A/N: Hello everyone, I am back with chapter thirty-seven of this story. Here, we have the penultimate chapter.

Jessie, James and Meowth returned to Pallet Town blissfully unaware of the danger looming. The hid the crystal Pikachu sculpture with them and Ash never saw it. The next morning, it was time to go.
"I can't believe this is it." mused James.
"Frankly, I'm happy this is going to be over." huffed Jessie.
"Once we get to Alola our new lives begin!" declared Meowth.
"So, how will this work anyway?" asked Jessie.
"Looker is going to arrive with our new identities and drive us to Viridian Airport where we'll fly to Alola." answered James.
"Then it's goodbye being hunted, hello paradise." cooed Meowth.
"That will be great." said Ash.
the trio turned around to see their former nemesis behind them,
"How long about you been there?" asked James.
"Just got here." answered Ash casually.
"It's rude to listen in on other people's conversations." huffed Jessie.
Ash simple chuckled.
"So, you remember my friends from Alola?" asked Ash.
"The blue haired girl, the green haired girl, the blonde girl in the hat, the buff boy and the portly boy." answered James.
"Those aren't their names, but they won't know about this." replied Ash.
"Good. Last thing we need is nosy twerps." huffed Jessie.
"Professor Kukui will know." revealed Ash.
"Why?!" asked Jessie indigent.
"He'll be keeping an eye out for you and keeping in touch with Looker so he'll know everything is okay." explained Ash.
"That's so nice of him, right." said James.
Jessie grinded her teeth.
"As long as he doesn't cause us grief." groaned Jessie.
Meowth cleared his throat and motioned to where the crystal Pikachu sculpture was.
"Look, you've been so nice to us after all the crap we've caused you..." said James.
"Actually, I wanted to talk about that." interrupted Ash.
Jessie, James and Meowth shared confused looks
"I was a total jerk at first and I'm sorry." said Ash.
"Can't really blame you after everything we've been through." shrugged Meowth.
"Anyway, we wanted to show our appreciation so we went to Viridian City..." began James.
jessie growled in annoyed.
"We got you a gift to say thanks!" blurted out Jessie.
"I was getting to that." noted James meekly.
"You were pussyfooting around." huffed Jessie.
Meowth pulled out the sculpture.
"That's amazing!" exclaimed Ash.
Ash took the sculpture and examined it.
"Such fine detail." mused Ash impressed.
"It's from that Mateo who you helped find the Crystal Onix." revealed Meowth.
"That's so cool." said Ash.
Ash looked at the trio.
"Thank you. I really mean it." said Ash.
"Yeah. It was the least we could do." replied Jessie.
"We should get going." said James.
The three grabbed their belongings with Ash helping.
"I hope you write every once in a while." noted Ash.
"Look, just because we're thanking you doesn't mean you should expect a card on the holidays." scoffed Jessie.
Ash chuckled.
"We'll keep in touch." whispered James.
The group got outside where Professor Oak, Delia and Mimey were waiting.
"We wanted to say goodbye before you left." noted Delia.
"I don't know what to say." confessed Jessie. choked up.
"How sick." came a familiar voice.
Domino dropped in before the group via jetpack.
"You." said Jessie angrily.
"I found you again and..." began Domino.
Domino trailed off seeing Ash.
"Have we met?" asked Domino confused.
"You do look familiar." answered Ash.
Domino shook her head.
"It's time to finish this like that bitch Mondo." said Domino.
"Who?" asked Ash.
"An old acquittance." answered James.
"You killed him didn't you." said Jessie angrily.
"He wasn't pulling his weight and became a liability." shrugged Domino.
Domino snickered.
"You should have heard beg for his life like a spineless coward." added Domino.
"I'm going to scratch his face to pieces!" spat Meowth.
Domino pulled out two Poke Balls and sent out the Pokemon: Woobat and Frillish.
"It can't be." said Jessie.
"You turned them over to the Boss so they're not yours anymore." cooed Domino.
Suddenly a Fearow landed with Tyson and Pierce jumping off the back.
"You'll that guy who tried to steal the Red Gyarados!" exclaimed Ash.
"You remember me." said Tyson.
Pierce threw two Poke Balls sending out a Yamask and Amoonguss.
"No!" cried James.
'We'll have to fight them." said Jessie solemnly.
Jessie sent out Wobbuffet while James sent out Growlie.
"Pikachu and I will help you three." said Ash.
"I'll have to do this too." said Meowth reluctantly.
"Still five on four." stated Tyson arrogantly.
"No, it isn't!" declared Delia.
Mimey jumped into line making the odds even.
"Use Air Slash on Meowth and Shadow Ball on Wobbuffet!" ordered Domino.
"Use Shadow Ball on Mr. Mime and Hidden Power on Pikachu!" ordered Pierce.
"Use Fury Attack on Growlithe!" ordered Tyson.
"Use Mirror Coat!" ordered Jessie.
Frillish hit with Shadow Ball and Wobbuffet used Mirror Coat returning the damage.
"Meowth use Fury Swipes!" declared Meowth.
Woobat hit with Air Slash and Meowth hit back with Fury Swipes.
"Use Barrier!" ordered Delia.
Mimey used Barrier to limit the damage from Yamask.
"Use Iron Tail on Amoongus!" ordered Ash.
Pikachu hit with Iron Tail and Amoongus hit with Hidden Power.
"Use Bite on Fearow!" ordered James.
Fearow hit with Fury Attack until Growlithe who bit Fearow.
"Shake it off!" demanded Tyson.
Fearow shook back and forth until Growlithe let go.
"Use Air Slash on Wobbuffet and Bubble Beam on Meowth!" ordered Domino.
"Use Counter!" ordered Jessie.
"Meowth use Scratch!" declared Meowth.
Woobat hit with Air Slash and Wobbuffet hit with Counter. Meowth went for Slash, but was knocked back by Bubble Beam.
"Use Stun Spore on Mr. Mime!" ordered Pierce.
"Use Focus Punch!" ordered Delia.
Amoongus used Stun Spore, but it missed. Mr. Mime then hit with Focus Punch.
"Use Night Shade on Pikachu!" ordered Pierce.
"Use Electroweb on Yamask!" ordered Ash.
Yamask hit with Night Shade and Pikachu hit with Electroweb.
"Use Drill Peck on Growlithe!" ordered Tyson.
"Use Bite on Fearow!" ordered James.
Growlithe bit Fearow, but Fearow used Drill Peck which spun Growlithe until it fell off.
"Growlie!" exclaimed James.
"Use Gust on Meowth and Shadow Ball on Wobbuffet!" ordered Domino.
"Use Mirror Coat!" ordered Jessie.
"Meowth use Fury Swipes!" cried Meowth.
Woobat used Gust hitting Meowth who was unable to use Fury Swipes. Frillish used Shadow Ball on Wobbuffett who countered with Mirror Coat.
"Use Body Slam on Mr. Mime!" ordered Pierce.
"Use Psychic!" ordered Delia.
Amoongus hit with Body Slam and Mr. Mime hit back with a super effective Psychic.
"Ow." groaned Amoongus.
"Get up!" snapped Pierce.
Amoongus got back up.
"Use Will-o-Wisp on Pikachu!" ordered Pierce.
"Use Iron Tail!" ordered Ash.
Yamask used Will-o-Wisp, but it missed. Piakchu hit with Iron Tail.
"Use Fury Attack!" ordered Tyson.
"Use Flamethrower!" ordered James.
Fearow went foe Fury Attack, but was hit by Flamethrower.
"Woobat! Frillish! It's me!" cried Jessie.
"We don't want to do this!" declared James.
Domino and Pierce laughed.
"They're not yours anymore!" laughed Domino.
"They're ours now." stated Pierce.
James dropped to his knees.
"Please!" cried James.
"Use Shadow Ball on Wobbuffet and Bubble Beam on Meowth!" ordered Domino.
"Use Stun Spore on Pikachu and Shadow Ball on Mr. Mime!" ordered Pierce.
The four Pokemon began to obey, but hesitated.
"What are you doing?!" asked Pierce angrily.
"Follow our orders or else!" demanded Domino.
Tyson laughed.
"Some great agents!" laughed Tyson.
"Shut up!" snapped Domino.
"Remember all our time together." requested Jessie.
"Yamask, remember when I fed you the first time we met?" asked James.
"That's true." whispered Yamask.
Yamask took a moment and suddenly defected.
"What are you doing?" asked Pierce angrily.
Woobat suddenly joined defecting as well.
"Get back here!" screamed Domino furiously.
"Elite agents." scoffed Tyson.
Frillish and Amoongus nodded and defected too.
"Welcome back!" cried James.
"It's good have you back." agreed Jessie.
'This is too rich!" declared Tyson.
Tyson laughed uproariously.
"How will you two explain this to the Boss?" asked Tyson.
"Dumbass, it's all three of us together." answered Domino.
"You realize it's now nine on one." noted Pierce.
"So, you better start running." stated Ash.
"Any idea now chuckles?" asked Domino.
"Give me a minute." answered Tyson concerned.
"You know we'll have to fight." stated Pierce.
The three heard sirens wailing.
"That must be Looker." noted Professor Oak relieved.
"Great. The International Police." groaned Domino.
Pierce suddenly turned and shoved Tyson to the ground.
"Hey!" cried out Tyson.
"I'm taking your Fearow." stated Pierce.
Pierce climbed onto Fearow who began to shake the unwelcome rider.
"Get back here!" demanded Tyson.
Tyson grabbed the jetpack Domino used and took off after his Fearow.
"Calm down!" snapped Pierce.
Suddenly, Pierce felt something tugging. He looked down and spotted Tyson.
"You're not taking Fearow!" declared Tyson.
On the ground, Ash and Pikachu nodded.
"Use Thunderbolt." ordered Ash.
Pikachu used Thunderbolt shocking Tyson, Fearow and Pierce. For good measure, it destroyed the jet pack too. Fearow, Tyson and Pierce crashed to the ground leaving Domino alone.
"It's over Domino." stated Jessie.
Domino suddenly charged Jessie tossing several black tulips to keep the others at bay. Domino then grabbed Jessie by the neck and aimed her pistol at Jessie's temple.
"One move, both her and the bastard die." said Domino.
A/N: That's where we'll end things for now. So, we end on a cliffhanger which if perfect considering next chapter is the finale. Next time, the story ends. Please review.
