 Author has written 25 stories for Fairly OddParents, Battlestar Galactica: 2003, Captain Scarlet, and Firefly. As my nickname indicates, I am an expatriate New Zealander now living in the USA. To be more specific, in the State of Arkansas. "Damon Seath" is a pseudonym (and anagram) I write under. My actual name is Dean Thomas. Given some of the types of stories that I write, using a pseudonym seems the logical thing to do at times. I'm male, in my mid '50's, am married, had one son (was killed in a vehicle accident), eight cats, and a Ford Taurus. In regards to cartoons, I enjoy watching Fairly Odd Parents, Kim Possible, and Futurama. Hey Arnold, Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy, Johnny Test, Jimmy Neutron and The Simpsons also gain my interest. Some people think I'm weird being a fan of cartoons while I'm in my '50's, but I believe that one is never too old for cartoons... SF shows I like are Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, Firefly, Space - Above and Beyond, and Stargate SG1. Also, the new CGI version of Captain Scarlet has gained my attention. SF movies I like are the Star Wars series, Alien series, Event Horizon. I have written various short stories about Battlestar Galactica 2003 and Fairly Odd Parents, and lately Adult Fantasy stories for Moon Maiden Publishing (visible at /Maxxis/Damon.htm). Story plots I like involve a degree of science fiction and fantasy. Transgenderism also is a topic I like to write about. I'm not one myself , but writing about how one gender suddenly experiences life as the opposite gender has a certain appeal for me. |
