(Sento walks along a destroyed road, when a gust of wind turns his attention to a figure with his back turned. As we come in closer the figure turns around to show it's Gentoku)

(Sento and Gentoku stare at each other. Swinging around the two change into their Rider forms with glass blocking the two.)

(Build watches with Rogue's reflection in the glass as he punches it.)

(The glass cracks and within the cracks are the other Riders and characters who have their eyes closed before opening them.)

(Chifuyu, Taizan, Maya, and the IS pilots stand in front of the torn Touto flag gazing off into the distance. Changes to a pair of 3 people gazing out the window.)

(Changes Mido, Phantom Task, Rogue, and Stalk standing behind a Seito flag, with Mido smiling. Changes to Tabane her eyes aren't visible as she grins.)

(Grease, Akatsu, and Cross-Z walk down separate paths before merging and looking off into the distance.)

(Sento grasps his head, as he lifts his head up we zoom in on his eye with the back of Katsuragi walking off.)

(Build and Cross-Z mirror each other half as they look up. Change to Akatsu and Grease doing the same. Then to Rogue and Stalk with the same, before Stalk leans off and smashes the barrier.)

(Sento puts on a determined face as he stands tall with a device in his hand and the Hazard Trigger in his belt. Sento splits the device and inserts it.)
Dou shitatte!
(Two modes of Build flash on screen only showing their eyes. Then to Sparkling Build swinging his blade to the right before charging forwards.)

(Build battles Rogue, while Akatsu Charge and Grease Crusher battles the Kaisers. Swing around to Cross-Z Charge opening the shoulder missiles and blasting the screen.)

(Build lifts his head up Sento overlaid on top with a smiling Chifuyu behind him. Changes to Rogue with Gentoku overlaid with a burning city in his background. Both Riders jump up and kick towards each other.)

(Grease injured clenches her arm as she gets up to her knee. Akatsu leaned back standing before she leaned forwards and clenched her fists. A battle damaged Cross-Z puts his fists together. Battle damaged Build strikes his pose.)

(Build and Rogue battle within an arena as we spin around them.)

(We zoom out of the battle as Pandora Panel's close in. The panels close revealing Pandora's box sitting alone in a room.)

(A hand reaches out and puts it's hand on top, camera looks up to a pair of red eyes in the dark.)
Construct 104: Idol Awakening
Sento: War breaks out between Touto, Hokuto, and Seito over Pandora's Box and the massive amount of energy within it. Kamen Rider Build, Kiryu Sento, attempts to defend Touto from an invasion led by Kamen Rider Rogue… But finds himself overpowered. That's when Chloe, acting strangely, appears before Sento and the others.
Ichika: Hey, did Chloe walk all the way to the Skywall barefoot?
Sento: Yeah? So?
Ichika: Don't her feet hurt? From things like broken glass?
Sento: That's what you're worried about?!
Houki: Sensei! Foot infections are no joke!
Sento: Isn't there something more important than that?! Can't you see her eyes are normal Green eyes AND they're glowing?! Gah, just read Construct 104!
We are Sento
Without muttering a word, Chloe raises her hand as a strange power pulses from the bangle. Kaisers and Rogue lift up into the air. The ground rumbles under the Skywall, we turn to it to see the wall opening, deconstructing to make an opening in the wall. 'What is?!' Rogue and the Kaisers are lifted up by a mysterious force and tossed through the wall as it closes up and returns to the way it was. All of us stare at the wall processing what just happened. "The Skywall just..." Akaba said as our collective gaze turned to Chloe.
Maya:(confused) Wh-What was that?
Madoka:(awed) Mii-tan's amazing…
Chloe?:(mature voice) Evolt…
'What? Who's Evolt?' I wonder, when Chloe's eyes return to normal as she begins to collapse. "Chloe!" I shout getting up to my feet and rushing over to her. "Chloe-chan?! Are you alright?!" Maya shouts running over too.
Later… IS Cafe…
After returning the Pandora Box to a safe location away from the Prime Minister's residence, we bring Chloe back to the Cafe to rest up. We called in Sawa-san to watch over Chloe as she rested up downstairs. The other Riders and I stand around Chloe as she sleeps in the bed in the lab.
Ichika:(sitting in a chair next to Chloe) That Bangle… She was wearing it when she collapsed in the Pandora's Box room when she attempted to steal it before right?
Madoka:(looks at Ichika) She what?
Sento:(nods) Yeah. She doesn't remember when though.
Madoka:(looks at Sento) Okay, can someone fill me in on Mii-tan. Why was she there in the first place? What else am I missing?
Houki:(looks at Madoka) Chloe was a German Spy long before she was a Net Idol, because of her exposure to Pandora's Box and her ability to create Full Bottles that forced her to break ties and go underground.(looks at Chloe) Part of why she's an Idol who can't meet anyone. She's connected to Pandora's Box.
Ichika:(looks at Sento) So… does it mean the bangle has something to do with Pandora's Power?
Sento:(shrugs) Dunno, it's an obvious conclusion, but we can't rule out anything yet…(muttering) I guess I have to ask her…
In Seito… We are Observers…
At the Prime Minister's Residence, Mido is having an Emergency Meeting with Namba. Mido paces around the room with a clear look of concern on his face. Silently listening in on the conversation are Utsumi, Squall, Autumn, Daryl, and Forte as they all stand in the back of the room.
Mido:(pacing) I was told that a mysterious German woman controlled the Skywall and stopped us from capturing Pandora's Box!(puts hands together) Will everything be alright?
Namba:(points cane at Mido) Are you saying you can't trust me?
Mido:(stops in front of Namba) No, nothing of the sort.
Namba:(leans on cane) We will take it back as soon as we have more information from our inside man we have in Touto. Your interference is not necessary.
The next day… We are Sento…
Watching a transport ship come into the river I lean against the railing. "It isn't everyday that I get a call from you, Sen-chan." An energetic voice said. Glancing over at her, I pause. "What the hell are you wearing?" I ask her, Tabane is dressed in what looks like an Irish Barmaid Dress from medieval time with a lot more of her chest exposed. "What do you think? I felt bold today." She asks me, sighing and pinching my dorsum.
Sento:(crosses arms) You look like a 15th century Irish Barmaid, and when I say that, I mean that in the fat barmaid kind.
Tabane:(puffs cheeks) Rude! You can make some really rude comments about women! You'll never get a girlfriend like that!
Sento:(raises eyebrow) And~ How do you have any right to say that considering I am dating Chifuyu while you haven't even dated a single guy your entire life?
Tabane:(Stalk voice) I'll tear your balls off!
Sento:(sweatdrop) ...(sighs) Putting that aside. I called about Chloe.
Tabane:(regular voice) *Ahem.* Yes, I did hear about that. She opened a hole in the Skywall?
Sento:(looking at Tabane) Let me skip to the point. Just what is that bangle?
Tabane:(walks over to railing) Chloe-chan's bangle is something I brought back from Mars. Once I put it on her wrist, it wouldn't come off.
Sento:(glances at Tabane) Then, do you know anything about "Evolt?"
Tabane:(shrugs) Nadda.(turns around and leans on railing) But who would've thought Chloe-chan was such a wild card!?
Sento:(steps towards Tabane) If you lay a hand on Chloe, I won't be the one having something torn off me.
Tabane:(looks at Sento) *Gasp!* I would never! I wouldn't dare do anything to Chloe-chan! She's like my precious daughter!
Sento: *Tch!*(leans against railing) Says the one who doesn't have the slightest hint of concern.
Tabane simply shrugs. "Either way." She said leaning against the railing and looking up at the Skywall. "I don't intend to face a rival who has the power to open hole's in the Skywall." Tabane steps away from the railing and walks past me. "For now, I'll focus on capturing Pandora's Box." Tabane said with a carefree smile. "Dream on!" I said.
Tabane:(looks towards river) Really?~ I mean, we have all of Touto's intel.(turns around) I'll even give you a hint. What do you know about the Namba Children?
Sento:(confused) Namba… Children?
Tabane:(sighs) That old man, Namba Juuzubrou brainwashed children of an orphanage he had purchased.. And trained them to become scientists, soldiers, and spies.
Sento: *Gasp* D-Does that mean she-
Tabane:(waves hand) No, no, no, Spider-chan wasn't a part of the program. But many others, including Utsumi-chan, your old Coworker Ichijou, and Rain-chan were a part of the program.(snaps fingers) Oh, but not Forte, she's just a regular girl who joined Phantom Task's America branch. But since those two were so good together, their compatibility with the Kaiser system is in the 98% range. The Namba Children pledge absolute loyalty to Namba.
Sento: So one of them is a spy, leaking Touto's intel?
Tabane:(shrugs) Who knows~ Investigate the rest on your own!(walks off) Ciao!
Back at IS Cafe…
Sitting in the cafe, Me, Ichika, Houki, and Madoka are with me. As I give them the information I have. "A spy from Seito?" Ichika asks, I nod, setting down my cup of can coffee. "We have to find out who's leaking Touto's Government information." I state. "It's gonna be difficult to find if they're deep in the circle." Houki said, crossing her arms. The conversation is cut off when the fridge door opens, Chloe and Sawa exit the fridge.
Madoka:(staring at Chloe) Mii-tan…
Sento:(steps over) Are you alright?
Chloe:(nods) Yes. Sorry I made you worry.
Sawa:(confors Chloe) Chloe-chan said she doesn't remember anything.
Ichika:(gestures to hand) Even after using such an amazing power?
Houki:(elbows Ichika's shoulder) Ichika!
Chloe steps closer to me. "Can you find out more about me?" Chloe asks me.
We are Observers…
A plan is underway, the team split up to different locations across Touto. Tatenashi, Kanzashi, and the other girls head to different locations informing staff in person on a plan. Each one carrying a different colored tablet.
Ichika:(glancing at the red tablet) We've decided to hide Pandora's Box in the Touto Machine Factory. It should be safe in the vault on the fourth floor.
Touto Prime Minister Staff:(nods) Understood, I will confirm with the Prime Minister and get it transported immediately.(steps away) Excu-
Ichika:(steps in the way) Hold on. We'll transport it ourselves.(glance at tablet) With too many people transporting it, the information might leak.
Seito Namba Orphanage…
In the open courtyard of the orphanage the Kaiser's practice combo moves together, with holograms of the Riders. Watching off to the side are Namba himself with Utsumi, Autumn, and Squall. "To think my Niece grew up in a place like this..." Squall mutters to herself. "Goes to show what Being KIA will do to people." Autumn said, when she gets a glare from Squall. "Sorry." She apologises.
Namba:(watching the fight) I did what I could. With Namba Heavy Industries' amazing weapons, and the power of Pandora's Box, we will be able to win any war, and become the top defense contractor! Beyond IS's, beyond nation politics.
Autumn:(looks at Namba) Your ambition is scarily large, sir. With ambition like that you'll outlive us all.
Squall: Only if the right steps are taken.(glances at Namba) I assume that is the case, sir?
Namba:(nods) Of course, as promised when we have acquired the Box and Japan stabilises. You and your team are free to leave.
Squall:(bows) Of course, sir.(raises right arm up to right eye) I owe you for making my prosthetics and protecting my niece.
Utsumi:(phone rings) Pardon me a moment.(steps away and answers) What is it?... Understood.(ends call and turns back) The new location of Pandora's Box has been confirmed.
Squall:(steps up) Sir, allow me and Autumn to acquire it. The frontal approach didn't work last time, a more stealthy one may work better.
Namba:(looks at Squall) No, your services are requested elsewhere…(looks at Kaiser) It's your turn ladies.
Rain turns around and salutes Namba, so does Forte. "All for Namba Heavy Industries!" The two exclaim. "I need you two to go to China to recover someone. It's at the behest of Stalk. Is that understood?" Namba said, glancing at Squall. "... Yes, sir. All for Namba Heavy Industries." Squall said stepping back, Utsumi stepped over to Gentoku who had been watching on the sidelines.
Utsumi: We have a job for you too.
IS Cafe… We are Sento
Down in my lab, I've hooked Chloe up to a scanner that's scanning the bangle and Chloe's brain though a VR Headset. The data scans complete and I close off the program. Poking Chloe in the shoulder to let her know she's done. "If you're able to produce the unknown power when your thoughts are synchronized with the power of the Bangle..." I said to unhook her from my computer.
Sento:(looking at bangle) Then it is possible that the bangle possesses some form of AI. So I linked it with your thoughts and I was able to pull this footage.
Pulling the footage up, it shows people, cities, and mountains being decimated and pulled upwards. In the center of the disaster is a strange tower. "This is probably an image of the moments leading up to Mars's destruction long ago." I surmised.
Chloe:(eyes glued to screen) This is what I see when I purify the bottles. When I concentrate hard, this appears in my mind. I'm able to purify the bottles by praying that this doesn't come to pass.
Sento:(crosses arms) A power able to instantly destroy everything… Might be the energy from Pandora's Box… A literal Doomsday weapon.
Chloe:(looks at Sento) What do you mean?
Sento: If this bangle possesses a will… Then it could be using your body to prevent Pandora's Box from being opened so that this country perhaps even the world doesn't end up like Mars.
Chloe:(glances at bangle) So that was why it healed people and opened a hole in the Skywall?
I can only nod at her summary. "I have such power..." Chloe mutters to herself, her face clearly showing the utter surprise at the level of power and responsibility she now possesses. "I see." She said standing up. "That means I can fight with you guys." Chloe's right hand clenches the side of her dress. "I'm scared… of losing myself." She muttered her left hand beginning to shake.
Sento:... (grasps Chloe's hand) I'll protect you.(stands up) I told you, I fight to protect you and the city. We'll do something about the war.(smile) So don't worry.
Chloe:(looking at Sento) Sento…(phone rings)
Ichika:(on the phone) Sento, it's me. Those Kaisers are heading towards the Touto Machine Factory. Houki and I are on enroute.
Sento:(let's go of Chloe) Copy.(looks at Chloe) I'm heading out.
Chloe: ...(smiles) See you later.
We are Madoka… Abandoned Warehouse...
On standby within the warehouse are Madoka, Akaba, and the IS girls. The air is quiet as everyone awaits the call. Akaba stares at his dog tag then glances up at Madoka who's sitting opposite of him.
Madoka:(gets a call) Hold on.(answers) Grease here.
Houki:(On call) It's Shinonono. The Kaisers are approaching the Touto Machine Factory. Everyone else is enroute. We'll meet you there.
Madoka:(stands up) Copy that. Grase in enroute.(hangs up) I'm heading there.
Akaba: Boss.
Madoka:(turns back) Yeah?
Akaba:(stands up) Let's bury Aoba and Kiba's dog tags along the Skyroad… In place of their bodies?
Madoka:...(nods) Yeah.(looks at Akaba) Let's do that tomorrow. Contact me if anything happens.
Akaba:(nods) You got it boss. Be safe!(Madoka waves)
Touto Machine Factory… We are Observers
The Kaiser's rampage through the complex destroyed the Guardians. Rain takes the lead punching and slicing through Guardians. While behind Forte covers Rain from behind, arriving at a warehouse door, it opens to a darkened room. The lights of the room turn on, only illuminating the empty room. The two Kaisers look around. "The hell? Where's Pandora's Box?" Rain asks. "Somethings wrong… A trap." Forte said as Build and Cross-Z Change stepped out, Akatsu Charge walked in behind.
Akatsu:(readies weapons) That's right.
Build:(crosses arms) Too bad, it's not here. If you don't mind, could you please leave?
Engine:(cracks knuckles) You tricked us?
Remocon:(takes out gun) You will regret this.
The two Kaisers charge Build and Cross-Z. The four come in and brawl with each other, Akatsu in the back covering Cross-Z. A shot hits Remocon in the shoulder, the Kaiser turns her gun on Akatsu only for Cross-Z to slap the gun away and roundhouse the Kaiser across the face. "Forte!" Engine shouts, Build comes in and hits her, pulling her attention back to Build.
Build:(stepping back) When I lose to an opponent,(takes out bottle pairs) I like to research more about them.
Engine:(cracking neck) Your point, teach? Never cared much for your speeches.
Build:(shaking bottles) Ah, but there is wisdom in my lessons.(opens bottles) Let me show you.
"Kujira! Shoubousha! Are you Ready?!" "Build up."
Build blasts Engine back with a blast of a fire hose, the impact sends Engine flying into a pillar in the room. "If only you paid more attention in class then maybe you wouldn't miss this." Build said before he gestures with his visior. "The Formula to Victory is decided." Build then blasts the Engine with a fire extinguisher, clogging up the gears in the suit. "Rose! Shoubousha! Are you Ready?!" "Build up!" The Armor swaps, as Build launches a vine that wraps and ensnares Engine.
?:(runs past Build) Hold her their Teach!(punches Engine) Orrah~!
Build:(steps over) Hey, glad you could make it to the party Grease.
Grease:(stretches arm) Yeah, sorry I'm late.(puts fists together) Regardless, I'll be the one to finish them off!
Grease charges at Engine as the two begin to battle. "Eh? Hey, wait!" Build exclaims joining in the fight. Back over with Cross-Z and Akatsu, Remocon dive rolls over to the Nebula steam gun and picks it up. "Cocky Bastard!" Cross-Z exclaims moving back as Remocon opens fire on the two. "We're not losing either!" Akatsu said, clenching her fist. Roots break out from under the ground and grab Remocon. "Now! Before she breaks free!" Akatsu shouts as she and Cross-Z attack. Akatsu with her nozzle guns and Cross-Z with his shoulder missiles.
Remocon:(steps out of dust cloud) Ugh… There's no way you can beat me with such a boring attack! Our combo is much-
Cross-Z:(punches Remocon) Shut it!
Cross-Z hits harder and harder on Remocon, catching her off guard. "Impossible!" Remocon shouts. "Don't forget about me." Akatsu said from behind, Remocon turns only for Akatsu to flash past her slicing at the gears. "My swordplay is better than ever!" Akatsu shouts as she and Cross-Z then kick the Kaiser back.
Remocon:(taken aback) Ugh… Their Hazard Levels suddenly increased! Is this the difference between our systems or… Is their love that strong?!
Cross-Z:(puts fists together) What's the matter?!
Akatsu:(readies blade) There's no pause now!
"Here I go." Grease said, pressing the crank down. "Scrap Finish!" Grease jumpkicks Engine away. Akatsu inserts her Uso Hopper into the Twin Breaker. "Ready Go!" Cross-Z teleports in the Beat Closer and inserts the Lock bottle into it. "Special Tune! Hit Parade! Hit Parade! Hit Parade! Mega Slash!" Cross-Z swings creating a ball of energy. "Let's Break!" Akatsu launches a rabbit at Remocon as it grabs the ball and slams it exploding. The Kaisers regroup.
Remocon:(looks at Engine) Rain, we need to go. What we want isn't here. Let's not waste anymore time!
Engine:(slams fist against ground) Ugh! Damnit! We'll get you back for this! Cousin isn't gonna like this… Let's go.
Remocon:(nods) Till next time.
Remocon swings his Nebula Steam gun creating a puff of smoke making both disappear. "Ah! They got away!" Cross-Z said, holstering his weapons. "Yeah, but now we know." Build said walking towards the entrance. "Time for an Emergency Meeting. We know who the Imposter is." Build said, the other three Riders following behind.
