Chapter:56 Trouble is Stirring

Penny and Vic sits alone on an examination table in Pietro's Atlas laboratory. Vic reaches out and gently pats her head, before moving away. She sadly looks at him before Vic hugging her in comfort and she gladly returns it.

The giant screens in Mantle play a message from Ironwood, while a woman in a red coat nervously carries her child across a street.

"Citizens of Mantle - Following the most recent Grimm attack, a temporary prohibition of assembly is in place."

The woman holds her child in a more protective manner and watches as three Mantas fly overhead.

Some buildings in the city have soldiers stationed atop their roofs.

"There are to be no public gatherings of any kind. Please conduct your business and return to your homes before curfew."

Two of the children Jaune previously escorted to school are hiding behind a dumpster in an alleyway, while a soldier and a camera drone pass by.

"This is for your own safety."

Two soldiers walk out from behind a corner and see two civilians walking along a sidewalk.

"Hey, stop right there!"

One of the civilian gasps and said, "Run."

The two civilians run away, and the soldiers pursue them.

"Stop running! Wait!" The soldier ordered.

Metal bars cover nearby TV screens, which are playing a news broadcast that shows Watts' edited footage of the attack at Robyn's party.

"Though military officials have gone on record to say the footage was doctored, many citizens are still insisting that the Protector of Mantle be deactivated," The newscaster said.

An armored truck drives past the TV's and continues on its way down the road, while Robyn and two of her cohorts follow it via the rooftops. The Atlesian Knight-200 drivers bring the truck to a screeching halt when they find a blue haired woman standing in its path.

"Civilian, you are obstructing an Atlas military operation. Please, step aside," The driver asked.

Down the road to the left, a pair of soldiers come running from around a corner to check on the source of screeching tires.

"Everything alright over here?" The soldier said till the soldiers make it around the corner, they only see an empty intersection. "Uhhh, hello?"

The blue haired woman is using her Semblance to project a dome around the truck and the Happy Huntresses, which renders them invisible to all outside the dome. The Sheep Faunus is sitting on the truck's hood, while the green haired one pushes the damaged AK-200 robots out of it. Robyn stands nearby, overseeing them. The Faunus places her hand on the truck, and a shockwave travels from the truck to her hand, which shimmers with Aura. The truck begins disintegrating from the back, forward. She then jumps down from the hood, and the powder flows into a black hole in her palm, which disappears as she makes a fist.

In Atlas Academy, Ironwood is in his office, reviewing footage of the truck becoming invisible.

"This is the worst case scenario," James said in anger as he slams his fist on his desk. "More people are dead, Penny's been framed, and somehow, Jacques Schnee is sitting on the council."

Nomad, Mel, Ren, Nora, Ruby, Qrow, Winter and Clover are present in Ironwood's office.

"That's the second shipment for Amity that was hit today. It seems election night was the last push Robyn needed to go from hometown hero to full-on vigilante," Clover said.

"I'm afraid the problem is more complicated than that," Winter added as the General sighs and sighs and begins pacing behind his desk.

"It seems Robyn has emboldened our suppliers in Mantle. They're refusing to sell us provisions until the city is adequately repaired. With Robyn redistributing the goods her team has stolen, the Amity Project is completely stalled," James said.

"But we're so close. There has to be some way we can finish the tower," Ruby said.

"Are there any other options?" Mel asked.

"There is - declaring martial law," Winter said.

Ruby,Nora, Nomad and Mel's eyes widen, and they look at Ironwood, who stares outside through the window.

"You're not actually considering that, are you?" Nora questioned.

"Like yeah, I know that it was bad but martial law? This would cause major panic," Nomad said.

"What's more important? Establishing communications, unite the world? Or appeasing a few city blocks?" James said sternly.

"That is just wrong," Mel said in mute shock as he just crossed his arms.

"Don't make it sound trivial when you know it isn't. You keep talking about how we just need a little more time, but you're not the one having to struggle," Nora said emotionally.

Ironwood turns around to face the two.

"We have all had to make sacrifices for the greater good. Mantle has had to bear a lot of the burden, yes, but--"

"They're bearing all of it!" Nora yelled as sheapproaches his desk, becoming even more upset. "The longer this waiting game goes on, the harder each day gets for people down there and now you wanna send in more soldiers? You can't just force people to fall in line. If you do that, you'll just be trading all of these problems for the Grimm!"

Ironwood steps forward and stares at her, eyes narrowed, while she stares back, panting. He lowers himself into his chair and rests his face in his hands. Ruby and Nomad walks forward to stand next to Nora.

"Please, General Ironwood. Squeezing Mantle this way… That kind of division plays right into Salem's hands," Ruby said as she rests a hand on Nora's shoulder. "That's whyTyrian is here framing you."

"Right, the reason we called you here in the first place," Clover said as he look at Ruby. "You're sure this was the man you saw?"

Clover steps toward Ruby, brings out his Scroll, and presses a button to project a screen that displays a file about Tyrian. The file contains a photograph of Tyrian's face, as well as an image of Tyrian from undercover footage. Portions of the file's text appear to be classified.

While Ruby and Nomad read it, Winter said, "Tyrian Callows was accused of murders all across Anima. A homicidal maniac who escaped justice when his prison transport was attacked by Grimm. After that, he was never seen again."

"Well, he works for Salem and he's here," Ruby said.

"While I don't know him, I could already tell that is something is wrong and he is part of it," Nomad said.

"That a long-lost serial killer is loose in Mantle and the military has no idea where he is - might make things worse before they get better," Qrow said.

"I am so sick of secrets! If we just told everyone about Amity, about Salem--"

"We can't!" James cut her off with a yell as everyone look at him.

"Why not?" Mel questioned in worry.

"If we talk about Amity now, we risk Salem's forces, who we know are here, working to sabotage it. If we tell them about Salem now, we risk falling to the Grimm before we can reunite Remnant," He said as he then stands up, slamming his hands down onto his desk. "We have to finish the tower. I want Robyn Hill in custody."

Ruby, Nora, Nomad and Mel look surprised.

"We can offer her a deal if she gets Mantle to cooperate."

"We'll figure it out," Clover said.

"Anyone not assisting with Robyn needs to focus on Tyrian."

Ironwood begins heading for the door, hands clasped behind his back and said sternly, "Do I make myself clear?"

"Yes, sir," Both Clover and Winter said.

"Yes, sir," Ren said as Ruby, Nora, Nomad and Mel give Ren a surprised look, and Ren stares calmly ahead.

In the early evening in Mantle, an armored truck drives along a road, passing by a grocery market.

"Looks like we're approaching 51st."

"She better be here."

Blake, Yang, David the Cinderace and Yunero the Inteleon are riding inside the cargo area of the truck with their Scrolls in their hands. Blake is reviewing a file about Robyn's thefts, while the two other Faunus sits in the back and Yang is in a video call with Clover.

"Thanks for the assist on this, you two. Now, we may all be split between different trucks, but we need to be ready to act as one in case Robyn's team takes the bait. If your truck is hit, pursue immediately. Everyone else will move in as fast as possible. Going radio silent. Over," Clover said as the video call ends, and Yang collapses her Scroll's screen, looking uncertain.

"Do you…" Yang let out a loud exhale and said. "Do you think we should've told Ironwood about Salem, before he put so much on the line for Amity?"

"I think that's too late for that," Yunero said while David lean on his seat.

"I'm with Yunero on this one," Blake said in agreement.

Yang let out a sigh and said, "I trust Ruby, but I think he deserves to know what he's stepping into. We all did."

Blake remains quiet, her Liepard ears folding over a little while the two in the back were uncomfortable by this. Yang turns and looks at her partner.

"You don't agree," Yang asked.

Blake collapses her Scroll, puts it away and said, "Look around. The embargo, the military presence, the restrictions on assembly. He's a bit prone to overreacting."

"Overreacting? Martial Law is too much for overreacting," David said.

"Yeah, hard to argue with that. Still, he didn't have a lot of good options," Yang said.

"I'm not sure there are many good options left foranyof us anymore. Keeping secrets, taking lives? It makes you wonder how far we're gonna have to go to keep doing the right thing."

"It really does," David said as Yunero pats him on the back.

Blake looks at Yang, who has a saddened expression with her eyes glimmering from emotion.

"We did... what we had to do," Yang said as Blake's eyes glimmer a little, and she looks away.

"I know. But next time, I wanna make sure we don't have to, and I can tell you, ambushing a Huntress who's just trying to help isn't an option I'm thrilled about choosing," She said as she crosses her arms, and her cat ears completely fold over.

"Then, maybe we shouldn't."

Blake's Liepard ears stand upright, and she, David and Yunero looks at Yang.

In Pietro's laboratory, Penny is standing unconscious in a machine, with a thick blue cable hooked up to the bow on the back of her head.

"How is she doing?"

"She's confused, scared. We'll have her recorded visual data shortly. That should prove her innocence, but the damage has already been done."

Weiss, Ruby and Vic are looking at Penny. Pietro and Maria are sitting behind the L-shaped counter watching the news broadcast while it once again shows Watts' edited video depicting Penny slaying Robyn's party guests. The headline says "4 Additional Attendees Confirmed Dead", and the ticker at the bottom says "Witness Describes Warehouse Massacre: "Horrific; Nobody Deserved This"" and "Atlas Authorities Urge Citizens to Remain Calm as Investigation".

"The things people are saying about her…" Pietro said as he lets out a frustrated grunt. "If Penny hadn't been there, Robyn would be--"

He begans to cough while Vic clenches his fists.

"I don't think Robyn was their target. Salem's goal has always been to divide us. I think Penny was exactly where they wanted her, just like at the Vytal Festival," Ruby said as Pietro has turned off the TV. He turns his chair around to face Ruby, Weiss, and Vic.

"And just like back then, someone is using our own technology against us. This doctored footage of Penny came from her work all around Mantle, stolen straight from our surveillance network."

"Ugh, hacking, technology… Why can't people just do what they used to and fight to the death? A lot simpler if you ask me," Maria complained.

"Well, if we're dealing with the same enemy from Beacon, hacking into Mantle's system would be easy. Fortunately, the rest of Atlas is running on an upgraded network," He said.

"And how would someone get access to that network?" Weiss asked.

Pietro cleans his glasses and said, "Well, only a few people have clearance. Ironwood, the Council, our cybersecurity and surveillance leads, and maybe a select few who oversee critical systems like sewage or the heating grid."

Weiss puts her hand to her chin in thought and said, "The heating grid run in partnership with the Schnee Dust Company."

"What are you thinking?" Ruby asked her partner.

"I don't know yet, butsomethingisn't right."

"Understatement of the century," Maria said as Ruby sighs and looks at Pietro.

"And how are you doing?"

Pietro puts his glasses back on and heads over to Ruby, Weiss, and Vic.

"Maria hadn't offered to help me these past weeks, I'd have likely collapsed by now. Getting a communications tower into the sky seems impossible on its own, but now, to think of what people wanna do to my girl…"

Pietro gets tears in his eyes, and his bottom lip wobbles as if he is about to cry. However, he begins coughing again while Vic also held back his tears.

"Even if the worst does happen, you can always reactivate her again, so maybe try not to worry so much."

"There's a reason why Penny is the only one of her kind," He said as he then heads back over to the counter and picks up a framed photograph of himself and other scientists from years ago. His right thumb covers the face of one of the scientists, and there appears to be an Aura transfer pod in the background. "When the General first challenged us to find the next breakthrough in defense technology, most of my colleagues pursued more obvious choices. I was one of the few who believed in looking inward for inspiration."

Ruby and Weiss walk over to him while Vic stayed by Penny's side.

"You wanted a protector with a soul," Ruby said.

"I did. And when General Ironwood saw her, he did too. Much to my surprise, the Penny Project was chosen over all the other proposals."

"Why would you be surprised? You created an artificial Aura," Weiss said.

"Well not quite," Pietro said as his Aura flickers and becomes visible. There are several holes in it, with blackened edges. Ruby, Weiss and Maria gasp.

"You gave her part of yours?" Ruby said in shock.

"Yes, and each time I rebuild Penny, it takes a little more. If people get their wish and she's destroyed, I won't be able to…"

He covers his eyes with his hand and begins crying. Maria, having gotten up from her seat and walked over, rests her hand on his arm. He sets the photo back on the counter. The scientist whose face he had been covering appears to be Watts.

"We'll find whoever's responsible. We promise," Ruby said while Vic have an angry look on his face and his hands clenches so hard that it slowly break through his Aura.

"And we will," Vic said with a snarl.

Once again, Robys's blur haired companion stands in the middle of the road, causing an armored truck to stop. Robyn opens the back doors. Her eyes widen, her shoulders tense, and she lets out a small startled noise. Yang, Blake, David and Yunero are standing in the doorway with their hands up in surrender.

"Robyn--"

Robyn turns to wave her hand to signal her Huntresses, and shouted, "Scramble!"

"No wait!/ Don't go!" Blake and David called out in desperation.

Robyn and the other Happy Huntresses flee, and Blake, Yang, David and Yunero chase after Robyn.

"Split up, and regroup at the hideout," Robyn ordered as she runs across a busy road, just as cars begin speeding by. She runs down an alley, while Blake looks up at a balcony across the street. Blake throws her kusarigama at the balcony and uses it to swing across the street and into the alleyway, where she gives chase. She swings the kusarigama and throws it at Robyn, who leaps over it, runs up a wall, and leaps across the alley, dodging another of Blake's attempts to hook her. Robyn tucks, rolls, and turns to face Blake while deploying her crossbow. She fires three bolts in rapid succession, and Blake dodges them.

"Please stop, we just want to--" Blake tried to explain but Robyn charges forward and swings her weapon's bladed wings at Blake, who blocks it with her katana. She swings again, but Blake blocks with her cleaver. Robyn spins around, places her foot on Blake's leg, and uses it to leap into the air while pushing Blake down. She raises her weapon up and slashes downward as she descends. Blake puts both of her swords up to block and deploys a clone mixed with Fire Dust. Blake then fires her gun at the fire clone while she leaps back, just as Robyn brings her weapon down on the clone, causing it to explode. During the explosion, Robyn blocks with her weapon, and Blake does a couple of back-handsprings.

Yang, David, and Yunero jumps down from a roof to Robyn's right and Yang and David attempts to grab Robyn in her arms as she lands, but Robyn leaps away. Yang straightens up and shoots three fire bullets and David shoots a Pyro Ball at Robyn, who blocks them with her weapon. Once the fire bullets are done hitting Robyn's weapon, Blake approaches her and swings her katana and Yunero rushed in to grab her, causing Robyn to step back and evaded the two. Immediately afterward, Blake bends down, allowing Yang to run up her back and leap over Robyn, firing a bullet at her from above, which Robyn blocks.

Yang flips over Robyn and lands behind her, while Blake straightens up and spins around to slash with her katana. Robyn blocks the katana with her leg and then blocks a bullet-backed punch and kick from Yang and David with her weapon a fraction of a second later. She turns to Blake while pushing Yang away, causing the latter to stumble. She then fires a crossbow bolt at Blake, but Yunero shoots it out of the air with Snipe Shot.

Robyn turns around to face Yang and David who has steadied themselves, while Blake sheathes her cleaver and shifts her katana into kusarigama mode. Robyn slashes at Yang, who blocks with her gauntlet and David quickly rushed in. Blake throws her kusarigama, and Robyn leans out of its way while ducking out of David's kick. Yang catches the sickle and pulls, while Blake leaps toward Robyn. Blake puts her feet out in front of her, being pulled by Yang, and once her feet plant themselves against Robyn's abdomen along with David's metallic boots, Blake and David kicks off from her, sending her into a circular pavilion. Robyn slides to a stop and backs away, while Blake, Yang, David and Yunero run to meet with her. She glares at them from the shadows, gripping her arm.

"If Ironwood wants me, he'll have to send more than four of you," Robyn said in defiance.

"He is. Stopping the trucks alerted the Ace-Ops. We don't have long before they arrive, so please listen to us. You need to know the truth," Yang pleaded.

"You're stalling," Robyn said.

"Lady please!" David yelled.

"Amity Colosseum, all these supplies, they're for…" Blake pauses and looks to Yang and Yunero, who nods to her. "They're for a new communications tower."

"That doesn't make any sense," Robyn said.

"A new tower means the kingdoms can finally--"

"I know what the tower means, Fisticuffs," Robyn cuts off Yang as she steps out of the shadows and into the moonlight, extending her hand to Blake, Yang, David, and Yunero. "One of you take my hand."

"What?" Yang questioned.

"You said time is short. Either take it, or I'm gone," Robyn said as the four of them look at each other in uncertainty.

Blake cautiously walks forward and takes Robyn's hand. Pale lilac Aura manifests over their hands and forearms.

"Tell me again what is Ironwood building out in the tundra?" Robyn demanded.

"A new communications tower. He's trying to help... everyone." Blake answered.

The Aura abruptly turns green, and Robyn lets go of Blake's hand in surprise, the Aura quickly returning to its former lilac color as she does so.

"You're telling the truth," Robyn said as Blake backs away, looking at her own hand in surprise.

"That is really good for interrogations," Yunero said as he put a finger on his chin.

"Handy Semblance," Yang said with a smirk while David groans at the pun.

"Why keep that a secret?" Robyn questioned.

"Because he doesn't know who he can trust. Atlas isn't out to get anybody. The people murdering civilians in Mantle are just trying to make it look that way. And if those same people learn about Amity, they'd do everything in their power to destroy it," Blake explained.

"So, who are "they"? Who's actually behind this?" Robyn asked till the fours communicators are turn on.

"Yang, Blake, David, Yunero where are you?" Harriet said through the it.

"We can't tell you that part yet," Yang said.

"Bullsh--"

Yang takes a few steps toward Robyn and said, "Look, we are trusting you, so trust us when we say that Amity Tower needs to stay a secret until it's done. We just need a little more time."

"This way, come on, over here. We saw them over this way," They hear soldiers' voices echoing in the distance.

"Run, we'll throw them off," Blake said.

"Just be quick," Yunero said as he, David and Blake runs away. After a moment, Robyn backs away into the shadows.

"I won't stop until I know the whole truth," Robyn said before she runs off, and after a couple seconds, Yang runs in the opposite direction.

Down in the Atlas Vault, Oscar, U. Pichu and Ironwood stare at the gate that contains the Relic of Creation.

"It's right behind that door," James said.

"The Staff of Creation," Oscar said while U. Pichu look in curiosity.

"I hoped bringing you down here might jog some memories. After all, it was your idea to use the Staff to lift Atlas off the ground."

"I thought Gravity Dust kept Atlas afloat?"

"Eh, that's the public story," He said as he walks forward. "But with the Staff, we have a constant, seemingly limitless energy source. Oz once speculated it could take us as high as we wanted. To tell you the truth, that served as the inspiration for the Amity Project. Get a communication tower up in the sky, higher than the Grimm can survive so we never lose contact with each other again."

"But you're not using the Staff to raise Amity."

"The Staff can only be used for one purpose at a time. We're going to have to do Amity the old fashioned way, Dust and all."

"It feels strange, knowing that part of me helped come up with all this."

"You'll get used to it, I'm sure. Eventually, you won't even know who's who anymore," James said as Oscar looked somewhat upset.

"Right," The farmhand said quietly while U. Pichu hugged him in worry.

"We... didn't always see eye to eye, but... I wish I could ask Ozpin what he thought of all of this," He said as Oscar walks forward to stand next to him.

"Well, I can tell you what I think. The path you're heading down where you're the only one with the answers, where you do the thing you think is right no matter the cost, it's not going to take you anywhere good," Oscar said but Ironwood walks back toward the elevator, leaving Oscar standing alone.

"We have to stop Salem. Nothing matters more," James said, clearly having his goals straight.

"Some things matter more, I think," Oscar said as James stops walking. "Keeping our humanity. It's what makes us different from her."

Ironwood resumes walking and stops in front of the elevator's control panel. He taps the screen.

"Sometimes I worry that's her greatest advantage. Without humanity, does she still feel fear? Does she ever hesitate? When Salem hit Beacon, even with all my ships, all of my soldiers... I was no match for her. I've never felt so helpless," He said as he stares intensely at the control panel. In his mind, the panel and the environment around it change to the interior of a military ship with a black queen chess piece displayed on its control panel. Red lights flicker on and off, and machines whir. "The way she told me she was there."

The control panel emits a noise, and Ironwood is brought back to reality. He looks up as the elevator platform arrives.

"It's okay to be afraid. You just can't let that fear control you," Oscar said.

"I am not going to end up with Lionheart," James said as he look at Oscar. "Do you believe in me?"

Oscar takes a split second to think, then walks to the elevator platform and said, "I do believe in you, but not only you. I think the best thing you could do is sit down and talk with the people you're most afraid to."

James chuckles and said, "Now you are starting to sound like him."

Ironwood walks onto the platform, and the elevator begins rising through the shaft.

In the main level of Atlas Academy, Penny is fidgeting with her hands while Winter paces back and forth behind her, holding an envelope, and Vic leaning on the elevator wall while occasionally looking at Penny. There is a low whirring, and the elevator beeps, prompting Winter to stop and Penny to look up. Ironwood, Oscar, and U. Pichu exit the elevator.

"Winter, what is it?" James asked.

Standing at attention, Winter rigidly hands Ironwood an envelope with a wax seal bearing the Schnee family emblem. Ironwood opens the letter and reads it, his eyes widening slightly after a few moments. He looks at Winter, who stares at him.

"What's going on?" Oscar asked Ironwood as U. Pichu look over his shoulder in curiosity.

"It looks like you're getting your wish."

"My father's first act. We've all been invited to dinner where the General will be defending his seat on the Council," Winter said as Vic look up when hearing this.

The orange haired Trainer narrowed his eyes and began thinking back at incident in the election party and his eyes widen in realization. He look around to everyone and kept his mouth shut for now.

'I need to check those videos again,' Vic thought. 'Maybe this is the next clue.'

Grimmverse: VTR Version

The Creature of the Black Lake 5

Back in the chemical filled home of G. Vic, he is currently under the toxic waste sleeping peacefully till a pebble splashed on the lake and woke G. Vic up.

The short Grimm fusion swam up the murky waste to surface to see three new fusions waiting by the shore, teen feet apart from each other.

The first fusion is an androgynous boy at the same height as G. Vic with jackal ears on top of his head, black fur on his arms, slitted red eyes and bleached green hair.

He wears a black suit with his sleeves ripped off to show his fur and a metal muzzle covering his mouth filled with razor sharp fangs.

The second fusion is a guy twice his height with his upper most body hidden except for some almost lizard like features on the bottom half of his body along with a long tail. He also has shaggy black hair along with the common red eyes.

He wears a very conceiling cloak that almost hides everything except his lower legs and tail, black pants, a pair of sandals, and a mask covering the bottom half of his face.

Lastly, the third is probably the largest out of the three of them as it was male fusion just a foot taller than the second with a large upper body and gigantic arms. His black hair is very long and shaggy that also hides his piercing red eyes with vertical scars on each.

He only wears metallic vests, a pair of ripped black shorts and black boots.

Suddenly, the short one immediately charged at G. Vic as he quickly dove down from the safety of his home to avoid a pair of claws that was about to hit his face.

He quickly went to his second form and swam around the toxic lake warily. He then heard a loud splash as he look to his right to see the lizard fusion swimming at him in a fast pace and revealed a pair of hands with curved claws on them.

G. Vic quickly surface and went to the shore as he quickly ran on all fours with the three fusions chasing him to the dead forests near the Academy.

He kept running and running while being wary of his surroundings till he saw a large shadow looming above him as G. Vic look up to see the giant fusion about to fall right at him.

He quickly jump to the side to evade the giant then continued running with the other two fusions chasing him.

The jackal fusion running at him in all fours while the lizard fusion used the withered branches to keep up.

G. Vic's mouth then began to glow as he jump and spun into the air as he then fired a beam of ice at the two.

They immediately evaded it while the giant fusion rushed in fasts to catch up at G. Vic.

Slowly, G. Vic began to morph again as he instantly grow bigger and change shape. His head fin split in to two, his lower jaw completely armored with intimidating spikes on his chin, his arms grew more muscular and also gain spikes.

G. Vic then reached an open clearing and went into a halt as he look at the three other fusions coming out of the dead forests and let out a roar.

The three let out their own cries in acceptance of the challenge as they rushed the morphed G. Vic, while said target charge in as well.

The three kept running at G. Vic till the second fusion bumped with the giant fusion and the giant get back at him by shoving away, this then leads to the three fighting with one another and G. Vic jumped into the mix while a comical dust cloud covered their fight and beams of ice and energy blasts came out of it.

Far away from the fight, G. Team RWBY were casually walking in the courtyard till they saw the beams and energy blasts coming from the forests.

"What is going on there?" G. Weiss questioned.

"I think that's one of Vic's attacks," G. Ruby said.

"What is he doing there?" G. Yang questioned.

"I don't really care," G. Blake said as she was still angry about the amphibious fusion.

"Can we at least check?" G. Ruby asked as her team look at one another while G. Weiss and G. Yang agreed, G. Blake didn't so the majority wins and they went to the direction where the fight is while G. Blake begrudgingly followed her team.

They walk through the forests till they reached the clearing where the fight was and saw the four fusions laying on the ground with tired looks on their faces and multiple injuries on their body.

G. Vic is currently going to his resting stage as the shell slowly forms around him to rests while the other three fusions were still groaning.

"Who are these guys?" Yang questioned as she look at three fusions.

"They are Victor's other teammates."

G. Team RWBY slightly jump in fright as they look behind them to see Professor Hazel standing behind them with his arms crossed.

"What did you just say?" G. Weiss asked.

"I said that they are Victor's teammates: Randy, Meliodas, and Nomad," Hazel said as he looked at the exhausted fusions. "Their team forming was slightly delayed so you didn't meet the rest of them, but I could say that their powers are equal to yours and JNPR's."

"So which one's the leader?" G. Blake asked as she could see either the reptilian fusion or the giant.

Hazel stood there stoically as he slowly raised one of his arms and pointed to the shell covering G. Vic and said, "Him."

G. Team RWBY could only look on in shock till the shell began to crack open and revealed Vic back to his beginning stage as he look around childishly and gave the all girls team a grin that they would never forget.

Omake end

And that is it for this chapter.

Like sheesh, the plot thickens and I have to make the story work after this one.

I have to completely have to adapt this story with the main plot and really make it work and appealing to you guys.

I am still nervous if Volume 9 hasn't come out yet, but I do have other story plans if it hasn't come yet.

I have other Pokémon x RWBY stories but I will use the characters from both the anime and manga. I had to plan out the characters and their relationships with one another in both the anime and manga to make some familiar links with one of them.

I also have some RWBY Xover stories that could work but would stress me out.

Then a Fate x RWBY story that I wish can do because of my love for it.

Lastly, I would redo Watching the Elements and mainly have the characters from BNHA watch my OCs instead since this always happens in my mind.

When I ever read the casts reacting to the MCU universe, I would always feel enraged when I read them saying some hypocritical statements and being so blind to the truth.

So I plan on having them react to my OCs that are between the lines of heroics and villainy, watching their ideals, their stories, and their lives.

It would be a slow process but in the end, they're eyes will be open to the harsh truth, and to question themselves of what knowledge they have.

With my life experience and continuously reading those stories, I really can't help but be attached to none of the casts at all. This then leads back to the reason why I am thinking about the story.

I want to show the casts the true meaning between good and evil, man and monsters, heroes and villains. That you can't judge people by words from another but seeing it with your own eyes.

I would start with 1 till I reached the end, I am still thinking of more OCs but it would take long.

And that's it for now and I'll see you guys in the next chapter.

Vic out Peace.
