Have fun.

Chapter 6- The worst victims Part 2

"Now we call Victor Stone to the stand", Matt said Vic Stone got up from his seat and arrived at the stand, taking his place as Matt asked the usual. "So, what would you like to tell us about your experience under Mr. Whedon?"

"Really horrible, and now that you all have watched the Snyder Cut, you can tell exactly how horrible it was", Vic said sadly. "I was the movie's emotional core, its soul. My character arc was deep and meaningful. I resented my father for not being in my life, then I lose my mom, and he refuses to let me die, and I become Cyborg. I am still angry, and I refuse to listen to a tape he made to encourage me, though I do use my powers for some good stuff, and eventually I join the League when my dad is kidnapped. Plus, his unfortunate but noble sacrifice helps me as a character too, and in the finale I am tempted by the Mother Boxes but I resist, and then later I finally listen to that tape, fulfilling an emotional character arc. In Mr. Whedon's version, we got absolutely none of that, and so no one cared one bit about me. Plus, you already know how horribly my actor was treated on the sets by the man, and for speaking up his role as me got cut out of the Flash film, imagine the pettiness."

Everyone was in agreement, horrified by the treatment of Cyborg and his actor both as Matt said. "No more questions, All-father."

"Anything to say?" Odin snarled at Whedon.

"We can't show a whole character arc in an ensemble film!" Whedon snapped and all sighed.

"You may sit down, Mr. Stone", Odin said as Victor Stone took his seat. "Call the next witness."

"Now we call Connor, the miracle human child of two Vampires", Matt said as Connor got up from where he was next to Angel and Cordelia, and walked to the stand, taking his place on there, and Matt asked him. "What would you like to share with us today?"

"Well, when my character was a baby, he was adorable and loved, but who doesn't love babies?" Connor shrugged. "My problem is when I became a big guy after Holtz and I returned from Quortoth. In the last 3 episodes of Season 3, I believed Holtz more than my own father and threw him into the bottom of the ocean. Now while annoying and depressing, it was understandable then, I was Holtz's abuse victim, conditioned by him, so it makes sense why I wouldn't see through his manipulations and hate my own dad on his say-so, plus it was just 3 episodes then. I had a full Season to grow and become compelling, right? Except, that didn't happen."

Everyone listened to Connor as he continued. "In Season 4, instead of growing and becoming a compelling character, I remained the same guy for the majority of the Season. I was a badass in fight scenes, and did have some good moments with dad, but that's it, otherwise I was just an annoying little jerk. There are other characters in the Buffyverse too who have fallen, gone bad and made mistakes- my own dad, Spike, Faith, Willow, Anya, and a few others, but all of them picked themselves back up at a certain point, and learnt from their mistakes, and became good once more. On the other hand, every new mistake I made left my previous one in the dust. I mean, with all the abuse I've gone through, I should be loved, people should feel sad for me, sympathize with me, instead they hate me because of how badly Mr. Whedon wrote me. Only in the final 2 episodes of Season 4 was I written right, and they struck the right balance with me. Then in Season 5, my retconned version was likeable, but they didn't show much of him. Anyway, you get the point, right?"

Matt nodded and said. "No more questions here."

"What do you have to say?" Odin asked Whedon.

"I wanted to adapt Oedipus!" Whedon snapped and all booed him in a rage again as Odin slammed Mjolnir. "Silence!"

He turned to Connor. "You may take your seat, Connor."

Connor walked off as Matt said. "Now we call Tara Maclay to the stand."

Tara shared a kiss and a meaningful look with Willow, and then kissed Dawn on the forehead while they shared a look too, then she took her place on the stand. "So Miss Maclay, what were your experiences under Mr. Whedon?"

"I think I'd call them weird", Tara told Matt. "Now there wasn't much problem with me as a character, I mean, I had to win over Oz fans since I came after him, but I succeeded mostly, only the most heartless people who have no humanity in them couldn't accept me, and they don't number much."

Everyone nodded in agreement as Tara continued. "But problem is, I wasn't focused on much, which is weird. I had one episode centered on me, which involved my family abuse, but that's it. Hated characters like Riley got more episodes centered on them, how is that even possible? My family abuse has enough material for a 3 episode character arc. Then in Season 6, I finally was given more to do. There are some people who say I was nothing more than Willow's love interest but those people clearly didn't watch the show properly- I had a mother/daughter relationship with Dawn, and I was there for Buffy over her toxic relationship with soulless Spike, and I also treated soulless Spike better than anyone else in the group, plus I was Anya's only real friend in the whole gang. I was the heart of the Scoobies, their moral center, and I turned from meeker than Season 1 Willow to someone who could sass Spike of all people, and also stand up to Willow over her abuse, and also to Spike and Anya, which my Season 4 version would never do. So that proves I was lot more than just a love interest, the characters who were just love interests were Angel, Oz and Riley, and out of them Oz was the best. But anyway, back on track now."

Matt nodded as Tara said. "So there was a whole story that could have been told with my character, but Mr. Whedon did not do that. And then I was killed off for cheap shock value. Yes, you can argue Dark Willow wouldn't have happened without my death, but if you had to kill me, do it in a more logical way. How is a bullet accidentally hitting me a natural death? And there was no emotional catharsis for my death in Season 7 either. Only Willow was shown dealing with her grief, but that was done to push her into a senseless relationship with Kennedy, who most people don't like, so not really counting that. And they tried to pretend in Season 7 that the only person I mattered to was Willow, which is offensive to Dawnie, considering she was my surrogate daughter and even found my body and cried over it for hours. Its offensive to Buffy, Anya and Spike too, considering the reasons I mentioned above. If anything, they could have kept me on the show, alive and well, and done something else with Willow, or resurrected me early in Season 7, or even in the comics since my actress was unavailable, because my death is one of the worst and most senseless deaths in all of fiction, and unrequired too. Now yes, Miss Noxon made the final decision, but Mr. Whedon had told my actress I'd be killed off during Season 5 itself, so while Miss Noxon could not have killed me if she wanted, if Mr. Whedon hadn't said it earlier, the thought wouldn't enter her mind. Basically, Mr. Whedon gave Miss Noxon the gun, and she made the choice to pull the trigger, so both are at fault, but if Mr. Whedon hadn't handed her the trigger, she wouldn't have to make a choice at all. My death is also considered the start of the 'Bury Your Gays' trope in general. Anyway, as you can see, my unrequired and meaningless death is one of the greatest injustices in TV history."

No one could disagree with what Tara had just said as Matt nodded and said. "No more questions, All-father."

"What do you want to say now?" Odin snarled at Joss.

"I had to do Dark Willow!" Whedon snapped but was booed loudly again, showing just how beloved Tara and her legacy really was, and that she mattered a lot.

Odin understood but order needed to be maintained, so he slammed Mjolnir. "Silence!"

Everyone was silent as Odin said. "You may take your seat, Miss Maclay."

Tara sat down next to Willow and Dawn again as Odin said. "Summon your next witness."

"Now we call Cordelia Chase to the stand", Matt said as Cordelia shared a loving kiss and look with Angel, then walked to the stand. "Same question to you as the rest."

"Well, my biggest complaint is obviously Angel Season 4, which is where the worst happened", Cordelia said to them all. "Up until then, my character had amazing growth, turning from the mean, popular high school bitch into a kind, caring and affectionate person, a hero in her own right, due to carrying those painful visions in my head. And I had a burgeoning romance with Angel that did make sense, since there was a good amount of build-up to it, and I was 20 when any signs started showing between us, so it's not creepy either. Season 3 was the encapsulation of everything good about me. Then Season 4 happened."

All listened with interest as Cordelia said. "So, my actress got pregnant, and Mr. Whedon got pissed off, because my actress had gotten pregnant without his say-so, like, why does she even need it? And he even called my actress inside and asked her if she was planning to keep the baby, who does that?"

Joss was shot enraged looks and didn't make eye contact as Cordelia continued. "Then, he also made my pregnant actress work long hours even though the doctors had advised against it. And I suffered due to how he treated my actress. Now I got a plotline where I slept with Connor, the son of Angel, love of my life, and got pregnant due to it, and later it was revealed an entity is possessing me, and had me sleep with Connor so I could pregnant with the entity. Also, I used to change Connor's diapers like 6 months ago. I was basically his stepmother, there was even a scene in Season 3 where I and Angel lie with Baby Connor between us and I'm feeding him milk from a bottle, and we look like a sweet family of three."

There were groans of horror and disgust all over the room at Cordelia's revelation. This was like Oedipus with a sprinkle of Avengers#200.

"Then after I gave birth to the entity, I was in a coma, and then my actress was fired for Season 5, and she wasn't even told. She found out from a news outlet, imagine how she'd have felt", Cordelia said as there were roars of rage all over, but Odin slammed Mjolnir.

"Then in Season 5, the 100th episode was dedicated to me, and I was brought back, I helped Angel get back on track, and even shared a loving kiss with him, but then it was revealed I died in my coma and the Powers had helped me conjure an astral projection of myself to help Angel before finally passing away", Cordelia sighed sadly as all felt saddened too on imagining that. "Now you can say it was the perfect send-off for my character, since it was like me, but when you see how badly I was treated before, and my actress too, it leaves a horrible taste in the mouth. Plus, he was going to turn me evil in Season 4 anyway, it was just my actress' pregnancy gave him the excuse to do the pregnancy possession crap, but he planned to ruin me anyway. So he is a sexist. And he mistreated me and my actress horribly."

No one could disagree there. Cordelia Chase as well as Charisma Carpenter were the worst victims of Joss Whedon ever.

"No more questions All-father", Matt said.

"Anything you have to say in your defense?" Odin sneered at Whedon.

"Charisma should have asked me before getting pregnant!" Joss snapped and there were howls of rage again as Odin glared at him before slamming Mjolnir. "Silence!"

He said to Cordelia. "You may take your seat, Miss Chase."

Cordelia sat back down as Matt said. "Those were all the witnesses, All-father. Now all I would like to say is Mr. Whedon has treated these characters horribly, as well as their actors. And there are some more things, like once he pushed James Marsters against a wall because he was angry Spike got popular. Then he has also cheated on his wife. Mr. Whedon is a despicable person, and I hope he is found guilty."

Matt then sat down as Odin was silent for half a minute, then said. "On account of butchering of various characters, we find Joss Whedon guilty!"

Everyone had smirks of happiness as Odin continued. "On account of letting immature behavior show into his work, we find Joss Whedon guilty! On account of treating characters and actors badly over issues with actors, we find Joss Whedon guilty!"

Everyone was exchanging happy looks as Odin continued. "On account of having certain characters be self-inserts, we find Joss Whedon guilty! On account of making certain characters mouthpieces to impart propaganda, we find Joss Whedon guilty! And on account of creating the 'Bury Your Gays' trope, we find Joss Whedon guilty!"

Everyone cheered in happiness as Odin slammed Mjolnir again. Then he turned to Whedon and stood up, his voice booming with power and authority. "Joss Whedon! You are a despicable human being, a disgrace to humanity! You may have been a formerly great creator with amazing works like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Firefly, and the Avengers movies under your belt, but they do not justify your inhumane treatment of actors and their characters, and writers, and your wife!"

As Odin spoke, the whole place shook, and the roof was blown away as the sky darkened completely, Odin now a being of imposing power.

Joss was now shrinking on his chair in pure terror as Odin continued. "In the name of my father, and his father before him, I Odin All-father sentence you to be subjected to every single Mortal Kombat fatality, by every single Mortal Kombat character, from every single Mortal Kombat game, for your entire life, and you will not die, but you will feel the pain from every single one of those fatalities, and to add to it, the worst dialogue in screenwriting history will be played before you forever, so that it increases your pain, and the Mortal Kombat characters' rage! That is your PENANCE!"

Whedon screamed in horror as next moment, he found himself in an open field, and a screen was before him.

On the screen was Queen Sindel as Kitana said to her. "Mother…..you're alive!"

And Sindel replied. "Too bad YOU…will die!"

"NOOOOOOOOO!" Whedon screamed in horror at the worst dialogue of screenwriting history being presented before him from the sequel that must not be named.

Kung Lao then appeared before him as Whedon backed off in horror. Kung Lao threw his special derby hat to the ground as it spun, and he kicked Joss' face near it as Joss tried to crawl back in horror.

"Mother…you're alive!"

"Too bad YOU…..will die!"

The line enraged Kung Lao as he grabbed the head of the screaming Joss, slowly bringing it closer to the spinning derby hat, as Joss realized this would be his fate forever.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

The end!

Now if Joss was like Marc Guggenheim, in that he treated characters like trash due to being a moron, then I'd give him a mild punishment, like being made to be a slave to all characters he wronged, but he is also a despicable human being considering how he treated those who worked with him as well, and the bastard finds his behavior amusing when it has traumatized people (Charisma Carpenter) and brought them to tears (Sarah Michelle Gellar).

So this is his punishment for all of his misdeeds, hope it was fitting too, and now I can imagine Stannis Baratheon watching this, hard from the amount of justice that has been imparted, LOL!

Anyway, thank you once more to everyone who read this story and supported me while I wrote it, and let's hope Joss faces consequences for his actions in real life too.

Your support is appreciated, as always.

Until next time.

Stay safe from the coronavirus ya all!
