As Hagrid approached the teller, the goblin put the key back into his hands "here, I will show you your trust fund vault."
The goblin hopped off of a stool and walked around the line of desks passed a side entrance at the end. Harry and Hagrid followed.
They arrived to a mine cart, where they hopped in. The cart shot off deep into the underground part of the bank. It stopped suddenly in front of a black cavern, where a vault door stuck out of the entrance.
The goblin went up to the vault door with the key, and opened the door.
The trust vault had a pile of gold coins, with a lot more silver and copper coins.
"We shuld pik up a few fer your shopping. A cuple of guld and selvers would do, I think."
Hagrid handed out a small wallet to Harry, who went to the piles and started to put a couple of gold and quite a few silver and copper coins.
They walked out of the vault, into the mine cart, and sped back up to the mine entrance.
Once done, Hagrid and Harry started to walk away from the teller desks.
"What did you get Hagrid?"
"Oh, nuthin much, just soomthing fer Dumbleder, the Hedmaster of Hogwarts."
Hagrid then started to pat a small bump in one of his pockets.
Walking past the guards, they made their way past the goblin guards and down the steps to the streets of Diagon Alley.
Waling only a few feet from the entrance, a plain looking woman, fat, with a middle aged face with short curly brown hair, approached them, with two men behind her in black robes with a blue shield embalmed on their left, above their heart.
"Ahem, hem hem" the woman muffled "am I mistaken, or is this a Hagrid and Harry Potter, walking down the street in plain site. Tsk tsk tsk."
The woman circled the duo, while the two coated men stayed a foot behind.
The woman approached Harry, "allow me to introduce myself and what I represent. I am Madame Umbridge, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Magic. I" here the woman, Umbridge, frowned "regret to inform you. But you, Harry, your very family, are very much in debt to the Ministry. So much so, that prison time for failure to pay the upkeep of the debt is not off the table."
The woman leaned down towards Harry "you don't want that to happen, now do you?"
Straightening back up, she looked down on Harry. "I noticed that you have just come out of the bank. Hand it over."
Harry looked to Hagrid, before searching in his pocket to get out the wallet, where he emptied the contents in a bag carried by one of the cladded men.
"Just a sliver, Mr. Potter, and more."
Harry looked up at the woman "I will take back this money from your Ministry, or more to make up for the trouble, some day."
"Ha" she bellowed "then it will be prison time for you."
"I'll find a way to turn that in some kind of debt owed."
"Deluded, just like the rest of them. If it wasn't for your parents, you would be growing up in a prison cell, like some of your ancestors. Only because your father agreed to pay the minimum upkeep for the debt. I hope you follow his example."
The woman turned around, and walked back up the street.
Harry and Hagrid had to turn back to the bank for another withdrawal, and this time they took a side entrance into a random street.
Walking down a side street, they headed towards a clothing store, Madame Malkin's.
Arriving at the entrance, Hagrid turned to Harry "I just hav to go fer some break, a small errand back at the Leaky Cauldron. I will be back shertly."
Hagrid turned around and headed back up the street towards the restaurant.
Harry turned away and pushed open the doors into the shop. Walking past moving mannequins, he spotted a woman busily measuring a small blond boy.
"Oh, don't be shy. Just stand over here by the stool and I will measure you as well. Just wait a second."
Harry walked towards her and a stool and hopped on it.
The woman placed a loose fitting black robe over him and started to take his measurements.
The boy next to him turned to Harry. "Who were your parents" he asked Harry.
Harry was a bit taken aback, he didn't actually know the names of his parents, but he knew they were Potter.
"Potter" Harry replied back.
The boy stumbled a bit, but righted himself, "I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy."
He took out his hand to shake. Harry shook his hand "nice to meet you, I'm Harry Potter."
"I hope you don't make the same mistakes as your parents."
Harry looked towards his wallet "I am beginning to think that too."
Smiling, Draco puffed up a bit more. "Stick around and I can make some connections. We cou..."
"HARRY" Hagrid shouted, Hagrid then turned around and approached the woman. "I think thet will be enuf fer robes."
"Yes, of course. I have the measurements"
Hagrid hurried Harry to pick up his robes, saying bye to Draco as he did so, and walked to the exit.
Hagrid leaned down towards Harry.
"Dont be messin arund with the likes of the Malfoys, bad folks they are."
