Max have lost his memory after an accident caused by Phoebe. However, Max doesn't remember anything. Phoebe and the family are helping Max as much as possible to get his memory back. However Phoebe thinks to 'change' Max's memory a little.

President Kickbutt asked Phoebe to go undercover and spy on Max. But what will happen between Max and Phoebe's relationship if Max finds out his sister was spying on him the whole time? Will Phoebe be forgiven or will she regret that she accept the mission and ruined her relationship with Max, is there possible love along the way?
