I don't own Kim Possible. I often reference people, places, and things. I don't own them either. I only own my OC Jack Giri.

Chapter three: We meet again.

Jack and Kim were racing down the street, running red lights and weaving in and out of traffic on their way to Drakken's lair. "would you slow down!? Your going to get us killed!" Yelled a slightly scared Kim. "I'm a man on a mission!" Jack said sarcasticly with a devious laugh as he nearly side swiped another car. "Right… Just try not to get us killed." Replied Kim suspiciously.

After a moment of watching him Kim began to speak again. "She won't get away this time." Kim said placing a reassuring hand on his forearm , thinking that that's what's been bothering him. "Whatever Kim." Jack said dismissively. Kim simply frowned and slowly removed her hand. In truth what was bothering him was Shego, but not that she would get away. He knew that she was waiting for him, and it was more than just a hunch. It was a feeling, like an emotion. some strange mental or emotional link between them.

Shego's dark smile grew as she watched Jack and Kim enter threw a large open door from her place in the surveillance room. The room Kim and Jack were in was dark and empty with the exception of a few wood crates near the walls, only light from the door illuminated the darkness. Jack knew she was here, he could sense her presence. He didn't know where, all he knew was she was watching him.

"You go on Kim. I'll wait here." Jack said coldly. "But…" Kim began to protest but was quickly cut off. "Go!" Jack ordered. "Hmph! Fine!" Kim replied indignantly before running off. Jack stood in the darkness for a few moments looking around cautiously till he watched Shego walk out of the darkness in front of him. "So we meet again. I've been waiting for you." Her tone sounded almost inviting, like that of a long lost lover. In truth she didn't know why she said it like that, it was just how it came out.

"Yea, I know." Jack said in simple acceptance, taking a loose fighting stance. This time when their eyes met it was an instant soul connection that both of them realized, it was tho they had known each other all their lives. "It can't be! Is he the White Lion?" Shego thought as she closed her eyes and shook her head. "That anemology stuff is a load of crap!" She told herself, forcing the thoughts from her mind as she ignited her hands and leapt forward.

She jumped threw the air and brought her fists down but of course Jack moved out the way causing her to smash the concrete floor. As Shego stood up they started their fight, each throwing kicks and punches with the other one blocking. In truth the whole thing seemed rather halfhearted, like they really didn't want to fight each other but had to. "Damn it, why don't I want to fight him all of a sudden? I been waiting for him all day and now my heart aint in it? I know, maybe a few insults will get this fight going." Shego thought to herself. "You know you hit like a girl." Shego said with a devious smirk. "Thanks, before I met you I would have taken that as an insult." Jack said with a warm smile.

Well that didn't work. Was he actually complimenting her? Seeing as that didn't work Shego decided to just try talking to him for some reason. "So, you really think I'm pretty?" Shego asked sounding somewhat unconfident as they continued their halfhearted battle, with each easily blocking the others attacks. Jack was shocked by this, so much so that she almost managed to hit him even tho she really wasn't trying at this point. "Wha…?" Jack questioned in shock as he barely deflected the fist that was headed for his face. "Do you think I'm pretty?" Shego asked again more firmly this time.

"Um, yea! Why would you even ask that?" Jack questioned only for Shego to respond with a question of her own. "So your favorite color's really green?" "Look I might be a tease, and a dick, and a sarcastic asshole but I'm not a liar." Jack said conforming to her who he was.

Much to his surprise Shego stopped fighting him and took a step back as she chuckled, covering her mouth. It seemed kinda… Cute. "Tell you what, since you let me go the other day I'll return the favor, But next time we meet no holding back alright? I wanna see what your really made of." Shego spoke in a voice she never really used before. It was devoid of any of its usual snarky sharpness and even sounded almost comforting to the ear. Jack looked into her eyes and saw a warmness most wouldn't think she'd be capable of and he knew he might be the only one who ever got to see it.

Jack looked at her trying to hide his awestruck as he nodded. "Good." Shego said with a warm smile as he watched her walk past him, headed for the door that lead to the outside world. See you later. My white lion." He heard her say but when he turned shed was already gone and all he could see was the glare of the outside light. "Green rattlesnake…" He said in a whisper to the wind before turning and heading deeper into the lair.

When he got there Kim had already defeated Drakken's robot and his goons, the only thing left was to hit the self destruct button. Jack walked up the stairs and hit the big red self destruct button on the control panel. "Why do villains just leave these thing lying about?" He thought idly.

Just than Drakken was trying to get away but Kim leapt in front of him and blocked his path. "It's over Drakken!" She announced pointing a finger at the blue lunatic. He turned to run the other direction but saw Jack coming the other direction and knew he was cornered. "Night night time." Jack said cracking his knuckles on the approach before punching Drakken in the face, knocking him out cold. As Jack threw the unconscious man over his shoulder the building began to shake and fall apart.

"Time to go!" Kim announced as they ran out. Making for the exit Kim noticed Shego was nowhere in sight but she couldn't think about that now. Throwing Drakken into the back of the small car they took off down the road just before the lair exploded. As it did they could feel the shockwave and see the huge fireball in the mirrors.

"So, Shego got away again." Kim stated idly. "Yea." Jack replied without any emotion. Kim wan't sure how that could of happened but judging by the tone of his voice and the look in his eyes she felt it best not to ask.

"Kim Possible!" You might think your all that! But your not!" Exclaimed the bruised and swollen Dr. Drakken as two officers threw him in the back of the paddy wagon and drove away. Kim was busy talking to the press while Jack was sitting on a wall watching, far away from the crowd of people. He always let Kim handle the press, he wasn't much for the attention.

As he sat there he felt a familiar presence watching him. Turning his head to the left he saw Shego watching him from her hiding place in a nearby tree about ten feet away. "If she wasn't green she wouldn't be that well hidden." He thought with amusement. As their eyes met her smirked, bringing his right hand up to the side of his head and flicked his wrist to the side in a wave of acknowledgement. She smirked back before leaping out of the tree and retreating somewhere into the nearby woods. Jack just turned his attention back to Kim and the surrounding reporters as if it was just the most mormal thing in the world.
