All during Charms Harry is distracted. Harry knows that the Potter's are known for their debts. But those debts commonly get written off due to forces of nature.
From one unpredictable situation to another, the Potters managed to keep their wealth.
But what Dumbledore said about Voldemort disturbed him. If the twins really are Voldemort's children, then they will probably inherit his traits.
Harry needs to protect his assets from them.
Harry is so busy in his thoughts that he doesn't notice Hermione nudging him. "Psssst Harry, you need to cause the feather to hover. Professor Flitwick is walking around, checking us."
Harry quickly put his thoughts to the back of his mind, and took out his wand and incanted "wingardium leviosa".
The feather bristled, but did not rise.
"Tsk tsk, Mr. Potter. You need to swish and flick. Like Ms. Granger over here." Harry saw Hermione cause her feather to rise up several feet in the air.
The lesson soon ended, and they all emptied out of the classroom.
It is lunch time, and Harry walked down to the Great Hall. Harry glanced at a newspaper that some of his classmates were reading, where it read "Death Eater Attack".
Harry looked closer at the Daily Prophet. "Death Eaters, weren't they the followers of Voldemort."
Draco shuddered "yeah."
Harry picked up the newspaper where the article reads
"...the disease soon spread out of China. Muggles are in the midst of renaming the virus Covid-19, but ministry officials are busy erasing all evidence and memories of the source. The Death Eater that released the virus is unknown. But the muggles are in the midst of one of the largest terror attacks in their history. Obliviators are busy hiding all traces of its magical origin. Muggles are already suspicious, and will soon find its unnatural origins. A nuclear war between China and USA could be the result of this Death Eater attack. Wizarding and muggle ministers are busy trying to smooth things over. Wizards are currently falsifying evidence to make the virus look like it has a natural origin. "
Harry put down the paper and shuddered. "I hope that they find the wizard that spelled that whole disease into existence. By the way Draco, where is the Owlery?"
"Its in the West wing of the main castle compound, on the seventh floor."
Harry hurriedly ate his lunch, before rushing off down the hall, through the castle, to the Owlery.
At the Owlery, Harry grabs an owl, and writes down his correspondence. Writing with a quill, Harry addresses the letter to Gringotts.
"To my account manager Gridlehook,
I would like to make some changes to the inheritance rules for Gravity and Electrostatic Riddle-Potter.
Simply, only deposits can be made, and only stuff deposited in the previous ten years can be withdrawn. These rules are in place until the bank, Gringotts, fails. Then, all funds belong to the Potter heirs.
The only exception to this is childhood, where the bare necessities are to be paid out in a trust fund."
Harry then tied the letter to an owl and let it fly off, away from the grounds of Hogwarts.
Harry then walks down from the Owlery to his Transfiguration class. Meeting up with Draco, Crabbe and Goyle, he over hears them talking.
"...it shows those muggles what's what."
Harry interrupted "what are you guys talking about?"
"Nothing."
Good thing I always fail, to lose the deadweight, thought Harry.
"Anyway, better be off to Transfiguration."
"Well, I was thinking about this Covid-19 situation. I think it is great that the US is trading with China."
"Really" drawled Draco.
"Yep, it is like having faith that something that is obviously hurting you is actually, somehow, helping you.
China is obviously a deadly enemy of USA, and is responsible for hundreds of thousands of American deaths, and millions of injuries, from that Death Eater's collaboration with the Chinese generals. But the USA should still trade away, to trade away to their deaths. As something that hurts them, allows them the opportunity to produce faith that this trade is somehow, actually helping them. So I think trading with a deadly enemy is a good idea: it produces faith.
Trading with an enemy hurts you, and so there must be faith to believe that it is actually helping you."
"I don't think it will ever matter. The wizards are already placing natural origins evidence everywhere."
"A pity" replied Harry "it could produce a lot of faith."
They then sat down in McGonagall's class for Transfiguration.
