Hello again, everyone! Are you having a good Independence Day of 2021 so far? I sure hope you are. I am the one and only SuperHeroTimeFan, coming back at you, with a brand-new Chapter for my Ahsoka Saga Story, Journey of the Knight: Honor Bound! It feels great to be back, especially now that my thumb has fully recovered from my kitchen incident, and that I have worked out a system that will help me balance my art, stories and work too. Plus, so far, a lot of good things have been coming out of this New Year for me, especially with all of you over the nearly eight years since I started the Ahsoka Saga back in 2013 to support me. It all means so much, to both those who have stayed and who have left. That goes out to MinuteMan76, MartyrFan, The Mandalorian Terminator, Jacqueline Karst, Logan GC, FusionBase27A, Ezra Wren, Ultimate Advent Story Dude VII, Eubulon Zenith Extreme, Geo Hikari The 2nd, Cycomatrix Eternal, fire-storm-amagi, Jack Sparrow 475, Hay Lin x Tsukasa Kadoya, Ross Blum the IV, Rebel Sabine Bridger, HarmonyGirl567, Riku Soncazenosee, Dwayne McDuffie, Bowser3000000, animebella09, Slade The Terminator, High Supreme King Of Awesome, Tines Sensahthe, Ultra Neo Kamen Rider 15, Awesometacular Extravaganza, 17lakect, Tristan Riddle, Hodges Jaxon, Tristan Riddle, the conman w, Dark Knight Discord, PHL360, Maximum Rhapsody. Your support means oh so much to me, so thank you. Now, as usual, I will start off with the questions from the reviews, now mostly from T-Bone. Thank you for liking my newest Chapter, and for all news updates on all things Star Wars and DC. I did indeed see the Launch Trailer for Star Wars: The High Republic, and I will try to pick up the books myself when they come out. I'm not sure about doing a What If? Series for my stories, since I like the outcomes the way they are. I won't be having Cisco appear anymore due to the fact that he's a character in Young Justice Outsiders, and until we can confirm that he will have a bigger role, he will not be in any more Chapters, but I have something for Control Freak, but not for this main story, for Tales of the Neo Young Justice, so be prepared for that. I don't think I could do Creator Cameos, sorry. Too hard to describe. I could try to do something to everyone sensing the death of Darth Maul, but I need to think it over first. I'll need to think about the Barriss-focused Chapter, because that idea you gave isn't clicking with me. I could try to do a Chapter with Red Tornado as the focus character. I don't know much about those three characters, so I'm not sure. I'm not sure about the Red Arrow Chapter, due to how complex it sounds. As for the events of the LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special being shown through the eyes of Ahsoka and the Young Justice, that will definitely be shown in a one-shot, but not what you would expect. Now, with all of the reviews out of the way, here is my brand-new Chapter! Please be sure to like it, review, rate, and as always, please enjoy!

Chapter 36: Force Squadron

Have trust, and you will surely prevail.

A battle without end! Continuously fighting against Darth Maul and the Legion of Doom, all leading the growing forces of the Shadow Collective, the Republic and Separatists together as the Allied Forces constantly work to push them back. But victory seems far from their reach, as forces from both sides are being lost with every passing moment. Together with Anakin Skywalker and Captain Rex, Ahsoka Tano and the Young Justice find themselves on the front lines of the Forest Planet of Lektu against the new Shadow Collective Battle Droids, assisting Jedi Master Mraz Kanev and his Padawan, Gili Kunai.

On the surface of Lektu, Ahsoka was with Serena, deflecting blaster fire from the Shadow Collective Battle Droids as they fired at their Clone Troopers. Both were back to back, making sure a single bolt did not go past them.

"So, this is what the frontlines are like," Serena said as she redirected one of the blaster bolts back at a crimson-decorated Battle Droid. "Hope you don't mind me, being the replacement for Barriss, Ahsoka."

"I'll never forget Barriss, and no one can truly replace her," Ahsoka said. "But it's good to have you onboard, Serena."

"Same feeling," Serena said before she and Ahsoka crossed blades, sending more blaster bolts back at the Sith Battle Droids. "Now, where's Gili?"

At that moment, a female Jedi with brown hair, green eyes and light skin leapt over, wielding a green lightsaber in hand. Her hair was in a ponytail, and she had a Padawan braid on her hair. She looked up and grinned, deflecting more blaster fire before Force-Pulling two Shadow Collective Super Battle Droids towards her to slash apart.

"Sorry I'm late!" Gili called out. "The 313th is tied up on the west side!"

"Master Mraz must be with them, huh?" Ahsoka asked.

"You know it!" Gili called out. "This Siege has been going on for weeks. As soon as reinforcements arrive, and as soon as we take down the guy leading this operation, the sooner we can end this."

"Let's hope so!" Ahsoka exclaimed before seeing Superboy fly in, carrying both Jaybo and Robin in his hands. "It's about time!" she yelled.

Connor flew down and sent his heat-vision at more Battle Droids before throwing Robin and Jaybo, who tossed Birdarangs and grenades respectively, knocking more of them back.

"Give us a break!" Robin called back before Zatanna appeared in fire alongside Metamorpho. "With Admiral Yularen out of action for the time being, it was slow getting here!"

"Besides, we've been having troubles of our own!" Zatanna added on, sending magic blasts at more Battle Droids. "The Shadow Collective rolled our their newest bombers."

"Saw and the others are pinned down!" Jaybo yelled.

Rocket flew through the air, dodging the fire of new Shadow Collective bombers. She created a bubble around one of them before throwing it to the ground, where Anakin slashed at it as soon as it was released.

"Sir, we've got word from the front!" Captain Rex called as Serra and Miss Martian clashed with Shadow Collective MagnaGuards, using red versions of the usual staffs. "They've spotted the leader of the attack!"

Katooni backflipped from more blasts before jumping on top of a tank. There, she reversed her grip and sent more of the blasts back at twice the speed she was at before.

"Master Mraz! Where are you?" Katooni asked.

From the west side, a Jedi Master with a blue lightsaber, cut brown hair and brown robes, as well as blue eyes, pulled one of the Shadow Collective Super Battle Droids towards him, and cut off its arms. From there, Metamorpho created a rockslide that destroyed more in the way before Artemis and Paula fired with Clone Commander Grel and the rest of the 313th Clone Battalion.

"I got word from Rex!" Kid Flash called out, racing to Mraz and destroying several Spider Droids while he was at it. "They've spotted the new general of Maul's army!"

"How soon until we can get reinforcements so we can take him out?" Mraz asked.

"The Admiral hasn't responded, but the Survivor is still intact," Lux said, shooting down more of the Shadow Collective's Battle Droids. "From his last response, we should be getting reinforcements soon!"

"Isn't that what we were told an hour ago?!" Nomad yelled, slashing apart more Shadow Collective Battle Droids.

"Keep pushing on!" Anakin yelled as Aqualad used water nearby to short-circuit more enemy Droids. "Wait for the reinforcements, no matter how long it takes!"

"Take those clankers down!" Fives yelled to some of the 501st before a new Gunship arrived.

Ahsoka, Serena, Gili, Robin, Superboy, Jaybo, Zatanna and Katana looked up, having spotted the new Gunship as well.

"Is that one of ours?" Katana asked.

The new Gunship spun and fired at Shadow Collective Vulture Droids. As soon as they were wiped out, it landed, where it gained tank treads and fired at more of the Battle Droids, taking them out.

"I'd say yes." Gili said.

"Look at the way that ship is designed," Robin said, noticing a symbol replacing the usual Republic Symbol. "It doesn't even look like your usual Gunship. It looks more like a…"

"Jedi Cruiser." Ahsoka realized.

Several Shadow Collective Battle Droids approached the door and aimed their blasters. Before they could fire, the door opened, and several colorful glows, except for a red glow, appeared from the smoke inside. A purple glow came closer, and a Clone Trooper, whose armor was different, leapt out and blasted down with a silver and black version of usual Clone Trooper rifles.

"Hey," Anakin said, noticing the entrance. "That looks like…"

"A Temple Guard?" Miss Martian asked.

The new Clone Trooper removed the stock from his rifle, turning the firearm into a normal blaster in his left hand. As he shot away, a blade extended from the stock, which let out the purple glow in the form of a Vibro-Blade. He swung it, and for a moment, his fighting style was familiar to the Jedi present.

"Take them!" the Clone Commander called out, coming out with six other Clone Troopers, all donned in colors that made them look like Jedi Temple Guards, and armed with the same weapons as the first one that came out.

The new Clone Troopers fired at the Battle Droids of the Shadow Collective, each moving faster than other normal Clones. The commander of the group had a tan two-sided pauldron, resembling the top of a Jedi tunic. Disassembling his blaster into both pistol and sword, he shot at several Battle Droids before stabbing another in the chest. Pulling his blade out, the glow appeared again, and he bisected two more Droids behind him.

Another new Clone Trooper, his blade green, ran and tossed his sword at a Shadow Collective Super Battle Droid, destroying it. The one with the purple blade tossed his blaster at him in response, before welding the green blade with his own to violently take out the other Battle Droids surrounding him.

The green-marked Clone Trooper caught the blaster, almost appearing as if it flew to his hand. He spun around, aiming and firing at the Vulture Droids in the air.

"Look out!" Serra called as two MagnaGuards approached.

The green-marked Clone Trooper slid the barrels of his blasters down and combined them, making a new sword handle for two hands to hold. A golden blade appeared from the handle, and he parried with one of the MagnaGuard Droids before grabbing his staff to stab the other in the chest. Afterwards, he reversed his grip on his sword and sliced his current enemy's head off before throwing the staff to the rest of his squad.

Another new Clone Trooper put his blaster away, using his sword to take out the Battle Droids. Anakin watched as he swiftly deflected more blasts sent at him. He leapt over one and cut it into two pieces before punching another in the head. He spun and slashed a few more into pieces before catching the staff, using both weapons to cut off the head of a MagnaGuard.

"Pad! Catch!" The blue-marked Clone Trooper called out, throwing his blue sword to a light-green marked Clone, now using the staff as his main weapon.

Ahsoka watched as the Clone Trooper marked in light-green colors placed his blaster away, and put his same-colored sword into his left hand. Catching the azure sword, he deflected more blasts before using a reverse-grip. Running forward, he started to cut them apart before spinning through the air, taking off the heads of more of them. He looked up and slashed at an incoming Vulture Droid, sending it crashing down as he landed. Stabbing his swords into the ground, he held a pose Ahsoka recalled using just as the downed Vulture Droid fell.

Two other Clones, both with brown markings and downwards antennas on the sides of their helmets, shot and slashed at the remaining Battle Droids of the Shadow Collective army. Running through them, they quickly took them out before stabbing down on a Spider Droid together.

"New orders from command! Fall back!" A Shadow Collective Battle Droid called out.

Everyone watched as the remaining Battle Droids retreated.

"That was amazing!" Rocket exclaimed.

"The way they fight… most impressive." Mraz admitted.

Anakin nodded as he, Rex and the 501st, Ahsoka and the Young Justice and the 416th lowered their weapons and walked towards the new Clone Troopers.

"Good work out there," Anakin said. "It's an honor to meet you, Com—"

"Apologies, but the Admiral is still under attack," the new Clone Commander said. "He needs help, immediately."

"Right," Ahsoka said. "Can you take us to him?"

"Right away, Sir!" The new Clone Commander said before the new Gunship flew over.

"After we save the Admiral, we'll share what we know about this new general," Anakin said as Miss Martian called the Martian Bioship. "Right now, we need to round up!"

"Let's get moving, people!" Ahsoka called out.

"We'll meet you at the rendezvous point!" Master Mraz called out before he, Gili and the 313th ran in the direction of the Gunship.

Near a downed Republic Cruiser, several weakened Clones were firing at some Battle Droids advancing on them. One of the Clone Troopers was shot down, but a dark-skinned man with short cut black hair and the garbs of an Admiral helped him up before using his sidearm to shoot the Battle Droid down. As soon as it fell, he took out another blaster and shot at the rest of the Droids.

Before a Commando Droid could jump in for a surprise attack, the new Clone Commander leapt in and tackled it before the Martian Bioship flew over and fired on the rest. Mraz ran in afterwards and helped up some Clones before the Admiral walked towards him.

"It is good to see you still alive, General," the Admiral said. "I was starting to worry for your safety."

"As was I, Admiral Gideon," Mraz said before Gili helped up more of the Clone Troopers. "We'll win this War yet."

"I just did a sweep of the area," Paula said as she flew down with Artemis. "All Droids have been pulled back to the main base. For now, we've got some free space."

"Excellent work, Huntress," Admiral Gideon said. "I can see why Admiral Tarkin chose you as his wife now."

"Will you be there for our wedding?" Paula asked.

"We do need more people on my new dad's side of the seats." Artemis added on.

"Depends on our progress," Admiral Gideon replied. "But I will try to be there in some way."

"Sounds good," Artemis said before looking to the new Clone Troopers. "Now, as for you, thank you for coming to our rescue."

"Without you, we don't know how we could have turned the tides," Metamorpho added on. "But… who are you?"

"Just doing what any Jedi would have done for their men," the Commander said. He stepped up and removed his helmet, along with the rest of his squadron. "After all, Jedi are our inspiration."

"That's rare to hear," Katooni said. "But we appreciate the compliment nonetheless."

"You don't appear to be Shinies," Captain Rex said. "How come we haven't heard of you?"

"We are a special batch, doing small rescue missions and acting as the cavalry for anyone who requests it," the Commander explained. "My name is Jed, Commander Jed," he introduced himself. "The lads here are Grant, Max, Night, Pad, Yung and Niche," he went on. "As for who we are, call us Force Squadron."

"Force Squadron?" Serena asked.

"I believe I understand," Aqualad said. "I notice from your names a pattern. Ranks of the Jedi, if I assume correctly."

"That's right," the Clone Trooper with purple markings said, revealed to be bald. "Grant for Grand Master."

"Max, like Master." The green-marked Clone said.

"Pretty much self-explanatory name for me, Night for Knight." The navy-marked Clone Trooper went on, even showing a scar-like mark over his right eye.

"Pad for Padawan here." The Clone Trooper with light-green markings said, and showing off green-dyed hair as well.

"Yung for Youngling." One of the Clones with brown markings said.

"Niche, for Initiate." The other brown-marked Clone chimed in.

"And you can tell my name," Jed said. "We've devoted everything in our training to the Jedi cause."

"Impressive," Anakin said. "Most impressive."

"Can you explain your fighting style?" Captain Alpha asked. "I can't say I've seen anything like it."

"Same here," Fives said. "And your weapons too. Impressive, but nothing like I've ever seen before."

"We recognize you," Yung said. "Domino Squad, right?"

"So we're famous now then." Echo mused.

"We set about a second off from your record." Night said.

"That close, huh?" Fives asked.

"As for our fighting styles, it goes like this," Commander Jed started out. "When we were on Kamino, we all stuck together. We made sure we were put into the same teams, for everything. We watched different Shinies go through the course. When it came to us, we had about a week to prepare. Using that time, we accessed the archives of all famous battles the Clone Wars had so far. But it wasn't the style of Jango Fett or other Clones we got interested in. It was the Jedi."

"Hmm, I see." Anakin said.

"In the days we prepared, we watched every Jedi who led the Clone Army. Watching their fighting styles from the Battle of Geonosis to the Battle of Tython, we fought to fight like Jedi do," Commander Jed went on. "From speed to agility, even senses. We did all we could to match the skills a Jedi had. Even modified our weapons to fit our needs," he said, showing off his rifle. "Each one of our weapons has special blades made to match the exact specifications of a lightsaber, except for the blades themselves. We got a little creative from there."

"As in, each blade is coated with special plasma energy. No crystals, just energy that matches lightsaber strength," Pad explained. "Something I came up with."

"Yeah. Pad is good at all sorts of ways to improve ourselves," Commander Jed mused. "To say our supervising overseers were baffled by our ways would be an understatement. When we completed the course, they even said we were moving like Jedi," he stated, getting everyone to chuckle. "We took that as a compliment, of course, and were approved for field duty. We continued to learn more about the Jedi, and modified our armor to match those of Jedi and your guards at the Temple too," he stated. "Heavy work was put into our ship too."

"Real good, it is too," Max said. "The Star Saber here is a real treat."

"So, Clone Troopers who fight like Jedi, huh?" Serena asked. "That's pretty impressive."

"You said you studied Jedi fighting styles," Miss Martian pointed out. "Which ones did you study?"

"Grand Master Yoda and Mace Windu, Jedi Master Kit Fisto, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, General Tano when you were still a Padawan," Commander Jed listed off before seeing the confused look on Ahsoka's face. "Some of the archives are incomplete," he clarified. "And the fighting styles of all Jedi Younglings and Initiates."

"We study from the best to become the best," Yung said. "A code we like to live by."

"You fight like Jedi," Kid Flash pointed out. "But how do you compete with the Force?"

"We might not have the Force like you do," Night responded. "But we know how it works. It binds us, penetrates us. Surrounds all living beings."

"We are one with the Force, and the Force is with us." Commander Jed finished up.

"Very wise words," Anakin said before Ahsoka, Master Mraz, Serena and Gili stepped up. "We were told we now have Intel on the commanding officer leading the attack," he pointed out. "From Rex, and I assume he got it from you."

"Are we correct?" Master Mraz asked.

"Yes, Sirs," Commander Jed said. He stepped to the holo-table, where everyone gathered. Inputting some data, a hologram of a red and black male with golden eyes came up. "Something we gathered from attacking the Hyper Fighters on our way. The Shadow Clankers call him Makar."

"Makar?" Anakin asked. "How come I know that name?"

"I think I might know," Admiral Gideon said as he walked up. "When I was serving under General Mundi and Secura, we battled against the Separatists for control of this Planet, against forces led by Tol Skorr. The fight had been taken to the countryside, where we had every inhabitant family evacuate. One of them, Separatist sympathizers, was unable to leave."

"I remember now," Anakin recalled. "From the reports, Makar's family perished from a shell fired by a Separatist Bomber. He's blamed the Jedi ever since for failing to save his family."

"And now he's sided with Maul and the Shadow Collective," Yung said. "Can't say that I blame him. Poor guy lost his family because he thought he chose the right side."

"He chose a side that has a Sith on its side, and that was before the Jedi encouraged Dooku and Chancellor Amidala to form this alliance," Artemis pointed out. "And you can sympathize with him?"

"Put it from how Makar saw the situation," Max said. "He couldn't trust the Jedi to save his family, and at the time, it was the Separatists who destroyed his home and his family. It's likely that he sided with the ORDER when they were still corrupt, so the Shadow Collective would have been the side he would go to after Sylas turned over a new leaf."

"Maul could have gained the attention of the Sith Lord by now, with so many Apprentices," Ahsoka mused. "Surely, Sidious would have already taken care of this one."

"There has to be a reason," Serra said. "He's survives this long. I feel like due to his actions, and the actions of the ORDER too, the Clone Wars should have ended a year ago."

"Right now, let's focus on the battle," Anakin said. "Jed, have anyone in your squadron found out the motivation of this attack on the Planet?" He asked. "Any resources here that we don't know about?"

"Master Mraz and I are curious too," Gili said. "We've been here for weeks and haven't noticed any pattern in the attacks."

"Sorry to disappoint you there, Generals," Commander Jed replied. "Aside from locating Admiral Gideon, we couldn't find out anything else. For all we know, they are looking to completely occupy this place, make it a Shadow Collective base."

"Well, we can't go charging in blindly again, not unless we risk losing more troops," Anakin said. "We need to find out what exactly they're after on Lektu, and get back a step ahead of them."

"Sounds like something the Bad Batch could pull off," Fives mused. "Too bad they were called away. Pretty sure they're having fun on their own adventures."

"You still have us," Grant said. "And if you're suggesting we infiltrate one of their camps and retrieve the information from their database, we can pull that off."

"Good. That's settled then," Master Mraz said. He turned to his Admiral. "Admiral Gideon, while you were not harmed in the ambush, I request you look after the injured here. I'll need someone to contact any other nearby fleet in case we sustain any more casualties."

"Of course," Admiral Gideon replied with a nod. "Personally, I am against you putting your life on the line before us, but you Jedi strike me as the remarkable role models. If only the Chancellor were more like you."

Anakin cleared his throat. "I'm sure that Chancellor Amidala shares your same ideals, Admiral Gideon." He said, causing Ahsoka to stifle back a laugh with Serena nodded in agreement.

"I have nothing against Padmé Amidala," Admiral Gideon reassured. "Her rule over the Republic side of the Allied Forces has proven to show she is a capable ruler now than she was as Queen of Naboo. It is Supreme Chancellor Palpatine who has become uneasy during this time." He said before walking away to check on the injured Clone Troopers.

"The Supreme Chancellor, not at ease?" Saw Gerrera asked. "That's a surprise to hear."

"I'll be sure to talk to him about it after this mission," Anakin said as Serena walked over. "He didn't seem to be too uncomfortable when we last spoke."

"Any chance I could join in too?" Serena asked. "Sheev Palpatine was one of the few Senators who knew my father around the Battle of Naboo, and I would like to know more about him from the point of view of the former Naboo Senator."

Anakin smiled and placed his hand on Serena's shoulder. "I'm sure he would be more than happy to see you." He replied reassuringly.

"Alright," Ahsoka said. "Let's lay out our plan and get moving," she ordered everyone. "The sooner we end Makar and his forces, the better."

Elsewhere, at the main fortress set up for the forces of the Shadow Collective, Makar was watching holographic reports of his forces covering more ground of Lektu. His gold eyes narrowed while he grit his teeth with rising anger.

"Lord Makar, the advance squad from Sector Forty-Three has returned," a Death Watch Commando reported. "They wait for your audience with them."

"Were they successful in their attack?" Makar asked.

"They were on the brink of defeat when you recalled them," the Death Watch Commando replied. "I was sure you knew that."

Makar growled. "You didn't think to tell me beforehand?!" He almost yelled. "I will meet with them personally." He said before turning off the holo-table and walking out.

In the command room, Makar arrived, where a Shadow Collective Droid Commander was waiting.

"Explain to me why you abandoned your post," Makar ordered. "You know what we are trying to keep both the Republic and Separatists from getting, and that it is for what Lord Maul has planned, so you'd better have a good explanation."

"Republic reinforcements prevented us from pushing the forces back," the Droid Commander explained. "We didn't see their attack coming, and managed to slip past our blockade."

"Do they know of our intentions?" Makar asked as the Death Watch Commando walked in.

"So far, negative," the Battle Droid Commander replied. "But it won't be long until they catch on."

"Shall I contact Lord Maul to inform him of the progress?" The Death Watch Commando asked.

"You will do no such thing," Makar replied angrily before turning to the Droid Commander, activating a red lightsaber. "And also, act only on my orders. If you do otherwise, or take orders from anyone above me while I am commanding this operation, I will cut you in two!" He yelled.

"Roger, Roger!" The Droid Commander stuttered nervously. "What are your next orders?"

"Deploy the Blade Runners," Makar ordered. "Ensure our remaining forces remain successful."

"Roger, Roger." The Battle Droid Commander said before marching away.

"And to you, who dared suggest going against my orders of informing our Master prematurely…" Makar said before swinging his lightsaber at the Death Watch Commando's neck. The body fell to the ground, which then turned to ash by a single glow of Makar's golden eyes. "Send in the next informant!" He yelled to no one in particular. "I need someone to talk to around here." He muttered before looking to a locker in his hands. His anger simmered down as he let out a single tear, before putting it away the same time he deactivated his lightsaber. As he did, he walked back to his quarters, the door closing behind him.

Back with Ahsoka, the Young Justice, Master Mraz and Gili, Anakin, Captain Rex and the 501st, and Commander Jed and Force Squadron, Nomad was waiting as one of his drones flew to him. Perching itself onto his arm, he plugged a cable into it and let out a hologram of several camps on the Planet.

"What have we got, Nomad?" Serena asked.

"My drone got a clean sweep of the Shadow Collective camps," Nomad reported. "From what I can see, they have Ray Shields around every camp. Advanced ones too."

"How advanced are we talking here?" Fives asked.

Nomad turned and pressed a button on his gauntlet, causing the drone to reveal a small set of lightsaber blades.

"Self-taught to wield lightsabers. They've tried to attack the barriers," Nomad explained. "Not even they managed to take down the barriers."

"So we have shields that not even a lightsaber can match," Ahsoka said. "Any good news from this?"

"The shields are still being set up," Nomad said. "Before I called them back, one of the drones spotted a camp still being set up with its shields. We will need to move there immediately if we are to get any information."

"Agreed," Anakin said before he turned to Captain Rex while Ahsoka turned to Captain Alpha and Commander Jed. "Ready your best men for this," he ordered. "We move out as soon as possible."

"I suggest we use the Star Saber," Commander Jed suggested. "It's fresh out of the works, and won't be recognized."

"Okay," Ahsoka said. "Don't take too many of your men, though. That goes for all of you," she informed the three Clone Commanders. "We need to go in and get out. No unnecessary collateral damage."

"Right away." Captain Alpha said.

"I will be on standby when you need me." Admiral Gideon said.

"Good," Mraz Kanev said before looking to Gili. "We shall go in on our own. If we need reinforcements, we shall let you know."

"Then let's get going." Serena said.

Soon, the Jedi, the Young Justice and their selected Clone Troopers were in the Star Saber, flying towards the camp. Everyone paced around or prepared for whatever they had to fight.

As everyone was preparing, Ahsoka and Serena looked to the members of Force Squadron. Each of them were looking at holographic recordings of different Jedi fights throughout the Clone Wars up until the present.

"You certainly like to admire the Jedi," Ahsoka said, causing Jed, Night and Grant to look to her and Serena. "Not many Clones go for that."

"What brought on this decision of fighting?" Captain Rex asked.

"We're not entirely sure ourselves," Yung spoke up. "All we know is that we were somehow… called to each other, when we started training on Kamino."

"Yeah, blasters weren't really our best style, at least, not blasters alone," Niche went on. "We struggled, and then we came across the recordings of the Jedi leading our brothers on the frontlines."

"Everyone sees those," Captain Alpha stated. "So how did they inspire you?"

"In a way, the way they all believed in the Force, and that's what it took for them to help gain victory," Max said. "We all knew about Glitch and his belief that he knew the Force. Others didn't consider it to be true, but we… we think that he may have been onto something. No matter who it is, everyone has the Force. Even Clones like us."

"Sounds like Jedi wisdom there," Serena said. "My father always liked to talk about the Force almost the same way. I wish he knew about the Clones like you too."

"If Qui-Gon Jinn were a Jedi leading the Clone Army, we would be honored to serve him." Night said.

"Trip, how much closer until we reach the camp?" Commander Jed asked the pilot.

"Dreg and his men are waiting for us about thirty clicks away from it," Trip explained. "We'll land there to avoid getting spotted."

Unknown to everyone, two Rocket Battle Droids were patrolling the area. They noticed the ship and started to take aim.

"Prepare to fire." The commanding Battle Droid ordered.

"Roger, roger."

Inside of the Star Saber, Anakin and Master Mraz suddenly sensed something. Ahsoka looked to them before she and Serena sensed the same thing.

"Evasive action!" Ahsoka ordered.

The two Rocket Battle Droids fired at the Star Saber, but shields had already been activated. They continued to fire until the ramp door opened up.

"Flying devil clankers!" Yung called out. "On our six!"

"Begin jamming signals." Commander Jed ordered.

"On it!" Trip called, pressing a few buttons. "Keep them off! The shields need to be lowered for me to jam them!"

"On it!" Katooni called out, running to the back.

"I'm right with you!" Serena called out, running to join up with Katooni.

"Keep them off us for as long as you can!" Anakin called out. "And don't let them call for reinforcements!"

Serena ran up to Katooni and opened the back landing dock. As soon as it opened, both she and Katooni activated their lightsabers.

The two Shadow Collective Droids saw what was happening and fired at Serena and Katooni. However, they easily deflected the blasts before seeing more Droids arrive.

"Serena, I have an idea," Katooni said as she looked to the daughter of Qui-Gon Jinn. "I'm gonna run back, and when I give the signal, throw me with the Force. Then crush one of the Droids, and I mean just one."

Serena looked to Katooni first before turning to the Droids. A smirk came onto her face before turning back. "Get ready." She said.

Katooni nodded and ran back. She and Serena nodded to each other before she ran. As soon as she passed Serena, she leapt off. Serena thrust her arms out and used the Force to launch her towards one of the rocket Shadow Collective Droids, where she stabbed its jetpack.

"Hey, what the—?!"

Before the Battle Droid could say anything else, Katooni slashed its head off and grabbed the wires from its exposed back. She pulled up and redirected it towards the other incoming Battle Droids, who fired on her. Placing her lightsaber into her other hand, she deflected the shots sent at her while taking control of the motor functions of the Battle Droid, causing it to fire back. She flew at them and continued to fire as Serena deflected more bolts from the remaining Droids. Stopping after a while, she tossed her crossguard lightsaber at three of them before using the Force to crush the last one. With it almost about to fire on her, she called her lightsaber back, slicing it apart, before the bolt fired as soon as it was called back.

Serena gasped as the blaster bolt passed by her. "Incoming!" she called out to Ahsoka and the rest of the group.

Everyone got up as the stray blaster bolt came their way. Everyone with lightsabers turned them on quickly and deflected them, but as soon as Anakin did, it accidentally hit the head of the pilot. He gasped for a moment before falling on his side, now out and the ship flying out of control.

"We lost the pilot!" Zatanna cried out.

"Check his pulse!" Anakin ordered as he, Ahsoka and Robin ran to the cockpit. He took the controls and sat down. "I'll land us down," he said before flicking several switches and turning on the Comms Channel. "Commander Dreg, this is General Anakin Skywalker. We're coming in hot. Where are you and the 313th?"

"Our signal is orange smoke," Commander Dreg responded after orange smoke appeared on the ground. "Meet us there."

"Get a medical team ready," Ahsoka added on. "We have some wounded."

"Whew!" Serena said with relief, deactivating her lightsaber. She looked to Katooni, now steering her way over. Chuckling, she watched as the ship descended, but a frown came onto her face.

On the ground, Robin was checking on the fallen Clone Pilot as the 313th, with green markings, came over.

"How is he?" one of the 313th Troopers, Sledge, asked.

"The helmet protected him most of the blast, but you need to move fast if he's to make any kind of recovery," Robin said. "Sedate him and perform the surgery." He ordered.

"Let's get moving!" Sledge told his men as the Troops helped to get the Pilot to safety.

Serena walked over to Anakin and Ahsoka, a hand on her other hand as Katooni walked beside her.

"Masters, I'm sorry," Serena apologized. "I didn't know that Droid was about to fire one last shot. Because of me, we almost died… it's my fault we didn't make it straight to the camp."

"Don't beat yourself up over it," Ahsoka said. "Take it from me, I triggered a group of guard droids on the way to disable a Shield Generator and led my team through a forest that got half my squad killed way after my first mission," she said, recalling her tough times. "No one's perfect."

"And remember," Commander Jed said as Anakin looked to him. "Trust in the Force, and the Force will always be with you."

Serena smiled slightly. "Thank you." She said, acknowledging both Ahsoka and Commander Jed.

Ahsoka and Commander Jed both nodded before the leader of the 313th Clones, Commander Dreg, walked up and removed his helmet.

"That was quite a sky show," Commander Dreg said before Mraz Kanev and Gili Kunai both walked up. "Sorry we were late. The Shadow Collective is increasing their search for us, so we had to move slowly, Commanders."

"Understood," Master Kanev said. "We'd better hope we have an easier time getting through to the camp."

"We need to discover more about what Maul is planning," Anakin said as the Clones started to set up a smaller camp. "Whatever it is, it can't be good."

"So how do we go about doing this?" Gili asked.

"Might I suggest something?" Commander Jed asked. He stepped up and pulled out a holo-projector. As soon as it was up, it displayed the area like before. "So far, we know that one enemy camp is operational, and that the Shadow Collective seems to know we're here too," he started out. "Before we were forced to land, Pad could make out four paths there, converging past a blockade."

"What are you getting at here, Jed?" Mraz asked.

"Makar so far has data on all of us, but only those that are up to date," Commander Jed went on. "Since he doesn't know a single thing about me and my squad…"

"We have the element of surprise," Serena concluded. "That's probably how he knew so much about what moves we would make when engaging his forces earlier."

Anakin nodded. "That's our advantage," he said before turning back to Commander Jed. "Take the lead, Commander."

"What's our plan of attack?" Ahsoka asked.

"We can sneak in from behind, me and the rest of Force Squadron," Commander Jed started out again. "And four teams consisting of all of you distract his forces. If we can borrow Echo, we can get the Intel out faster, and maybe even find out what Makar has planned beyond this fight."

"Approved," Captain Rex said. He turned to Echo. "You know what you'll be up against?" He asked.

"I'm ready for duty, whatever the task may be." Echo replied.

"Let's draw out the teams," Aqualad said. "Anakin can take the 501st down one path, where Master Mraz can lead another set of Clones down the other with Gili."

"I can lead some of the Young Justice on the third path, with Serena by my side," Ahsoka said before turning to Serra. "And to complete the fourfold plan, Serra can lead Katana and Metamorpho with the rest of the remaining Clones to engage the far side."

"We'll need more reinforcements to make this successful," Mraz said before turning his attention to Commander Dreg. "Dreg, retrace your steps back to the camp where Admiral Gideon is. Whoever is ready for duty can come, but the rest have to stay if they are still recovering."

"What about you, Sir?" Commander Dreg asked.

"I'll combine some of the 501st with what we have of the 313th to increase my team," Master Mraz replied. "Once we make that attack, you'll have a limited time window to get to the base and get reinforcements. You'd better go now."

Commander Dreg nodded. "Good luck, Sir." He said before running off.

"We know the plan," Anakin said. "Jed, lead your squadron behind the base and make your move. We'll do our part to buy you time."

"May the Force be with you, Master Skywalker." Commander Jed said as he put his helmet over his head, the rest of Force Squadron following suit.

Everyone else nodded before running into position.

Commander Jed led Max, Grant, Night, Pad, and Yung, Niche and Echo around the base, evading contact with the enemy patrols. As they were, Yung sent out a drone into the air while Echo was scanning the area.

"You know, and I know we shouldn't be having conversations like this during missions, but we used to have a brother who believed he could be a Jedi," Echo said quietly. "You ever heard of Glitch?"

"Yeah, we all have," Commander Jed replied. "Fought Pre Vizsla to a standstill, and he believed in the Force. A lot of the others don't believe in it that much, or have time to, but we do."

"How does that work?" Echo asked curiously. "We're Clones of a Bounty Hunter, one who literally lost life and limb to a Jedi. How does your squadron believe in the ways that killed who we were bred from?" He asked as Yung's drone returned to him.

Commander Jed turned to Echo. "Funny, you're not the first Clone to wonder about that," he mused. "The way I see it, we can believe in the Force without having it flowing through our veins. As I said before, and as all Jedi say, it flows through all living things, penetrates us and binds us. It not only holds us together, but brings us closer," he explained. "You've worked with Jedi the most, Echo. Haven't you felt some sort of spiritual sensation with them and your brothers? Not just through combat, but through bonds, what not even the strongest lightsaber can cut through?"

Echo looked down, thinking back to his prior battles alongside the Jedi. True to what Commander Jed was saying, he did feel something. It was only now that it was brought up that he was realizing what it was.

"Yeah," Echo said. "I have. I can see how the Force has always been on our side now."

"Trust in the Force, and it will do you wonders, my brother," Commander Jed said. "It will never let you down."

"I've got something," Yung spoke up. "Come here."

Commander Jed looked to Echo, who looked back. The two nodded before making their way to Yung.

"What have you got?" Commander Jed asked.

"It's the Tower Drone," Yung explained. "It's been keeping an eye on the armies, but it's also been picking up a strange transmission frequency. One that isn't registered by any other forces."

"That's what Makar and other Sith apprentices are all about, aren't they?" Echo asked. "Secrecy and subtlety, Force aside."

"Yeah, that would be the case," Yung admitted. "But not here. I've been monitoring for any and all encrypted channels. Each Sith answers to someone, either their Master or their associate, and even other soldiers know them. This one has been hidden from all of Makar's forces, even his close guards."

"That doesn't make any sense," Night said. "What could Makar have to hide from Maul, and the Shadow Collective too?"

"I have this bad feeling we're about to find out," Commander Jed said before pressing the comlink on his helmet. "Generals, we're in position. Get ready to make your move, and remember, we have a limited window to get in, so make it count."

"Got it, Jed," Anakin said before looking to Ahsoka, Serra and Mraz. He sent each of them hand signals, to which they responded with their own hand signals before moving forward. "Everyone's ready."

"You ready for this, Serena?" Miss Martian asked as Serena prepared her personal lightsaber and the lightsaber of Qui-Gon Jinn.

"If you're still uneasy about what happened with the Droids…" Katooni started out.

Serena took a deep breath before calming herself. "Don't worry," she said. "I've learned my lesson. I'm set to go."

Ahsoka nodded before looking to Serra. "How are you?" She asked through her comlink.

"Set to go too," Serra replied as Saw readied his blaster. "As soon as Master Skywalker and Master Kanev give the word, we move in."

"Right," Commander Jed said as he put his helmet back on, leading Force Squadron and Echo to the back of the main base. "Ready when you are, Generals."

Anakin looked to Master Mraz, who nodded silently. Anakin nodded back before walking out, getting the attention of several Shadow Collective Droids. Before one of them could react, he reached out with the Force and pulled them in, where he stabbed it with his lightsaber activated.

"Intruders!" another one of the Shadow Collective Droids called out. "Secure the base!"

"That's our cue!" Ahsoka called out. She ran out and fired a blast from her Arm-Mounted Crossbow Gauntlet, sending down some Shadow Collective Super Battle Droids before Serena redirected a blast from a Spider Droid towards one of the armories.

"Attack on the west side!" a Death Watch Commando called out before Saw fired at him.

"And many more where that came from." Serra said before she and her squad rushed out.

"Get word to Makar!" another Death Watch Commando called as blasts started to bounce off of his armor. "We're under attack!"

"Get ready to move in on my signal…" Commander Jed said as each member of Force Squadron readied their blades and blasters, Echo readying his blaster only.

Gili leapt over several Battle Droids and sent a Force Push towards a group of Super Battle Droids. As soon as they were cleared, she spun her lightsaber around, deflecting a series of blasts sent at her before cutting off the arm of a Death Watch Commando.

"Go!" Gili called out before Master Mraz ran in, slashing away at more of the Battle Droids.

"Push on through!" Anakin ordered as Captains Rex and Alpha both blasted their way through more of the Shadow Collective's Battle Droids, with Commander Dreg taking out more with his own small battalion.

"We're almost cleared…" Echo said, seeing a few of the remaining forces at the main base starting to head out to assist in fighting off the Republic Forces.

"Keep it going!" Jessica called out, blasting away several Death Watch Commandos before Katooni tossed her lightsaber over her.

Katooni was lifted into the air by Katana, who used her smaller Shadow Saber blade to deflect incoming blasts until her lightsaber returned to her. Catching it, she threw the miniature blade back to Tatsu, who attached it back onto her Shadow Saber for her to fully use against Vaapad Rage Elitists.

Serena deflected several blasts, directing them back at the ones who shot at her. Aiming for their hands, she managed to disarm them before sending them scattering, where Nomad shot at the gaps in their armor, stunning them and rendering them all unconscious.

"We've got them!" Serena called out.

"In! Now!" Commander Jed ordered.

The rest of Force Squadron nodded, Echo as well, before they all ran in, making it past all of the Shadow Collective Forces rushing to deal with the Jedi and the Young Justice.

Serena ran past several of the Battle Droids, cutting them apart, before spinning around to slam her lightsaber on the Beskar of a Death Watch Commando. He swung her off before she cartwheeled away, where she stopped a blaster bolt he fired at her. She grinned and redirected it at one of the cracks in his armor, unfortunately towards an area below the belt.

"Ooh…" Katana said, wincing sympathetically. "Right in the Way."

The Death Watch Commando groaned before another ran to attack Serena as Ahsoka joined her. The two female Jedi looked to each other in confusion before tossing him at his pained ally.

"Try to be a bit subtle, please." Ahsoka said.

"Did I say anything?" Serena asked.

"We've got our moments, don't worry." Ahsoka added on.

"I didn't say anything!" Serena exclaimed.

"I think I'll use that later on, when things aren't so tense!" Anakin exclaimed, slashing a Shadow Collective Droid before using the Force to send a Death Watch Commando away. As another approached him, he cut off her hand before tossing her at an incoming Droideka. "Dank Farrik." He swore.

Mraz ran in and slashed apart one of the Droidekas before Gili leapt in from the front. As the other Droideka was about to fire, she deflected its blast as it shot out a beam rather than a series of repeated blasts. Carefully, she redirected it at some of the other Shadow Collective Battle Droids before aiming it back at the firing Droideka, causing it to explode.

"Good show, my young Padawan." Mraz Kanev said.

"Let's just hope it's enough, Master," Gili said as she and Mraz looked around to see the rest of the Battle Droids advancing. "Hopefully, we can draw out Makar as well."

"Don't get too hopeful," Aqualad said as he readied his Water-Bearers while Saw aimed around his rifle. "He might already be here."

Inside of the main camp, Jed made his way to the main room. Several Droids inside noticed him and took out their blasters, firing immediately. He took out his sword and pressed the trigger on the handle, causing its blade to go blue with a slight glow. He deflected each of the blasts before firing forward. As he did, the rest of Force Squadron followed in behind him, firing at the Droids before cutting them apart. As they did, Echo ran past, helping to snipe a few more of them down, before kicking one of the Droids into the air.

"Pad, get it!" Max yelled, tossing his sword into the air while Pad's blaster was tossed to him.

Pad grinned under his helmet before catching the sword. Pulling both triggers, his main sword let out a green glow while Max's blade glowed a lighter shade. He leapt up and slashed at the Droid before landing to slash away even more, copying off of Anakin's dual-wielding style. He spun around and continued to slash away at the Droids before locking with a Commando.

"This is where the fun begins!" Pad exclaimed before slashing the Commando Droid's sword apart. As it staggered back, he stabbed both of his swords into it before tossing it into more Shadow Collective Droids, just as Yung and Niche sent forth blue and green blasts respectively.

"Seal the doors!" Jed yelled.

"On it!" Night called out, slashing away at more Shadow Collective Droids. He caught the incoming blasts with his dual blades and redirected them at the control panel. One of the blasts hit it while the other started to ricochet off of the rest of the Shadow Collective Droids, causing them to fall lifeless to the ground.

At the main base, Makar saw the alarms go off as he was about to activate a hologram. He snarled and pressed a button on his panel.

"Commander, status update," Makar ordered. "What the hell is going on?"

"The Republic Forces are attacking the camps!" the Shadow Collective Commander reported. "We're being overrun! We need reinforcements!"

"Give me a moment," Makar said, his voice seething in anger. "I'll be right there."

"Let's get to work," Pad said as he connected to the terminal at the main camp. "Installing trap program. They'll detect it and delete it, which will allow for my real virus to take effect."

"On Earth, they call it a Trojan Horse," Echo noted. "Don't ask me about Trojans."

"Okay, I'm in," Pad said as the rest of Force Squadron reloaded their weapons using the rounds of the fallen Battle Droids' weapons. "Seeing that secret channel… now."

"Master, everything is in place," Makar's voice said as Force Squadron looked to the terminal, walking over to listen in more closely. "As you anticipated, Jedi are starting to attack in a desperate attempt to take this base. My forces are being overrun, and only backup Droids will remain while the human troops go down," his voice said. "And of course, Maul doesn't suspect a thing."

"He's not reporting to Maul?" Echo asked.

"Suddenly, I'm getting worried," Jed said. "We need to warn—"

"Excellent, Makar," the voice of Darth Sidious said. "I knew I made the right decision in placing you as a sleeper agent within the ranks of this Shadow Collective."

"That's the dark Sith Lord!" Echo exclaimed. "We need to contact—"

"This is a backdoor hack transmission," Pad interrupted. "We use any radio contact with the other forces, and they'll know we're listening. We need to let this play out all the way."

"What is my next move?" Makar asked at the main base. "I have the holocron. I only need one of the two Jedi."

"Only one is necessary for our plan to go underway," Darth Sidious said. "Do what you want with either the Master or the Apprentice, but one of them must be brought in. Report to me once it has been activated, and you will have earned your place in my new empire."

"As you command… my one true master." Makar said before Darth Sidious's hologram faded away.

"End of transmission," Jed told Echo back at the main base. "You can alert the others now."

"We need to leave too if we are to have any chance of stopping Makar." Niche said.

"Pad, do you know where that transmission came from?" Yung asked.

"It came from… Onderon?" Pad asked, looking to his data-pad. "That makes no sense. There's not supposed to be any Shadow Collective army there."

"We need to assume that that's where the Sith could be operating secretly," Jed said. "But we need to alert the generals before Makar overwhelms them first."

"General Skywalker, this is Echo," Echo said, activating his comlink. "Makar is not aligned with the Shadow Collective! He is answering to the dark lord of the Sith, Dooku's Master!"

"What?!" Anakin exclaimed back on the battlefield as he and Ahsoka fought side by side against several MagnaGuards.

"What's going on?" Ahsoka asked.

"Makar isn't with the Shadow Collective," Anakin explained. "Echo and Force Squadron are saying he's with Darth Sidious instead."

"This isn't good." Ahsoka said.

"It gets worse," Anakin added on, getting the rest of the Young Justice to look over. "Makar is on his way here!"

"We can handle him," Mraz Kanev said. "If you can trace Makar's true Master…"

"You can find out more about what is really happening." Gili finished up.

Anakin shook his head. "Out of the question," he protested. "You're low on troops as it is. I can't leave you to take on this growing army alone!"

"No need to worry, General Skywalker," Admiral Gideon's voice said. "Our ships are operational again."

"Admiral?" Mraz asked.

Everyone looked up, seeing several Gunships starting to arrive.

"This Planet shall not fall into the hands of our enemies, no matter who they are," Admiral Gideon said. "I have made contact with forces on Kaller. They will be sending any available reinforcements towards us."

"Thank you, Admiral, but I'm afraid this is where you must part as well," Gili said, looking up to see a new Shadow Collective fleet arrive. "You need to help get Ahsoka, Anakin and Force Squadron to a new destination before that fleet becomes a blockade, separating us from our reinforcements, I give it about fifteen minutes until we are completely sealed off."

"I refuse to leave my generals," Admiral Gideon said. "If anything were to happen to you—"

"If all goes well, you can come back with more reinforcements," Mraz Kanev said. "Remember how well-modified our cruiser is."

Admiral Gideon nodded back on the Jedi Cruiser. "I understand," he said. "General Skywalker, I will send down a Gunship for you and your troops. We have completely healed Clones who can take place of the 501st."

"Thank you, Admiral," Anakin said. "Pad, what's this new location we're heading to?"

All of a sudden, several blasts headed towards the group. Serena deflected some of them with Katana before Jessica blocked the rest. However, more came in, revealing to be Shadow Collective Battle Droids, but all of Force Squadron ran out from the main camp with Echo. While Echo aimed his blaster pistol, Force Squadron charged up their blades, holding down their triggers. All at once, they released, letting forth a series of blasts and energy slashes, which destroyed the Battle Droids immediately.

"Onderon, Sir!" Pad answered. "And sorry we're late."

"No need for apologies," Serra said. "That show of display was impressive enough."

"Set a course for Onderon, Admiral," Robin said. "That's our destination."

"I'm calling in the Bioship now," Miss Martian said as the rest of the Young Justice regrouped. "We'll be there in moments."

"Acknowledged," Admiral Gideon said before looking to a Clone Trooper behind him. "Send down the Gunship." He ordered.

"Yes, Sir!"

"Good luck on the battle, Master Mraz," Anakin said as the Bioship arrived. "May the Force be with you."

"And also with you, Master Skywalker," Mraz said before looking to one of the Clone Lieutenants. "Lieutenant Dev, Gili, let's move out!"

"Right away!" Lieutenant Dev replied.

"This way!" Gili called out, leading more of the Clones with her as Master Mraz chuckled.

"Always on the move." Mraz Kanev said before running to join his Padawan and his forces.

The Star Saber arrived as well, just as the Gunships came for Anakin and the rest of the 501st.

"You'll need us too," Commander Jed said. "This Darth Sidious might have been the one Makar was answering too, but I feel there is a greater plot in play here."

"As do I," Anakin said. "Very well, come along," he said before pressing his comlink again. "Admiral, make the Jump once we board," he ordered. "Straight for Onderon, and prepare a return trip back here once we arrive."

"I hope we know what we're doing." Ahsoka said as she was the last to board the Bioship.

"I hope so too, Snips. I hope so too."

"Not a moment to waste," Jed said. "Let's move out! And remember… the Force is always with us." He said as all of Force Squadron boarded.

All the departing ships made it onto the Star Cruiser. As soon as they entered the Hangar Bay, the engines started, and they took off for Onderon.
