Summary : One day, Motoaki Tanigo wakes up with an insight.

He decided to create an idol company by recruiting unique and quirky girls.

He sets out on a journey with resolve in his mind, unknowing of the many obstacles and struggles that he will face in his quest.

Chapter 1 : Yuujin A

One day, Tanigo woke up with a realization.

"I want to create an Idol Company!"

With this in mind, he sets out on a journey to create his idol company.

His first target to create his idol company. The one most known for her Seiso attitude. She is also the one that embodies the word "Idol" when talking about her.

She is known as Tokino Sora.

Having heard of her being a local celebrity, he decided to go there and see for himself. Also, try to recruit her.

When he got there, he can that a lot of people seems to be worshipping the ground. Hearing some of what they are muttering, he learned that these are the ground that Sora walks on awhile ago.

He can see that she truly is popular to even let the people on this town to worship the ground she steps on.

He was hype to meet Sora and give her a business proposal to become his first idol.

By having Sora, he thinks he will be instantly close to his dream of an Idol Company.

After getting to the place where Sora currently lives, he was just going to enter the premises when he was stopped.

"That's as far as you go!"

He turns in shock and saw a purple haired girl wearing a pair of glasses.

He knows her. He heard that Sora have someone who always sticks to her, protecting her from anyone who even dares to get close.

Yuujin A!

A-chan is scarily competent base on the rumors that he heard on the peanut gallery. Everything she do, she does perfectly. No one can top her with anything, only she can top herself.

"What are you doing here?"

A-chan asks him with a pointed stare.

He explains that he was here to recruit Sora into his idol group.

Hearing that, A-chan frowned before telling him off with a sigh.

"Unfortunately, I won't allow you to do so."

Tanigo don't know what to do. It seems like A-chan stops him before he can even get closer to Sora.

"What should I do to recruit her?"

So he asks in a polite way.

"You need to prove to me that you have the capabilities of a competent manager. This is just the right timing." A-chan said with her glasses shining. "I have a great idea. I am sure you won't refuse it right?"

Tanigo can only nod in affirmative at her prompt. Not knowing that this will be his first obstacle.

Early in the morning, Motoaki Tanigo arrives early on the town where Sora is located.

Only to find himself in a middle of the office, sitting in front of a desk with a computer and a lot of documents besides it.

Besides his table is another table that have the same thing as his table. Sitting in front of it is Yuujin A.

"What is this?" He asks in curiosity.

"This is my challenge! If you can't defeat me through this, I won't let you recruit Sora!" She declared with a serious tone.

It seems like her challenge is this.

Whoever got the most work done, they will be the winner.

Tanigo is confident that he can do this. He have a long experience on office job. He can do this even with his eyes close.

So he accepted her challenge... and regretted it.

One hour since they started and he was already overwhelmed by the sheer amount of paperwork and calls that were coming in his way.

It seems like this is not just a normal office work, but a literal hellish office job.

The desk he was sitting on was involved on basically everything. Not just being a frontline for customers, he is also responsible for supervising, clerical, technical, managerial, and being a specialist to basically every office work that exist in this country.

It was something that can't be done by a normal human. Or in fact, even gods would ragequit!

"Hmph! So that's how far you can go huh?"

He was losing heart at this time when he heard the disappointed words of Yuujin A.

Glancing at her way, he was shocked when he saw her doing all of her work in a relaxed manner.

"This is...!?" Tanigo exclaimed in shocked.

He can see her working not just on one, not two, but ten computers and hundreds of paperwork at the exact same time. She was so fast that she was living multiple afterimages in her desk.

Despite this, she still have a relaxed composure like all of this is just a simple thing to her.

Seeing this impossible scene, all Tanigo can do is fall in his feet in defeat.

'Impossible, this is not something I can possibly do!' He thought in despair.

"Tch. It seems like I just wasted my time."

He heard A-chan spat that in utter disappointment.

His first attempt at recruiting someone and he already failed before talking to his target.

He can only hang his head in shame as he walks out of the place in defeat.

"Hmm... I might have been too hard on him."

That was what Yuujin A says when the night comes and her shift is done.

She have also taken care of the work that Tanigo have left and she can honestly say that this is still easy for her. She have a lot of leeway despite taking care of a hundred man's worth of job.

"Hm?"

While taking care of it, she notice one of the documents that Tanigo have finished before he leaves the office.

Taking a look at it (while still doing all the work), she was surprised how well detailed are his works. It was arranged in a way that no one would find fault on it.

"Surprisingly... he have a talent for this..."

A-chan said with an amazed look.

She wondered about it for awhile before finally decided.

"Maybe he really have a chance..." She muttered to herself.

Tomorrow morning, as Tanigo was just waking up with a depressed look, he heard someone ringing his doorbell.

Quickly standing up and changing to his clothes, he goes to the door and open it. He was surprised to see that A-chan is the one who was on the other side of the door.

"Good morning."

"Hai."

The two of them greeted at each other before A-chan goes straight to the business.

"I am here to apologize." She said with a bow of her head before continuing. "Also, I am also here to inform you that you have another chance of convincing me whether you want to recruit Sora or not." She said with a smile on her way.

Hearing that made him brighten up. It seems like not all the bridges were broken after he left that office.

"What should I do?" He asks eagerly.

"Hmm... If you can surpasses my job skills, I will think that you are qualified enough to also go for my friend." She informed him. "Though, as you are now, you still don't have enough experience to do that." She continues.

He can understand. She showed him the overwhelming gap between their skills. Yuujin A is inhumanely skilled. She is the scarily competent friend of THAT Tokino Sora after all.

"I suggest you find someone else to recruit first. If you are confident enough with your skills, then you can come back and challenge me again. I will be waiting for you." She said to him with a smile.

He was elated to hear her say that.

He heard from the others that Yuujin A rejects everyone due to their lacking skills. This is the first time that she favored someone, which means he still have a chance to impress her.

A-chan left after telling him about it.

Now with his goal set, he decided to improve himself first before facing the greatest obstacle to get to Tokino Sora. He needs to acquire more skills to defeat her.

So he will need to find other girls to recruit first. Then he will take her on after accumulating enough experience.

It might be a step back, but this is still an improvement for him to further his goal of having his dream idol company.

He can't wait for the time he made it as he prepares for another journey to meet other candidates for his idol company.

This is a fever dream!

Anyway, I don't know what came to me. This one just writes itself.

As you might have seen, this one doesn't portray their real personalities. This one exaggerates it.

I mean, this is just supposed to be a one shot crack, though I decided to make it a series, if I'll ever continue this.

The idea comes from Hologra. I just thought of what if Yagoo became a part of Hologra.

It all snowballed into this story. And I don't know what I am writing other than just continuing as it is.

My initial plan for this is to let Yagoo meet the Hololive Members one-by-one every chapter and defeat them in some showdown before he can recruit them. It's like defeating a boss and taking their powers gimmick.

I hope you like this one. I am still continuing Isekai Vtuber (and failing at it). You don't need to worry, I just have some Writer's Block and most of my focus are currently on my RL stuffs.
