In the town of Royal Woods, Michigan, it was officially the first day of Summer Vacation. Most of the town's folks were either celebrating by having a cook out, chilling out at the pool, having a camping trip in the most common areas for it, or hanging out at the beach by making sandcastles or surfing about.
But, for one very particular family that lived in a very particular house, this summer was gonna change their lives forever. Not only that, but it'll bring all of them much more closer together and make them all heroes. The only problem was that they had no idea about it… yet.
At the infamous Loud House, home of the hyperactive Loud family, everyone was packing their things to get ready for a camping trip to Michigan Forest. Lana, the oldest of the two twins, came up with the idea because she thought it'd be nice to interact with some wild life. The parents, Rita and Lynn Sr, and the others agreed to the Tomboy's idea, but Lola wasn't happy at all. She hated going into the spooky forest with nasty bugs and filthy mud.
We turn our attention to inside the house and to room of Lincoln Loud, the man with the plan and only brother of his family. The white haired boy was busy stacking up some of his favourite Ace Savvy comic books inside his camping bag.
"Come on! Get in there, already!" Lincoln grunted while struggling to fit all his comics inside the bag. "I'm leaving with my family, soon! I don't wanna keep them waiting!"
Finally, with one powerful push, Lincoln just managed to get his comics to fit and quickly zipped the bag close.
"Phew. Finally got 'em in." Lincoln sighed in exhaustion, until he noticed the audience. "Oh! Hey there! Guess I was a bit too busy to notice you guys, huh? The thing is, me and my family have been preparing for this trip since the middle of May. I've been making a list of all the activities that's gonna happen during our trip to Michigan Forest. It's all so perfect, and I doubt anything's gonna spoil it or the rest of Summer Vacation. All I want is to have some fun with all my cool friends, and help my sisters out with whatever they're planning to do without them messing it all up for us. To tell the truth, I like my life just the way it is and I wouldn't change anything, at all."
Just then, Lincoln heard someone knocking on his door.
"It's open." He said.
The door opened to reveal his older sister and favourite rockstar, Luna.
"Hey, little bro." Luna greeted. "You all packed and ready?"
"Sure am." Lincoln answered with a thumbs-up. "I've got my comics, travel boots, ghost hunting equipment in case I find a spirit in the woods, Bun-Bun, and most importantly, my walkie-talkie so Clyde and I can stay in touch."
"Good to hear it." Luna said with a smile. "Now, you better get downstairs and seat up before the others start ranting."
"Don't worry about it, Luna." Lincoln said reassuringly. "I doubt they're gonna be-"
"Come on, Lincoln!" Lori shouted from outside, cutting off her brother's sentence. "We need to leave, right now!"
"You too, Luna!" Lana called out.
"If you don't get here, we're taking off without you guys!" Lynn warned them.
"But, don't worry! We'll be sure to tent you two about the whole trip!" Luan said jokingly. "Ha ha ha ha ha! Get it?"
"Just chill, guys!" Lincoln shouted to them. "We're coming!"
Wasting no time at all, he and Luna quickly got their bags from their rooms and bolted outside before getting seated in Vanzilla.
"Ugh! It's about time." Lola said with a groan while looking at herself in the mirror.
"We're glad to see that the two of you managed to arrive in the mobile vehicle within the current time limit." Lisa commented, pointing at her wrist watch.
"Poo poo." Lily babbled.
"So, you kids packed everything you need?" Lynn Sr asked.
"Yes, dad/daddy/pops/father/ga ga." The Loud Siblings answered in union.
"Alright then, let's get going and make this camping trip perfect!" Rita stated.
"Yeah!" The kids cheered in happiness.
Lynn Sr then started the engine and drove away from the house, heading towards the Louds' chosen camp spot.

At the forest, the Louds had just finished setting up their tent and were currently having a cook out. The kids did their usual activities while waiting for their parents to finish making their dinner. Lori was chatting to her boyfriend, Bobby Santiago, on the phone, Leni was making some new clothes with her sewing needle, Luna was playing some rock and roll on her axe guitar, Luan was making some unfunny puns with her ventriloquist dummy, Mr Coconuts, Lynn was kicking her soccer ball into the air, Lincoln was laying on the ground and playing a video game, Lucy was writing some new poems on her journal while walking around aimlessly, Lana was rolling around in the mud, Lola was having a tea party with her stuffed animals, Lisa was doing some research with her chemistry set, and Lily was simply cuddling her blankie.
"Man, this whole trip is going perfectly." Lincoln said to the audience with a calm smile. "All that's happened so far since we've gotten here is setting up the tent, unloading our things, and helping dad get the food ready to be cooked."
As he continued playing his game, Lincoln heard his Walkie-Talkie started beeping next to him. He paused his game and grabbed the Walkie-Talkie before turning it on.
"Agent Loud, here." Lincoln said. "Go ahead."
"Glad to hear your voice, Agent Loud." Lincoln's best friend, Clyde Mcbride, said on the other side. "This is Agent Mcbride, calling to see how the trip's going for you."
"It's all been a smooth sail for us, Agent Mcbride." Lincoln assured.
"Good to hear." Clyde replied. "Now, I gotta go help Liam sell some barn eggs in town. If you ever need me, I'm here 24/7."
"Roger that, Agent Mcbride." Lincoln said, nodding in confirm. "Over and out."
"Oh! Hold on a sec!" Clyde exclaimed, remembering something very important. "Did Lori say she misses me?!"
"Uh…" Lincoln said awkwardly before looking at Lori, who was currently taking some cute selfies of herself. "Most likely, yeah."
"Yes! I knew it!" Clyde cheered. "In your face, Bobby!"
"Anyway, I'll see you tomorrow." Lincoln said with no enthusiasm.
He turned his Walkie-Talkie off and went back to playing on his video game.
Just then, Lynn's football flew into Lincoln's game pad and smashed it to pieces.
"Noooo! My precious video games! They've been demolished!" Lincoln cried in horror.
Lynn ran up and grabbed her soccer ball before turning towards Lincoln.
"Oops! My bad, Stinkoln." The athlete apologised, insincerely. "Why don't you play on that thing in the tent, next time?"
"Thanks. I'll remember that." Lincoln mumbled, not bothering to look at her.
"Do not threat, brother unit." Lisa said as she walked by, having saw the whole thing. "I should be able to repair the damage our competitive sibling has done to your digital device."
"How long's that gonna take?" Lincoln asked.
"Most likely in about three or four hours." Lisa answered. "There's been a number of electronic wires detached from their correct positions."
"Nerd alert!" Lynn teased.
Lisa simply rolled her eyes and ignored her.
Meanwhile, Lana was busy making a mud-angle when she heard something caught her attention. She looked to her left and saw a tiny light deep within the forest.
"What's that?" Lana asked in curiosity. "Maybe it's a bit of metal I can use to give Vanzilla an upgrade? Better go and check."
She stood up and shook all the mud she was covered in off, getting some in Lola's face in the process.
"Agh! Dang it, Lana!" Lola yelled with a glare. "Stop covering me in your stupid mud!"
"Just wash it off!" Lana retorted. "It's not like that stuff's gonna eat your dress!"
"No, but it will make it filthy and gross!" Lola argued.
Lana simply scoffed at her twin before running off into the woods, which didn't go unnoticed by Lincoln.
"Where's she going, now?" Lincoln questioned silently.
He then followed after Lana and disappeared in the bushes.
Lisa was finished mending Lincoln's game pad and took her mask off.
"That should do it." Lisa said, feeling proud of herself. "Brother, you'll be happy to hear that I have successfully-"
She cut herself off when she noticed that Lincoln was gone, much to her surprise.
"Something wrong, Lisa?" Lucy asked as she showed up out of nowhere and made the scientific girl jump in fright.
"Would you please give me a verbal warning before pulling off one of your appearing acts?!" Lisa asked rhetorically.
"Sigh. Nobody understands me." Lucy sighed in response.
"But, to answer your question, I had just finished rebooting Lincoln's gaming device when I noticed that he was no longer present." Lisa explained.
"And you all say that I'm the one who likes vanishing." Lucy replied.
"That's because you literally do it every day!" Lori called out.
Lucy and Lisa looked at each other in surprise, wondering how she heard them.

Back with Lana, she was running towards the source of the small light she was currently laying eyes on.
"Whatever you are, you're gonna be all mine!" Lana stated confidently.
Unknown to her, someone, or something, was watching her from behind a tree. It growled and started following the Tomboy.
As Lana finally managed to come to a stop, she noticed that the light was gone.
"Where'd it go?" She questioned, getting a bit disappointed. "Please don't tell me some forest animal took it."
Suddenly, a huge flash appeared from the ground beneath Lana's feet and caused the Tomboy to shield herself from.
"Man, that's bright!" Lana shouted in pain.
She got on her knees and started digging into the ground before she felt something solid in it. With all her might, Lana pulled out the buried object and it was revealed to be a wooden chest.
"A chest? What's this thing doing underground?" Lana asked with a raised eye brow. "Maybe it's already unlocked?"
As a matter of fact, when she pulled on the lid, the chest was indeed revealed to be unlocked. Lana looked inside and gasped in awe at what was inside the chest.
It was a number of colourful, circle-shaped stones that shined brightly like a rainbow. Lana counted at least ten of them. The middle parts were surrounded by thin grey outlines and each stone had the face on a different animal on them. There was an Aqua-Blue one with an Eagle, a Seafoam-Green one with a Shark, a Purple one with a Wolf, a Yellow one with a Stingray, a Red one with a Tiger, an Orange one with a Scorpion, a black one with a Bat, a Blue one with a Turtle, a Pink one with a Peacock, and a Green one with a Chameleon.
"Wow!" Lana gasped, absolutely mesmerised by the mysterious stones. "These sparkly stones are so cool! I bet I'd be able to make millions of cash with these!"
Them, Lana noticed the blue stone glowing more brightly than the others. She didn't know why, but she had a feeling that she should touch it. But just as she was about to…
"Lana!" A familiar voice called out. "Where are you?!"
The muddy girl instantly knew the voice belonged to Lincoln. She closed the lid and placed the chest back into the ground before he could show up.
Lincoln continued searching for his sister in the woods and wasn't have the best of luck. But he managed to spot Lana ahead of her, and she seemed to be messing around in the dirt.
"There you are!" Lincoln said with a frown, making Lana flinch and quickly turn around to face her brother. "What the heck were you doing, Lana?! You can't just run into the forest by yourself!"
"Sorry! I just saw something really cool, and I wanted to see what it was!" Lana explained worriedly.
"And what would that be?" Lincoln questioned with his arms crossed.
"It's… uh… a gold coin!" Lana asked while sweating nervously.
"Really?" Lincoln asked, not buying it.
"It's true!" Lana protested. "I found it right-"
Suddenly, before the Tomboy could finish speaking, a creature jumped down in front of them and snarled menacingly.
Lincoln and Lana gasped in shock when they saw the creature. It appeared to have the same body shape as a human and was mainly black with purple cracks running along it's body, a single red eye on it's head that gave an intimidating look, razor sharp claws, and there was a metallic gun that looked like it came from outer space in it's hand.
"Lana, what the heck is that?" Lincoln asked quietly, shivering in fear.
"I don't know, bro!" Lana exclaimed.
The creature growled and fired a purple laser from it's weapon.
"Duck!" Lincoln yelled.
He grabbed Lana and they both landed face-first on the ground, causing the laser to miss them.
"Let's get the heck outta here!" Lana stated as she and Lincoln wasted no time in running away.
The creature was about to pursue them, but was halted when it's eye started glowing pink.
"No! Do not waste your time with those infants!" A voice snapped in it's mind. "You're objective is to find the Cosmo-Gems and bring them to me! Once I have them, there won't be any time for those two delinquents to warn their planet."
The creature's eye stopped glowing and it nodded before jumping onto a tree. It then leaped from branch to branch to continue it's search.

Back at the campsite, the rest of the Loud Siblings were waiting for Lincoln and Lana to come back.
"Where the heck are those two?" Lynn questioned.
"They've been in that creepy forest for ages, now." Lola commented.
"Twenty seven minutes, and sixteen seconds to be exact." Lisa corrected as she adjusted her glasses.
"Maybe I should go get them?" Leni suggested.
"That's not happening, Leni." Lori told her.
"Yeah. If you do that, we'll lose tree siblings." Luan said jokingly. "Ha ha ha ha ha! Get it?"
Everyone groaned in response, while Lily blew raspberries at Luan's terrible pun.
Then, Luna noticed something in the forest.
"Hey, dudes, I think I seem 'em!" She told her siblings.
That was when Lincoln and Lana showed up and were panting heavily.
"Hey, guys." Lincoln said weakly while rubbing his forehead.
"You miss us?" Lana asked in exhaustion.
"Not really." Lola said with a look that meant she didn't care.
"Why're you two sweating like crazy?" Luna asked.
"You look like you've seen a ghost." Lucy admitted.
"Were you both being chased by a bear?" Lynn questioned them.
"Not really." Lincoln replied before he turned to Lana. "Lana, what were you really doing in there?"
Lana looked at her sisters, who all waited for an explanation. Knowing she had no other choice, she gulped nervously before stepping forward.
"Okay, the truth is that I saw something shiny in the forest, so I decided to go see what it was." Lana explained. "Then, I found out it was some wooden box buried underground and it had ten gems with animal pictures inside. And when Lincoln showed up and I put the box back underground, a one-eyed monster attacked us with a laser gun and we ran away. That's pretty much everything."
For a few minutes, everyone stayed silent and speechless at what Lana had just said to them all. And then, the other sisters started laughing loudly and hysterically, while Lincoln only looked back at the direction they ran from.
"Are you literally series, Lana?!" Lori asked with a hysterical smile.
"Ha! That's the dumbest excuse I've ever heard of!" Lynn said as she continued laughing her socks. "Even Stinkoln could come up with something better than that!"
"There's no such thing as monsters, sis!" Luna told her muddy little sister.
"I think the heat's messing up your mind!" Lola mocked. "And you've definitely been eating too many gross worms!"
"Usually, I prefer not to show any emotions. But…" Lisa said before falling on her back and laughing.
"Even if you found some gems, they would totes look terrible with animals on them!" Leni commented. "I mean, they don's even like wearing jewellery!"
"Their blinding light must've gemmed your eye sight!" Luan added with yet another bad joke. "Ha ha ha ha ha!"
"We'll just leave you to live in your fantasy world, now." Lucy said with a small smile.
They all walked away while continuing to laugh at Lana, who only looked down in sadness.
Suddenly, Lana felt a hand resting on her shoulders and looked up to see Lincoln giving her a soft smile.
"Well, they might not believe you, Lana, but I do." Lincoln said kindly.
"I guess it's no surprise." Lana sighed. "You were with me when it happened."
"But don't forget, I didn't get to see those gems you talked about." Lincoln reminded. "So, while everyone else is sound alseep, why don't we sneak away into the woods and you can show me them, tonight?"
"Really, bro?" Lana asked in surprise.
"For sure." Lincoln answered with a nod. "Once we show them to the others, we'll be able to prove them wrong."
Lana sniffed a bit and hugged her big brother.
"Thanks a lot, Lincoln!" She said with a happy smile.
"Anytime, sis." Lincoln replied while rubbing Lana's back.
"Kids! Time for dinner!" Rita called out.
"I got some Lynn-Burgers with all your names on them!" Lynn Sr added. "Better hurry and grab 'em!"
"Sweet! Burger time!" Lana cheered.
"Last one there's a dissected frog!" Lincoln warned as he ran ahead of her.
"Oh, you're so on!" Lana replied with a smug smile before running after the white haired boy.

At night time, the Louds were currently in their tent and preparing for bed, while all the animals slept inside their dens, nests or burrows.
Meanwhile, back in the forest, a little bit of water dripped off the entrance of a cave that was covered in vines and leaves. It seemed to be quite small on the outside, while the inside wasn't that big due to being sealed off at the back.
But then, a golden bright light shot out from a small crack and a small shiny orb bursted out. It made it's way outside the cave and floated above the ground before it suddenly transformed into a figure with armour.
It appeared to be male and was wearing a huge helmet with a thin red ruby in the centre, a royal black robe, golden armour pieces on his shoulders and chest, and a green orb in the middle of his chest piece.
"I have felt it. After many years of hibernation, the Cosmo-Gems have been reawakened." The figure said to himself as he looked at the starts in the nighttime sky. "This can only mean one thing. The next generation of Power Rangers are about to begin. Whoever wields the Gems will most likely prove to be worthy enough to save their planet from the coming threat."
After he finished his sentence, the figure glowed bright again and, in the blink of an eye, disappeared in a shower of golden sparkles.
