So its been a long time since i last posted a chapter on this story, and sorry its been so long, just recently got my Pfizer Vaccine, and im waiting to get my second vaccine hopefully soon. Hope your all okay out there, and enjoy. In this chapter, we will see some of the characters in this story go down memory lane, of the covid 19 pandemic

Flashback, March 2020

Royal Woods, Michigan

" The mayor has announced the immediate shutdown of our city due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, schools will be later going online "

" Its not the best move, but we don't have a choice, we must stop the spread "

Present Day

Lincoln and his squad, now known as ' Ace Squad ' is walking down the hallway to the humvee

" Hey Linc, where were you and Clyde when Covid 19 happened?'" Trev asked

" At home, me and Clyde have not seen each other for almost 15 months because of the stay at home order " Lincoln said " Covid hit Michigan hard in 2020, and im glad things were back to normal after everybody got vaccinated. My best friends parents were front line workers, barely been home during the first 3 months of the pandemic and thank god, they were glad that they came home safe. What about you guys, where were you during the pandemic of 2020? "

" Most of us were at home too Lincoln " Trev said

" Yeah my parents worked extra hours just to pay bills " Tristan said as they approched there humvee

" What about you Ariel? Where were you during the pandemic?" Clyde asked

" I just been enlisted into the army during the early days before it was a pandemic " Ariel asked " Anyway, the world wasnt the same back in 2020, thank god its all over "

The team enters the humvee, with Lincoln in the drivers seat, Clyde in the passenger seat beside him, and the others at the back

" Does anyone know how the coronavirus really started, someone said it happened in some lab, others were saying that it orignated in some market in Wuhan or something? " Lincoln asked, but everyone else shook there head " Ok then " He turns on the engine

In Cpl Anglers office

" You know my old Chuck, the Covid 19 pandemic is over so many years ago, why are we still talking about it?" Angler asked his friend through facetime

" I don't know, its kinda nice to go down memory lane for once " Chuck said " Anyway, its good to hear from you "

" Yeah you too, see ya " Angler said as they both hanged up

Flashback, April 2020

" Mom I hope you dont get the virus " Angler said who is talking to his mother through telephone

" I Hope I dont get it either, love you hun " His mother said

" Love you too " Angler said the two hang up

Anlger faces the television " As he virus continues to spread around the world including the United States, the mayor wants us to be on high alert and stay at home as soon as possible "

Present Day

Randy James is at his desk doing some paper work until Rock comes in

" Cant believe how much time has passed huh " Rock said " You know, with the covid 19 pandemic, all that crap "

" Oh yeah, back in 2020 I couldnt even go home thanks to the virus " Randy said " Where were you during the pandemic?"

" Senior year, preparing to enlist in the marines " Rock said " However I didn't enlist until October 2021, after I got vaccinated "

" Oh yeah, I was trying to fly home during the pandemic of 2020 because of my grandma's funeral, by my parents urge me to stay instead of flying home " Randy said

" Oh I see " Rock said " Not to mention, George Floyds desth too. Man, thats hard to watch a black guy die in the hands of a white man "

Randy remembers watching the hearing the news about George Floyds death and the riots happening accross rhe country following his death.

Flashback 2020

Protesters tske to the streets holdimg signs, " Black Lives Matter ", " I can't breathe " and so on

Screen turns black

" Covid 19 change our way of life, and it took many lives around the world " Lincoln said to its readers

" Now that the covid 19 vaccines are out, we ecourage all of you to get the vsccine to protect yourself and others around you " Clyde said

" If we get vaccinated, we know you csn too " Trev said

" And we can do this together " Ariel said
