As her hand touched mine I jerked back a bit, 'Sorry I.. I have a headache Celeste don't worry about me if you want we can keep looking around.' My voice was a bit colder than I meant it to be. -Ding- -50 relationship points with Celestia Ludenburg I was a bit shocked by that. I hadn't lost points yet, "what did I do wrong was it the tone of my voice, was it my refusal to look back into her eyes." As I was slowly re-descending into panic I didn't see the worried look that was steadily growing on Celeste's face. 'Percy, Percy I need you to talk to me what's going on.
Her voice snapped me out of my growing panic and headache. 'I.. Had like a flashback to before all this it doesn't make sense we were in Hopes Peak but the windows weren't boarded up the front door wasn't a vault door. It doesn't make sense and now I have a pounding headache. Honestly I'm scared Celeste nothing makes sense right now I'm sorry for lashing out.' Her smile was sad and small. 'It's okay Percy, I'm going to go back to trying to find information on what happened.' She turned around one last time and smiled my way before she went back to the search.

I stared at the notification, finally I clicked yes. And my vision tunneled for a second before I was standing is darker and decrepit version of Hopes Peak -In this dungeon you will have to fight creature of regret and sorrow, to make sure you aren't blamed for things you didn't do every 4 days in a dungeon is 1 minute outside. In this dungeon your constitution is boosted in gain you will receive a reward for a first completion on this dungeon good luck.- "Creatures of Regret and sorrow? What does that mean?" I had to dodge quickly as my bloodlust skill warned me of an enemy behind me.
I turned around after dodging and used observe.

I barely had time to dodge out of another strike sent my way from that thing. It was a medium sized beast, it had leathery skin and sharp talons. 'WhY aM I stiLL HeRe WherE Is My CHILD' it screamed its voice sharp and rough then it was on the attack again. A slash hit my arm -150hp With a grunt I struck back 15 Damage Dealt. "Crap I can't out dps this thing I need to run!" With that thought I started running, looking back I noticed the thing wasn't fast enough to keep up with me. Eventually I got to the dorms, found my room and slipped in.
I leaned against a wall and slowly slid down, 'I know I probably can't get out of this without beating this dungeon, I made a mistake I didn't read the whole description of this place or its level which appears to be level 30 if that creature I ran from is to be based off of.' After a bit of thinking and moping I got around to looking for items in my room. "Great nothing in my room really, maybe other students' rooms will have something." I opened the door and looked around searching for any monsters that might be around, seeing nothing I exited out of my room.
I stood there for a bit trying to figure out which room to enter, Finally I decided on opening the door to Celeste's room. I slowly opened the door wondering what I would find. I was hoping for some weapon. What I didn't expect was what I found, I'm not proud of what I did. When the door finished opening I looked inside. What was inside was 'Celeste? What are you doing here? It's dangerous, we need to get you out of here somewhere safe.' I was walking forward, I reached out to grab her hand to pull her along. -850 HP.
I could only stare in shock for a few seconds as the face of Celeste was split into the nastiest smile I have ever seen. 'Hello dear it's been awhile, I enjoyed our date last week.' The eye's looking at me through Celeste's face were so wrong I couldn't help but run right after I observed it.

Now I had to wait. My HP was too low to go exploring and I was still in shock from the last encounter. So as I was being bored out of my mind waiting for my new skill to heal me I stared at the shadows playing on the walls of my Dungeon Room when I heard it, a voice that seemed to slide from the shadows. 'Percy Jackson, hmm yes you could fix much of what has happened. I have a Proposal for you young gamer.' 'Who's talking? I can't accept anything from a creepy voice.' 'Smart Little mortal but sadly I am very weak at the Moment my Name is Erebus The Primordial of Shadow and Darkness. Many Died in The Tragedy even some of the gods faded, boy. I was weakened greatly with the disappearance of Mortals but I am a foundation of this world. I cannot fade until this world fully dies. Now my proposal is thus, Defeat this dungeon and your sorrows and I will give you my blessing.'
I was In shock at the offer a deity of the Greeks has given me "Is this a quest?" -Ding Quest Unlocked- -Erebus's Challenge- Bonus Objective: Find and eat the Shadow Fruit in each Sorrows' room
Objective: Destroy this dungeons' Inhabitants.
Rewards: Skill Demi-god Evolution in Child of Erebus (Demi-god), 50000 EXP. Bonus Rewards: Skill Shadow Heart unlocked. +20 LV to Shadow Manipulation.
'Look at that little mortal the Fates thought of everything when they made this system for you, good luck now I must go recover from this interaction child goodbye' With that his presence left I could tell because the shadows no longer curled and writhed like they were alive. -Oh I forgot to mention use set HUD if you wish to see your HP, Stamina and MP without needing to open the status menu.- I stood there blankly staring at the game system's message 'I hate you so much right now. HUD Setup.' Like the game said my HP, Stamina and MP showed up sitting just over the field of view for my left eye so it would get in the way but could be seen.

With that taken care of I now needed to find a weapon of some kind to fight back against these creatures, "I now that Celestes room is a no go for now I'll be killed too quickly to look around if it's based off of how close I was with each classmate that means I should go after the ones I knew the least first so I could possibly defeat these abominations that look like them. 'I think if it is that set up I should go after Sorrow Byakuya first as we weren't close it seems. I made my way to this version of Byakuyas' room and opened the door. Much like Celestes' room there he stood just enough off for me to notice now that I'm looking.

"Well that worked out well, only got hit a few times just he couldn't hit hard at all, He was the weakest." I then thoroughly searched his room and found two of those Shadow Fruits. I decided to put them into my inventory for now, nothing else was there but I did get a level up for Investigation. It now sat at LV 2 with the chance now being at 6% to find a clue guess that means items too or is it higher for items? -Oh are you talking to me again well for items its 56% chance keep grinding peasant.- 'Sassy Game, Well time to go to the next sorrows room I'll come back later to search again to make sure I 've found everything.
Entering Junko's room next I saw a blurred outline that vaguely looked like Junko.

Just under the damage she dealt but I can win this, a hard fight later I was grunting panting with the final blow the Fake Junko collapsed to the ground unmoving.

Sighing I got up to search the room, I found something: a weapon. 'Observe'

After equipping those knuckles I felt better not anywhere close to fighting The Celestia sorrow but better about defending myself against The Creatures Of Regret. After searching around a bit more I found two more Shadow Fruits. Walking out of Junkos' room I ran face first into a fight literally. -300HP you have been blinded in your left eye for 2 days while you regrow it. I jumped back and lashed out with my new weapons. 220 Damage dealt. The fight ended quickly. I ended up getting 100 EXP. I didn't get any stat points. I finally made it back to my room to look at the damage done to my face by that creature, my eye was pretty much gone and three jagged cuts ran through my nose to my left ear. 'I think I should lock my door and then go to sleep. What do you think game because I in no way will be leaving this dungeon looking like this. -Smart I'll work on finding more level up stuff for you.-
With that I went to lock my door then stumbled to the bed and fell asleep. I didn't do much for those two days as my left eye regrew and only looked around my room. Shockingly I found two more Shadow Fruits in my room. Which meant 'Hello me from outside!' I whirled around only to come face to face with myself. Well a ghostly version of me.

Oh I'll be nice for this one the more Regrets you kill the less powerful the Sorrows will be, after all Sorrow comes from Regret.' I stared at my spooky version as he smiled and then he faded away leaving me with those last words and much to think on.
