Scaramouche made his way into what looked like a workshop and spotted who he was looking for. Daniel was sitting in the corner without his thick over coat, leaving only a white tank top. He had a screw driver in his hand that he was using to make a few adjustments to his robot arm.

"Yo, Captain Hook. You got a minute?" Scaramouche asked as he walked over.

Daniel had an incredibly annoyed look on his face as he sighed. "…Is there something I can help you with, Scaramouche?"

"I just wanted to stop by and talk." Scaramouche said, taking a seat and sat across from him.

"Talk about what?" Daniel spat.

"About your past, about what you might want from Van Kleiss. That kind of stuff." Scaramouche answered.

"Why not ask him to read my mind and let him tell you himself?" Daniel asked.

Scaramouche shrugged. "I don't know. Maybe he has better things to do. We don't exactly know what he wants but you don't question that?"

"The only reason I am working here is because I am getting paid to stay here and follow his orders. You'll have to pay me a lot more to actually have me tell you anything about myself."

"So that's what you want? More money? I'm pretty sure Van Kleiss or…you know who can give you a raise easily. Money really doesn't have value to any of them." Scaramouche said, taking a look around to make sure no one was looking.

Daniel remained silent for a moment before he spoke. "I lived in Australia when I was little and in a rough town that I will not disclose the name of. It was different from most places because the entire population was made up of Faunus…Except for me. I actually grew up in an orphanage and was bullied and discriminated against because of how I didn't possess any animal features…Since the entire town was made up of Faunus and they hated humans…like me.

"When I turned thirteen I left that worthless orphanage and got a job tending crops for a farmer. The farmer was especially racist against humans but he didn't have many farmhands. That's when I met his daughter, a beautiful young lady who I fell for…She wasn't only beautiful but she was sweet as well, she would even stop by and say 'hi' to me and chat as well. But of course her farther forbade it, but that only drew us closer and we had a secret relationship."

"But when the father finally found out, he riled an angry mob and drove me out of town. When they finally caught me, they tortured me to death. They cut off my right arm and covered me in honey and left me to the bees. They laughed as they saw me in crippling agony.

But that was when I discovered my Semblance when the bees came. They didn't sting me to death; they stung my attackers to death. I managed to get out of there and leave the town for good. Eventually I would come across sympathetic blacksmith who would help me build this arm." Daniel held up his mechanical arm. "He told me no pay was necessary but I insisted as I would find rogue Hunters and get them to teach me everything they know. I became a hitman and an assassin as I would hunt and kill both Grimm and others for payment. I already paid the blacksmith back but I kept coming back with more money for him to upgrade my arm and teach me everything he knew about robotics and engineering. Years later, I would return to my old town and I looked for the farmer's daughter.

"I found her alright but she had already gotten married to another Faunus and had children. I was heartbroken and learned a valuable lesson that day. Never get attached to anyone or anything, they will just be weaknesses for you. Never show any sadness or remorse, stay alone to stay strong." Daniel finished while making a few adjustments to his arm.

"Harsh, so what do want exactly?" Scaramouche asked as Daniel looked at him angrily.

"I don't want anything you can give me. All I really want is to be paid. But…There is one more thing I want. You offered me the chance to work with you and your master…If I accepted; I would make a condition to know who Sammael really is…I want to know his past."

Scaramouche's optics widened as he considered what Daniel said. "So if we survive this and I take this to the master…"

"We'll see." Daniel said, finishing his adjustments to his arm.

Deciding his job was Scaramouch left, holding out his tablet and crossing Daniel's name off the list he had while adding something to crossed off name.

Possible Chance for Recruitment as Long as He is Paid

Half An Hour Ago

Scaramouche found his next target in the training room:

Hidekazu Kobayahsi.

The so-called modern day samurai was seemingly meditating as the cyborg assassin entered and barely opened his eye.

"Yo!" Scaramouche greeted with a wave of his hand. "So you come here for training and opt for a nap instead? You know we're allowed rooms here, babe?"

Hidekazu opened his eyes. "I am training my mind, Scaramouche. One skills are sharp by training both the body and the mind."

Scaramouche shrugged. "Well, I can't really do any of those anymore. Since I got this spakin' new bod. Hey, you mind answering something for me?"

"And that is?" Hidekazu closed his eyes.

"Why are you here? You fancy yourself a samurai but you're hanging out with a guy who wants to take over the world. Maybe more." Scaramouche said as he sat down. "So what's in it for you?"

"What's in it for me, you say?" Hidekazu opened his eyes, staring at the cyborg. "…A chance to start over, I suppose."

"Start over?" Scaramouche questioned.

"Yes. A chance where all men are truly equal, once all the governments and kingdoms are toppled. My family once owned one of the biggest theaters in Tokyo where the best actors would come to play in the theater style of Noh. That theater had been around for eight hundred years and what happened?" Hidekazu snarled at the question. "That imp Shoji Fuzen knocked my family's theater down to build up warehouses and Dust shops for his criminal empire! He bought the land and the theater from us when we were humiliated and business began to suffer. We were forced out onto the streets; my father died a broken heart when he heard the theater was going to be destroyed. That was when my family approached by a branch of the Yakuza and offered me a job.

"As I started working for them, making fast money and moving up the ranks of the organization. Until I finally reached the Oyabun, the family boss. Now I finally have the power and with the power of Van Kleiss I will make Fuzen and the rest of the so-called elites SUFFER FOR WHAT THEY DID TO MY FAMILY! YOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOIYOI!"

Scaramouche started to back off.

"FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUZEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNN!" Hidekazu yelled in unbridled rage before he finally stopped and took several minutes to calm down. "…Does that answer your question?"

"…Yup." Scaramouche said as he stood up. "Thanks for the talk."

As he left the room he crossed Hidekazu's name off and wrote next to it: Promise death of all rich people and he's in.

Fifteen Minutes Ago

Scaramouch walked outside somewhere deep in the Nowhere Mountains and saw that the Rebellion had already set up shop there. Sitting around a fire were several Rebellions, most of them talking while others were sharpening their weapons, one notable was a burly woman with short hair, an open brown jacket, short top, several tattoos, cargos pants and boots.

As she was sharpening her sword, Scaramouche walked over to her. "Hey dude, can I ask you a question?"

The woman looked up at him disbelief. "I'm a woman."

"Riiiiiight…." Scaramouche walked over to an empty space on a log nearby and sat across from the Rebellion woman who sighed.

"You know, if anybody else asked me anything and didn't show me proper respect!" The woman pointed her sword at Scaramouche. "I would make them pay!...But since your Master Hector's partner, I'll answer whatever questions ya have."

The woman flipped her blade and stabbed it in the ground.

"I've kinda wondered, Babe. Since I'm working with your boss now, what's the big whoop? And how did he get into running this little club of yours?" Scaramouche asked.

The woman chuckled. "You've obviously been living under a rock for the past two decades. Chuck was always a serious man, really only a few times showing a great sense of humor. He was the youngest student at Nevernest Academy at the age of fourteen and even at his young age he was shown to be an incredible forced to be reckoned with and became leader of one of the most remembered teams of Nevernest Academy, Team CRSH. He always put his life and body on the line to save the innocent from criminals and deadly Grimm and because of that him and his team became very popular. He was even given the nickname of 'The Mighty Hurricane of Justice'.

"After he graduated he became a Huntsman and continued on with his work as the story of him started to spread, inspiring too many Huntsmen to count. After a while he fell in love with a young and wonderful woman named Serena. Both of them got married and lived a happy life with each other. Years would pass until the day came when he couldn't protect the one he loved.

"An enemy of his butchered his wife. It was a disaster for him…He became an alcoholic, a smoker and did whatever he could take his mind off his deceased wife. His methods became more violent with Grimm and criminals. Other Huntsmen refused to work with him as people like Sebben and other leaders refused to solicit his help.

But the straw that really broke the camel's back was the death of Chuck's team. They were sent to a village to evacuate the villagers as it was being overrun by Grimm. RSH, the rest of Chuck's team had to stay behind to hold the Grimm back as the escape vehicles finally left. Chuck had heard about the news and made it to the village and helped his team hold off the infinite waves of Grimm.

"It was too much and everyone died. While the village was left in ruin, Chuck pulled himself out of some rubble to see that the entire village was left in ruin. There wasn't even a Grimm in sight. As he realized he was the only survivor he noticed he couldn't feel his arm and he looked over.

"When the shock wore off, he felt the pain and fell to his knees and cried. Not for the loss of his arm but for the loss of his team. Because of Chuck's bravery and past achievements Sebben took Chuck in and convinced the top scientists into giving Chuck a new robot arm. The mechanical limb was crafted by the best to not only be a replacement but also an improvement with added weaponry inside it.

"But after the tragic events that transpired with the loss of his team, his wife and the innocents of that village he was finished. He had seen for how foolish the governments were and how foolish someone like Sebben was. Needless to say the last meeting between Sebben and Chuck was not a pleasant one. He understood that people like Sebben were just using Huntsmen, to do all the work for them and treating our lives like chess pieces.

"So he created his own group…the Rebellions, a group of rogue Hunters who see the true corruption of the government, how all Huntsmen are being used and slaughtered needlessly with nothing to gain in return. We're here to spread Chuck's message and let everyone in the world know about the filth of the governments…AND BRING THEM DOWN! Of course, we need to make money to fund our efforts and to get said money we would accept several unethical jobs like assassination, illegal trading of Dust, trading of people, and anything else that would sell like crazy in the black market. Not to mention robberies and fraud of course…But it's all in the same of justice.

"The people of this world will the true people in power are snakes…As the people in the world will soon see." The woman said, finally finishing her tale.

"Hmmm, neat. So how did you get into Chuck's little club?" Scaramouche asked.

"Easy, when I was eight my village was attacked by bandits led by that bitch Bandit Princess. They took everything from us, my parents died trying to protect me but as their leader was about to kill me to get rid of their remaining witnesses…the Rebellions came out of nowhere…Literally nowhere not Nowhere the place, and fought the bandits, forcing them and their gutless coward of a leader to retreat. Chuck himself told me and the other children we have nothing to fear and said that if wanted to help them in their quest to spread justice his door was always open." The woman explained, looking at Scaramouche who had a bored look on his face.

"Oh…Boring! And I though this guy's backstory would be entertaining. Aww…Well." Scaramouche stood back up, looking down at the woman. "Thanks for the info, babe…But I got to report back to Van Kleiss…CIAO!"

As the cyborg left, the woman just stared as he walked away, then shook her head and pulled her sword out of the ground and started sharpening it again.

Scaramouche looked at his list, crossing Chuck's name off: Complete Wacko.

Ten Minutes Ago

Scaramouche found his last target in workshop like Daniel, waiting with the Green Goblin and Vexus. The Green Goblin grinned as he opened a long black brief case and pulled out a double bladed weapon with each blade measuring four feet in length and one foot wide. The front sides of the blades were smooth and razor sharp while the back had patterning long jigsaw-like blades.

"Oh…What is this?" Scaramouche asked.

"My new weapon." The Goblin grinned, testing the weapon with a few slashes. "To go with my new body."

That's right; the Green Goblin's body had been enhanced by Van Kleiss' nanites so now he resembled an actual goblin hopped up on steroids to the extreme. He was as big and muscular as Grodd with the intelligence to match his new strength.

"You give it a name?" Scaramouche asked.

"I believe the perfect name would be…Mayhem, given everything that has happened." Goblin held the double bladed weapon up.

"Any unique features?"

"Indeed, in the sides of the blades and in the handle itself there are compartments to load up Dust or other forms of ammo to increase and modify my attacks. The blades can be pulled apart and be used as duel blades in combat. It is also forged from the strongest metals in existence not to mention…Melted down from the remains of trinkets Van Kleiss collected from other Earths such as my own or even right here." The Goblin answered with a grin.

"Really?"

"Yes. One of said trinkets were the Muramasa swords from Japan and Tyrfing from a small undiscovered island on the edge of Ireland. The Muramasa blade was forged by a blacksmith in Japan by the same name but he wanted his blades to be perfect so he begged the gods to enhance the blade's power. The blades were indeed changed and turned into a cursed hellish weapon that would burn with hellfire and have the ability to cut through anything…or anyone." Goblin explained. "The more blood the blades tasted, the stronger the blades and the wielder became. Though, if used for too long they can drive the user on a murderous rampage. As for Tyrfing…A king named Svafrlami was the king of Gardariki and the grandson of Odin who is King of Asgard. He managed to trap the dwarves Dvalinn and Durin when they had left the rock where they dwelt. They were forced to forge a blade for the king, but the blade was cursed.

"Whenever the blade Tyrfing is held by someone, it has to kill someone within a short amount of time or when the time is up the wielder dies but on the bright side it can deflect almost all attacks and even control storms, electricity and winds. This was made in regards to the news that this world has a mortal reincarnated as Thor as Van Kleiss wants to try and see if magical weapons can be controlled under his science which I actually agree with." The Goblin snickered. "And I hope to use it on a certain spider. And one more thing…Whoever this blade cuts can immediately shut down he platelets in their blood for around five days. Meaning once the blade cuts someone it won't heal."

To demonstrate Goblin walked over to a large piece of machinery, his hand gripping his new weapon tightly as the blades on both ends began to burn blood red with electricity flowing through them. The Green Goblin started viciously slicing away at the large machinery while everyone else just watched.

CHING!

SLASH!

SHING!

CHING!

SLASH!

The Goblin then lowered his blade and turned around to face everyone. "As you can see…It's perfect."

Everyone just stared at him.

"Anything anybody wants to say?"

"Yeah…That was the Wi-Fi router." Scaramouche answered.

Goblin looked at the machine and then back at the cyborg. "So get someone to fix it."

Before Scaramouch could turn the target he had come to speak to there was a rushing sound. They all turned around in time to see a literal river of water barreling down the hallway.

"What the Glob?!" Scaramouche leapt up onto the ceiling, magnetizing his feet to it. "Who ordered the indoor pool and didn't tell me?!"

Everyone else just braced themselves as the water slammed into them.

Present Time

"WHAT IS GOING ON?!"

Copperhead just wanted to have one moment of peace and sanity after having almost been blown up in space just because he had sided against Luthor.

Given that he had already worked for him once and ended up in jail was it really that surprising?

Besides, no one like that bald maniac anyway.

Now the entire fortress was being flooded for some crazy reason and Copperhead who was now literally half man, half snake was literally slithering down the hallway to avoid being drowned.

'I should have just been an accountant like mother wanted! But nooooo! I had to go into crime and become a super villain!' Copperhead thought to himself as he crawled up the wall and slithered along the ceiling.

He crawled into an air vent but stopped when he saw Tassin hiding there who hissed at him. "Find your own hiding place."

"Oh like you called dibs on this." Copperhead retorted.

"Well I am now. Dibs! So scram!" Tassin ordered.

"Well I am calling Double Dibs!" Copperhead argued.

"There's no such thing!"

"Shows what you know!" Copperhead taunted as the water rose up behind him.

"I swear if you don't get out of here so help me I'll-" Tassin was cut off when the water rose up and stared filling the vent. "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Copperhead screamed along with Tassin as they were sent tumbling down the air vent as it was flooded. "WHY DIDN'T I BECOME AN ACCOUNTANT?! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Xxx

Shade sighed as he vanished into a shadow portal before the rushing water hit him. "Why do I even bother anymore?"

Xxx

Van Kleiss grunted as the water slammed him into the wall and he found himself completely submerged along with his entire command deck. King Ramses remained in the center, unaffected by the water as he stared dispassionately at the man keeping his slab. Van Kleiss struggled and swam through the current of the water, reaching the main computer that thankfully was durable enough to handle being under water for a short time. He tapped a few commands and the gate device activated, creating portals all over the fortress.

These portals helped drain the water as the emergency lockdown was initiated and Van Kleiss modified the pumping system to begin draining the water out of the fortress bit by bit. It took about a few minutes but the water was draining away and it was done thankfully before anyone drowned. Van Kleiss himself was left panting at the computer as the water was drained away from the command deck.

"Aw…" Ramses groaned with both hands on his hips. "Come on."

Van Kleiss coughed and spat as he slowly got up and faced the undead king with a glare. "You are going to pay for that."

Ramses barely reacted to the threat. "Return the slab!"

"I would but I really don't like you." Van Kleiss said, activating the security system.

Ramses raised his hands as multiple turrets popped out of the walls and ceiling and aimed at him but it wasn't because of them that his hands were up.

"Now let's see how the undead handles-" Van Kleiss was cut off as a strange, upbeat and horrible music started to play that was so loud it threatened to cause his ears to burst. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! WHAT'S THAT HORRIBLE NOISE?!"

THE MAN IN GAUZE!

THE MAN IN GAUZE!

KING RAMSES!

THE MAN IN GAUZE!

THE MAN IN GAUZE!

KING RAMSES!

Van Kleiss fell to his knees in sheer agony from the horrible music. 'What is with this?! WHERE THE HELL DID SAMMAEL FIND THIS LUNATIC?!'
