The war is finally over, and Harry did not know what to do with himself. Sure, it is expected that he would settle down with Ginny and start a family, but that thought didn't interest him. He has other plans.

It is at Grimmauld Place, in the dark room with only the fireplace burning, that Harry is sitting staring contemplatively into the flames. A squeaking sound comes from the entrance, and Kreacher appears.

Fuming, he says "Ginny is here, the filthy blood traitor bi...", before turning around and popping away.

Ginny slowly shuffles her way into the door frame, her red hair sweeping past her face.

"Harry...Harry it's been several weeks since we last saw each other. What is eating you up?"

Harry turned his head away from the flames and looked at Ginny. "I am just stuck thinking of that orphanage Riddle went to, Wool's."

Ginny's expression softened, "ohh, those horrid things have been shut down. Orphanages don't work like that anymore. That is all in the past."

"I know that, actually I want those orphanages to re-open. But even that is not enough."

"To re-open?"

"It still wouldn't be enough, just look what happened to Riddle. There has to be a Wool's, but for adults."

"What?" she shouts up, with her eyebrows raised.

Harry turns his head back to the flames.

"Just think, rooms that only have a bed and a window, maybe from ten to thirty squarefeet. Max. In size. Food, like gruel but with the bare minimum nutrition pills sprinkled in. Shared bathrooms. It would be like an orphanage, but giving shelter to adults."

"How would that work? It sounds almost like a jail, a cruel fate."

"It would be an asylum."

Harry looks down away from the flames, and at the marble tinged flooring of the fireplace.

"Even with those cost cutting measures, it will only be a money trap. And even worse, there could be haphazard crimes, overdoses, and such all over that,..., that asylum. "

Here Harry went into contemplation. "Perhaps some could work menial tasks, like a sweatshop. But even then, I don't know how reliable these people would be. Yes, like an orphanage, it will be a money trap."

Harry turned and looked at Ginny.

"But some people are just meant to be money traps, aren't they."

"Maybe if you talk with Ron or Hermione they will dissuade you from this rediculous idea, Harry."

Ginny turned to the fireplace, "here let me invite them over."

Walking to the fireplace, Ginny grabs some powder and throws it in the flames, before kneeling down and placing her face in the flames.

"Ron and Hermione's place at the Burrow".

A pause went through the room as they waited.

Harry went on "to avoid it becoming a firehazard, a deathtrap, there could be fire escapes from every window, sprinklers in everyroom, and the building constructed from brick, concrete, and steel."

Ron and Hermione's head appeared in the flames. "What is it Ginny" they asked.

"Harry has this rediculous idea of running an asylum. He has been stuck in his own head for too long. Come on over and talk him out of this rediculous idea."

Ginny than takes a step back, and the flames in the fireplace burst up. Out of the fireplace steps a bushy haired woman, and then right behind her a thin red headed man.

"Harry, it is good to finally talk to you after everything that has happened."

"Well, I have been stuck in thought. Just thinking about what has happened and maybe what could be done to stop or prevent it from happening again."

Ginny went on to explain Harry's idea.

"What a monstrous place. I am sure over doses and deaths will be a constant feature of such a place. It would be madness."

"Yes, it would be Tenement Asylum."
