It was one thing to take each of the villains but five of them at once was taking all of his strength. If only he had the Avengers or at least Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage or the Iron Fists at his side. Spider-Man had to dodge and flip to avoid Octavius's tentacles and the blasts Robo-Electro and Scorpion were firing at him but then, his legs were stuck, when Sandman formed quicksand to trap Spider-Man's feet.
"Oh, snap!" Spider-Man said before Robo-Electro fired blasts of electricity but Spider-Man was prepared this time, with his suit insulated against electricity. Spider-Man shot two web lines to the ceiling to pull himself up and free himself from the quicksand as Scorpion fired lasers from his tail and Spider-Man dodged, while Octavius attacked with his bionic arms.
Spider-Man was on the wall, flipping and dodging as Octavius attempted to impale him and Scorpion tried to shoot him down and Robo-Electro fired bolts of electricity at him. Spider-Man tried to jump at Robo-Electro but Sandman formed a cyclone of sandstorm around him as Spider-Man yelped, consumed by the whirlwind.
"Karen! Help!" Spider-Man yelled.
"There's a water pipeline above!" Karen said as the lenses on Spider-Man's mask detected a pipeline above.
Spider-Man fired another web line and pulled himself up before kicking the pipe above, causing for water to leak down on Sandman, who quickly started to dissolve.
"Noooo!" Sandman screamed.
Quickly acting before Sandman would turn into wet sand, Spider-Man created a web bag, putting what was left of Sandman into it with the water to prevent him from reforming before he webbed Sandman to the wall. Raft would surely figure out a way to contain him later. Robo-Electro was also down for the count as the water short-circuited him, causing for him to explode. But that still left Spider-Man with three more bad guys to deal with.
Spider-Man jumped, flipped and dodged to avoid Octavius's arms again before firing web bullets at his face, dazing him. Spider-Man extended his metallic arms from his suit to block as Octavius attacked with his bionic arms again, with them being in a stalemate, trying to push each other back. Robo-Scorpion then joined the fray as he fired but Spider-Man flipped away and gracefully avoided with his reflexes as Octavius swung his arms wildly and as Robo-Scorpion fired his laser, it hit the console, causing for Gwen's cage to open and free her as she took cover.
But then, Robo-Kraven jumped down at him from above as Spider-Man dodged but Robo-Kraven pulled out his knives and attacked. Spider-Man and Robo-Kraven exchanged blows, with Spider-Man also using his metallic arms to block and counter before Scorpion attempted to impale him with his tail but two of Spider-Man's metallic arms crossed with the tail as they struggled, while Spider-Man grabbed Robo-Kraven by his arms, with the fight becoming a battle of will and strength as they attempted to push each other back. In the end, Spider-Man rolled back, using the momentum as he placed his legs on Robo-Kraven's chest and tossed him to the wall as Robo-Kraven was smashed into bits upon impact.
Robo-Scorpion fired lasers but Spider-Man flipped away before Robo-Scorpion attempted to impale him but Spider-Man dodged, causing for Robo-Scorpion's tail to hit a nearby power generator and overloading the robot as it exploded.
Spider-Man then faced Doctor Octavius, who glared.
"I guess that leaves just us, Octopus." Spider-Man said.
"Guess so." Octavius said.
Spider-Man dodged and flipped as Octavius attempted to impale him before the tentacles protruded from the ground and even though Spider-Man sensed it and avoided just in time, they wrapped themselves around Spider-Man, crushing him as the tentacles tightened their grip.
"You have no idea what pleasure I will have from crushing you like an insect with my boot." Octavius smirked as two of his robotic arms started to crush Spider-Man's skull as he screamed in pain.
Spider-Man webbed two large pieces of equipment and pulled, slamming them at Octavius and dazing him and causing for him to let go before Spider-Man webbed himself towards Octavius and punched him in the face, knocking him down. Octavius quickly recovered with his robotic arms and before Spider-Man could land with his feet on the ground, Octavius grabbed his leg, with Spider-Man hanging upside down as Octavius neared him.
Seeing the situation, Gwen snuck behind Octavius with a piece of wooden beam, about to knock him out but Octavius's bionic arms noticed her and pushed her back before the mad scientist turned his attention back to Spider-Man, with a metallic blade protruding from one of his metallic arms.
"Let's see you scurry out of this." Octavius said.
Spider-Man webbed the cables on the floor and pulled, causing for Octavius to pierce the cables and electrocute himself as Octavius screamed and shook violently before the explosion of electricity knocked him back and knocked him out.
"Oh, God… is he…" Gwen stared.
Peter neared Octavius as Karen measured his vitals. "He's just knocked out."
They then looked around at the destroyed robots and subdued villains.
"It's over, isn't it?" Gwen asked, looking around.
"Not yet. We still need to call the police." Peter said as Gwen chuckled before she pulled the mask to reveal Peter's mouth as they kissed.
"My Dad, right." Gwen nodded as they both looked around. "I knew this was gonna be a wild ride with you but I didn't think it would be that wild." She said as they both laughed.
"Hope that next time won't involve superpowered supervillains." Peter said.
Not sure if I did well with the final fight but hope it was OK and that you've enjoyed the final fight against the Sinister Six. Hope you liked the small references to Spider-Man 2 film. Those two films are cult classic to me, the third one could've been better, if not for how they mishandled Venom and the Peter/MJ drama I just couldn't take and well, Bully Maguire, even though I personally find him a bit ridiculous, is enjoyable in a certain way.
The next chapter will be the concluding epilogue of this story.
