1 year later

I opened my arms as I let out a loud yawn. I looked with my sleepy eyes and I turned to my left. I hopped off the bed. I slipped on my slippers as I began to walk to the restroom. The lights turned on with a flash and I squinted from the sudden brightness. I popped my phone from my basketball short pockets and checked the time... 7:58.

"Nice and early," I said

Suddenly I got a text notification from Leni in the group chat and I swiped down to open it up.

Leni )Good morning :)

I smiled and I texted back

Morning Leni :) ( Me

Luan )Hows my little Emmy doing

I'm doing better now that you texted me( Me

Leni )Aww ur so sweet

Luan ) That's what I love about you

Thanks( Me

Leni )So we still up for that movie with me and Luan?

Yup I got tickets for all 3 of us( Me

Luan )That's great!

Yeah. See you all at 6:00 pm( Me

I continued to text them on the phone while I brushed my teeth. I descended down the stairs with my toothbrush in my mouth and phone in hand. I continued to walk through the house.

"I'm telling you, Delilah," I heard my dad said, "He needs to go back, he's getting distracted."

"But Eric he's happy here," My mom replied "I've never seen my boy seem so relaxed and calm."

I put my ear upon the door and I listened closely.

"I get that but look at his grades! He's a mid B student!" My dad said

"I get that but when he was there it was not fun so he had to work hard," My mom said "He finally gets to enjoy his life without a man breathing down his neck."

My dad was about to speak but suddenly I heard footsteps approaching the door. I rushed to my room as I heard footsteps and incoherent talking behind the door.

Finally, it opened as my dad said "We'll discuss this later."

'Were they talking about me?' I thought as I looked at my did in his meeting attire getting ready for work. He managed to buy a small office building the size of the Loud's house and turned it into a base for Underground Electric inc. in Royalwoods. He had an important meeting to attend to and he left the house without eating.

"I'll pick something up on my way there…" He said on his way out

I walked back into my room as I slipped on jeans and a green T-shirt. I finished by putting my tennis shoes on. I walked out of my room and I walked down the stairs. I saw my mom sigh in the kitchen and pulled out a pan for breakfast. She turned and saw me come down.

"Hi sweety," She said "Do you want some pancakes?"

"Sure," I said "H-hey mom?"

"Yes?"

"What were you and dad talking about this morning?"

She stayed silent as she froze in place.

"I-It's nothing sweety," She said

"Oh o-ok," I said as I took a seat at the table

I wanted for what seemed like hours for my breakfast as I felt an uneasy sensation in my stomach. I looked at my mom and I noticed a change in her. She looked tired and unhappy like she was trying her best to stay awake. I took a deep breath and tried to break the ice.

"So…. Have any plans tonight?" I asked

She sighed "No, your stepfather is working on his business all day and all night. What about you?"

"Im going to the movies with Leni and Luan later today," I said

"I feel so great now that you managed to get a… some girlfriends." my mom said with a smile

"I feel good too mom," I said as she slipped a plate of pancakes infront of me

"Just don't stay up too late," She said "tonight is a school night."

"Sure thing," I said

8 hours later (5:28)

I got up from my chair after I finished playing Wolfenstein The Old Blood. I felt my phone vidrate and I pulled it out from my pocket and I saw a text from Leni.

I got up from my seat and I pulled out a old RMA uniform It was a Cyan button up short sleeve shirt that was blinging with ribons, medals, silvir and gold stars, cords, a name tag that says 'Mendoza' with a sergeant rank and an alpha insignia. I put on a white shirt then I slipped on the shirt and pulled up a blue pair of nice khaki pants with a black line across the seam om the pants. I slipped on shined shoes and put on a berret but the uniform was old and it felt tight and a bit comfortable.

I walked out of my room and walked out of the house while I grabbed the car keys. I dashed to the driveway and I got into the family Jeep SUV. I opened the door and started the engine. I backed out of the driveway and turned. I set the car in driveway and honked at the Loud's house. I got out of the car and I opened the side door and the rear door. I saw Leni wear a turquois dress with a pearl necklace while swinging a purse and Luan came out with a 2 piece yellow dress with red lipstick with her hair in a ponytail while she held a pocketbook. I stood up high and I saluted while they both giggled.

"Ok, Leni," Luan said "you can sit up front on our way there and I ride in the front on the way back."

"Like, ok Luan," Leni said as she sat in the front seat and Luan in the back

I closed both the doors and I strutted to the otherside and got into the car. I started the engine again and I turned on the headlights as the sun began to set. I drove the way to the theater.

20 minutes later

I pulled into the parkinglot and I turned of the headlights and fished out the 3 movie tickets and my wallet. I got out of the car and I walked over to the otherside and I opened the 2 doors as both girls stepped out of the car. I grabbed Luan's hand with my left and Leni's with my right. I pulled them out of the car. I held both of their hands as we walked into the theaters. They both leaned on my shoulders as I walked to the ticket booth. I handed them all 3 of the tickets and the man checked them and marked them off with a sharpie.

"Ok, you will be in theater 12 seats 10-13," He said as he pointed to his left "Enjoy your movie."

"Thank you," all 3 of us said at the same time

We walked through the the double doors and I let them go.

"Ok so I'm going to get popcorn, and some water," I said "Do you want anything else?"

"Yeah," Leni said "Can I have some slushie, cherry please."

"I want some chocolate." Luan said

"Sure thing," I said

I walked over to the food stand and I pulled out a 30 dollars and put it on the counter.

"1 medium popcorn, 2 waters, 1 small slushie, and a milkyway chocolate bar." I said

"Sure thing sir," the teen over the counter said as she took my money

I waited for a few minutes as she got the food ready and suddenly I heard her coming with my order.

"Thanks." I said as I walked to the theater.

I walked past the numbers on the movies until I found number 12 and I pulled the door open and I wandered into the theater and saw Leni and Luan waving at me with a seat in the the middle of them. I walked over to them and sat down. I looked at the screen as I handed out the food and drinks.

2 1/2 hours later

We walked out of the theater as I held Leni in my arms bridal style while she was fast asleep. Luan kissed my cheek and opened the backseat while I put Leni in the back seat. I buckled the seatbelt as she was still snoring.

"I had no idea Leni could fall asleep with a cold drink so fast." I said

"Me neither," Luan said as she pulled me into a hug and purred "You look so handsome with your uniform on. You with all of you awards."

I kissed her and I held her close.

"Well we have to get home" I said to Luan

"Yeah, your right," Luan said "But we'll go on another date soon. Just all 3 of us."

She stepped into the car and I closed the door behind her and I got onto the driver's side. I started the engine and begun our way home.

30 minute and after dropping off the Louds

I parked the car in the driveway and I checked the time… 10:02 pm. I hopped out of the suv and walked into the house. I saw that all lights were off and I walked through the livingroom as quiet as I can.

The lights flash on and I see my step-dad and my mom siting on the chairs in the dining room.

"We need to talk." My dad said

"S-sure," I paused

My dad looked at my mom and ordered her "Tell him."

My mom looked at me and said "S-son… sweety… You're… you… You're going back to RMA."
