Was in a mood for some summer beach fluff after my vacation with family. Now, Barry and Kara have a lot of chemistry and their interactions are always cute to see and if Kara was less self-righteous, she could be a good match with Oliver and Barry and it's sad that after Season 3 she got less self-righteous, outside of some more understandable instances, which weren't as annoying as in Season 3, thank God.

And frankly, as much as I love Barry, it's a little difficult to overlook his own flaws and his own self-righteousness too sometime, now, he doesn't condemn Oliver's extreme methods, unlike Joe, who, frankly, I have to wonder how with his mindset he could get a job as a cop, but Barry has shown himself to be a hypocrite with his aversion to killing, when he directly killed Atom Smasher and Sand Demon and it was shrugged off like nothing and he also deliberately let Time Wraiths turn Zoom into Black Flash, leaving him to a fate worse than death, yet these two are always portrayed as saints but almost anytime Oliver kills someone, most of the characters act like it's the end of the world and condemn Oliver as a monster and serial killer. *scoffs*

But, with good writing, Kara could be a good match with Barry or Oliver.

In Panama, a taxi pulled over to a car park as Barry and Kara exited, with Barry wearing a beach-themed shirt and shorts, while Kara wore a silk transparent robe and bikini as they picked their luggage and Kara paid the cab driver some money and she spoke in Spanish.

"Gracias, senorita. Adios." The cab driver said as he drove off.

"Since when do you speak Spanish?" Barry asked.

"Since last week. You're not the only one who can do speed-learning." Kara quipped as they both chuckled.

They walked down the beach as they looked around. The place was small and isolated and apparently, not many people would think of coming to this place, considering the lack of signs and beach equipment. The spot did not seem to be a private property, since there were no larger houses in the distance that might lay claim to the place. In the nearby distance, there was a medium-sized hut surrounded by metallic fence and as they entered and looked around, it seemed like an ideal place to relax. A couch and a TV, a bathroom with a shower corner and there was an indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation as well and a fridge to store cold beverage. Well, at least they picked a good place to rent.

Both of them were enjoying the roasted chicken for lunch and then went to the dessert, while they kept sending each other signals as they entangled each other's legs gently under the table and Kara even loosened her robe a little to reveal her assets a bit, which was obviously to tease Barry, while Barry fed Kara a spoonful of ice cream and Kara playfully rubbed a pinch of whipping cream on his nose and tasted it.

As they went to the beach, Kara dropped her bikini robe and dove into the water as they swam against the waves that washed onto them, not using their abnormal strength or speed as they enjoyed swimming and faced each other for a few moments, staring and they were about to kiss, when they heard thunder roaring and clouds converging above them as they groaned and in a haste, they returned to their hut in superspeed.

"Great moment ruined." Barry grumbled.

"Really? Honestly, Barry, whenever we're together, I don't really feel downed." Kara said, while drying her hair. "Whenever I'm with you and Oliver, I'm not worried. I feel more at ease than I ever could with Alex, J'onn or Lena or others."

"That's because we're good friends." Barry said.

"It might be more than that." Kara noted as she looked at him with a longing look. "You know, I haven't felt this relief since James or Mon-El."

"Me either since Patty." Barry said as he looked at Kara contemplatively as the energy between them started to build up and next thing they knew, they kissed, while Barry opened the door and untied the top of Kara's bikini, while she reached for Barry's swimwear at his waist as they entered the bathroom and turned on the water in the shower as the warm water sprayed down and steam started to fog the glass before Barry and Kara each grabbed a handful of soap as they started to rub the dirt and salt of each other's skin, while kissing before Barry ran his hands down Kara's bare chest as she moaned softly, while she felt him give in as she touched his muscular arms, both of them now lost in the ecstatic passion.

Kara stirred, moaning softly as she felt the smooth silk bedsheets on her skin. She got up from the bed as the blanket unveiled her body in its exposed natural beauty, naked as the day she was born, not even bothering to put anything on to cover herself. Honestly, while she could see why some women might be ashamed and embarrassed of letting other people see their physical features, she did not see her body as something to be ashamed of showing, since she felt a sense of freedom and relaxation and comfort in the nude, but she had enough decency and sense of decorum to at least put on a robe to cover herself and get dressed appropriately for the sake of other people, but considering that it was only her and Barry, why bother?

In the living room, Barry was in a tank top and shorts, eating cereals in a bowl before he felt Kara's arm wrapped around his chest.

"Good morning." Kara said.

"Good morning." Barry said as they kissed before Barry noticed that Kara was naked, not that he was complaining as they observed the sunrise. "Slept well, have we?"

"Like a baby." Kara giggled.

"I can see that, considering that you are in your birthday suit." Barry joked as they chuckled. "Rough night?"

"I should be asking you that." Kara quipped as they turned to the bed, which had been standing on wooden legs before the legs gave in as both of them looked mildly embarrassed.

"Speed healing." Barry reminded.

"What do you want to do today?" Kara asked as she leaned her head onto Barry's shoulder.

"I don't know. But as long as we have a future to look forward to, we have hope. And if we have hope, I feel like if our happiness could last." Barry noted.

"I love you, Barry." Kara said as they kissed.

"I love you, Kara." Barry said.

Not proud of this fic but I just wanted to try some summer fluff with Barry and Kara.
