Billy Batson finds himself alone in a crowd after losing Rosa in the quickly moving bustle, and everything is fine, really. It's fine. Except that it's not. It's not, because there's a little voice in his brain that goes, 'Oh no, not again,' even though that's perfectly irrational and obviously not the case here. Obviously. (He maybe sort of panics. Just a little.) (Or a lot.)

The Paladins are not so much humans as they are primordial beings reborn into physical bodies. They have nebulas in their chests and so much life. Their laughter is the soft summer breeze and their tears are storms of hail. They are of the Ancients, sacred and powerful and breathing still. They are of the Ancients. (Listen to them roar.)

Galas are an issue, because something always goes wrong, and no one knows this better than the various wards and children of Bruce Wayne. It's a bit of a problem, actually, but they can always depend on Bruce to get him out of trouble. Featuring reporters, kidnappings, socialites, poor parenting, and more! (Batgirls and Robins are all included.)

Batman is being held captive on an alien planet. He's caught some sort of off-world disease, he has no tools to speak of, and is guarded by a nearly twenty-four hour rotation of oddly shaped monsters. He's starting to get a little desperate. His kids are starting to get a little desperate, too, waiting for their dad to come back to them. (And it's a long, long wait for everyone.)

Damian gets deaged into a five year old. It should be funny, but a pint-sized assassin and all it implies will never be smooth sailing.

The BatFam gets together to celebrate the greatest of them: Alfred Pennyworth. (There is tea. And presents. And family feels all around.)

Tim is getting better all the time, but depression isn't something that goes away with a snap of the fingers, and sometimes having a little bit of reassurance goes a long way... Otherwise known as the 'Dick is a really good older brother' fic who brings presents and warm hugs whenever he feels his siblings need them.

He knows, logically, that this is perfectly irrational, but what his mind knows his body does not, and he keeps waking up in the middle of the night with a hummingbird heartbeat and panic filling up all the space in his lungs, and for the life of him he can't get it to stop. "He beat you within an inch of your life." Pidge snorts, thunks her head against the back of the couch. She doesn't look Shiro in the eye. "You're exaggerating. I was only in the cryopod for a few days." He looks at her. "Katie," he says, "that's not the point." (Pidge gets kidnapped. Pidge gets tortured. Pidge gets rescued. Recovery is a slow process for everyone.)

"There is power in tradition," her sister says, studying a series of maps splayed out in front of her, "and strength in order. These are the foundations we build ourselves on." She looks up, her eyes meeting Frosta's steady gaze, blue on blue, ice on ice. "Don't forget that," she says, and Frosta doesn't.

Francis, carefully plucking around the demolished debris, helping a rambling elderly woman to safety even as he kept a keen eye out for other citizens, wished that explosions would be easier to clean up. That they were less violent and less loud and that people would stop being stupid enough to set them off. It happened at a peace conference...

It's a normal day. (It's supposed to be a normal day.) Somewhere in the universe, Thanos snaps his fingers... It stops being so normal after that. (Lams.)

Thanos is defeated, but scars and emotional hurts will linger far longer even after he's gone, and everyone has issues. They are mourning and hurting and clinging for a semblance of peace and balance. They are tired and lost and scared. They are small broken figures that bore the weight of the world and made it out alive, but certainly not in one piece. (Includes everybody.)

In which Lafayette is confused but in a better place, Hercules' future is finally starting to look up, Alex might finally be able to handle his schedule, and John finds an escape route. In which John Laurens is a barista with a history of wrong guys, Alexander Hamilton is his latest crush, and Lafayette is his long suffering boss... and friend. (Based off the lams animatic that is on youtube that uses the song "The History of Wrong Guys" from Kinky Boots.)

Hercules is dealing with losing a parent and financial trouble. Alex has too much to do and too little time, and may be freaking out a little. John Lauren's dad isn't a very nice man. Lafayette wouldn't be able to confirm or deny the same about his own parents, mainly because he never sees them... (Everyone has issues. The Revolutionary Set just happens to have more than most.)

Aragorn is a boy running away from his heritage. Frodo, Sam, Merry, and Pippin are the first proper wizards of the Shire since Bilbo Baggins himself. Boromir is trying to uphold the family honor. Gimli really wants to play quiditch. And Legolas just wants to move freely without his father breathing down his back. Luckily, Hogwarts will always be there to welcome them home.

Teddy Lupin is a kid whose hair changes colours with his emotions. Over the years, he takes inspiration from different figures in his life, his features transforming to match theirs. (AKA That future generation fic where Teddy grows up without his parents but finds a family all on his own anyways, and everything is okay and nothing hurts.) A series of ficlets.

Pidge is small. And light. And very easy to carry. Everyone ends up doing it at some point. Otherwise known as that one fic where everyone gets a bit where they get to pick up Pidge for some reason and said reasons get more and more angsty and I'M SORRY I JUST LOVE PIDGE OKAY. So yeah, pranks and fluff and angst and sleepy Pidge and protective team as a family who loves her.

Coran had children once. (A fic about before and after, and the family that our favorite Space Uncle might have lost in his ten thousand years of slumber. Sad... but hopeful ending?)

Damian shows up in the dead of night at Gotham City with swords on his back and a chip in his shoulder. (OR That one fic with focus on the fact that Damian was trained to be a killer ninja in probably not so good conditions, and that a sudden transition to the crazy Batfam and- more importantly- Dick Grayson, probably wasn't the easiest to deal with.) (Batbros, fluff, and angst.)

The war was over, but that didn't mean everything was fixed. The kids had been through hell and back, but that didn't mean they couldn't find solace with each other and the help of a good food fight. OR, that fic where Aang is stressing out and not sleeping again, Zuko finally gets to be a big brother to someone who appreciates him, and politics make angsty Zuko's head hurt. Fluff.

Skullcrusher wasn't always Eret's dragon. Eret knows this. He does. It still doesn't help him very much as to what to do when the newly fatherless Chief of the village keeps sneaking into his house in the middle of the night to get comfort from his father's dead dragon. AKA, that one fic where Hiccup is grieving and Eret is more than lost as to what to do with himself about it.

Being possessed by a demon left its mark on people. Being possessed by a demon at the young age of twelve left terrible, terrible marks on people that stayed long after the demon was gone. (AKA: That one story where Dipper and Mabel have panic attacks and they comforts each other.) The second chapter has swearing, hence the rating. :)

Based on Teen Titans: The Judas Contract movie. In which the adverse effects of being kidnapped and held hostage in what was very likely horrible conditions is actually mentioned and explored. (OR where Damian is actually, you know, a kid for once, after a pretty traumatic experience and Dick does his best to take care of him.)

Robin was missing for over twenty four hours, only to show up at Roy's apartment, hurt and with fear gas running through his veins. Roy takes care of him until Batman shows up, because that's the psuedo big brother's job. OR: That time Robin was jumping at his own shadow and Roy tries to keep him together through cheesie toasties and My Little Pony marathons.

When Bruce Wayne is a child, he loses his parents and his world becomes cold. Jim Gordon places a coat on his shoulders and reminded him that there was still warmth and light. Years later, Dick Grayson is a child, he loses his parents and his world becomes cold. Bruce places a coat on his shoulders and reminds him that there's still warmth and light. And, somehow, the sun rises.

Pym is a ... troublesome child, to say the least. Not in the sense that he likes to cause trouble, but in the sense that trouble always seems to find him wherever he goes. Luckily, he had his older siblings there to help. (Basically, a whole bunch of fluffy one shots about the team taking care of Pym.)

In which Charles is a young mentalist with very little control over his powers, parties are loud with far too many people thinking and judging in them, and Erik is a good friend.

Aang is dealing with the loss of every family member and friend he has ever known and Sokka is a good friend. (Basically, Aang and Sokka brotherly fluff.)

Thranduil is a father who has to deal with the troublesome pranks of his young son, Legolas just wants to go outside and be amongst his beloved trees, and Gandalf is far too mischievous for his own good. The palace kitchens will never be the same again... (Featuring adorable baby Legolas, overprotective Thranduil, meddlesome Gandalf, and Fluff galore!)

There is no such thing as a stupid reason not to kill yourself. (A modern fanfic featuring depressed Legolas. Angsty, but it has a happy ending.)

Gimli is a young aspiring song writer, but he can never find the words. At least, not until he meets a shy blonde astronomer on the train, who has some interesting views about the universe and just how rare and beautiful it is to exist. (A modern Gigolas fic written in honor of my friend and all those Queer people out there who need a happy ending.) (All innocent fluff.)

Legolas is hurting in his own silent way, and Aragorn is a good best friend. (Also known as the fluffy Modern AU- served with just a dash of angst- that was written in honor of Neril.)

The gardens of Gondor have long since been shriveled and grayed, but a certain wood elf is determined to bring color back to the fair city.
