"The muggleborns would still be a problem. We don't have a lot of Dark creatures that own land around here. Most of it has already been settled. How do we integrate them now?" Draco asked Harry.

"Well, the key is to have them start in the predator position of the productive vices. So to have immigrants historically start off as the loan shark, as the financial mastermind behind depressions, as the private health-care executives, as the clerics that molest children, as the ruthless enforcers, and so on.

There are two reasons for this. The first is to rob them of a historical grievance. If they had one they could coalesce around it and reform.

The second reason is that there can now be a fall. The immigrant muggleborns can fall down to be the victims of the system, and no special help will be offered to them. They will have to extract enough normalcy or power from their fall to make it worthwhile." said Harry.

"So muggleborns start at the top of exploitation, but will not be protected as they fall?"

"Yeah. That's my idea anyway, for integration."

Harry's thoughts wandered back to the twins. The twins are very much like muggleborn immigrants in Harry's mind. They have a claim to be with him, but there are others. He is after all 11 and didn't really consent to the general situation.

Harry will place them at the top of the productive vices, where they could be the most exploitive and in the system. If they fall, they will not be getting any help from him to lessen the fall.

His twins can end up as the victims, the faith producers, of the productive vices. And that will be alright with him.

Harry is snapped out of his musings when Neville came up and asked. "What do you think is in the third floor corridor. Headmaster Dumbledore said that anyone that trespasses could die an unfortunate death."

"Well, maybe we could ask around" said Harry.

Later, after classes during supper, Harry started to ask around what is going around with the third floor corridor. Asking around the Slytherin table, no one could provide answers.

An older student, Marcus Flint, tells them "not to go there. Whatever that kook Dumbledore has set up, is bad news for any of us. Who knows what passed his fancy?"

Giving up on the Slytherins, Harry decides to ask around the Gryffindor table. There he meets a pair of twins, "Fred is the name" "George is the game" two red heads stated one after the other.

"Have any of you got any information on what is going on in the third floor corridor?"

"We did venture there" "just the other week""but" and this is a big but""we were shooed off from Filch""the caretaker."

"So you didn't see anything?"
"We also" "didn't die" "a horrible""grisly""scarring""death. So we consider it a win."

Harry was ready to turn around when Hermione decided to give he opinion. "You shouldn't travel to that corridor. The Headmaster said not to. There could be a very dangerous issue with the infrastructure there. For all we know, it is just a broken ceiling or floor or something that could kill a student that trespasses."

Harry took note of Hermione's concern and made his way back to the Slytherin table.

"I saw that you were talking to that mu...muggleborn, Hermione Granger" a fat blond girl said.

"Whatever she said, I am sure it is nonsense. If you want to know more about the corridor, you will have to visit it yourself. By the way, I am Pansy, Pansy Parkinson."

She smiled her fat pig-like smile, which reminded Harry of Dudley, and offered her hand to shake. Harry shook it. "I might just do that. Would you be interested in going?"

"Hell no, what if Filch caught us, and then Professor Snape. I've already wrecked two potions so far, I don't have any leeway."

Harry turned to Draco "maybe you, Crabbe, Goyle, Neville, and Ron could tag along to see what is down that corridor?"

"I don't know, I guess so. Hopefully we don't get killed, or caught."

"I just hope Snape never finds out about it."
