Idk what to name this chapter.

Reincarnation.

It wasn't really a concept he dwelled upon often, not until recently that was.

He understood what it meant even if he was never a religious type, rather ironic considering he met the Old Sage 5 or so years back.

Perhaps he should be more surprised, but he doesn't think that's even possible anymore with all the shit that's happened before.

Where is he?

A question that lingered in his mind, where could he be? Was he near Konoha?

He couldn't have been too far from his home, even if he was it wouldn't stop him.

He had a duty to fulfil, but this fragile body wouldn't let him carry out that duty.

Even if his body could move now… wait~ he could move now?

How could've he forgotten? He remembers throwing a punch, even if it ended in failure.

His hands fall down and they push, they keep on pushing until he stands on his two feet. Not paying a lick of attention to his state of dress, and with a leap, a leap he wasn't sure was possible for someone who's just been reborn, his body flew over the cot he was placed in, landing down on the soft floor perfectly.

His lips curved upwards, a hint of euphoria slamming into his stomach.

But it doesn't take long for another question to pop up.

How was he able to stand? He didn't really think it through when he bounced from the cots.

His eyebrows knit together fiercely but knowing he has no time to contemplate he sprints off towards the door, however before he could get too far something grabs his attention and stops him in his tracks.

A mirror, stuck to the wooden door with what seemed like glue, reflecting an image that made his heart skip a beat.

The image looked to be a newborn baby, however, a full head of hair was planted on its scalp, silver, it was so, so silver.

Eyes that were in the same shade as blood, yet it blinked at him, it did it again, and a couple more times.

Those ears, they were slightly slanted, unnatural looking, it wasn't an eyesore though, it somehow fit together perfectly.

The skin of the image was so pale that it could even shine the darkest of tombs up.

When he gazed at the image long enough it seemed to be a doll, perhaps that was what it was.

Yet when his hand formed into a fist, both of them, the image did the same thing, copied him identically…

Oh fuck.

As if a Bijuu Bomb rammed into his tummy. His jaw drops, revealing two front teeth, they weren't normal however, they seemed to be pointy enough to puncture skin.

That's him, isn't it?

Perhaps it was odd that shock flooded him at this… revelation.

But he expected that his face would be the same, thinking back at it makes him feel like an idiot.

''Oh.'' A voice murmurs, making his neck twist around just prior to his whole body spinning towards that voice. ''You can walk already.''

It was that woman — that woman who was supposed to be his m- he could certainly see the resembla-

No! He must not think about those things, he must return to Konoha at all costs.

The woman's lips stretch out until it reaches through her cheeks.

''Mhm.'' She hums. ''Come with me, little one.''

He stares at her carefully which just makes the woman eye him back with a twinkle inside of those eyes.

''Oh?'' She goes down on a single knee. ''You don't trust me? How odd, I can see it in your eyes.''

Her hand that was colder than an ice cube brushes through his tufts of hair. Surprisingly however it wasn't bad, it was almost nice in a way.

''Good.'' She says out loud. ''Don't trust anyone, not even me.''

What an odd thing to say to a baby, supposedly anyway.

''Do you understand what I'm saying?'' She asks as her smirk drops into a line. ''No.. of course, you don't.'' Her icy hand falls from his scalp.

Instead, they are placed around his body, his stomach specifically. An embarrassing squeak comes from his lips as he was lifted up. His chin slumps just over her shoulder, letting his vision fall behind the woman.

He tried to wiggle out from the embarrassing position he found himself in, unfortunately, however her grip merely got tighter.

He wasn't a child dammit!

She didn't notice his growing annoyance or just didn't care. So after trying to escape a multitude of times he eventually just accepted his fate.

Fate huh? How ironic, and he can't help but feel like a slight hypocrite.

And what if he was caught like this? His cheeks almost stain at that horrifying thought.

Although to be fair her shoulder is rather comfortable, not that he would dare admit to such a thing.

As they made their way from that gloomy room they entered a hallway, one that seemed almost as gloomy as the last.

It was long too, extremely so. And there were at least a dozen people, ones who wore the same attire as those maids he gazed upon earlier.

Maids, and a lot of them, what could that mean?

Is he a rich kid now? This may not be so b-

His teeth snap down on his tongue, he has a duty to fulfil, he needs to escape as soon as he can.

Returning to Konoha is and will always be his top priority.

He can not and will not be distracted by such trivial matters.

''Really now? They won't recognise you, because in truth you aren't Him any longer '' a voice whispers in his mind but he quickly crushes that thought.

No matter what, no matter what.

As they walked past the people who he believed to be maids, that wasn't what grabbed his attention, it was their eyes that did that.

Awestruck, it wasn't just awe that caught his attention, fear, with the awe they were displaying so was their fear, perhaps it was even more evident.

It was the same as the first two maids he saw, their behaviour changed radically when she entered the room.

Was it because she was their superior? Perhaps, but something about that seemed odd.

Maybe being the superior had to do something with it, maybe he's just thinking too much about it, but he doubts that's the case.

While he was still glued to the centre of his mind that woman suddenly stopped walking.

Not even a second after the woman ceased her movements a pair of hands were set under his armpits, and in a sudden motion he was placed back to the ground.

''Alucard.'' His bright eyes flick up towards the voice.

Alucard huh?

He may look strange, it wasn't every day you saw a toddler with eyes like his.

Because in the end, he was no toddler, not even a child.

''Come.'' Her hand flew in his direction. ''We'll be arriving soon.''

He has two choices.

He could either try and run away, which he doesn't think will end in his success.

His chakra was gone, and he doubts he'll be able to regain it for at least a few years.

With his body being one of a toddler, well, he probably can't run too far.

And that's ignoring her, there was an aura around her, it was almost palpable.

His second option is the more appealing one. He could follow her, and try to get information on where he is

Hopefully, he's not too far from Konoha.

He stares at that hand which was pulled out, quickly arriving at a conclusion, he takes it.

So the walk continues, and as the cold air brushes against his pale skin a group of curious thoughts bubble up.

Where is he being taken? It wasn't a worry per-say, but more of a curious question.

The thing was that he couldn't speak, and every time he made an attempt to do so it just ended up as an incoherent blabber.

Entering through one of the many rooms littered around here, it was different from the others though.

Unlike the others that were gloomy or dingy, this one was the exact opposite.

It was bright, but not to such an extent that it made it overbearing.

''We're here.'' She whispers.

Her eyes were fixated on a window possessing a silvery tint to it, funnily enough, it was the first window he saw in this place.

The window wasn't the interesting thing, what was interesting is what he saw below them.

Planted under them a hill appeared, with green grass plastered down it, that wasn't what piqued his interest either.

He could see beyond the hill for reasons unknown to him, he shouldn't be able to see so far.

But there were people, an almost innumerable amount of them.

The thing was they all shared two things, those things were bright crimson eyes and pointed ears.

The same features he now has.

Perhaps he was in a clan? One who shares those features.

It's definitely possible, even if he hasn't heard of a clan with such features before.

A clan full of people with reddish eyes and pointed ears? Things keep on getting stranger and stranger by the second.

''You've noticed?'' She said. It really wasn't a question considering she wasn't expecting an answer.

''Those people down there are your…'' She seemed to be in the midst of something, but not even a second later she continued on. ''Those people below us are your future subjects, and most importantly your servants.''

Sure… Naruto has heard that some teach children young, but someone who seemed as young as he did?

Wait a minute! Did she just say subjects? Maybe he misheard, but he doesn't think that's the case.

Her shiny eyes latch onto him, reflecting his minute statue, falling down on one knee while her hand snakes along his shoulder.

''My heir, you probably have not a single clue on what I'm saying.'' Now that they were so close up he could see those pale fangs clearly. ''But that bears no importance because every day you will be reminded.''

''In truth, you have a duty as a vampire, a Prince, and eventually a King.''

Ah fuck, I haven't just been reborn into a rich family, but some Royal Family. Fuck.

Author Notes (Skip if you want, it's not that important)

So yeah... Naruto has been reborn as a Vampire as a couple of you guessed.

I was actually planning on him not being a vampire at first, but Naruto being a vampire just fits better than my original choice.

The Vampires will be a little different than they were in canon which will be later touched upon in later chapters.
