Cameron sighed as she stood in the locker room and put in her combination to her locker when she felt the hair on the back of her neck stand on end. She whipped around with a gasp, but didn't see anything, making her huff. "It's nothing," she told herself. But I feel like I'm being watched. She turned back around when she suddenly felt hands on her shoulders, making her jump. "I knew someone was there."

House chuckled and bent down to kiss Cameron's neck. "I'm sorry. I couldn't help it; I wanted to see what you'd do."

"Jump out of my skin," she laughed. "Why are you down here? I thought you wanted to learn more about the patient."

"Foreman and Chase are doing a colonoscopy, so we have a little free time," House purred against Cameron's hair.

Cameron rolled her eyes and opened her locker. "That's one way to be romantic."

"I can do better if you'd like. Would you be interested in sharing a shower with me?" he asked as he slowly ran one hand up Cameron's back to the zipper before he slowly pulled it down and placed small kisses between her shoulder blades.

"Would we even have time for something like that?" Cameron asked as she turned her head to kiss his cheek.

House turned to capture her lips in a slow, sensual kiss. "I can make time," he said lustfully.

Cameron smiled as she turned and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Making time sounds pretty good."

"On board now are we?" House teased, making her laugh. He let her dress fall to the floor before reaching around her and unclasping her strapless bra.

"More than on board," she replied sweetly as she slid his suit jacket from his shoulders and placed it on the nearby bench. Then she untucked his white shirt and began to unbutton it.

House smiled softly as he let Cameron's bra fall to the floor before he bent to kiss long her neck, making her sigh. "I better start the water then," he murmured against her skin.

"Greg... I can do it," Cameron said softly as she finished unbuttoning his shirt and watched as he helped her remove it from his body. "Finish getting undressed," she purred before she ran her hand along his stomach so she could walk around him and towards the showers.

"You are a tease you know that?" House chastised as he kicked off his shoes and sat on the bench to take off his socks. He watched as she shimmied out of her underwear while she got the temperature of the water the way they both liked it. "Okay, now I know you're a tease."

Cameron laughed as she turned on the shower spray, then turned to face House, who was now standing with his hand braced on the wall. "Are you coming?"

House smiled wryly. "I will be."

"Confident are you?" Cameron teased as she walked into the shower, knowing that House was on her heels. As soon as she was beneath the spray of the water, she felt House wrap one arm around her waist and begin to place kisses on the back of her shoulder.

"I think you'll notice just how confident I am," he murmured as he pressed his erection against her backside making Cameron gasp, which made him smirk against her skin. House reached around her to grab the body wash that was on the shelf and put some into his palm before he returned the bottle where it belonged. He then hobbled a bit before he lathered his hands and ran them along Cameron's shoulders and back.

"That feels amazing," Cameron sighed as she felt House dig the heels of his hands into the soreness in her back. "How did you know?"

"You've been tense the past few days," House answered quietly. He continued to massage Cameron's back while lathering soap along his way, until he reached the globes of her ass. Slowly, he ran soap along the velvet like skin, then massaged them gently in each hand, making her moan softly and place her hands on the tile wall. "Enjoying that are we? Starting early?"

"It's your fault," Cameron countered. She sighed as she felt House move back up to massage her hips then run his thumbs along her spine as he slowly moved back up to her shoulders. "That feels so good Greg."

House smiled and kissed the back of Cameron's neck while he re-lathered his hands full of soap and started running his hands along her collarbone, trailing to her breasts. "Relax Allie. Just enjoy it."

She chuckled. "It's hard to relax when you touch me like this," Cameron answered. She looked down to watch House's hands as they ran down her stomach after paying attention to her breasts, then rested on her hips once more.

"You know you like it," House teased. He ran his hands beneath her breasts then down her sides and across her stomach, making her melt in his arms and lean back against him. "Easy Allie," he murmured.

"Sorry. I forget about your leg sometimes," she answered as she turned around to face him so she could kiss him properly and gently fist her hands in his hair, making him moan.

House smiled into the kiss and wrapped his arms around her to rest on her ass while he leaned back against the cold tile wall. "How do you want to do this?" he asked softly. "A bed would be preferable, but that's not exactly an option." Cameron chuckled and gently pushed him down to sit on the bench that was built into the wall, making him smile wryly. "I knew these things were made for something," he teased, making her laugh more.

"Oh really?" Cameron taunted. "So should I do something like this?" she asked as she straddled his lap and put her arms around his neck.

"Please," House answered as he pressed his hips upward as much as he could. "I have an ache that needs attended to."

She smirked and rolled her hips against his shaft, making both of them moan. "I do too."

"Are you ready for me?"

"Only if you're ready for me," Cameron countered. She lifted herself up and moaned at feeling House explore her folds with his wet fingers. She watched as House lined himself up at her entrance before he guided her downward with his free hand.

"Fuck," House groaned as he let his head fall back against the wall. "I've missed this."

"I have too," Cameron agreed as she let herself sink completely onto House's shaft, making her sigh in pleasure. "We've just been busy."

House put both hands on her hips and began helping her move up and down, while he did his best to roll his hips with the limited movement that he had. "So hot... so tight."

Cameron gripped tightly onto House's shoulders as she used her legs to bounce, feeling every bit of his length with each thrust. She let her head fall back, able to feel the hot spray against her hair along with House's open mouthed kisses along her throat and collarbone. "Damn you feel so good..."

"Faster if you can, sweetheart," House gasped, then bent his head down to capture one of her nipples into his mouth.

"Ugh, Greg!" Alison bounced quicker, feeling her body begin to coil in pleasure. "I don't think I'm going to... last."

"I'm... close too," he groaned, then switched to suck on her other nipple, making her groan loudly and sink down on him to roll her hips. House smirked, deciding to help her along by putting one hand between them to rub her clit in quick circles.

"Greg!" Alison cried as her orgasm swept over her. She gasped for breath as she continued to bounce, only to hear the tell tale groan from House signifying his own release.

House wrapped his arms around her and held her tightly to his chest while he did his best to catch his breath, feeling Alison try to do the same. He turned his head and placed lazy kisses to her neck and shoulder, not willing to let her go just yet. "You're amazing, you know that?"

"So are you Greg," she replied, whispering in his ear before she kissed his cheek. "I feel like I could go to sleep."

"We don't have any time to do that," House sighed.

"I know. There's a little boy out there that's depending on us to save him."

"Don't get too attached," he murmured, then kissed her shoulder once more. "Let's finish this shower so we can see if Foreman and Chase found anything on that colonoscopy."

House and Cameron walk into the lab with damp hair and newly changed clothes. After leaning against the counter, House pops a vicodin and swallows it dry. "Did you find anything?"

Foreman raised an eyebrow at the couple, but decided not to ask. "We didn't see much, but we did biopsy some-"

"Blood blisters," Chase quickly interrupted, making Foreman roll his eyes.

"You mean papules," House clarified, then watched as Cameron walked over to the microscope. "Tell me dear Cameron, who is correct?"

"Chase is, there's no sign of Erdheim-Chester," she answered, then looked up at the group. "Sorry House."

With a sigh, House walked over to the microscope and checked for himself. "If it's not Erdheim-Chester..."

Foreman rolled his eyes. "It's exactly what we said before, a garden variety of viral gastroenteritis, can we go back to the party now?"

House held his arm up and looked at his watch. "Do a kidney biopsy. Rose's shut down in exactly-"

"Marcus is not Rose," Foreman groaned. "You screwed up and she dyed. That doesn't mean that every case that has similar symptoms will have the same fate."

Chase and House walk into Marcus's hospital room to see both of his parents sitting with him, his mother holding his hand. "What did the test say?" his mother asked.

" The colonoscopy was clean, and the biopsy was negative for Erdheim-Chester," Chase answered.

Marcus's father furrowed his brow. "So my son's going to be alright? It's just some kind of virus?"

House walks over to the side of Marcus's bed and picks up a clear bag full of a brown liquid.

"What is that?" Marcus's mother asked.

"Urine," House answered plainly, while Chase looked on with a look of concern.

"Why is it brown? It's not supposed to be that color," The boy's father commented.

Chase frowned. "Marcus's kidneys are shutting down."

House looked at Chase over his shoulder and raised an eyebrow. "Still think it's not the same case?"

House and the rest of the group all stood in the meeting room in front of the white board, filled with House's handwriting, listing different symptoms. "So, what can cause bloody diarrhea, ataxia and kidney failure?" House questioned as he leaned heavily on his cane.

Foreman stood and picked up a clipboard. "I'll go and get a biopsy."

"No, forget it. That battle's over. His rising creatinine are his kidney's way of saying go on without me. What explains everything?" House questioned again.

"E. coli H0157 causes bloody diarrhea, and leads to hemolytic uremic syndrome. The toxins from the bacteria cause his kidneys to shut down, we should start him on plasmapheresis," Cameron suggested as she sat back in her seat, still in thought.

House shook his head. "Clear, concise, and a completely plausible answer. But it's exactly what I did last time, and it didn't work. What else?"

Chase rapped his fingers on the table. "Goodpasture's syndrome. Circulating antibodies would cause kidney failure and bleeding."

Chase turned to Cameron with a shake of his head. "It wouldn't explain the purple papules."

Foreman shrugged as he looked through both folders. "If you throw in Esther's next symptom - which is the brain, it makes me think of heavy metal toxicity. His hematocrit would have to be low, it's at 44 and Rose's never dropped below-" He quickly began looking back through Rose's folder to find what he was looking for, but House beat him to the punch.

"Forty two."

"Do you know this case by heart?" Cameron asked.

House shrugged and smirked at her. "It's my lucky number."

Cameron looked at him with a look of concern, but House just shook his head at her, wanting to avoid any talk of how attached to the case he really was. She cleared her throat and began thinking once more. "What about lymphoma? It causes kidney failure, GI bleed and can infiltrate the base of the brain, did you ever check Rose for that?"

House furrowed his brow and tapped his cane on the ground a few times. "She never showed any signs of... if the boy has lymphoma this far advanced, we should be able to see it in his blood and brain. Foreman, run a blood smear and immuno-chemistries. Chase get me an MRI."

Foreman and Chase stood while Cameron pulled out her pager. "I'll get ahold of Cuddy."

"No, you will not," House countered quickly.

Cameron looked up at him with a furrowed brow. "She thinks the boy only has a stomach ache."

House sighed and ran his hand over his face. "Allie, she'll come up here and do one of two things - if she agrees with me, I don't need her here, if she disagrees I don't want her here."

Chase turned at the door. "You can't handle people disagreeing with you? She might have a different take on this, you know. You could get a different perspective."

"Subordinates can disagree with me all they want, it's healthy," House told them. "People who can shut me down on the other hand... just forget Cuddy, I'll have Wilson keep her busy." House watched as Chase and Foreman left, leaving Cameron and him alone once more.

"Greg... what is it with this case? Is it the puzzle that you're craving to solve or the life you didn't get to save?" Cameron asked.

House sighed and slid out a chair to sit across from her. He plopped into the chair and rubbed heavily on his thigh before he met her eyes. "I guess you could say that it's a bit of both. I love solving the puzzle, but saving lives is important. Even if I'm not that fond of people."

"To be fair, you have gotten better with patients," Cameron said softly.

"Don't remind me," he chuckled and shook his head. House leaned back in the chair and hooked his cane on the side of the table before he searched his pocket for another vicodin, then popped it in his mouth.

Cameron furrowed her brow in concern. "Greg, did you hurt yourself in the showers?"

"It's sore, I won't lie," then he smirked wryly. "But it was worth it."

"Do you care if I stay with you tonight? I can put some heat on your leg and massage it, see if it helps the pain," she suggested.

"You can stay anytime, you know that. Would I get a happy ending?" He smirked at her and watched with pleasure as she blushed a bright pink. "I take it that I would... I might not be the only one that does either."

Cameron shook her head and smiled at him. "Haven't you had enough?"

"Of you? I don't think that exists honey," House answered with a happy smile.

Wilson sat at the poker table with cards in one hand and his drink in the other, when his cellphone began ringing beside him. He quickly took a sip of his drink and picked up his phone. "Hello?"

"Is Cuddy still playing? Keep your answers short and discreet if you can." House questioned.

"The chicken is still in the hen house," Wilson answered, earning him a look From Cuddy.

"Brilliant," House answered.

Cuddy furrowed her brow. "Is that House? Tell him that the blinds just went to 20-40 and he's running out of chips."

"How is she doing?" House asked curiously.

"What's going on first of all? The way you left, something has to be-"

"I would love to chat with you, but a game is being played. How is she doing?"

Wilson smiled. "The patient is on life support, we're about to pull the plug."

Cuddy's eyes widened. "Are you talking about me? What are you up to?"

House sat in his office chair and tapped his cane on the ground. "What do you have?"

Wilson looked down at his cards. "Hmm, it sounds like an issue with cardio meds."

"Two hearts. Do you have the flush?"

"I'm still waiting on the final labs to get the results," Wilson answered.

"Is she drinking her seltzer?" House asked as he watched Cameron walk in his office and sit across the desk, making him smile at her.

"No, the patient's hydration is not an issue," Wilson answered. "What's with the uptick in your voice? Did Cameron walk in the room?"

House rolled his eyes. "Then Cuddy is bluffing, go all in. But for your information, yes."

Wilson grinned and pushed all of his chips into the center of the table. "I like you being so happy."

Cuddy calls and also goes all in. They both watch as the dealer flipped his cards and revealed a seven of clubs, making Wilson only have a pair.

Cuddy laughs land leaned across the table to take her winnings. "Oh dear, sounds like I messed up," House said. "You're going to be stuck with her for a while. Talk to you soon, and for the record, yes I am happy." House hung up the phone and grinned at Cameron.

"Was that Wilson?" Cameron asked.

"It was. I was just making sure that Cuddy would remain busy for a while. I don't think any of us what her interference in the case right now," House said softly.

Cameron sighed. "I still think she could give us a different outlook on the case. She'll know the boy better that we do."

House shrugged. "Maybe. But then I wouldn't get to do what I do in this job without her breathing down my neck."

"Greg... just think about it," Cameron reasoned.

"Let's get the results back from the latest tests first, then we'll see," he answered.
