"Aleksander" Alina gasped as she woke from her nap as she saw him kneel over her
"I'm not truly here my love, I'm still on the boat I just had to see if you were safe" Aleksander replied
Alina teared up, "Vasilly hasn't locked me up, but he did Mal. Genya is here but a prisoner of the Queen and Zoya betrayed all of us."
Aleksander hugged her, "does he know about the..?"
"No but he wants me to marry him"
"Shit I never thought, I should of asked the Priest for paperwork"
"Can he force me" Alina moved away from Aleksander to look at him properly
"Trust me Alina I will get to you in time. I will always protect you and our children"
"How Aleksander the last I saw was the boat being attacked by cannon"
"We were rescued a day ago by a privateer he has agreed to help us, I'm coming for you my Love"
Alina looked at the door as she heard foot step, "Aleksander go please some is coming I love you"
"I love you to" he said as he disappeared
Vasiliy open the door and Look at Alina, "well my darling we are 1 day away from home with the help of Zoya. And soon we will be married" and he step forward to Alina
Alina shield came straight up with out the use of her hands to protect herself and her children.
"Sun summoner put it down, you will be mine so there is no use fighting it so let me take you now to cement our future"
"I will never be your Vasiliy, even if you asked nicely. Is this how you get your women by forcing yourself on them" Alina growled
"I will be King Alina every maiden wants me but if you don't agree to marry me you will watch your Grisha die"
"No you won't to either"
"I destroyed the ship your precious General was on the man has survived his injuries over the year with war but I doubt he will survive the water and been so far away from land. So if you had hope for him coming for you"
Alina stood up and threw her hands forward creating an orb which collided with Vasiliy chest and knocking him onto the floor, "You witch" Vasiliy spat as he got up and walked out of her room slamming the door.
Alina sat down and looked at her hands, she knew her babies were putting the shield up but she never used the orb as a weapon before. If Vasiliy was threatening she needed to start practising the things Aleksander was teaching her so she would be come stronger and win her fight for the Grisha
The next afternoon they arrived at the Port back in Ravka, however Vasiliy came in and informed Alina that they would have to stay on the boat for another day whilst preparation were being made for their announcement.
As Alina was getting up the next morning Genya was pushed into the room and the solider barked for them to get ready to be escorted out in a few hours.
"I wonder if Vasiliy will notice I'm not wearing a corset?" Alina asked as Genya was brushing her hair.
"No the man won't care as long you look beautiful"
Alina scoffs, Genya stop brushing Alina's hair, "What are you to the General? You told me he is the father "
"The General and I married just before we left Ketterdam"
"Oh"
"Genya I wanted you there but I felt that while I can still hide my bump I wanted to marry Kirigan right away and I'm glad we did. I just.."
"We will find away for the marriage not to happen and save our people" Genya hugged Alina, "okay let's get you into this dress"
Alina got up and step into the dress, Genya helped pull it up. "lest the corset sits above my bump," Alina tells Genya, "But my Brest really hurt so please not to tight"
"this is definitely not your colour after seeing you wear the black peasant dress."
"I belong in black its my husbands colour and mine not this frilly pink thing" she grabbed at the dress
Genya began to giggle, "Vasiliy says he knows women but I'm guessing he doesn't this thing is ugly sorry Alina"
Alina giggled to, "I needed that but do you know what this presentation is?"
"I'm sorry I don't know what it is"
All of a sudden the door is opened and 2 soldiers come in with chains Alina shield came up straight away.
"Damn it" Vasiliy shouted, "Alina if you don't drop it I will kill your friend in the cells"
Both girls gasped and Alina looked at Genya and the shield came down one of the soldiers walked to Alina and told her to turn and place her hands at her back. She followed his instruction and whilst he was clipping the cuffs on he whispered, "I'm sorry Sun Summoner for this but I'm not locking this cuffs when you need to get out just use your strength to break free"
He then led her out onto the main part of the boat where she saw David and Mal chained up, "Alina" Mal said he tried to walk forward but was dragged back by his chain.
"I'm okay Mal" Alina said and he nodded
Vasiliy roughly grab Alina by the arm and dragged her off the boat into a open carriages, "Play your part Sun Summoner And smile to the people who have come out to see you" he whispered as he pushed her onto the seat. Vasiliy sat next to her and Genya and Zoya were across from them.
"Go" Vasiliy shouted at the valet and the carriage started to move Zoya kept a smirk on her face and Genya looked upset. Alina was watch the outside of the carriage to see what they were being led to, she noticed as they got further into the city more people were down the street waving at the carriage.
They finally arrived at the back of a podium and Vasiliy helped her down from the carriage and lead her up the stairs and through a curtain. When she was push through the curtain she saw some of the Grisha lined up and she gasped ...
