So, here's a plot bunny I've been having for a while since re-watching Netflix MCU shows. Takes place post-Homecoming and Endgame but I'm ignoring Far From Home, since, asides from the fact that it turned Peter into Iron Man Jr. and replaced Uncle Ben with Tony as Peter's greatest failure and Steve didn't leave to stay with Peggy in the past but decided to go for some soul-searching and is currently with Sharon, who has been exonerated, since don't get me started on how The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ruined her, though I might use some things from the series as well.
Updates will be as usual at least one chapter per week.
Disclaimer: I do not own Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"Now, how do we calculate the norm vectors?" Roger Harrington asked, while holding an algebra class.
Peter was about to raise his hand but a blonde girl who was few rows in front of him, beat him to it.
"Yes, Gwen?" Harrington pointed at her.
"By using cross product of both directional vectors." Gwen Stacy said.
"Damn, she beat us both to a punch." MJ said, turning to Peter.
"She might replace you in the next decathlon." Ned noted.
"Who knows." Peter said.
"Ned, Peter, Michelle, since you all have such passionate debate, how about all three of you came to the table to calculate the vectors I'm about to write down?" Harrington said and all three of them froze, like children caught with their hands in cookie jars.
Peter, Ned and MJ reluctantly approached the table but Peter noticed Gwen doing gestures with her fingers and pointing numbers and crossing as he got the hint, realizing how to calculate the vectors. Determinants and matrixes. Well, that made sense.
Peter and MJ were able to calculate the vectors quite quickly but Ned obviously struggled before he got to it.
"Well, thank you for the example. I hope I won't have to summon you here due to your next passionate debate." Harrington said.
After the class, Peter, Michelle and Ned were walking down the corridor, thinking about where to hang out, when Peter noticed Gwen and approached her.
"Thanks." Peter said.
"For what?" Gwen asked.
"For backing me up during algebra." Peter said.
"It wasn't a problem." Gwen assured.
"Is there anything I can do to repay you? A lunch? Something? Really, I just can't feel like I owe you one." Peter said pleadingly as Gwen stopped, considering.
"Maybe someday." Gwen pinched Peter on the nose and kissed him on the cheek as he blushed before she entered the car, where her Dad was.
"Wow. Trying to start something with the police captain's daughter, you have a death wish, Parker?" MJ asked.
Peter blushed as he turned to MJ and Ned.
"Someone's got a cru-u-u-u-u-sh." Ned said in a sing-song voice.
"What? No! I just wanted to express my gratitude to her, that's all." Peter protested.
"Your red cheeks say there's more to it and you can't deny it now." MJ teased and Peter groaned at his friends' antics.
In Hell's Kitchen, Daredevil was on patrol, when he heard some metallic noises and screams and gunshots.
Daredevil ran down the rooftops and jumped towards the bank, when he noticed that the thief was gigantic and he heard metallic whirring and electric buzzing, as if it was some mechanical suit. Iron Man tech? From how the wind was coming, it felt like if the shape was of… a scorpion. Daredevil dodged, when he heard something charging and the man in scorpion suit fired lasers from what seemed to be a metallic tail as Daredevil dodged. Daredevil was about to give chase but was forced to dodge, when Scorpion swung his tail at him and then climbed up the walls and jumped away, leaving Daredevil puzzled. It almost was like one of the black market tech he had heard about that Toomes had been selling few years ago.
The man in scorpion suit entered an abandoned factory at the outskirts of New York as he opened a hatch, revealing an underground lab set up with tables, chemicals, hi-tech, almost alien as the suit opened to reveal Mac Gargan.
Gargan walked down the corridor, where was a rather fat man wearing goggles and a metallic harness with four arms stretching out and building some machine, when a man in a suit and metallic wings flew in.
"Do you have it?" The man with the goggles asked.
"Had a minor setback." Gargan said. "Hope you know what you're doing, Octavius."
"He does."
They turned to see Adrian Toomes emerge from the shadows.
"When you came to me with the offer, I was skeptical, Octavius." Toomes admitted. "But after how you fixed and improved my suit, I owe you one. And I don't forget my debts."
"Will you kill Spider-Man if he comes in our way?" Octavius asked, leaving Toomes silent for a moment.
"I'll make sure he doesn't get in our way." Toomes said. While he didn't like Spider-Man meddling in his affairs, the kid saved Toomes's daughter and his own life and Toomes wasn't the one to forget his debts.
"When are we going?" Gargan asked.
"I've still got three suits to test." Octavius said.
"I know some people who might agree. We're gonna make a very sinister six." Toomes smirked.
Imagine Otto Octavius played by Tom Wilkinson.
Hope you liked seeing Daredevil here and yes, he has back the armor from Melvin. While I understand why Matt didn't want to wear the armor anymore in Season 3, I think at one point he might decide it could come in handy again.
And as much as I like Peter/MJ (Michelle Jones) in Far From Home, the fact that Michelle kept giving Peter a cold shoulder in Homecoming and in Far From Home Peter was as much of an obsessed stalker as Barry regarding Iris in Season 1 of The Flash sours on me, so Peter is gonna have a different love interest here and she would be played by Chloe Grace Moretz. Though, the moment, where MJ reveals to Peter that she already knew his secret from Far From Home, it has happened here, though under different circumstances and Peter and MJ are good friends, since while I don't like how the romance was handled, they had good dynamic.
So, what do you guys think? Is it good? Is it bad? Should I continue?
Please review and let me know if you have been enjoying this and want for me to continue.
