Chapter 2: Action Duel! Kalin vs Yuya

Peter Kim: The reason I use Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon is because that dragon is a core in many dragon Decks. The perfect example is Dragon Link. I use Blue-Eyes coz why not ? And I used Dragon Spirit of White for Backrow Removal. Thanks for review anyway :)
Fellstars: Fact is I read the Manga first before I watch the Anime. And yeah Manga ending is worse than Anime ending.
Superzero: Yes. Kalin have a low level Dragon Monster. But for Baby Tiragon I think no. And Sacred Beast, Egyptian Gods only be mentioned.

After taking a hour, Yuya and me arrived in You Show Duel School.
"Here we are." Yuya said before he releasing my arms.
"We didn't have to run Yuya." I panted as he clutched his chest and taking rest. "You almost kill me."
"Oops, sorry about that, I got carried away." Yuya said in embarrassment.
"Where's the others ?" I asked as I looked around the area before seeing them. They all lost their breath.
"Yuya.. next time.. please don't run too fast." Yuzu panted heavily. Once Yuzu and the other kids recovered their stamina, Yuya asked me. "What are you think about our school ?"
To be honest, the design is unique and colorful. It was like kindergarten but more futuristic. I can understand the design because this school teach Entertaiment Duel and fun in Dueling and with that, they got my respect.
"All I can say is you have a unique school Yuya."
Yuya seemed pleased with my answer. "Great! Now let's go inside! I'm sure the others will be happy to see you!" Yuya opened the door and we entered in.
Once we get inside You Show Duel School, it actually didn't look that bad despite the reputation, there's a tables, chairs, couches, desks and computer.
"Yuya, Yuzu! Is that you guys!" We heard a man's voice called out, making them turned and see a man who has dark blue eyes and brown/orange hair.
"Yes, it's us, dad!" Said Yuzu.
Before I speak, Yuzu's father got an uncomfortably close to me.
"I'm Shuzo Hiragi, the Principal of YSDS and Yuzu's father." He introduced himself.
"It was a pleasure to meet you Hiragi-san. I'm Kalin Fredrick." I said respectively.
"Oh, don't tell me you're interested in enrolling our school." Shuzo looked so hopeful, probably a little bit desperated for searching a new student. I understand that, but still that's not the way to make them come. Luckily, Yuzu smacked her father's head with paper fan.
"Dad please! That's not the way to enroll new student!"
"Who's this person ?" The bulky young man questioned as the short boy with cyan colored hair followed. "I, the man Gongenzaka, never seen him before."
"Hi Gongenzaka, when did you came here ?" Yuya asked his bulky friend. "I hope you aren't waiting for too long."
"No you didn't." Gongenzaka said firmly. "I, the man Gongenzaka, was wondering if my rival would be interested for another friendly match before Maiami Championship."
"Sorry Gongenzaka, another time to duel. For now, I would like you to meet my new friend here." Yuya said as Gongenzaka walked towards me and my god, he's bigger than I thought.
"Hi. My name is Kalin Fredrick." I told him.
"I, the man Noboru Gongenzaka, Yuya's childhood friend and rival. It's a pleasure to meet you Fredrick-san."
"Oh, don't need to be formal Gongenzaka-san. You can call me Kalin." I said with a smile.
"Understood. Then, you can call me Gongenzaka."
Then, the cyan haired boy walked towards me. It's our beloved spy, Sora Shiunin.
"Hi, I'm Sora Shiunin! I hoped we can get along." Sora introduced himself.
'Oh Sora.. imagine you were on the good side earlier..' I thought to myself.
"Nice to meet you." I replied with a bow.
"Do you guys know it ?! Kalin nii-chan is an amazing duelist!" Ayu said happily.
"Yes! He can summon powerful Fusion Monster and beat Sawatari into a pulp!" Tatsuya added.
"It gave me shivers!" Futhosi excited.
Hearing at the name of Sawatari, Gongenzaka was not pleased. "Is Sawatari bothering you again Yuya ?"
"Yeah, something like that.." Yuya chuckled nervously.
Then Yuya explained Gongenzaka that how we meet and Sawatari wanted to take revenge on him for but I teach him a lesson by defeating him in a duel with my Synchro Monsters.
"So you're Fusion Duelist ? Good Taste." Sora neutrally said.
"I, the man Gongenzaka, really grateful for protecting my friend. Thank you, Kalin." Gongenzaka bowed to me.
"Don't need to thank me. I just couldn't stay and do nothing when someone getting harrased." I said with small smile on my face.
"Say Kalin." Sora suddenly said. "I haven't seen you around here, are you perhaps out of town ?"
'Okay, he suspecting something about me but sorry you won't get anything.' I thought to myself.
"Yes, I just came to this city not too long before I met Yuya and his friends." I answered.
"But what's bring you to Maiami City ?" Shuzo suddenly asked.
"I've been traveling around a lot of the countries and learning the Dueling tactics. However, traveling is a little bit tiring and I decided to stay in Maiami City because this city is beautiful. Plus, since Maiami Championship is coming, I want to participate it too." I explained.
"What about your parents ? They didn't mind ?" Yuzu asked.
"No, they didn't mind." I said casually.
"That's nice." Yuzu replied.
"So Kalin." Shuzo then turned to me. "You want to join You Show Duel School ?" He asked with hope in his eyes.
"Hmm.. I join. But, if one of the students Duel me first." I said to him.
"Alright then! The only thing remaining is a proper opponent!" Shuzo announced.
Hearing this, Sora was eager to participated. He wanted to see this Fusion Duelist power beforehand. Gongenzaka seemed voluntary too. Even he wasn't a member of You Show, he still thought himself as a big part of the school.
"I will be your opponent. Since we are the ones who found you, it should be my job to impress you with my entertaiment Duel." Yuya proudly said.
"Yuya.." Yuzu whispered.
'This is getting interesting.' Sora thought to himself.
"Then it's settled! Prepare for a hot-blooded duel!" Shuzo said before rushing to the control room.
Then Yuya and me moved to the Real Solid Vision arena while Yuzu, Sora and the kids moved to spectator area while Shuzo was preparing action field.
"Have you been in an Action Duel before, Kalin ?" Yuya asked me.
"No, I haven't. But I know the rules, Action Cards, and all of that stuff." I said as I preparing my Duel Disk.
"Since this is Kalin first Action Duel, I will pick this! Field Spell: Dragon Ravine! On!" Shuzo yelled as the whole arena transformed to a Mountain in full of dragon nest.
I was looking around before smiled. "Perfect. Definitely my taste." I always like a mountain view since I was child.
"Glad you like it!" Yuya said before doing the chant. "Duelist locked in the battle!"
I tilted my head until I remembered. "Oh right, Kicking the earth and dancing in the air with their monsters!"
"They storm thought the field!" Yuzu joined in.
"Behold! The newest and greatest evolution of Dueling!" Sora and Gongenzaka also joined in.
"Action.." The kids said enthusiastically before everyone yelled.
Duel!

"You can go first Kalin." Yuya offered.
"Thank you Yuya. My turn!" I said as I draw my starter cards.
"I Summon Dragon Knight of Creation!" A golden armor warrior holding a sword appeared on the field.

"Hmm.. seems he used a Dragon Deck." Sora noted.
"I set two cards facedown and end my turn. Your move Yuya." I concluded.

"Alright! My turn! Draw!" Yuya said as he draw his card.
"Okay, I Summon Performapal Whip Snake!" A purple snake wears a magician hat appeared on the field.
Performapal Whip Snake ( ATK 1700/DEF 900/Reptille/Earth/LV 4 )
"I activated Whip Snake's effect! Once per turn, I can target one face-up monster to switch it's ATK and DEF until the end of the turn!" Then Whip Snake use hypnotism on my Dragon Knight, make it grunted in dizziness.
Dragon Knight of Creation ( ATK 1800 - 600 )
"Dragon Knight's ATK is now 600!" Ayu said happily.
"With this, Yuya nii-chan's Whip Snake can attack it!" Tatsuya added.
"Shivers!" Futoshi cheered.
Then Yuya tried to find action cards. Once he found one, he activated it immeditely. "Action Magic: High Dive! My monster gains 1000 ATK until the end of this turn!" Yuya said as Whip Snake surrounded by purple aura.
Performapal Whip Snake ( ATK 1700 - 2700 )
"Battle! Whip Snake attack Dragon Knight!" Whip Snake charged at Dragon Knight.
"Quick-Play Magic open! Command Silencer! When you declares an attack, I can negate the attack!"
The totem appeared and make a loud sound which make everyone covered their ears.
"And then I can draw a card." I said as I draw a card.
"That Spell must be a rare one." Yuzu noted.
"It seems so, it stopped the attack and let Kalin draw a card." Gongenzaka added.
"Heh, nice counter Kalin, I set one card facedown and end my turn." Yuya concluded.

"My turn! Draw!" I said as I draw my cards.
"I activate a Spell Dragon Shrine! This card let me send one Dragon type from my Deck to Graveyard, and if that Monster is a Normal type, I can send another. I send Blue-Eyes White Dragon which a Normal Monster and then send Arkbrave Dragon!" I said as I sent the two monsters to the graveyard.
"He has Blue-Eyes White Dragon ?!" Gongenzaka and Sora exclaimed in disbelief, didn't know I had such a rare card (In this world) in my arsenal.
"But why he send it to the Graveyard ?" Futoshi asked.
"Looking on his playstyle, seems he want to Summon it on his next turn." Tatsuya speculated as he got attention back to the Duel.
"Then I Summon Eclipse Wyvern!" Then a mix of black and white dragon with a few red lines appeared on the field.
Eclipse Wyvern ( ATK 1600/DEF 1000/Dragon/Light/LV 4 )
"Battle! Dragon Knight attack Whip Snake! Divine Slash!" Dragon Knight charge at Whip Snake.
"Trap card open! Defense Draw! The battle damage I took reduce to 0 and then I draw one card!" Yuya countered as rainbow barrier protect Yuya from the blast and then he draw one card.
"Not bad Yuya. But when Dragon Knight of Creation destroyed a Monster by battle, I can send one Level 7 or 8 Dragon type Monster from my Deck to the Graveyard. I send my Divine Dragon Lord Felgrand!" I send my Ace Monster to Graveyard.
"And then I attack you directly with my Eclipse Wyvern!" Eclipse Wyvern shot an fireball at Yuya. Yuya found an Action Card and immeditely activate it.
"Action Magic: Damage Banish! All damage I took this turn become 0!" Yuya said as a barrier protect him from the blast.
"I'll be dissapointed if you can't evade that. I set one card facedown and end my turn." I concluded.

Before Yuya started his turn, I interupped him. "Before you start your turn, let me show you why I send Blue-Eyes to the Graveyard! Arkbrave Dragon's effect activates on my Graveyard! Since it was send here last turn, I can Special Summon a Level 7 or 8 Dragon type Monster from my Graveyard, beside itself!"
Everyone widened their eyes, already knew what was coming. "Wait! You mean..!" Yuya began to said.
"Yes! The true engine of destruction! Blue-Eyes White Dragon!" A white dragon with piercing blue eyes appeared on the field and roar loudly.
Blue-Eyes White Dragon ( ATK 3000/DEF 2500/Dragon/Light/LV 8 )
"I didn't expect I'll be able to see Blue-Eyes with my very own eyes.." Yuzu said in astonishment.
"Same to the man, Gongenzaka.." Gongenzaka added.
"Blue-Eyes White Dragon.." Sora said in amazement. 'I wonder how strong this guy will be..' He thought.
"Blue-Eyes is awesome!" The kids cheered.
"Of course I am." Blue-Eyes said proudly while I inwardly chuckled at their reaction.
LDS Control Room
"Sir, we detected a strong summoning energy! It's same as earlier!" Nakajima remarked.
"Do we know where it come from ?" Reiji asked.
"It's from You Show Duel School." The picture showed an Action Duel between Yuya and me.
"It's that new Duelist! The one who beat Sawatari!"
"Furthermore, he's dueling with Yuya Sakaki. With this, we can collect data on his Pendulum Summoning while observing this "Kalin Fredrick"." Reiji announced.
Back at the Duel
"My turn! Draw!" Yuya said as he draw. He looked at the card he drew before smiling widely. "It's here!"
"Ladies and Gentlemen! Witness the new style of the Duel!" Yuya announced with his famous catchphrase.
'There can only meant one thing..' I thought, already know what the next part.
"With the scale 1 Stargazer Magician and scale 8 Timegazer Magician I set the Pendulum Scale!" Yuya said as Timegazer and Stargazer being surrounded in pillars of light as they rise up and large version of Yuya's pendant appeares between them.

"It's coming! His Pendulum Summoning!" Sora said in excitement.
"Pendulum! Pendulum!" Three kids chanted.
"Swing, Pendulum of my soul! Draw an arclight across the aether! Pendulum Summon! Come forth, my monsters!" Yuya chanted as a portal appears overhead and two lights burst out.
"Meet Performapal Sword Fish!" A blue Sword Fish wears a pink glasses appeared on the field.

"The wondrous dragon with dichromatic eyes, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!" A red and white dragon with a red and green scales and also has dichromatic eyes appeared on the field and roared loudly.
Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon ( ATK 2500/DEF 2000/Dragon/Dark/Pendulum/LV 7/PS: 4 )
'So this is Pendulum Summon..' I thought. I know Pendulum Summon and I already try it. But seeing them with my own eyes always amazed me.
"Performapal Sword Fish's effect activates! When Sword Fish is Summoned, all Monsters you control loses 600 ATK!"

"Next I activate Action Magic: Illusion Fire! Now Odd-Eyes can attack all Monster you Control! Battle! Odd-Eyes attack Dragon Knight! Spiral Strike Burst!" Odd-Eyes jumped and then shot it's spiral energy at Dragon Knight.
"Trap card open! Dimensional Prison! Odd-Eyes attack is negate and then your Odd-Eyes is banished!" I countered.
"Timegazer Magician's Pendulum Effect! Once per turn, during my battle phase, when Trap card is activated, I can negate the activation and set that card and it cannot be activated until the end of this turn!" Yuya countered.
'Shit! I forgot his Magician's Pendulum effect!' I thought as my knight is destroyed.

"Now Odd-Eyes attack Eclipse Wyvern! Spiral Strike Burst!" Again, Odd-Eyes shot it's spiral energy at Eclipse Wyvern and destroy it.
"Ugh!" I grunted in pain because the shockwave. "When Eclipse Wyvern is sent to the Graveyard, I can banish a Level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK Monster from my Deck. I banish Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon!"

"And then Odd-Eyes attack Blue-Eyes! Spiral Strike Burst!" Now Odd-Eyes charge at Blue-Eyes, ready to attack it.
"Trap card open! Counter Gate! Your attack is negate, and I draw a card." I said before a gate protect Blue-Eyes from the attack. "And then if the card I drew is a Monster, I can Summon it immeditely!" I said as I draw. I look at the card I drew before I smile. "The card I drew is a Monster! Come to the field, Paladin of Felgrand!" From the gate, appear a blonde knight wears silver armor and white cape and holding a sword.
Paladin of Felgrand ( ATK 1700/DEF 300/Warrior/Light/LV 4 )
"When Paladin of Felgrand is Summoned, I can equip one Level 7 or 8 Dragon type Monster from my hand or Deck to this card. I choose White Night Dragon from my Deck!" Then in behind Paladin of Felgrand, a silhouette of a blue ice dragon appeared on the field.
"Now what will you do Yuya ?" I asked him.
"I set one card facedown and end my turn." Yuya concluded.

"My turn! Draw!" I said as I draw my cards.
"I activate a Continuous Spell Ruins of the Divine Dragon Lords! Once per turn, I can send one Face-up card on the field to Graveyard to Special Summon a Divine Dragon Token to my field! I send White Night Dragon!" Then a dragon totem appeared on my field.
Dragon Lord Token ( ATK 0/DEF 0/Dragon/Light/LV 1 )
"I activate a Spell Card of Demise! I draw until I had five cards on my hand but in my 5th Standby Phase, I must send all cards on my hand to Graveyard!" I said as I draw five cards.
"He got hand refreshment.. not bad." Sora commented.
"By banishing my LIGHT Atributte Eclipse Wyvern, I can Special Summon Black Dragon Collapserpent from my hand!" Black Dragon Collapserpent appeared on the field.
Black Dragon Collapserpent ( ATK 1800/DEF 1700/Dragon/Dark/LV 4 )
"When Eclipse Wyvern is banished, I can add back my Red-Eyes! After that, I banish my token to Special Summon Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon!" Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon roar powerfully on the field.
Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon ( ATK 2800/DEF 2400/Dragon/Dark/LV 10 )
"Red-Eyes too ?!" Gongenzaka said in surprise.
"Blue-Eyes and now Red-Eyes.. Kalin sure is a dragon lovers." Sora said as everyone nodded in agreement.
"Now I activate Paladin of Felgrand's effect! By tributing himself and Black Dragon Collapserpent, I can Special Summon one Level 7 or 8 Dragon type Monster on my Graveyard! Spread your cold wings! White Night Dragon!" A blue ice dragon without eyes was appeared on the field.
White Night Dragon ( ATK 3000/DEF 2500/Dragon/Water/LV 8 )
"That dragon give me chills.. No pun intended." Yuzu said.
"When Black Dragon Collapserpent is send from the field to the Graveyard, I can add White Dragon Wyverburster from my Deck to my hand!" I said. "And Now Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon's effect activate! Once per Turn, I can Special Summon one Dragon type Monster from my Graveyard! Rise! Arkbrave Dragon!" A mix of yellow and white dragon with four wings and blue lines on it's claw appeared on the field.
Arkbrave Dragon ( AFK 2400/DEF 2000/Dragon/Light/LV 7 )
"Four Monsters ?!" Yuya said in mix of disbelief and amazement.
LDS Control Room
"Seems our new Duelist is quite skilled." Nakajima remarked.
"It seems so." Reiji replied. 'But the question is: Is he an Academia spy ?'
Back at the Duel
"When Arkbrave Dragon is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, I can banish as many Face-Up Spell/Trap my opponent Control. And since Pendulum Monster is treated as Spell Card, then I can banish your Magician! Go! Ark Banishment!" I announced.
"What ?! Stargazer! Timegazer!" Yuya yelled in concern as Arkbrave roar, and Timegazer and Stargazer vanished from the field.
"Then Arkbrave Dragon gains ATK equal to that numbers times 200!" Arkbrave Dragon got stronger.
Arkbrave Dragon ( ATK 2400 - 2800 )
"Battle! White Night Dragon attack Odd-Eyes! Blizzard burst!" White Night Dragon flying through the air, before a solid blue blast coming from it's mouth and ready to destroyed Odd-Eyes.
"Action Magic: Evasion! White Night Dragon's attack is negate!" Yuya countered.
"White Night Dragon's effect! When a Spell/Trap is activate and target this card, that activation is negate and destroy it!" I countered back.
"What ?!" Yuya said in disbelief as Odd-Eyes destroyed. "Odd-Eyes!" Yuya yelled in concern as the shockwave make him fell on his knees and he struggles to get up.

"Arkbrave Dragon attack Sword Fish! Ark Shining Burst!" Arkbrave Dragon shot it's mix of blue and silver laser from it's mouth to Sword Fish.

"Red-Eyes attack directly! Inferno hellfire blast!" Red-Eyes shot it's fireball at Yuya.
"Action Magic: Great Escape! Now your Battle Phase is over!" Yuya said.
"Then in Main Phase 2, I activate a Spell Advance Draw! I tribute my Blue-Eyes White Dragon to draw two cards! And then I set three cards facedown and end my turn." I concluded.

I looked up only to see Yuya feeling down because his Ace Monster and his Magicians getting destroyed so easily. I hated when he feeling down like this, so I needed to make him move forward.
"Yuya!" I called him which make him turning on me.
"Every Duelist has a road of battle that they walk on." I said to him in 'Seto Kaiba' tone. "They constantly challenge themself, improving and surpassing their limits. No matter the fear of losing, even if they do they pick themself up and continue marching forward. You can't win if you just feel sorry for yourself and do nothing. Try to surpass your limit and keep moving forward!"
He listened every word very carefully before slowly stood up with a smile on his face.
"You're right Kalin. I must surpass my limit and keep going forward! My turn! Draw!" He said as he drew his card.
"He surely knows how to motivated someone. Isn't he ?" Sora said with a smile.
"He does." Yuzu added as Shuzo and Gongenzaka were crying waterfalls.
"That's right! Show us your hot-blooded duel Yuya!"
"I, the man Gongenzaka, has never been so touched as today."
Yuya looked at the card before he smiled widely.
"It seems you got it. Now, show me your power Yuya!" I said with a little smile.
"Count on me Kalin!" Yuya stated. "First, I activated a Spell Card of Sancity! We draw until we had six cards in our hands!" Yuya said as me and him draw until we has six cards in our hands.
"With Scale 2 Performapal Drumerilla and Scale 8 Performapal Odd-Eyes Unicorn I set the Pendulum Scale!" A gorilla with drum on his chest and a green unicorn with dichromatic eyes being surrounded in pillars of light as they rise up and large version of Yuya's pendant appeares between them.

Performapal Odd-Eyes Unicorn ( ATK 100/DEF 600/Beast/Light/Pendulum/LV 1/PS: 8 )
"With this, I can Summon Monster with Level between 3 and 7 at the same time! Swing, Pendulum of my soul! Draw an arclight across the aether! Pendulum Summon! Come forth, my monsters!" Yuya chanted as a portal appears overhead and four lights burst out.
"From my hand, Performapal Fire Mufflerlion, Performapal Silver Claw and Performapal Partnaga!" Then a white lion wears blue butterfly tie, a silver haired wolf with a sharp claw and a mix of yellow and red snake with a green star on it's right eye appeared on the field.

"What ?!" Yuya exclaimed in surprise when he realize that he can't use Partnaga's effect to increase Odd-Eyes ATK points nor use Mufflerlion to attack two times.
"That Spell has annoying effect." Sora noted. 'He's strong.. as expected from Fusion Duelist." He thought proudly.
"But I still can attack. Battle! Odd-Eyes attack White Night Dragon! Spiral Strike Burst!" Odd-Eyes shot it's spiral energy at White Night Dragon.
"At this moment, I activate Performapal Drumerilla and Performapal Odd-Eyes Unicorn's Pendulum effect! With Drumerilla, Odd-Eyes gains 600 ATK. And with Unicorn, when "Odd-Eyes" Monster I control attack, I can target one "Performapal" Monster on my field in attack position and my attacking Monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of my "Performapal" Monster! Now Odd-Eyes gains Silver Claw's ATK!" Drumerilla punch is drum repeatedly and Unicorn transfer Silver Claw's power to Odd-Eyes.

A golden and white dragon with humongous black wings with golden folds appeared on the field and roar loudly.

"Beautiful.." Yuzu muttered in astonishment.
"So this is his Ace Monster." Gongenzaka and Sora noted.
"And when I thought Odd-Eyes was cool." Yuya said in mix of awe and jealous.
"Kalin nii-chan's Dragon is awesome!" The kids cheered.

"President! The energy coming from that Monster is incredibly powerful!" Nakajima remarked in a panicked.
Reiji who looked confused. 'Just who is this guy ? Not even my strongest Monster can produce such an energy and I don't think any people from any Dimension would come close.'
Back at the Duel
And then something strange happened, Felgrand and Odd-Eyes started to roaring at each other.
"What are Yuya and Kalin Monster doing ?" Yuzu asked in confusion.
"Maybe they recognized themself as rivals." Gongenzaka speculated.
"What happened Felgrand ?" I asked my dragon.
'I try to communicate with Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon. He said like this: Please.. help me..' Felgrand answered.
I was surprise at his answer, but I got my attention back to the Duel.
"When Felgrand is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, I can banish one Monster either you control or in your Graveyard! And then Felgrand gains ATK equal to that Monster Level/Rank times 100! I banish your Level 5 Partnaga! Shining banishment!" Felrand roar as it's body started to glow before Performapal Partnaga vanished from the field.

"What ?! Why didn't you banish my Odd-Eyes ?!" Yuya asked in confusion.
"Let's say Felgrand want to battle with your Odd-Eyes." I told him. "And then by banish my DARK attribute Black Dragon of Collapserpent, I Special Summon White Dragon Wyverburster from my hand!" From a light, a mix of blue and white dragon with orange lines around it's body appeared on the field.

"Now everyone! I will show you an advance Fusion Summoning Method!" I declared while everyone was confused.
"Advance Fusion Summoning Method ?" Yuya asked.

Sora widened his eyes, know what I mean. 'It can't be..' He thought.
"By sending my DARK atributte Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon and LIGHT atributte Light Dragon Wyverburster I conduct a Contact Fusion!" I declared, which making everyone widened their eyes in shock.
"Contact Fusion ?!" Yuya exclaimed.
"I never heard of that Fusion Method before!" Yuzu added.
'How does he know how to contact fusion ?! Only Higher-Ups in Academia knows that! This guys is dangerous!' Sora thought.
"Light and Dark combining together into chaos that destroy everything! Fusion Summon! Descend, Ruler of the chaos! Chaos Dragon Nidhogg!" A black and red dragon with twin tails and has two big white wings with black folds appeared on the field and roar loudly.

"Amazing.." Gongenzaka said in amazement.
"That Contact Fusion is so cool!" Tatsuya said in excitement.
"It gave me shivers!" Futoshi exclaimed.
"Chaos Dragon Nidhogg's effect activates! When this card is Summoned, all Monster my opponent Controls loses 800 ATK for each Monsters that used as Fusion Material for this card! That means all your Monsters loses 1600 ATK! Chaos drain!" Nidhogg open it's mouth, and sucked Yuya's Monsters energy as they kneeled on their knees.

"What ?!" Yuya said in surprise.
"This is definitely win for Kalin." Sora said in confident.
"It's over Yuya! Battle! Felgrand attack Odd-Eyes! Shining Burst!" Felgrand back off it's head before shot it's golden beam at Odd-Eyes.
"Action Magic: Damage Banish! I take no damage this turn!" Yuya countered.
"Enough Action Cards for today Yuya. Chaos Dragon Nidhogg's another effect! Once per Turn, by discarding one card from my hand to Graveyard, I can negate that activation and destroy it!" I said as I discard one card.
"Say what ?!" Yuya exclaimed in shock as Nidhogg shot an death ball at his Action Cards and destroy it.
"Go, Felgrand! Shining Burst!" Felgrand blast finally connected to Odd-Eyes, destroying it and reduced his lifepoints to 0 as the shockwave sent him flying.
"Ahhhhh!" Yuya screamed in pain before landed to the ground.

The Action Field faded as I deactived my Duel Disk and put my Deck back to my pocket. I looked to see Yuya on the floor with his friends gathering around him.
"Are you alright Yuya ? I think I hit you too hard.." I asked him, concerned about his state.
"Don't worry, I'm fine." Yuya got help from Yuzu to get up again which only he responded by smile.
"Are you boyfriend and girlfriend perhaps ? You two seem really close." I asked them, this detail always confusing me.
"I know right ? It's also what I thought the first time I met them." Sora added.
At my question, the two started to be a red as tomatoes.
"Why would you say that ? Yuya and I just friends." Yuzu shyly said.
"Yeah! Why would I want to date a rude strong girl like her." Yuya said pointing at Yuzu.
At that Yuya's comment, I slapped my face with my hand. 'Seriously Yuya ?' I thought to myself.
Then, a big 'SMACK' was heard. Yuya was sent to the floor by a very angry Yuzu holding her paper fan.
"HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT TO YOUNG LADY YOU JERK!" Yuzu yelled.
'Really need to know where she hide that fan..' I thought, hopefully will found out one day.
"S-sorry Yuzu." Yuya apologized, rubbing his head.
"So does that mean Kalin nii-chan won't join our school ?" Ayu said with sad look.
"What are you talking about ? I already joined." I told them as they looked at me with surprised.
"Really ? But why ? It's not that I'm complaining but didn't Yuya needed to beat you to make you join ?" Yuzu asked.
"If you remember correctly, that wasn't the agreement." I told them, only to make them more confused. "I just want to Duel one of the students for test. That's all."
"Test ?" Yuya asked in confusion.
"Yes Yuya. I want to test if this school was perfect for me. And after our Duel, I can say that you reminded me why I Dueling for the first time. You really an Entertaiment Duelist like your father Yuya, and I'll be happy to spending my time here." I said firmly.
At my declaration, the kids cheered and Shuzo crying waterfalls.
"That's truly a hot-blooded answer Kalin!" The principal said, still crying waterfalls.
"I, the man Gongenzaka, really touched by your words. You have my deepest respects." Gongenzaka said with slight tears on his eyes.
"Well Kalin, let me be the first one to welcome you to You Show Duel School." Yuya said extending his hand, which I accepted.
"Thank you Yuya." I said with a small smile.
LDS Control Room.
Reiji hummed while reclining into his chair.
"He certainly knows how to give motivating speeches, doesn't he ?" Nakajima asked.
"He does." Reiji replied. "The energy coming from his Contact Fusion Summoning and his Dragon is powerful, even higher than Academia's Fusion Summoning and I don't feel any hatred or malice feeling on his Duel, which is decrease the probability he is an Academia spy. He maybe still from Fusion Dimension but we cannot say for sure. If he does, he probably some Academia rebel student that was runaway from Fusion Dimension to this Dimension. Having a Duelist like him will be an excellent addition to the Lancers. However, I don't think he used his true potential."
"How can you be so sure, president ?"
"I simply have a feeling. I need to Duel him myself to check if I'm right about this." Reiji said before he stood up and leave the control room.
Back at You Show
Once the duel was over, I signed the papers Shuzo gave me. After that, I and the others discussing about random things until Sora asked me something.
"So Kalin, why you choose Fusion Summon ?"
He has suspicious that I'm from.. you know where.
"Well I'm not only use Fusion Summon. I can use Ritual, Synchro and Xyz but of course we had our preference."
replied as Sora nodded in understatement.
"Oh didn't see it was already late. I should back to the dojo." Gongenzaka then turned to me. "It was a pleasure to meet you Kalin. See you tomorrow. Good night everyone!" Then he left.
"Good night Gongenzaka!" Everyone said goodbye to Gongenzaka.
"So Kalin, what are you going to do now ?" Yuya asked.
"I need to find a place to stay." I answered.
"You don't have a place to stay ?" Yuzu asked.
"Nope. I was about to find one but Sawatari and his goons showed up and I totally forgot about that." I answered.
"Then why don't you stay at my house ?" Yuya asked.
'Really ? I probably some murderer or bloody psychopath. How can he trust me that much ?' I thought.
"Sorry Yuya, I don't want to bother you." I said to him.
"Don't worry about it, it's not big deal. My mom won't mind." Yuya said with a smile.
"Hmm.. okay then."
Then I and the others went to their home. Yuya and me just arrived at Yuya's house, passing the door as they heard a female voice from the kitchen.
"Yuya! Is that you ?"
Then the figure show up. It was a fairly tall and youthful looking woman with green eyes and long blonde hair with front golden bangs.
"Yes mom, it's me. I also brought a guest. Kalin, meet my mom. Mom, Kalin." Yuya introduced me to his mom.
"Nice to meet you." She greeted me with a small smile.
"She is your mother Yuya ? I though she is your big sister since how young and pretty he looks." I said honestly, she really looked like 20 years old. However, Yuya looked at me like I did a big mistake.
And he was right. The words young and pretty makes Yuya's mom jumped on me and hugged me very tightly.
"Oh my! What an gentleman you are to call someone like me young and pretty!"
"Mom please! He's only 16!" Yuya begged to his mom.
"Oh right. Sorry." Then Yuya's mom quickly released me from hugging.
"Thank you. So mom, Kalin don't have a place to live so I though he can stay with us." Yuya explained to his mom.
"Of course! He can stay as long as he wants! I will finished a dinner for you two okay ?"
"Thank you Mrs. Sakaki, I'll do my best to not burden anyone in your house." I said respectively.
"You're so nice Mizael-kun! I happy knowing Yuya has great friends like you. And you can just call me Yoko." Yoko said happily.
'Yuya was right about one thing: My mom won't mind.' I thought.
After Dinner
"I'll show you my room Kalin. I'm more than willing to share." Yuya said.
"Are you sure Yuya ? I don't mind sleeping on the couch." I asked.
"Don't be to shy Kalin. I really don't mind." Yuya replied.
"If you say so.." I told him as I started to sleep.
