Hey guys and girls.
Sorry for the long awaited update.
Been very busy lately. Keeping my daughter healthy and whatnot and also ensuring my son doesn't suddenly feel jealous. Melissa and I are doing everything on our power to keep both kids happy and healthy while also making time to play with them.
That is one thing I want my children to have. A proper childhood. I often find myself talking to parents and they just shove their child in front of a screen and leave it. Sorry, but that's not a child.
I remember in my childhood, I climbed trees and fell out of them. Breaking bones because my friends and I got too rough with each other. Going to each other's houses and playing.
Sure we can't do that anymore as the third wave is upon us in South Africa. But I want my children to look back on fond memories like I can. Not one where they just stared at a screen for a long time.
Anyways.
The last place we left off was where Naruto had been recruited by Shepard to assist with the dissappearance of human colonies and to stop them.
Agreeing to the terms about this, Naruto will grant them the power he possesses. In return, Cerberus will help him mend the relationship he had with Samara.
Hopefully everything will go smoothly.

Chapter 2: Monster Onboard.
The doors the the Normandy opened up and instantly, Naruto was not impressed. Shepard led the tour of the ship, starting with the cockpit and introducing Joker to their newest companion.
Joker for his part tried to make a joke towards Naruto. That failed when the punchline was delivered and Naruto wasn't phased at all. Very awkward moment right there.
Getting to introduce Yoeman Kelly to Naruto he showed some emotion regarding her. Kelly for her part was a little shaken about Naruto's presence.
Mordin was way to chatty regarding diagnosing Naruto and how his body was impossible to sustain itself yet he had the body of a seasoned athlete. Concluding the greetings, Shepard looked to Naruto and coughed into his fist.
"So, where would you like to stay?" querried the thought to be dead Commander.
"A place that is comfortable to me. I also want a steady transfer of energy." was all Naruto said cryptic.
"The engine room could provide you with the needed requirements." piped up EDI.
"Not good enough." was all Naruto stated before getting an idea.
"Your Mass Effect Core. I'll stay there." was all he said only to have Shepard shake his head.
"Off the table. Those waves of energy could kill you." was all the Commander stated with absolute authority.
"I'm not human. Plus I won't be doing anything bad to your Mass Effect Drives. I'll just be taking bits and pieces here and there to keep myself functional." was all Naruto stated.
"How much is a bit?" barked Shepard folding his arms.
"In terms of the quantum ring surrounding the field and the gamma rays that are being pulled from the surrounding air. Combined with the steady flow of Neutrons and Electrons-"
"English please." barked Shepard trying to rack his brain on the big words Naruto was throwing out.
"I'd be taking a AA battery's worth from a Nuclear Reactor to be put into simpler terms." was all Naruto said in a huff at how this person didn't understand his wording.
"That seems fine. But anymore than that and we will have a problem." hissed Shepard going into his Commander tone.
"Works for me." was all Naruto stated as he made his way to the Engine room and into the Mass Effect Core.
To Shepard's amazement, cables shot out of the Reaper's back and embedded themselves into open slots surrounding the Core.
"Well, that solves one problem." was all Shepard said as he left the room.
Heading to the CRC he plotted a course to Omega. He needed to still recruit Archangel. Once the tragectory was set, Joker took them to Omega.
But Kelly was slightly shaken up about something. Sehpard noticed it.
"Something wrong?" the Commander asked stepping off the platform.
"The new guy. Naruto." was all Kelly could say as she shivered a bit remembering his cold eyes gazing into the deepest parts of her soul.
"What about him?" was all Shepard could say trying to pry information out of her.
"I've never seen anything like him before. Normally I can read someone when they enter a room. But him? He's like an enigma. I can tell he's hiding something. I know he isn't human, but just how far can you push that?" was all Kelly stated clearly shaken by Naruto's presence on the ship.
"What are you suggesting?" asked Shepard.
"The way he conducts himself is similar to that of a criminal on the run. But the way he speaks is as if he is a respected War-leader. His entire body language and his words don't line up. It will be a real challenge to get to know what Naruto's real story is." was all Kelly could state.
"I'll keep that in mind." stated Shepard only for Joker to come over the intercom.
"Shepard, I've got a call incoming from the Illusive Man." stated Joker.
"Forward it to the Comm room." ordered Shepard breaking off into a sprint.
"Aye Aye Commander." said Joker sending the call to the Comm room.
Opening up the link, Shepard stepped forward as the table dropped down with the Illusive Man showing up before him.
"Shepard. I've read the report Miranda sent regarding your latest recruitment. Good work on getting The Human Reaper on your side." congratulated the Illusive Man.
"I got his help. But it wasn't easy. The file regarding him was redacted. You never told me he was a Cyborg." barked Shepard clearly upset that the Illusive Man held this info from him.
"A necessary ploy. If you read the full unedited file regarding Naruto, you would've ordered a kill on him. But I will tell you one thing though. He is not just a Cyborg." threw back the Illusive Man.
"I clearly learnt that the hard way. He's currently hanging out inside our Mass Effect Core." spoke Shepard.
"I had a feeling he'd choose that spot. Which is also why I ensured that the Mass Effect Core could handle him as well. Despite his size, Naruto contains a Mass Effect Core within his body. It's not much but it can do tremendous things. He can replenish his Mass Effect Core like any other human. Through sleep. But he favors drawing Mass Effect Fields out through an external source." was all the Illusive Man said.
"You sly asshole." growled Shepard.
"Think nothing of it. In time I believe he will be a valuable asset to your team. That's if you don't choose to backstab him." affirmed the Illusive Man.
"Duly noted." barked Shepard sarcastically before ending the call.
But the Illusive Man did speak the truth. Naruto was a dangerous being. He'd have to ensure not to overstep his bounds when speaking to the man. Or else risk endangering everyone around him.
And scene.
Sorry it took so long to post the new chapter regarding A Reaper's Touch.
But here it is.
So Naruto is very much now on the Normandy and has made himself aquainted with the Mass Effect Core and began to siphon of pieces of it.
He may be powerful, but for him, the Mass Effect Core he has can't sustain himself should he go all out. Which is why he is choosing to recharge his reserves through the Mass Effect Core on the Normandy.
Not to mention his Limit Break eats through his energy like crazy so it makes sense why he'd want a recharge.
Now Shepard must watch himself and ensure he doesn't do anything stupid to endanger his crew when around Naruto.
