Just a bit of an update. I've been away from here for quite a long time. I hope to remedy that soon and have been trying to catch up on my reading. For all the KA stories that I'm into and like, they will be moved into my C2. For everyone else, they will be listed on my favorites list. For those stories that I'm currently reading but am unsure of, will only be on alert status. If I have been reviewing your stories and haven't been recently, don't take it personal. RL is catching up to me and I've got tons on my plate. I will get to you eventually.

As I am starting school again, I am going to ask for a few things. 1. Unless I am already your active Beta, please don't ask me. I'vehave recently been sent stuff (not you JB or CJ) by some readers who have in the past sent me nasty and/or stupid reviews for my stories. Don't send me your crap unless you have something nice to say about mine, because I WILL rip you to shreds. And on this note also, if you don't like my stuff, don't review.

Thought I would update this just a tiny bit. As you can see, I have taken off two stories. "The Taming of Lancelot" and "Nothing Else Matters" are now permanently on hold. It's not that there hasn't been any reviewer interest out there, I just have nointerest in them. I will eventually go back to posting on them. But, I really want to concentrate on finishing my current, which is nearly done. Yeah! Plus, I have another that has been mulling around in my head. Once I have a clear outline, I will get the first chapter of that posted.

Hello there. If you are reading this, you are braver than I thought. Or at the very least, curious. So I guess I should put in a few things about me.

I got my first tast of fanfiction with a Jack/Daniel slash story. Had never read anything of the sort until then. To this day, that story is my favorite. And though I will read slash, I will not write it. Take some time and read a few. I'm thinking of putting a C2 together for some of the ones I enjoy. It's not about the sex. It's about the emotion. And there are a few writers here and there who can make my heart thud with their words.

I am: A 35 year old single parent. My daughter, who is 9 going on 19, is the light of my life. I receive joy in just the smallest things she does. Her, like me, will read anything and everything. A day doesn't go by where we don't have our noses in a book. And she has apparently gained my obsession for writing. She is writing a Pokemon story which she wishes me to post here. So, when it is done, we will. I just adore her imagination.

I am: A metalhead. I like bands like Godsmack, Soundgarden and Disturbed. Love Metallica. You will see several of these bands and their songs mentioned in 'Tristan's Peace.' Can't help myself. I do listen to country and some dance/trance music. (Thank you, Cardeia) And I am currently listening to Moya Brennan's 'Two Horizons.' Good stuff to read to.

I am: A Marine. Spent four years in the Corps. I realize now, that I enjoyed being in. I may have griped about all the running back then. But, I have also realized that I got to do a bunch of cool stuff. And made a whole heck of alot of great friends. To my horror, I miss it. Though, I am so happy that I do not even have to THINK about being on a diet anymore. I am FAT. And I don't care. I ain't out to impress anybody.

I am: A reader. Will read anything that you put in front of me. I am currently reading 'The Winter King.' By Bernard Cornwell. It is such an amazing book. I have the other two ready and waiting for me to read. And as for anything else, I've probably read it.

I am: A movie watcher. King Arthur being one of my favorites. Well, THE fave. LOTR, Pitch Black (though Vin Deisel can't act to save his life, he's still pretty to look at). I will watch anything. I also am loving the Horatio Hornblower series. Ioan. And Stiles. He's so funny.

I am: A Stargate fiend. Have every episode on DVD and the newer ones on tape. Can't get enough of Daniel. And Jack. MMMMM Nekked Daniel. And Jack. My first fanfiction love. And I even watch the cartoons that my daughter watches. Avitar and Spongebob. And Danny Phantom. And Teen Titans. Yup, I'm pathetic. I admit that freely.

I am: A writer. Not a very good one. But, one that I am happy to be. I seem to have my regular reviewers and without you, I would be nothing. It is through your support that I continue. Plus, you all urging me to write has helped me keep my blood pressure down. I write for me. Mostly. I love reviews, but if you don't like it, don't read it. And don't review. Most times, a flamer makes such awful remarks. It is not only hurtful to the author, but to the others who read the reviews. It's not a nice thing to do. So don't. I try to find at least one nice thing to say about the stories I read.

So, that's it. Anyone interested can always e-mail me. It's listed somewhere. And R&R. Though I don't like flames, I'd love suggestions on adventures my characters can go on.
