POV: Guild
At the guild things were getting exciting as Xavo and Naxion came, they looked amused as Loke and Lucy came and went up against Juvia and Grey. The announcer, Jason was announcing their stats while adding in "Cool Cool Cool!" in the middle. As the match was about to start the 4 had many things on their minds.
POV: Grey
So, it looks like we are going up against Loke and Lucy. I thought. Juvia looked a bit too enthusiastic, WAYYYY too enthusiastic. "Juvia, don't hurt Lucy too much…" This made things so much worse. "Has Grey-sama and Love Rival already eloped?!" She starts screaming in despair. I tried to calm her down by telling her that I didn't like her, and well, nothing really changed, but she was seething by the time the match was actually ready to start. Lucy was hiding behind Loke and Loke, well, "It is nice to have a rematch with you, Grey and with my master watching I will woo her away!" "Dude, don't you already have a lot of women already dude?" He didn't say anything and I chuckled. Got him.
POV: Guild
Loke then chuckled, you got me, but before I left I broke up all of them thinking I was gonna die. So now my heart can be fully devoted to 2 people! "Wait 2 people?" Grey asked, my master, and-" He suddenly stopped, then shook his head, "not important, Let's start shall we my friend?"
"Alright," Grey said. Let's start. They shook hands, then they back away, and Fought with their magic colliding in an oddly beautiful explosion of ice and celestial magic-making golden snowflakes rain. Meanwhile Lucy, oh poor Lucy. It wasn't even a fight as Juvia did NOT hold anything back and was going absolutely nuts at Lucy while the poor girl was running around wet from the attacks, of course, Reedus Wakaba, and Macao took notice and started taking notes. Sadly for them, our good friend Mirajane stopped them. Suddenly Lucy turned around and said, "Juvia, I don't want to hurt you because you would get the idea that I like Grey but I actually DON'T! But if you want to fight so bad," She suddenly kicks Juvia in the face with her leg, "Then I WILL!" With that statement they got into an infamous catfight, a catfight that would be recorded and put on an infamous channel that would start around X784 and would earn a lot of money for the absolute best gossip, funny moments, and more, but that's a tale for a different time. In the meantime, Xavo was recording it with a shit-eating grin on his face while Naxion and Cana were running the bets! Turns out that after the drinking contest both got along pretty well! Loke and Grey want out duking it fists, Ice-Make,- He was interrupted by Loke's "Regulus Impact!" The master having observed this was very interested in Loke's increased capabilities and wanted to see how this fight would turn out. As Grey stumbled back Juvia rushed to defend Grey but Lucy intercepted by going into her Sagittarius Star dress, which did get a lot of attention, and she shot multiple Arrows, Juvia scoffed and went in, but suddenly the arrows exploded at her feet?! "I knew that your water body would protect you, so I went for magical explosions!" Lucy said. Xavo was taking notes while Leo said "That's my smart and hot owner!" Getting a grin from the said owner of his gate key. Grey and Juvia got up, "Are you alright Gray-sama?" Juvia nervously asked. Grey shook his head a bit before nodding yes and taking Juvia's hand and getting up. On the inside, Juvia was freaking out but she kept it together, after all, there was a love rival she had to pummel! She turned around and went straight for Lucy again but Loke stopped her by tripping her. "So, let's take this to the next level!" They unleashed a more menacing aura of power as Loke and Grey were duking it out but they were now using the big guns, LITERALLY! "Ice Cannons!" Grey shouted and multiple cannons appeared out of nowhere from Grey's magic and fired. The icey projectile went WHIRLING towards Loke and seemed to hit him. However Loke countered with Gatling Regulus Impact which broke the cannonballs of ice everywhere, Grey made a shield that absorbed the ice. He then threw the shield Captain-America style and hit Loke and lucy before it came back and he caught it. A lot of people clapped at that one. It was pretty good. Juvia hugged grey as a thank you for finally choosing her, to which he responded "What?! I didn't choose anyone!" As he wriggled to get away, Loke and Lucy slowly and quietly got up, then they did something which would finish it once and for all. UNISON RAID! Regulus Star Cannon! Apparently, Lucy and Loke's bonds were strong enough to make a unison raid and they knocked out Grey and Juvia!
THE WINNER IS LOKE AND LUCY! Roared Xavo, who placed his bet on Loke because he was the strongest celestial spirit, and his correct bets earned him 50,000 jewels. Cana and Naxion got 25,000 jewel forms the bets placed on grey and Juvia winning, overall pretty interesting fight!
The next fight was Alzack and Bisca Vs Droy and Jet!
As they went onto the stage they were greeted by many cheers and applause from the crowd, loudest were Levy for team Shadow gear and for Alzack and Bisca, Xavo who also said, "Cheers for the couple!" Which made them blush as they weren't a couple but Xavo could smell good couples. Meanwhile, an approving Mirajane nods at Xavo and he nods back, the 2 shippers in the guild were in kahoots! "The second round is coming, and they were ready to watch! Jason was going cool cool cool! Even louder and well, someone calmed him down.
As they walked upstage the battle was surprisingly quick! Alzack started the shots and Jet ran while Droy made a plant shield, Bisca, however, was tracking Jet and a lucky shot hit Jet in the leg and forced him to stop, she then forced him down with a tranquilizer dart and Droy threw the fist plant seeds at her, Alzack however rushed and grabbed her and took the hits. Xavo took pictures which would later earn him free food from Mira for a month! Droy then rushed forward and threw some vine seeds, binding the pair, they dropped their guns and tried to wiggle out, but couldn't as they were gunners. From there Jet knocked them out swiftly. Or at least that's what they thought, within seconds they were shot! turns out it was a feint!
THE WINNER IS Alzack and Bisca! Xavo Shouted, but he cursed under his breath as he lost his bettings from the earlier match. People chuckled as this was normal, and yet Xavo seemly took it in, before ordering a Blustar from Mira and looking at the final match.
Erza and Simon Vs Gajeel and Natsu!
As these 4 went on stage the crowd ROARED as they had been waiting in their seats for a LONG time for this fight! As the 4 walked up both bowed to each other, like as if this would be a duel to the death, which it kinda was? But everyone lost their confusion when Natsu charged his blade and started dashing EVERYWHERE! "Fire Dragon's Flaming Cutter!" Natsu roared and many flame waves of fire started coming out of the blade and Erza was forced to use her Fire Empress armor to block the slashes. Natsu grinned and used a new move, "Fire Dragon's Falling Comet!" He jumped and hit the floor with the blade sending a shockwave of flames and unfortunately setting someone's hairs on fire, Meanwhile, Gajeel and Simon were fighting spear to katana, "Iron Dragon's Iron Fist!" Gajeel quickly changed his fist into steel and tried for an uppercut but however Simon was wearing Jaw armor, so that didn't work well, "Consecutive Shadow Explosions!" Simon's blade cut at Gajeel and he ducked barely as explosions of shadow energy surging everywhere causing explosions. Meanwhile back to Erza she had switched to her Heaven's Wheel armor and used her 200 Circle Sword technique, The swords went flying in the Arena and unfortunately, Gajeel was there, he ate the swords as they came at him from the aoe of the Attack, "TAKE THIS YOU SCARLET STRAWBERRY CAKE! Iron Dragons Roar!" The roar went spiraling towards Erza but she dodged fast. "Good job Gajeel, that caught me off guard, but, have a taste of this!" Erza changed into her Adamantine Armor, "Adamantine Asteroid!" Erza balled up and went spiraling towards the arena. Needless to say, everyone thought it was all over, until Xavo, grinned. "What is it?" Levy asked, seeing his evil grin. "Look." They saw it then, a twin light, UNISON RAID, DUALITY DRAGON GRAND SLAM!" On Natsu's side, a Dragon of fire roared and his flames jumped to his Sword, Gajeel had Iron particles revolving to his spear and a dragon of metal roared and both Blades in unison hit the asteroid. Needless to say, the target Simon was not spared this absolute brutal injury/concussion as he was hit, HARD. The destruction of the iron ball which was erza destroyed a mountain, and forests they were doing it in an isolated environment, "To Avoid Property Damage!" Makarov said before it all started. Erza got up, and Simon did, all be it a lot slower. "You alright Simon?" Erza asked very worriedly. Simon got up and fainted. Erza looked at the 2 Dragonslayers. SHE WAS PISSED. "Oh no." they both said, then Erza changed into her Nightwing Armor. "You Will, PAY!" She dashed at them with the twin blades, "Omega Flash!" It was all over as Natsu and Gajeel were unconscious. Erza wins! Xavo roared, he bet his money on Erza and got his money back! Afterward, Makarov read the match and stated who would be paired up with who. Loke and Lucy vs Alzack and Bisca, and Erza and Simon Vs… Wait. SHIT. "I need someone to go up against Erza and Simon!" Natsu, wanting a rematch immediately put his hand up, but was shot down immediately. "I'll go," Xavo said. "Who's gonna be your partner?" He looked around. Hmmmmm, Mirajane! The said bartender heard was shaking her head, but Makarov remembering it thought, alright, Mira and Xavo, Vs Erza and Simon!
This fight will take place in 3 days!
Later… POV: None
Xavo was walking with Mira after the 1st round, and he was considerably worried. "What's wrong? I thought that you had powerful magic?" Xavo was concerned as well, he was concerned for his shipper in arms. "Yes, I did have magic, powerful enough to rival Erza." "!"
"However when Lisanna died, I lost most of my ability to use my magic…" Mirajane said sadly.
"May I ask, what magic is this?" Xavo asked, interested to hear about this magic that could rival Erza." "Its name is Takeover magic, the types that me, Lisanna, and Elfman had been, devil, animal, and beast in that order." "So, you can take over Devils?! That sounds really powerful!" Xavo said in extreme interest. "Well, yes, but when you don't know how to use it, well…" Xavo realized instantly why she got nervous. She and her sibling were probably blamed for something they had no control over and were kicked out harshly when they were young. "I see, wasn't the first time it happened to me, so you are not alone there." Xavo chuckled darkly. Mira looked at him, "Well I was a Dragonoid so I was kicked out of fear or discrimination, I came back though, most of the time and managed to change their minds." He didn't mention the part where some civilizations wouldn't have changed and they were ruined by their own folly 10 years later or other stuff because well, it was way too dark. "Heh," Mirajane chuckled darkly, suddenly her hand shifted into a demon hand. The 2 looked at it, then Mirajane looked oddly shocked. "It came back!" Xavo shouted. As "Mira smiled the takeover slowly moved higher until it was her wrist.
Hmm, we should talk some more! As Xavo talked about stuff with Mira slowly but surely her takeover came over and took over. When it was over Xavo was looking at a Mirajane with the takeover, and he had to admit, it looked hot. Mira on the other hand was shocked. "How?" She asked in a lost voice. "No clue, um can you change back?" Xavo asked. Mirajane tried and it worked! "I don't really know how that worked, to be honest, but yet it did," Xavo said. Mirajane then hugged Xavo, but oddly, he actually jumped away when she tried to hug him. "?"
"Sorry, I'm just… shocked that you hug me all of a sudden." As Xavo came back and hugged her back. Mirajane nodded and both sat there, until she asked, "What was your wife like before she died?" "..." Well-
Flashback time: Unknown
To say that Xavo and Kaitlyn were the best of friends was like saying there was yin and yang. While the couple was perhaps the oddest one could find, A Wolf Sage Amazonian and a Chaos Dragonoid, This love was built from COMBAT? Here's the story. A long time ago a much younger Xavo was wondering about the universe, His home planet was destroyed in an odd cataclysm, but he didn't really remember that too much. He made a grave for it, but he had to go find materials for the grave. While traveling he was hit by an asteroid belt and fell. When he woke up he was oddly in a jungle? He crawled and cut through the trees and found a bath. Well someone was in that bath, you know what happened next. He woke up imprisoned. Despite him pleading that it was an accident, he was to be punished accordingly. He was thrown into an arena. But oddly enough, he beat EVERYONE AT ONCE. Suddenly the queen appears, along with shocked whispers of a being that could beat all those immensely powerful foes at once. "I'm impressed by your battle skills, Xavo as it?" She asked. Xavo nodded and did a courtesy, "From one royalty to another." Even more whispers, a king? "You are a king?" The queen of the Amazonians on that planet asked. "Yes, and the last of my kind I think, my planet was destroyed many years ago, (A tear comes to his eye) But i won't dwell on it for long, shall we spar?"
The spar would be remembered as a legendary battle, as the spar had lasted for an entire week, with neither giving in until at last, both collapsed at the same time. The destruction in the arena was said to be unrepairable for at least a million years naturally. Thankfully this was outside the town. After a month in comatose both respected one another greatly and got along pretty well!
After 2 years the couple made their way towards a table where it turns out that the day before, a really sad Xavo was silently crying about his family, she asked to take him to a different room and thus comforted him. Not a few hours later he proposed and well, it kinda went like this.
The priest when he came up, went to Xavo and handed a form and said, "Say this."
"My Freedom, my soul, with The Contract that destroys heavens, becomes
Forever, everlasting, impervious under the blooming light of Wisdom, Justice shall conquer all Rise up, and bring forth victory lead the royalty to glory against all odds."
The priest then followed up with," Arise Xavo and become the king of the Zeretasinia."
The crown went on his head, and Kaitlyn Lynxinios walked in. Xavo looked shocked, which was a 1st for him, as not many things could shock him, but he loved it! As she walked up the priest said, "Kaitlyn, do you take Xavo as your king?" "Yes." "And Xavo, vice versa?" "I Do." Then you two may kiss each other, and with that, the priest left. Both kissed slowly and parted. "Well, to be honest, getting married was not part of my immediate plans, but I'm glad it was you."
She chuckled, "Let's explore this multiverse, surely we can find more opponents!" "Gladly ma Cherie." She was amused, "Let's go, Mi Amor." And with that both left, happy to have found each other a bond that would last them a lifetime. While they didn't partake in anything 18+ at 1st, it was fine to take things slowly.
Flashback end
Mirajane was crying, "So-Beautiful!" She said in fits of sobs while Xavo looked at the stars, amused and yet happy they talked about it, it felt like a weight had been lifted from his chest.
So, What are your abilities? "Well there is mainly darkness magic but I also incorporate some demon energies into the dark magic making it stronger…" Mirajane continued on and Xavo was taking internal notes. "And finally, I have Soul Extinctor." "That sounds op, what does it do?"
"Giant laser beam of shadows." Mirajane bragged, she was getting back like she used to be.
"Sheeeeeesh, that sounds painful! But have a gander at THIS!" At that moment Xavo whipped out Rekaicer and played with it while Mira looked at it. "That looks interesting, may I see it?" "Sure." He turned on the safety and slid it to Mira, who observed it. "Was this custom made?" "Yea, by me!" "Hm… Maybe I should get myself a weapon." "I mean, what would you have liked to wield?" Xavo asked. "Well, I have been thinking about an Axe…" As Mirajane continued on Xavo was taking notes. When he finished drawing, it looked like an ax but with a demon skull in the middle of a two-headed runed ax. "Interesting design! I will start working on it immediately!
