A: N (I don't own fairy tail, Fairy Tail/Creator Hiro Mashima does)(i update irregularly)
POV: The Group
Natsu and Happy have run away from an unconscious Wally and Milliana, and are looking for the others. Meanwhile, the others consisting of Naxion, Grey, Lucy, Juvia, Erza, Simon, Sho, and Xavo are going higher up the tower when suddenly a loud voice comes from the speaker.
"The tower of Heaven will be hit by Etherion in T-15 minutes. Heavens game has started, there are 3 members that will try to stop you from trinity raven" "Oh no, this is not good," Erza said. "What's Etherion?" Xavo asked. "Etherion is basically a giant Magic cannon in space that can use all the elements and destroy everything in its path," Erza said solemnly. "Did the magic council really consider this as a viable option?!" Grey shouted while running. They then split up again with Grey going the same way that Natsu is sprinting towards. Lucy and Juvia follow another staircase, Erza and Sho went towards a different staircase, and finally, Xavo, Naxion, and Simon followed another staircase again.
POV: Natsu
I heard the announcement and well I was happy to fight a more powerful person, but 1st I gotta get to the top! "Happy, can you fly us to the top?" "Alright! But you might wanna hold on it gonna be a long way up!" Happy then grabbed me and we went up. We were making really good progress when suddenly, *POW*. Me and Happy were sent soaring to the ground. I used my body as a shield for Happy and we hit, HARD. When we both got back up I opened Happy's bag and drank the energy by biting into it. It helped with the pain and I looked up to see a giant owl man? "My name is Fukaro, and I'm part of Trinity Raven, I'm your opponent today." I got up and I looked at this owl man? I remember while looking at him that Trinity Raven was a dark guild that handled Assassinations. This made me mad, "Taking innocent lives, who did nothing to you, disgusts ME!" Fire Dragon's Wing Attack! Fukaro is knocked back and I readied my stance.
POV: With Lucy and Juvia.
Meanwhile, Lucy and Juvia wander around the tower hoping to find Natsu, with Juvia wondering why she has to look for Natsu with Lucy, shortly after remembering that Gray told her that he would go after Natsu but they are soon attacked by Vidaldus Taka. Juvia fights him for a while and seemingly traps him in her water lock, but his hair absorbs the water much to Juvia's surprise. Then Vidaldus uses his Rock of Succubus and turns him into his slave?! With no control over her actions, Juvia attacks Lucy with her Water Magic while Lucy tries to reason with her, to no avail. Juvia attacks Lucy a couple of times, first by ripping her dress off then by whipping her with water, while Vidaldus states that if he turned both of them into slaves, things would become boring and that he preferred to see a catfight. Vidaldus is slightly turned on at the catfight with water. While Lucy is trapped under Juvia's water, she states that she can't hurt her. However, Juvia's real consciousness reaches Lucy, telling her that she doesn't like hurting her friend, considering her one despite the fact that she also sees her as a love rival, and that she has come to love Fairy Tail, thinking that she has finally made friends. When Lucy hears this she decides that it is time to settle this once and for all by summoning Aquarius from Juvia's water body even though she is still taken over. Upon being summoned, Aquarius begins attacking everyone, including Lucy. Somehow, Lucy and Juvia join hands as Aquarius attacks and they perform a Unison Raid to defeat Vidaldus, who seems unable to absorb all that water, stating it is too much for him as is promptly swept out of the tower. He lands outside unconscious but not dead because the water has gathered in a hole below him. He is now floating. While the girls celebrate their victory, Aquarius gets pretty mad, scolding for the way she summoned her, and also warning her that she was about to go on vacation with her boyfriend. ("I mean can you blame her? She got summoned by water made out of someone! Yuck!") Juvia tells Lucy that she defeated Vidaldus Taka, to which Lucy corrects her, stating that they both defeated him, also surprised that the other woman called her by her name. Since both of them are tired, they decide to rest for a while and regain their strength which was very slow but they did rest nonetheless.
POV: Grey
I went where Natsu went speeding off towards. I understand wanting to save someone before it was too late, but he needed a plan first! As I ran I found scorch marks and 2 unconscious people. I saw the marks leading up so I went well, up! There I saw an open hole in the wall and I went in. There I saw Happy getting scorched by an owl man?! I quickly froze the jetpack of said owl man and he fell. Then Happy ran to me and I froze his wings and caught him and put him behind me as he took the health crystals from his back and quickly bit in them healing what was burnt from Fukaro. "Where's Natsu?" I asked. "Swallowed by Fukaro!" Happy tearfully yelled back. Hearing this Fukaro Replied, "In around ten minutes, Natsu's body will dissolve." I decided to take the matter into my own hands. (Also what kind of monster burns a cat's wings?!) Fukaro shot me with rockets so I blocked them with an ice-make shield, then Threw said shield into
Fukaro's path. The owlman evaded my shield and then dove in?! I was forced to jump as he belched flames like a dragon?! Did swallowing Natsu give him his powers as well?! He belched more flames and they surrounded me but I used an ice pulse and it froze the flames and surfed it down the tower until we hit the ground. "Your flames can't be as strong as Natsu's." He then replied, "I'm impressed by your magic, maybe I should take it as well." I pushed back and remembered why we were doing this.
POV: around 9 years ago
When Erza joined the guild, no one really talked to her but the reason she joined was that this was the place that her grandpa Rob was talking about. Cana talked about how Erza was always by herself, and when Gray suggested that she talked to her, Cana told him that she had completely ignored her when she tried. Gray then tried to talk to Erza but she ignored him as well, pissing him off. He knocked Erza off her chair, telling her that this was a Mage guild and that she shouldn't go around wearing armor, however, she replied that he should take a look at himself before telling the others what to wear and that this might be mistaken as a guild for perverts with Gray being in only his underwear, which caused the rest of the guild to laugh at Gray, enraging him. After the teasing Grey went to hunt Erza down and yell at her for getting him humiliated when he finds her crying. Instead of challenging her, Grey asked her why she was always by herself, and Erza replied that she liked being alone and did not feel comfortable around others to which Gray angrily responded that she should not be all alone, crying.
POV: Back to the present Grey
With all these memories powering up my energy I decided to finish Fukaro once and for all. "Ice Blade Seven Slice Dance!" The slice finally sends the Owl man to the ground and vomits Natsu before having fainted for good. I put a crystal in Natsu's mouth and he coughs a bit. "Get up Natsu, you were swallowed but I had to save you." Natsu looks up then faints. "Happy, Watch over Flamebrain, I have a feeling he's gonna be out for a bit." Happy nods then sit down holding his still slightly burnt wing. (The poor cat.) I handed him a crystal, they seem to charge over time so we had plenty. He nods then holds it above the wing slowly healing it. I then headed back up the tower by using the ice slide and stabilizing it just in case we needed it for later.
POV: Happy
I sat near my adoptive father watching him while we both slowly healed. I wished that I was stronger to help my father, maybe then, things could go differently.
