Been a while since the last one, but I've been getting into Charmed (the original, because FUCK REBOOTS!) and just finished 3x1 a while ago.

Chapter 4- Her

Football players were practicing while Peter, Buffy and Dawn talked on the bleachers. It was a pretty, sunny day.

Peter didn't like this stuff much, but Dawn wanted to see so he was sitting with her.

"Sucks Spike can't watch this with us", Dawn commented.

"I think he'd rather watch 'Passions' in a basement or something", Peter told her as the three chuckled.

"Actually, he was watching 'Passions' when I left, just not in the basement", Buffy told the two of them.

"So I was half-right in that case", Peter realized.

"You know? I got to go, you two coming?" Buffy asked as she got up and walked off, and the two started packing up too.

Dawn then spotted the quarterback, a tall, slender, athletic blonde teenager, putting on his letterman jacket after practice.

She was now mesmerized as he drank from a squirt bottle and then doused his face with water from the bottle and walked off.

She was watching him so intently, that she leaned after him as he left, causing her to lose balance and almost fall off the bleachers, but Peter caught her. "Hey, you okay?"

She turned to him as he asked. "What's the matter?"

Suddenly, seeing Peter, the attraction and love she had felt for the quarterback faded away, and was replaced by attraction was Peter, that too to an insane degree.

Dawn suddenly grabbed his face and kissed him really hard, catching him off-guard, and he started kissing back as Dawn turned a bit too hungry to be herself, but Peter was enjoying it too much to really complain.

15 minutes later

Peter and Dawn walked out together, holding hands, to where Buffy was waiting, looking annoyed. "What took you two so long?"

"Uhh…nothing, nothing at all", Peter said, shaking his head with an embarrassed blush.

"Really? It's been 15 minutes, I've been waiting!" Buffy snapped.

"He started explaining the history of football to me", Dawn told Buffy.

"I thought you weren't interested in this stuff", Buffy reminded Peter.

"Oh no, I researched it, then realized it wasn't for me, that's why I'm not into it", Peter clarified, as Buffy rolled her eyes.

"You couldn't have discussed it while walking up till here?" Buffy asked, even more annoyed.

"We're sorry?" Dawn half-asked, half-said.

"Oh just come on!" Buffy scoffed and walked off as the two teenagers shared an embarrassed and scared look, then followed her.

Later

The three arrived at the Magic Box where Spike sniffed the teenagers and had a smirk on his face, then he chuckled, confusing the rest, before hiding it with a cough.

"You are late", Giles noted.

"Their fault, they spent 15 minutes in coming from the stadium to outside of it, apparently talking about history of football!" Buffy said, and the two teenagers looked at the rest lamely.

"Sorry about that", Peter apologized.

"You couldn't have talked about that while walking?" Tara asked the two.

"Oh no, I mean, we got so invested in talking we forgot to walk", Dawn made an excuse.

"That's weird, its like I type so much I forget to talk", Willow quipped, finding the excuse stupid.

"Anyway, what have we got today?" Xander asked Giles then.

"Not much I'm afraid, still haven't found out much about the thing that Willow and Tara felt that day, but I'm working on it, I've contacted the rest of the Council", Giles revealed, and all of them were alarmed. "Not to worry, they're not coming here with any information or anything."

They sighed in relief as Giles said. "If they find anything, they shall tell me of it over the phone."

"Well, that's for the best", Buffy said with a shrug.

"Yeah, don't want the sods coming round here, do we?" Spike asked with a smirk.

"Last time they locked up the shop, no shop, means no money for the day, I don't want them around!" Anya immediately said, raising a finger at Giles who was actually scared enough to give her a nod, making the rest chuckle at how scary Anya could be when she actually wanted to be.

Night time

A young woman in a black suit with a black mask on her, having white hair, snuck into the museum, having managed to do so easily due to the lack of security. But she had to make her exit soon too, since stealing stuff would alert the people around.

She looked around, and found what she was looking for, a red gem. She'd heard of it, once she got it, she'd never be weak and at the mercy of other people again.

She then produced a blowtorch managed to cut the glass over it open, and picked the diamond up, closing her eyes as she felt its power.

The alarms went off and she leapt up, sneaking off to the rooftop, and from there, leapt onto another one, then another, having escaped.

"Not so fast."

She turned to see Spider-Man standing there, and rolled her eyes. "Oh, its you! A goddamn kid! Got past the cops, now I have to face you instead!"

"Well, to be fair, you don't seem that old yourself, how old are you?" Peter asked but she raised her finger.

"Don't you know the basic rule? Never ask a woman how old she is!" The woman told him. "I'll be leaving now."

"I'm afraid I can't let you leave", Peter said and she chuckled, then suddenly leapt at him, wrapping her legs around his neck, and flipped him to the ground, now right on top of him.

She then smirked, stroking his face as Peter stuttered. "Uhhh…this is inappropriate!"

He then grabbed her arm and flipped her over as she rolled off and got up.

"I can't let you leave, whoever you are", Peter told her.

"You can call me Black Cat", the woman shrugged, and as Peter leapt, she threw a special smoke grenade in his face which exploded, making him fall down and cough, and when he got up, she was gone already.

"Oh boy!"

Next day

"So yeah, she escaped like that", Peter told Dawn, omitting the part where she had straddled him, while they walked together in the hallway.

"Well, didn't expect you to be taken down by a thief after all we've been up against", Dawn commented to Peter.

"I don't think she was a normal thief, she was professional with a suit and all that, plus she was strong herself, so there's that", Peter told Dawn, who nodded with a sigh, conceding.

"Guessing she has superpowers of some kind too", Dawn said with a shrug, when they saw the quarterback from the previous day walking off, dejected.

"What's up with him?" Dawn asked.

"Oh, you didn't hear?" A girl asked as she walked up to them. "The team got another quarterback who's better, so he's out now."

"Oh, well, poor guy", Peter muttered, looking at him.

The girl looked at him too, then back at Peter, and held out her. "Felicia Hardy."

"Peter Parker", Peter said as he held out his hand and she shook it. "You look familiar for some reason."

"Well, you might have seen me in the hallways", Felicia said before turning to Dawn, and they shook hands too.

"Dawn Summers", Dawn said, as they shook hands too.

"I and my uncle just moved here this summer", Felicia told them before walking off. "I'll be seeing ya!"

"Well, she's another weirdo, moving to this town", Dawn quipped with a chuckle while rolling her eyes.

"And to be fair, you lot did it too", Peter reminded Dawn, who realized he had her there.

"Damn! Never thought that'd be used against me", Dawn said as they shared a chuckle, then the bell rang. "Come on."

They walked off together.

Later

Felicia returned home, to her uncle Raul Chambers, who was looking at the diamond she'd stolen, and he told her. "Well, this is the authentic piece, good job Felicia."

"Thanks", Felicia told him. "Will be going back in to steal that sword tonight."

"Just keep an eye out for Spider-Man", Raul warned, but she shrugged him off.

"Eh, I got him once, I'll do it again", Felicia told him, while looking at the diamond intently. She had felt so good when she had it on her last night, now being parted with it felt like being separated from a part of herself, she was going to keep it with her at all times.

As Raul walked off, she picked it up, and gave a smirk.

Night time

Felicia was on a rooftop, about to make her way to the museum, when suddenly some guy in a robe jumped her, throwing her down. She managed to kick him off when another one arrived, and then another, both pinning her down, as two of them pinned down her legs, and then one raised a curved dagger to kill her.

Then a red glow came from her as she let out a scream of rage, and hurled them all away, shocking them with her strength. She got up as one came at her but she threw him down and punched him hard multiple times, breaking his bones when she was kicked away by Spider-Man.

"And we meet again", Peter quipped but she just glared at him angrily, the red glow still on her.

"Hey, what's up?" Peter asked, now concerned, as he noted the glow was coming from her pocket.

"Get out of here, boy!" Felicia snarled at Peter when he shot a web out, grabbing the diamond, and took it, holding it out for inspection.

"What's this?" Peter wondered when Felicia leapt at him really fast, and even with the Spider-sense, he couldn't avoid in time as she pinned him down and pummelled his face hard multiple times, before Peter managed to kick her away.

One of the robed men lunged at her but she kicked him so hard his ribs broke, and picking up the diamond, she ran off with it and disappeared into the night as Peter got up, but the robed people were all gone now too.

"Well, this sucks", he muttered.

Next day, Magic Box

"So yeah, I think that diamond thing has done something to her, it made her really powerful, and angry too", Peter explained to the rest of them. "Plus, she stole it, doesn't make sense that you'd keep it in your pocket even the next day instead of under a carpet or in a safe or whatever, you get my point, right?"

"Right", Buffy said with a nod.

"Think we're dealing with something supernatural?" Willow asked the rest.

"Looks like it, the diamond clearly has done something to this Black Cat", Tara agreed with her.

Dawn was looking through some books and asked. "Did it look anything like this?"

The rest gathered around her and saw a diamond, and it looked exactly like the one Peter had seen on Felicia.

"Yeah, its this one", Peter confirmed.

"The blood gem? Who'd go near something with a name like that?" Xander wondered as the rest shared looks.

"Oh I've heard of it too, not something to be taken lightly", Anya said. "Humans should stay away from it."

"What's the deal with it anyway?" Spike asked.

"This was soaked in the blood of a thousand innocent lives, which gave it the dark red shine it has, and the possessor of it gains great strength, while losing themselves to the Demon that lurks within", Giles read what was written. "Well, this is definitely a supernatural problem."

"So, who's up for this?" Buffy asked randomly, before turning to Peter. "Where do you think she'll be?"

"Well, those robed people I mentioned foiled her attempt at theft last night, so she'll try again", Peter pointed out.

"So time for us to go then", Spike said while stretching.

"You lot hold her down, we'll do what we have to", Tara said, exchanging a look with Willow, and the plan was made.

Night time

Felicia was pretty angry now, Raul had been quite mad at her for failing, and she'd snapped back in a rage, silencing him. Now she was going to get that sword.

"Hey."

She turned around to see Peter again, and sneered. "Leave me alone!"

"No can do", he shook his head as she lunged at him but he leapt up and kicked her away to the ground, sending her crashing.

He walked to her when she swept his feet from under him, making him fall down too, and was upon him, now choking him.

Then Spike grabbed her from behind, pulling her off of Peter. "Sorry luv, but this boy's taken."

She struggled as Spike took Vamp face to increase his strength, but she was still stronger and tossed him away, but was then flip kicked on the chin by Peter, sending her flying back. As she staggered up, Buffy kicked her from behind, sending her staggering forwards, and then Peter fired a strong web, trying to hold her down as she struggled.

Buffy held her from the side, and Spike rushed to her, holding her from the other side as Willow and Tara appeared, and read from a book, chanting.

The blood gem glowed brightly, now Felicia's eyes turning red as her struggling got much more violent, but the three held on.

Felicia eventually managed to throw them all off and lunged at Willow and Tara, but then there was a bright glow and she fell to her knees, the glow leaving her as the blood gem stopped glowing, and some screaming was heard as smoke escaped the blood gem, and dissipated.

She panted as Willow said. "It's gone now, not to worry."

The other three got up and shared relieved nods as Tara put a hand on Felicia's shoulder. "You're safe now."

Felicia panted and said begrudgingly. "Thank you."

She then staggered up and threw down a smoke grenade, blinding them all and making them cough, and when the smoke dissipated, she was gone again.

"Hate it when she does that", Peter commented.

Later

Felicia was on her way home when the robed people struck again. She kicked one away, then flipped the other down, and slid behind another, flip kicking him down too, but then the rest came upon her, pinning her down as a dagger was raised.

"Oh come on!"

Then a web snatched the dagger away as they turned to see Peter waving it. "Looking for this?"

They charged him but he kicked one away, then webbed another and hurled him at the next one, and throwing the dagger down, flipped the last one to the ground too, while Felicia ran off, and he ran after her.

"Hey wait!" He said, turning her around. "Who are you?"

"Not telling you", Felicia said before smirking in a flirty way. "But thanks for the help."

Then without warning, she rolled up half of his mask and kissed his lips, catching him off-guard as he blushed, then backed off and winked, before leaping away.

Peter, to his credit, hadn't returned the kiss, but was still embarrassed. "This sucks."

He turned to see the robed people were gone too. "And this sucks even more."

Next day

"I'm sorry, Giles", Travers told Giles over the phone. "But I see no need for further action."

"Potential Slayers are dying all around the world!" Giles snapped.

"Nothing new about that."

"Not at this scale", Giles countered.

"How can you be sure of that?" Travers asked after a sigh. "We haven't even identified most of these Potentials."

"Doesn't matter, we can't lose them", Giles countered.

"Leave that to us", Travers shrugged.

"So, what are you going to do about this? Please do tell", Giles said.

Grudgingly, Travers replied. "If you must know, we've stepped up our efforts to locate all the girls who should undergo training. Since it is mostly unidentified girls being killed, that should address the situation."

That meant nothing, Giles knew it: If the Council really could locate Potentials at a 100% accurate rate, it'd have done it before. Then he realized something. "Mostly? You mean to say known potentials are being targeted now?"

"A few." Travers sounds indifferent. "Mostly the recently identified; those whose training is limited. A handful of more experienced girls in remote areas. And a couple who were identified unusually young." The indifferent tone wavered on the last sentence. Even Travers was human. Barely, but he was just one step above the scum.

Giles then asked. "How young?"

Travers ignored the question. He asked. "I take it the Slayers you know did not dream about this."

"No", Giles said, as Buffy would have told him, and even Faith would have over the phone if she'd a dream like that.

"In that case, it isn't too bad", Travers shrugged. "We shall make the Watchers more vigilant around the girls we know, and make sure to find girls in remote areas. You focus on having your Slayer clean up the Hellmouth, God knows you already lost one who now does crime fighting instead of her duty."

Giles scoffed as the call was cut, and then walked out of the backroom while Peter and Dawn entered, arguing.

"Point stands, you let her kiss you!" Dawn said with a raised finger as the rest rolled their eyes.

"I was caught off-guard, okay?" Peter defended himself. "And I didn't kiss back."

"Well, you should have pushed her off", Dawn shrugged.

"I didn't do anything wrong, I didn't kiss back, right? Plus, I didn't hide it, I'm telling you", Peter pointed out to her.

"Right", Dawn realized he had her there. "Of course you wouldn't hurt me after we did it like bunnies at the stadium."

Then their eyes widened as Dawn realized what she'd said, and the others had wide eyes too as Giles immediately started cleaning his glasses.

The two teenagers blushed as Spike chuckled.

"You knew about this?" Tara asked, turning to Spike with a glare, and he immediately walked off to the backroom.

"Hey An, let's go", Xander said, pulling her away.

"But they said they did it like bunnies, you've any idea how horrifying that is?" Anya asked but was pulled away, and Giles was off too.

That left Peter and Dawn with Buffy, Willow and Tara.

"We're sorry?" Peter again half-asked, half-said.

"Call May", Willow told Buffy as Peter paled.

"Right at it", Buffy said as she proceeded to do so, and the two realized this was their last day.

Poor Peter and Dawn, LOL!

As for why RJ's jacket's effect was negated, Peter here has pheromone powers, which attract the opposite sex, and being Spider-Man, its even better than in animals, but its reactive, so it only reacted and worked when RJ's jacket worked its magic on Dawn, and the pheromones managed to negate its effect on her, and affected the two enough to do it publicly, LOL!

Plus, point of that episode was to teach Dawn a lesson about love and relationships, but since she has a healthy and stable relationship with Peter here, that's unrequired.

Now Felicia Hardy aka Black Cat is here, and shall be played by Sydney Sweeney, thank you to 9024multiverse for that casting.

And yes, she's a Potential too.

No, there won't be any Peter/Dawn/Felicia love triangle, she'll just be a friend who helps Peter let out his wild side, though expect some naughty flirting from her, HA!

The Giles/Travers conversation was inspired by a story called 'Chaos Continued' by 'Jaspergirl (old_fashioned_gal)' so thank you to them.

Hope all enjoyed and see you all next time with another chapter.
