As the red heads passed by Harry, he noticed one of them say "we have to hurry to get through platform" the screeching sound of a train interrupted "3/4".

Harry, who was having trouble finding the platform, as it wasn't a whole number, was intrigued and followed them.

Right at a pillar, one of the red headed kids ran right to the wall, before disappearing inside. It soon followed in succession, where each of the redheads charged through the pillar.

Once they were all gone, Harry approached the pillar, and then charged through it, appearing at a different platform on the other side.

Once there, he sees a big train. Approaching the train, he starts to lift up his luggage to the holding compartments.

Once done, he walked his way down the train to find an empty compartment.

Harry is sitting in the compartment when he starts to think about that tome.

"Large hordes need something of faith to keep them united. The Americans have that constitution (sans the amendments), while religions have their beliefs. I wonder what type of union will be united by an increased debt payment. Such that there is a 20% penalty, an increase in all debts held, of each country that merges into a single union. The faith would be that they are better off together than alone, even though it is shown right in front of them that their debt payments are greater because of it."

Just then, a small red headed boy with dirt on his face enters into the compartment. "Everywhere else is full, mind if I sit down."

"Sure."

The boy sat down before turning to Harry, "I'm Ron, by the way, Ron Weasley".

"Good to meet you, I'm Harry, Harry Potter".

Ron blinked a bit, a bit stunned, before saying, "really? could you show me your scar".

Harry did, lifting up to show the faint remnants of his scar, barely noticeable in poor light.

"It's not as impressive as I thought it would be".

"Nothing is" muttered Harry.

A rapping hit the door, before a bushy haired girl burst in "have any of you seen a toad?"

"No" both replied.

"Drat" she replied "I'm looking for a toad for a Neville. I'm not having much help with it."

"We'll let you know if we find it".

Nodding, she turned away and closed the door.

The train then lurched forward, as it started to leave the station.

Harry contemplated out the window, as Ron looked at the ground then at Harry several times.

"Biscuits and snacks" announced a woman "biscuits and snacks" she said.

Harry opened the door, seeing the snacks, and bought several piles of them. A chocolate frog that hopped around, jelly beans, and chips.

Harry noticed Ron looking, before opening his own snacks, a bologna sandwich, before Harry invited him "you can have some in exchange for some of your sandwich".

Ron agreed, and they both went at it eating the snacks.

Soon, the little girl and another boy approached back to the compartment.

"Everywhere else is full" she intoned. "I'm Hermione Granger", she ushered towards the boy "and this is Neville Longbottom". "Can we sit with you?"

"Sure" Ron said. "I'm Ron Weasley", "and I'm Harry Potter".

The two new visitors were a bit stunned, but sat down none the less.

As they sat in awkward silence, another boy, with platinum blond hair, the same boy from the shop, appeared in the compartment. "Oh, Harry, I've been wondering where you were."

Here he looked askance at all the different people he could and couldn't recognize.

"Slumming, I see."

Harry didn't know what to do to meander around this situation, so he decided to implement an idea.

"I've been thinking. Instead of having a friendship, we could have some sort of club. The membership is a loan from the club to you, with a minimum amount a galleon and with a maximum term limit of 100 years."

Harry looked around at the tense atmosphere.

"I call it the Stormbank, and the Stormbank gives out this loan at a much higher interest rate than conventional banks. It is still based off a credit score, but is 30% higher than a conventional bank. This is because we would have faith that our union in Stormbank would be worth more than the obvious loss of the extra interest rate."

The other kids in the compartment seemed to be keeping up. "There would be a grace period of say a month, but after that we would have to pay the interest on it to the Stormbank."

Hermione then wondered "what happens if you can't afford a payment, if you default on it."

"Well, that means you are no longer paying a loan. You must always be paying the interest of a loan, with the smallest size a gallon. It would be up to the Stormbank to decide to kick you out based on if you are not paying in bad faith."

"And if you ever need a loan in the future, it must come from the Stormbank. So, who's in, besides me."

They all looked around, before Draco said "sounds interesting, I'm in."

"Me to" said Hermione and Neville.

"I guess I could as well" said Ron, who looked murkily and depressed.

"Great" said Harry.
