Chapter 19 Crisis Plans

The limo carrying Leon and his team drove through Stilwater, until they reached some fancy tall buildings. The car stopped in front of one building and the team got out. They entered the building and headed to the top floor.
"I bought a penthouse a while back online before I returned to Stilwater. It'll serve as our base and home, while in Stilwater. Feel free to make yourselves at home." Said King as they arrived on the penthouse floor.
"So what's are next bit of business?" Asked Kinzie.
"Well it's clear that the Samedi are the ones using bio weapons and viruses, so we should look into them first. Will locate some of their dealers and work our way up from there." Said Asha.
"We should also look into Ultor. I have a hunch they might be involved in all this." Said Leon.
"I'm on it." Said Kinzie as she sat at the kitchen bar and began working on her laptop.
The rest of the team headed to their rooms to unpack their bags.
Miles away a yellow sports car pulled up to a hotel and casino know as Poseidon's Palace. Jyunichi and Kazuo exited the car and were immediately greeted by Kazuo's son Shogo. Shogo was a young Asian man with dark hair and blonde highlights. He wore black pants, yellow shoes, a yellow shirt, and a black leather Ronin jacket.
"Father." Said Shogo bowing his head.
"Son." Said Kazuo.
"I heard what happened at the airport. I promise you I will personally make the Samedi pay for what they did! I will hunt and kill everyone last one of them!" Said Shogo.
"Bold words Shogo. I hope for your sake you are able to see them through and bring honor to the Ronin." Said Kazuo as he and Jyunichi headed into the hotel.
"I will father." Said Shogo as he followed them in.
Over at city hall, Mayor Monica Hughes sat behind her desk going over a report about what happened at the airport. It was the latest zombie and bio weapon incidents that had taken place in Stilwater. People were getting both scared and annoyed about the incidents and were demanding action to be taken to put a stop to it. Monica had thought about reaching out to Ultor for aid in the matter since they had vast resources at their disposal, but decided not to. She didn't trust Ultor since they took over her late husband's redevelopment plan and took credit for it. Plus Monica had a feeling Ultor was responsible for the problems the city was dealing with.
Monica saw the crisis as a chance to prove herself and if she was successful, the people would love her. She could see herself becoming governor and latter on President if she played her cards just right. Monica had been secretly using her money and resources to fund and create a special military group to originally deal with gangs and criminal organizations called STAG, which was short for Special Tactical Anti-Gang Unit. However with the new threat of bio weapons, Monica had changed the name of the group and it's purpose. The new name was STABLE, which stood for Special Tactical Anti- Bio weapon Logistics Enforcers. The organization was headed by a man named Cyrus Temple. Cyrus was a military man and actually had experience dealing with bio weapons overseas, so he was an ideal leader for the group. STABLE was a medium size military group and Monica had wished she had more time for the group to have grown in numbers, but it seemed time wasn't on her side and she needed to take action.
Monica pulled out her phone and contacted Cyrus summoning him and the rest of STABLE to Stilwater.
