting to ask." Arthur said grabbing Leah's attention.
"Sure." Leah responded as she wondered what Arthur wanted
"Are you interested if I were to accompany you?" Arthur asked.
"I don't know, I would wholeheartedly say for you to come with us, though I think you would have to take it with my uncle." Leah told Arthur who simply smiled.
"Sounds like a plan." Responded Arthur.
In a camp fire where Arthur, Leah and Deckard had set Arthur began to dream.
He stood in front of two figures a young man, that looked eerily similar to him in appearance, minus the tanned skin, and what looked to be a mage.
Both were standing in a grass field where a sword was stabbed to the ground, and a monastery behind them.
"So if I were to pull this sword from the stone I would set out for my destiny as the rightful king the Britannia?" Asked Arthur as he turned to face a man wearing a white hood with white hair but his features were hidden by the hood.
How many times had he seen this dream?
Arthur wondered if this was some memory, or someone haunting him.
"Indeed, however... It would come with a price." The man said in a warning tone.
"And what is that price?" Asked Arthur's counterpart as he turned to face the mage.
"The path of a king is a lonely place, you would have to discard your human emotions and be ready to sacrifice all you have for the real. Are you ready to make such sacrifice?" Asked the Hooded mage.
With no answer given the boy walked up to the sword and as he started pulling the blade from the stone.
Arthur woke to a blinding light.
"Arthur you alright?" Asked Leah as she looked at her and Uncle Deckard's companion.
"Yeah, I am fine Leah. How long was I asleep?" Asked Arthur as he looked to the sky.
"Well the sun has yet to reach it's zenith, so you have been asleep for rather long. Are you sure that you are alright,?" Deckard asked Arthur, who let out a sigh.
"Can't say for sure, but I have been having strange dreams as of late." Arthur told them.
"Dream?" Deckard asked Arthur wondering what these could be all about, since Leah had dreams of her own, of Angels and Demons locked in a never ending battle, though the older man knew that Leah saw visions and glimpses of the Eternal conflict which was being waged since time immemorial.
This also made Leah curious as she had dreams of her own.
"Yeah." Responded Arthur.
"Would you care to share, if you would like." Asked Deckard.
"Do I have time to consider it? As I cannot honestly for a good picture of them." Arthur requested.
"It is alright if you aren't ready to speak." Deckard said.
"Thanks." Arthur replied.
6 Years Later
Angiris council
"Our laws, strictly forbade us to interact with the mortal world, and yet you have done so Brazenly." Came the voice of Imperious, the Archangel of Valor, as he looked down in his brother, Tyriel, the archangel of justice.
"All that I am guilty of Imperious, is bringing justice, while you stand cowering behind your throne." Tyriel said as he judged his brother for his inaction.
"SILENCE!" Shouted Imperius as he turned into white smoke as he re-appeared in front of Tyriel and lifted him.
"Now you will answer for your transgressions." Imperious said as Solarion appeared in his hands.
With Arthur and Leah
"Leah you alright?" Asked Arthur as he check up Leah.
"Yeah I'm fine." Leah said before she started to feel a burning sensation on her hand.
And a strange tattoo like mark appeared on her hand, it was shaped like a shield, but with wings in the middle of it, then a bright blue light appeared behind them.
"So which of you two is my master?" Came a muffled voice, causing both Leah and Arthur to turn around and see a knight with silver and red armor, and a bastard sword to his right.
And the knight himself looked frozen as he seems to be focused solely on Arthur.
"Father?" The Knight asked.
